군 지휘통신용 네트워크 구조에서 전략제대 통신 기반체계는 발전 방향, 전략 제대 및 회선의 특성과 생존성을 고려할 때 다양한 통신방식의 이원화된 망 구조를 요구한다. 무선방식에서는 MicroWave가 대표적인데 기존의 기술만으로 운용하고 있어 비효율적이라는 지적이 제기되고 있다. 따라서, MW전송시스템 구조 및 효율화 방안과 이에 대한 효과 분석이 필요하다. 기존 전략제대 MW전송시스템에서는 고정된 형태의 접속 구조로 무선 환경을 고려한 효율적인 전송이 어렵다. 적응 변조로 개선이 가능하지만 기존의 접속 구조와 고정된 대역폭으로는 한계가 있다. 이전 연구에서의 가용도와 링크 거리를 고려한 전송 성능 향상 기법에 이어 본 논문에서는 적응 변조 기반 가변 전송 웨이브폼, 대역폭, 거리 변수를 고려하여 개선된 패킷화된 MW전송시스템 구조와 가변 대역폭 전송에 대해 제시하고 가용도와 가변 대역폭 전송 성능 효과에 대해 전략 제대와 지휘 통제 회선을 고려하여 분석을 수행하였다.

본 논문은 중소기업학회 창립 40주년을 맞이하여 중소기업연구에 게재된 논문들을 통해 중소기업연구 40년의 역사적 흐름을 조명하고 미래 중소기업연구의 방향을 고찰해보고자 수행되었다. 특히 중소벤처기업정책 및 중소벤처기업의 전략적 경영 측면에 집중하여 해당 주제와 관련해 게재된 논문을 대상으로 내용을 분석하고, 시사점과 향후 연구방향을 모색하는데 기여하고자 한다. 1979년부터 2019년까지 중소기업연구에서 다룬 중소벤처기업정책 및 중소벤처기업의 전략적 경영 부문의 연구 동향을 분석하기 위해 연구주제, 연구방법, 연구자 등을 기준으로 시기별, 항목별로 구분하여 분석하였으며, 주요 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 총 1,056편의 연구논문 중 중소벤처기업정책 및 전략적 경영을 주제로 한 연구논문은 전체 연구 중 약 14%, 11%의 비율을 보였다. 둘째, 연구주제 측면에서 중소벤처기업정책 부문에서는 자금 및 창업·벤처 관련 정책 연구의 비중이 높았고, 전략적 경영 부문에서는 국제화 전략에 대한 연구가 가장 많이 수행되었다. 셋째, 1980년대에까지는 질적연구가 더 큰 비중을 보였으나, 1990년대 이후 양적연구의 비율이 증가하기 시작해 이후로는 질적연구보다 양적연구가 많이 이루어졌다. 넷째, 지난 40년간 중소벤처기업정책 및 전략적 경영 부문에서 연구논문을 가장 활발히 발표한 기관은 한양대학교, 경북대학교, 건국대학교 등이었으며 연구소의 연구 참여는 다소 미흡했다. "중소기업연구"의 지속적인 발전을 위한 본 연구의 주요 시사점은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 연구주제 측면에서 중소벤처기업의 정책 연구와 전략적 경영에 대한 연구 간 연계성을 제고할 필요가 있다. 둘째, 연구방법 측면에서 보다 다양성을 추구하여야 한다. 셋째, 중소벤처기업과 관련된 공공 및 민간 연구소의 학회 참여율을 높일 필요가 있다.

The study of a new expression within Korean ink painting that meets the demands of the times has continued, resulting in various expressions with acrylics, handycoat, objects and installations, crossing over from traditional Korean painting techniques. A 'margin' was both a very important space and esthetical matter that expresses 'Ki', 'Distance', and 'Omission' in traditional sense when addressing Korean ink painting Its expression methods and concepts, however, have changed today. A 'margin' through Montage technique can be a significant example in understanding the expression methods of today's Korean ink painting. This is because the margins in Montage make the meaning of the work various and flourished and deeply construct the surface with a double-layered structure, instead of using a single layer. These 'margins' created by Montage are spaces where different images conflict, divide and continue with each other and where a reconciliation between different spaces is accomplished. Furthermore, they establish more vitality and truthfulness to life through both the images conflict and reconciliation. After the adoption of Post-modernism Art in Korean ink painting, the characteristics of the 'margin' in Montage style by the division of surface are an 'acceptant's participatory imaginative space'; where viewers fill the margins with their imaginations ; an 'abandoned space' ; where unnecessary parts are deleted for more live surface ; and a 'strategic space', where the work enriches the structure and contents of surface by using margins strategically.

This study purports to develop a quality assessment tool for the process of health promotion programs at public health centers(PHC). The draft of the assessment tool developed by the literature was distributed to 242 staffs who were in charge of the health promotion programs at PHCs for evaluating the feasibility of the tool on September and October 2002. The major results of the study were as follows; The quality assessment tool developed in the study consisted of four domains: strategic planning, program management, monitoring and evaluation, and resources and information. The strategic planning dealt with the function of the planning staff and committees, community data analysis, the feasibility of the program, and the approach methods for attaining the goal of the program. The program management included the items on the qualification and power of the program staff. The monitoring and evaluation included the items on the reporting and communication among program units, and feed back after monitoring. Finally, the resources and information dealt with community networking, clients' response, and consulting activity of the staff. The validity of the tools was tested and partly supported by both formative and criterion-related methods. The assessment tools developed in this study could be used by health promotion workers in the self-evaluation of the program quality. In conclusion, the quality assessment tool developed in the study will be a good safeguard for assuring the quality of the process of health promotion programs.

Purpose - The purpose of this article is to review the key features and benefits with different methods which is suitable for a particular organization (in this article JTI Kazakhstan) as well as for assessing the capacity of a staff and identification. Research design, data and methodology - Current approaches were used to assess a staff capacity and classify groups. By comparing each other and marked different application methods, this article developed the method for the employment of personal potential and control management process. Results - Through this analysis, assessing labor capacity functioned as an evaluation and assessment for employee competence. Examples suggested practical recommendations for assessing employees' labor potential. Conclusions - It is important not just to bring together several techniques but adapt the conditions with existing organization with the professionalism and experience of specialists in managing the evaluation process. In terms of the implementation of this task, it is necessary to have knowledge in the field of psychology as well as business processes, objectives, and specificities of companies including the relevant personal qualities.

Purpose: This study aims to explore the experience of cross-cultural communication adaptation between local and expatriate employees at PT. XX Organizational culture in the company is the most important factor to helpemployees in the company to work efficiently and effectively in order to achieve company goals. Research design, data and methodology: The analysis methods used in this research are data reduction, data presentation, and drawing a conclusion. From this collaboration, the cultural adaptations arouse due to the challenges for workers who have to work together with different cultural backgrounds. The method used is qualitative with a case study approach. Data collection methods used is employee interviews at PT. XX with triangulation conducted on 2 expatriates and 2 local employees. Results: Studies show that successful management is highly dependent on employees adapting to local culture and work situations. This process rarely runs smoothly because the persons in intercultural interaction do not use the same language and the lack of adaptation.. Conclusions: . In order to maintain its existence, the company strives to expand its wings in the global market and establish partnerships to expand cooperation. PT. XX from South Korea cooperated with Krakatau Steel, a state-owned Indonesian company

The recent fast change of information technology and business environments has led to increasing effort to achieve the business goals by using company resources effectively and efficiently Strategic Information Systems Planning is the first and significant step support the objectives. However, the present situation is that the SISP works are performed only by the methodological process of some chosen consulting house without a full considerations of organizational environment and system development characteristics. So, this study's purpose is to improve SISP works by observing the organizational environment factors through planning cases. This paper is composed of investigating the organizational characteristics and the additional problems from the analysis of three cases on the basis of 12 organization context factors founded by previous studies. And the conclusive part presents the organizational considerations according to each planning steps. This works will be used framework of SISP on the contrary previous studies only found organizational factors related to SISP works by questionary research methods. The more fundermental and multi-dimentioned researches is to be expected as more enterprises perform SISP works.

Purpose: This study analyzes the strategical priority to improve eco-labelling certification system, focused on biodegradable resin. Methods: This study will come up with measures to operate the eco-Label certification system related to biodegradable products more effectively and efficiently by discovering various problems related to the system, using causal loop diagram and AHP analysis. Results: This study shows that the government should play more important role while firms could also serve their roles in the initial and stabilizing stages of the eco-labelling certification system, in order to vitalize the eco-Label certification system more effective. Conclusion: This study addresses strategic eco-labelling policies on governmental and firm's operation and providers guidance to practitioners in addressing strategic decision relating to eco-labelling certification system.

Offshore wind power has been extremely popular in recent years, and in the energy technology field, relevant research has been increasingly conducted. However, research regarding patent portfolios is still insufficient. The purpose of this research is to study the status of mainstream offshore wind power technology and patent portfolios and to investigate major assignees and countries to obtain a thorough understanding of the developmental trends of offshore wind power technology. The findings may be used by the government and industry for designing additional strategic development proposals. Data mining methods, such as multiple correspondence analyses and k-means clustering, were implemented to explore the competing technological and strategic-group relationships within the offshore wind power industry. The results indicate that the technological positions and patent portfolios of the countries and manufacturers are different. Additional technological development strategy recommendations were proposed for the offshore wind power industry.

This paper reports results of a recent survey of 184 Information Technology (IT) development practitioners and 90 User Interface (UI)/usability practitioners. This survey covered a broad range of issues including the respondents' profile, current development environment, usability and user-centered design (UCD) adoption issues in IT development practice, overall assessment of usability/UCD, and the most widely used usability/UCD methods and techniques. The results of this study are expected to provide an empirical basis for usability and UCD planning, training, adoption and execution in IT industry.
