백화점 로비공간의 환경요인에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Environmental factors of Department Store Lobbies)

  • 백화점의 디자인은 다른 공간의 디자인과는 달리 그 속에 상품을 담고 있는 공간으로 어떻게 상품을 효과적으로 보여주어 고객들에게 강한 욕구를 불러일으킴으로써, 상품을 기억시키는 충동이 아니라 상품을 구입하게 만드는 역할을 하는 것이다. 그러기 위해서는 고객을 위한 디자인, 상품을 위한 디자인이 우선 갖추어져야 하며, 점포의 아이덴터티와 이미지가 가장 중요한 개념으로 떠오르게 된다. 이러한 관점에서 볼 때, 점포의 아이덴터티와 이미지를 가장 먼저 고객에게 전달하는 공간인 로비의 중요성을 인식하고 이에 대한 개선안을 계획, 제시할 필요가 있다. 본 연구에서는 변화하는 소비자의 요구를 만족시키고 자연스럽게 고객을 유도할 수 있는 쾌적하고 편리한 로비공간을 계획하여 지층부분의 원활한 흐름을 유도하는데 그 목적이 있으며, 고객흐름에 영향을 끼치는 내,외부 환경 요인들에 관한 가설을 세우고, 실제조사를 통해 그러한 가설을 검증하여 그 결과가 계획에 반영될 수 있도록 하였다. 분석결과 지층부분의 내, 외적 환경요인이 어떻게 고객의 흐름에 영향을 끼치는 가를 알 수 있으며, 실질적인 조사를 통하여 분석된 자료결과를 적용하여 중간영역으로서의 기능을 갖춘 로비공간 개선안을 제시할 수 있다.

네일샵의 점포속성에 관한 질적연구 - 단독 매장을 중심으로 - (A qualitative research on the nail shop's store attributes - Focused on independent stores -)

  • The purpose of this study was to clarify store attributes for nail stores (focusing on independent stores) by qualitative research. Even though the nail market is showing a steady increase in terms of sales amounts, and the number of stores, related studies were very rare. Meanwhile, as long as the nail market is growing, many stores are suffering from bad business performance because of new nail stores are relatively easier to open than beauty or hair stores, but the nail stores don't have a discriminated marketing strategy. As nail the market is rapidly increasing, finding factors that led to success for nail stores is very meaningful, both for academics and business. The reason that qualitative research should be done before the quantitative research is due to scant theoretical background concerning this matter. For this qualitative research, 8 experts who are operating nail stores as an owner or a manager or a professor at a university who had over 5 years of related working experience were included. The attributes for nail stores were derived using one-to-one in-depth interviews conducted from March 3 to May 31, 2019. As a result of the qualitative studon the attributes for nail stores, it turned out that there were 5 factors-physical environment, product, speed, profitability, and reliability. Physical environment, product, and profitability were mentioned in most related surveys, but some details showed that and speed and reliability have been newly highlighted. Many unknown issues that were not easy to acquire from common academic research are included. After this study, I hope that many marketers may get basic conditions to apply to real businesses and that they can use it as effective data for the following quantitative research.

  • Website design (due to increased online retailing) has received more attention as a way to influence consumer responses (Eroglu et al., 2001, 2003; Kim et al., 2009; Kim & Lennon, 2008; Yoo et al., 2010); however, the website design of multichannel retailers has not been examined from the perspective of the consistency of online store image with the brand image. This study examines the effect of brand image consistency (especially through the website) on consumer attitude and patronage intentions. The findings of this research will add to the growing body of literature on multichannel retailing and provide practical information for online retailers in the development of a website for their online business.

냉동 창고 상시 적재하중에 관한 확률론적 연구 (Probabilistic Analysis of Design Live Loads on A Refrigeration Store)

  • Live load data were collected with a systematic manner from a survey of a refrigeration stores. Using the collected floor live load survey data, the basic statistics, a histogram of the uniformly distributed loads, and the equivalent uniformly distributed loads are computed for various structural members. Based on the above results, the maximum values of a combined live loads during the design life have been estimated and compared with current design live loads. The ultimate goals of this study are to develop probabilistic live load models to analyze survey data of domestic refrigeration stores, and to propose design live loads for structural types.

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the differences in clothing selection criteria and store selection criteria between each consumer groups by the preference for fast fashion. The data was collected from a questionnaire conducted on 317 female adults. The results were as follows. First, the factor analysis used to identify clothing selection criteria involved the following four factors: fashion, quality/practicality, status symbol, and economics. The consumer group preferring fast-fashion regarded fashion and economics as important factors and the non-preferring group regarded status symbol factor more. Second, five factors(atmosphere, product service/salesperson, shopping convenience, promotion/facilities) of store selection criteria were constructed by factor analysis, The consumer group preferring fast-fashion regarded atmosphere and product as important factors and the non-preferring group considered service/salesperson and promotion/facilities factors more. Third, the consumers who were of low age, low education, low income and unmarried preferred fast fashion brand.

  • The prediction of the safe separation of the external stores carried on military aircraft is an important task in the aerodynamic design area having the objective to define the operational, release envelopes. The major concern of this study is only safe jettison problem with ejections. This work consists of concept and some results for external store configurations. A Computational Fluid Dynamics technique is applied to calculate the aerodynamic forces. The FLUENT with an implicit Euler solver is used for the present simulations. The computational results are validated against the experimental data.

의류 점포의 VMD 구성 요소와 관련 변인 연구 (A Study on the Relationship between VMD Structural Elements of Apparel Stores and Related Variables)

  • The purpose of this study was to identify VMD structural elements of apparel stores, and related variables. The related variables are contained shopping orientation, store types, consumer satisfaction and the intention to purchase in apparel stores. The data was collected from a questionnaire conducted on 378 female adults and was analyzed by frequency analysis, factor analysis, cluster analysis, ANDVA, regression, Duncan test, and reliability analysis. The results were as follows: (1) VMD structural elements of apparel store consisted of four factors: coordination/fitness, fashionability, attractiveness, and functionality. Shopping orientation consisted of six factors: recreational, rational, fashion oriented, convenience oriented, price conscious, and brand conscious. Shopper types consisted of four groups: recreational type shopper, economic type shopper, high involved shopper, and convenience oriented shopper. (2) Significant differences were find out between those shopper types and VMD structural elements. Significant differences were find out between store types and VMD structural elements. (3) VMD structural elements(coordination/fitness, functionality, fashionability) were influenced consumer satisfaction and the intention to purchase.

A Design of the Platform Technology for the Smart Shopping Mall Using NFC: A Software Engineering Approach

  • An IoT-based server system for store management was developed in this study. Its client-server structure having a product categorization function allows the system to read the NFC tags attached to individual products and provides information about them to customers automatically. The system also provides an effective promotional effect as it not only offers necessary information about the items the customers are seeking but also displays the advertisements related to them. This server system was designed specifically designed for the use in a smart shopping Mall or a department store so that the store owners can manage their sales operation more effectively while their customers enjoy shopping more conveniently. It is expected that the technology used for this IoT-utilized server system can be one of the efficient and effective platform technologies in the current and future store management systems.

  • 전투기 형태의 항공기는 외부 장착물의 중량, 공력 특성 및 조합 형태에 따라 공력탄성학적 특성에 상당한 영향을 받게 된다. 따라서 항공기를 운용하기에 앞서 기본적으로 모든 외부 장착물 조합에 대한 공력탄성학적 안정성이 반드시 검증되어야 한다. 그러나 공력탄성학적 안정성을 분석하기 위해서는 항공기의 구조, 중량, 조종면 특성, 외부형상 등과 같은 설계 데이터가 필요함에 따라, 원칙적으로 항공기 플랫폼을 개발한 제작사 이외에는 적합성 입증을 수행하는데 상당한 제한이 따를 수밖에 없다. 그럼에도 불구하고 작전환경의 변화 및 항전기술의 발전으로 인해 원 제작사의 지원 없이 항공기를 운용하는 국가 또는 기관에서 자체적으로 신규 장착물을 장착해야 하는 상황이 있을 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 이와 같이 설계 데이터를 갖고 있지 않은 도입 항공기에 대해 신규 장착물을 장착하는데 필요한 공력탄성학적 적합성 입증 방안에 대해 기술하였다.

전자상거래에서 가상점포 이미지가 만족, 신뢰 및 애호도에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Virtual Store Image on Satisfaction, Trust, and Loyalty in Electronic Commerce)

  • 가상점포 애호도 관련 기존 연구들은 인터넷 쇼핑몰 공급자가 제공하는 속성 즉 디자인, 제품가치, 컨텐츠, 커뮤니케이션, 보안성 등 애호도에 영향을 미치는 개별변수들의 확인에 중점을 둔 연구들이 대부분이었다. 그 결과 연구결과가 비교적 단편적이었으며 가상점포 애호도를 광범위하 게 이해하는데 미흡한 결과를 보여왔다. 따라서 본 연구는 선행연구를 검토하여 가상점포 이미지, 가상점포 만족, 가상점포 신뢰를 도입하여 이들간 관계성을 실증분석함으로써 가상점포 애호도에 미치는 중요변수들을 체계적으로 규명하고자 하였다. 가상점포 이미지, 만족, 신뢰 및 애호도간 관계는 이들 관계에 대한 가설이 채택됨으로써 유의적인 정(+)의 관계가 입증되었다. 본 연구의 결과는 인터넷 쇼핑환경하에서 점포이미지, 만족 및 신뢰가 지속적인 고객애호도를 향상시 키기 위한 전략적 요인임을 실증분석 결과를 통해 확인할 수 있었다.
