Silk Industry doesn't have enough strategic ability to plan the product for internal and external strong competition and global luxury trend in Jinju. To provide silk fashion planning information and planning method, this study investigated the fabric planning system, such as product system and problems, the method of seeking information, via questionnaires for 68 Jinju silk companies. The results were that the Korean traditional garment, Han-bok and lining of that were given more wight in Jinju Silk for domestic, and the next, neckties. These silk had produced by OEM and didn't have almost my planning ability, but nowadays buyers wanted to get some planning ideas from manufactures, not giving any planning guideline before production, more and more. For Jinju Silk Fabric Companies, planning direction of silk fabrics of vision were needed, that had to be adaptable to manufacture situation and applicable to market.

노량진수산시장은 국내 최대의 소비자 수산물 전문 도매시장으로 서울지역의 수산물 공급에 큰 역할을 담당해 왔다. 최근 대형할인점 등의 진출로 인해 수산물 유통에서도 큰 변화가 나타나고 있으며, 노량진수산시장도 이에 대한 대응책으로 고객관점의 서비스 전략개발을 중요하게 고려하고있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 상황에서 소비자들이 원하는 고객만족요소가 무엇인지 확인하고 노량진수산시장의 고객만족도 조사체계를 구축하며, 설문조사를 통해 고객만족수준과 충성도수준을 정확하게 진단하여 노량진수산시장의 고객만족경영 전략방향을 제시한다.

본 논문은 2D3D 영상데이터 변환 기술에 관한 특허를 조사, 분석하여 핵심 기술 개발 방향 및 지재권 획득 전략 수립을 제시한 것이다. 특허 동향을 살펴본 결과 2D to 3D 영상데이터 변환 기술은 계속 성장중인 단계라 할 수 있으며, 향후 발전 가능성이 많은 분야라 할 수 있다. 특허 동향 연구를 통해 전략적 특허맵을 형성한다면, 2D to 3D 영상데이터 변환 시장경쟁에서 앞서 나갈 수 있을 것이다.

학습공동체는 지식의 효율적 공유를 위해서 다양한 분야에서 강조되고 있다. 학습공동체의 중요성과 이의 활성화에 대한 연구는 많이 이루어지고 있다. 그러나 학습공동체를 평가하고 전략을 제시하고자 하는 연구는 거의 이루어지지 않고 있다. 학습공동체를 평가하고자 하는 연구는 이루어지고 있을지라도 단순 평가가 전략을 제시하는 수준으로는 이어지지 않고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 학습공동체를 지식흐름을 토대로 진단하고 이를 토대로 전략을 제시하고자 한다. 교육기관에서는 지식의 전이와 공유를 위해서 학습공동체를 다양한 형태로써 활용하고 있다. 지식흐름을 진단하기 위한 프레임워크를 사회연결망분석을 기반으로 제시하고, 이를 교육기관에 적용함으로써 본 연구의 적용가능성 및 유용성을 검증하고자 한다.

To offer a general guideline for the quantitative analysis of airborne pollutants, we designed and conducted a comprehensive QA/QC test using two different strategic approaches, namely (1) field-based comparative measurement and (2) laboratory-based comparative analysis. The former task was performed to make meaningful comparison of combined errors occurring from both sampling and analytical techniques in the measurements of such components as: (1) criteria pollutants, (2) volatile organic compounds (VOCs), and (3) particulate matters with the associated metals and ions. The latter task was also conducted to compare various types of bias arising mainly from the laboratory analytical procedures of (1) gaseous standards of VOCs and (2) of aqueous standards of metals and ions. The concentration data derived from each of these two different types of major tasks were evaluated per chemical species categorized as above. While the very details of these studies are to be reported on an individual basis according to the above classification of the project, this paper is presented to provide an overview of the whole project - its aim and direction.

The multi-origin of obesity and its associated diseases made it's a complex area of biomedical science research and severe health disorder. From the 1970s to onwards this health problem turned to an epidemic without having any report of declining yet and it created a red alert to the health sector. Meanwhile, many animal models have been developed to study the lethal effect of obesity. In consequence, many drugs, therapies and strategies have already been adopted based on the findings of those animal models. However, many complicated things based on molecular and generic mechanism has not been clarified to the date. Thus, it is important to develop a need based animal model for the better understanding and strategic planning to eliminate/avoid the obesity disorder. Therefore, the present review would unveil the pros and cons of presently established animal models for obesity research. In addition, it would indicate the required turning direction for further obesity and obesity based disease research.

With the recent global urban issues such as climate change, urbanization, and energy problems, the smart city was proposed as one of the solutions in urban planning. This study introduces the smart city initiatives of South Korea by examining the recent history of smart city policies and their limitations. This case study reflects the experience of one of the countries which thrived to building smart cities as their national key industries to drive economic growth. It also analyzes the trends of the smart city using big data analysis techniques. Although there are obstacles such as economic recession, failing to differentiate from the U-city, low service level than expected smart functionality, We could recognize the current status of the smart city policies in South Korea such as 1) Korean smart city development projects are actively implemented, 2) public consensus suggests that applying advanced technology and the active role of government need, 3) a comprehensive and strategic approach with the integration and application of advanced technologies is required as well, 4) investment by both private and public sectors need to deliver social improvements. This study suggests future direction of smart city polity in South Korea in the conclusion.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify factors that enhance the effectiveness of bulk text message advertising on consumer attention in the telecommunications industry in Zimbabwe. Research design, data and methodology: The study collected data using structured questionnaires. The study attracted 293 responses from consumer subscribers of the Zimbabwean telecommunications industry. Data was analysed using SPSS and measures of association, direction, strength and significance were used. Results: The study found out that the examined variables of bulk text messaging (Simplicity, Frequency and Informativeness) had a positive significant impact on consumers' attention (β= 0.645; p-value < 0.05). The study examined four bulk text advertising determinants, namely frequency, simplicity, informativeness and credibility. Only credibility was found to be statistically insignificant (p-value > 0.05), whilst frequency had an inverse effect on consumer attention. Simplicity of bulk text advertisements recorded a high positive and significant impact whilst informativeness was also positively, and significantly affecting consumer attention. Conclusions: The study concluded that for bulk text advertising to be effective, text messages should be informative, easy to understand and dispatched less frequently. It was further concluded that bulk text advertising should follow permission marketing where consumers consent before hand to be recipients of commercials.

환경보호 분야에서는 국제협약의 원활한 이행을 위해 당사국 간의 긴밀한 협조가 요구되며, MARPOL 73/78 상 보고의무는 해양환경보호를 위한 국제협력의 일환으로서 중요한 역할을 하고 있다. 이 연구에서는 MARPOL 73/78 상 보고요건의 국제법적 의미에 대하여 살펴보고, 당사국들의 보고의무 이행현황을 조사하였다. 이를 위하여 2001년부터 2010년까지 지난 10년간의 MEPC/Circ.318의 각 항목에 따른 MARPOL 73/78 상 보고의무의 이행현황을 분석하였다. 또 다른 한편으로는 이러한 이행현황에 대한 분석을 통해 당사국의 보고의무 준수율을 향상할 수 있는 개선방안을 제시하였다.

본 논문은 맘퀴스트 생산성 지수를 이용하여 지역간 철도의 노선별 생산성 변화를 분석하여, 생산성을 보다 향상시킬 수 있는 정책을 수립하기 위한 기초자료를 제공하고 정책방향을 도출하고자 한다. 이를 통해 철도운송서비스가 우수한 성과를 지니는지, 구조적인 문제점이 있는지, 어느 부문에서 생산성의 개선이 발생하고 있는지, 생산성을 높이기 위해서는 어느 부문에 어느 정도의 목표치를 설정하여야 하는지를 파악할 수 있다. 분석결과를 보면, 한국철도의 노선별 생산성은 공공성 측면 및 수익성 측면 모두 1.1로 측정되어 미미한 수준으로 증가한 것으로 나타났는데, 이는 생산기술 변화가 가장 주요한 원인으로 분석되었다. 철도노선의 생산성 향상을 위해 생산기술 수준이 뒤처지는 노선들에 대해 시설 및 장비의 현대화, 원가절감, 직원 및 차량의 생산성 증대 등을 위한 방안의 수립이 필요하다.
