  • High temperature solid oxide fuel cells (SOFCs) offer a clean, pollution-free technology to electrochemically generate electricity at high efficiencies. Solid oxide fuel cells in several different designs have been investigated; these include planar and tubular geometries. The tubular type cell is widely researched due to it have advantages about thermal expansion and sealing issues. Unfortunately, lab scale tubular cell for testing has thermal expansion and sealing problems. The previous Jig for lab scale tubular cell testing has many sealing problems. When we feed fuel gas to jig inlet, ceramic glue sealant has amount of gas expansion pressure, because temperature of feeding gas changes ambient temperature to high temperature ($700{\sim}900^{\circ}C$). Furthermore, when we carry out long time test, something like degradation test, crack of ceramic glue sealant due to weakness of mechanical properties can make stop working the test. Additionally, we reduce setting process for assembling, because micanite is not required drying or debinding process.

실시간 교통신호제어를 위한 루프 검지기의 최적형태결정에 관한 연구 (The Decision of the Optimal Shape of Inductive Loop for Real-Time Traffic Signal Control)

  • It requires the detector system which can collect highly reliable traffic data in order to perform the real-time traffic signal control. This study is to decide the optimal shape of inductive loop for the real-time traffic signal control .This loop is located at the stopline in the signalized intersection for DS(Degree of Saturation) control. In order to find out the optimal shape of loop, 6types of experiments were performed . The results of the basic experiments of loops are as follows ; -the optimal number of turns for loop is 3 turns. -the impedance values of the loop detectors are similar to that of NEMA standards -the 1.8${\times}$4.5M loop is excellent for sensitivity in actual detection range of car length comparing to other shape of inductive loops. At the experimental of establishments of the optimal loop shape, it found that 1.8 4.5M loop has the highest values of $\DeltaL$ comparing to other types of loops, It means that the range of Lead-in cable length of this loop. And this loop is highly reliable in occpupancy time. Conclusivley, the 1.8${\times}$4.5M inductive loop is the optimal solution as a stop line loop detector for real -time traffic signal control.

GPS에 의한 지적측량기준점의 위치해석 (Positioning of Cadastral Control Points Using GPS)

  • 본 연구에서는 지적측량기준점의 위치결정에 GPS측량을 실용화하기 위한 방법 도출에 목적을 두고 국내의 일부지역 내 지적삼각점 및 도근점을 대상으로 GPS측량을 수행하고 좌표변환기법과 GPS기선벡터에 의한 2차원 위치해석, 그리고 GPS와 지상측량데이타의 조합에 의한 위치해석을 실시하였다. 그 결과, 기존 지적측량기준망의 점검 에 GPS측량방법이 매우 효과적임을 알 수 있었으며, GPS기선벡터를 이용한 2차원 위치해석방법은 좌표계 변환을 하지 않고도 국내의 좌표체계에서 적용이 가능하였다. 그리고 지적도근점 위치결정과 같은 소규모 지역에서 행하는 측량에는 신속정지측량 또는 이동측량으로 효율성을 높일 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

지상 LiDAR를 이용한 만리포 해변 정밀 지형측량 및 지형 변화 분석 (Terrestrial LiDAR Measurements and Analysis of Topographical Changes on Malipo Beach)

  • A terrestrial LiDAR was used to acquire precise and high-resolution topographical information of Malipo beach, Korea. Terrestrial LiDAR and RTK-DGPS (VRS) were mounted on top of a survey vehicle and used to scan 20 times stop-and-go method with 250 m spacing intervals at ebb tides. In total, 7 measurements were made periodically from 2008 to 2009 and after each beach replenishment event. We carried out GIS-based 3D spatial analysis such as slope and volume calculations in order to assess topographical changes over time. In relation to beach replenishment, comparative analysis of each volume change revealed them to be similar. This result indicates that the terrestrial LiDAR measurements are accurate and can be used to analyze temporal topographical changes. In conclusion, the methodology employed in this study can be used efficiently to exercise coastal management through monitoring and analyzing beach process such as erosion and deposition.

  • 논산그린투어는 논산지역의 특산물인 딸기를 중심으로 농산물재배, 채취를 주제로 하여 농촌의 일상생활 체험을 바탕으로 일반인을 대상으로 한 그린투어가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 그 결과 방문자에게는 최근농촌생활의 체험및 농작물의 채취의 기회를 제공하고 지역주민에게는 도농교류를 통한 관광농업과 친환경농업의 촉진을 도모하여 농 특산물의 홍보효과와 더불어 농가의 소득증대와 지역이미지의 고취와 같은 긍정적 효과를 창출하고 있다. 단, 현재 논산그린투어의 관광자행동 특성 중 하나인 경유형 당일체험의 한계를 벗어나기 위하여 논산지역의 한국전통가옥을 적극적으로 활용하여 '체류형'농촌관광지로 변화시킬 숙박시설의 적극적인 활용방안이 필요한 시점으로써 논산지역의 전통가옥과 그린투어의 접목 방안을 시도하고자 한다.

  • 현재 국내 현실은 증권이나 보험, SHOPPINC MALL등 많은 업무가 인터넷 상에서 서비스가 가능하다. 하지만 금융거래는 인터넷상에서 허용되지 않지만, 금융 시장의 개방화와 국제화 추세에 곧 인터넷 상에서 모든 금융 거래 및 업무가 가능해지리라고 생각된다. 본 논문에서는 금융권에서 고객에게 불편함 없이 원-스톱 서비스를 제공하고, 은행의 보안을 고려하여 인터넷상에서 금융거래를 할 수 있도록 모형도를 제시하겠다. 금융권에서 가장 중요하게 여기는 보안에 대해서 금융기관 자체 상거래망을 구성하여야 하며, 기존에 나와 있는 보안 기술을 기본으로 하여 XPM(X.25 Packet Manager)을 설치하여 보안에 대해서 타 제품에 종속되지 않고, 은행 자체에 의해 정책 및 모든 것을 수립할 수 있도록 하였다.

Plasma Flows and Bubble Properties Associated with the Magnetic Dipolarization in Space Close to Geosynchronous Orbit

  • In this paper we examine a total of 16 dipolarization events that were observed by THEMIS spacecraft in space close to geosynchronous orbit, r < ${\sim}7\;R_E$. For the identified events, we examine the characteristics of the plasma flows and associated bubbles as defined based on $pV^{5/3}$, where p is the plasma pressure and V the volume of unit magnetic flux. First, we find that the flow speed in the near-geosynchronous region is very low, mostly within a few tens of km/s, except for a very few events for which the flow can rise up to ~200 km/s but only very near the dipolarization onset time. Second, the bubble parameter, $pV^{5/3}$, decreases by a much smaller factor after the dipolarization onset than for the events in the farther out tail region. We suggest that the magnetic dipolarization in the near-geosynchronous region generates or is associated with only very weak plasma bubbles. Such bubbles in the near-geosynchronous region would penetrate earthward only by a small distance before they stop at an equilibrium position or drift around the Earth.

철도건널목 지장물 검지를 위한 보판센서 연구 개발 (A Study on the Development of Panel Sensor for Obstruction Detecting at the Railway Level Crossing)

  • For a short-term measurement to reduce an accident on a railroad crossing, it is necessary to find out the weakness and problems of existing equipment in the railroad transportation system. The analysis of railroad crossing accidents shows that main causes of accidents (24.9%) are the careless driving including an engine problem, damage on the safety equipment, slide on the snow, and an engine stop on the railroad crossing. Therefore, it is required to install a sensor, or to make a crossing gate at the exist for detecting obstacles on a railroad to prevent collisions among trains. This paper suggests 'a panel sensor using the strain gauge' to make up the weaknesses of the sensing Dead Zone, which are caused by using a laser method, and to detect any small objects passing railroads in order to reduce the errors, which are occurred in the earth magnetic field for controlling Exit Slide Crossing Arm Detector. The device, suggested in this paper, is verified with detecting any small objects passing the railroad, with judging entry decision clearly, and with controlling passing gate and obstruction warnings/cautions obstacles at the same time, through an experimental test.

일개 특성화 학교 북한이탈 청소년의 건강증진행위에 영향을 미치는 요인 (Influencing Factors on the Health Promotion Behaviors of North Korean Refugee Adolescent in a Specialization School)

  • Objectives: This study was conducted to find out health behaviors and health promotion behaviors and their influencing factors among North Korean refugee adolescents. Methods: All the 139 students registered in a specialization school which provided regular school curriculum for the North Korean refugee adolescents participated in the survey. Collected data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, and multiple regression analysis. Results: Current smoking, alcohol drinking and experience of depression in North Korean refugee adolescents were more prevalent than those of South Korean adolescents. Self-esteem, self-efficacy and social support were identified as factors affecting health promotion behavior. Conclusions: Health promotion program is needed to reduce the North Korean refugee adolescents' depression and to stop smoking and drinking. In the process of creating these programs, of creating program, we should consider self-esteem, self-efficacy and social support in the educational method to make these programs be effective.

승강기 관리시스템 운영 시 안전요소에 관한 비교연구 (The Comparative Study on Safety Factors at Elevator Management System Operation)

  • 최근 추세를 중심으로 특허청 분석에 따르면 12~08년 최근 5년 사이 엘리베이터 안전관련 특허출원이 급증하는 것을 확인할 수 있었고, 이를 안전에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있는 것으로 예측했다. 이에 본 논문은 13~09년 사이 승강기 안전 관련 특허자료를 취합 및 분석 후 시대별로 공통적으로 중요시 되는 승강기 안전요인이 안전제어, 비상제동, 도어개폐장치라는 것을 확인하였다. 신뢰성 분석을 통해 승강기 안전에 있어서 가중치가 높은 항목을 이 세 가지로 정의하고, 특허가 많이 출원된 요인을 시대적 배경을 통해 알아보고, 5년간의 자료를 기반으로 승강기 안전에 대한 사고예방기술을 종합하여 키넥트 장착 스카다시스템 승강기를 향후 승강기 제작 방향으로 제시한다.
