Exploring the moderating effect of learning motivation on the effect of cognitive presence on cognitive control among the components of self-regulation in blended classes (블랜디드 수업에서 자기조절의 구성 요인 중 인지조절에 대한 인지적 실재감의 영향에 대한 학습동기의 조절효과 탐색)

  • Purpose of study: The purpose of this study is to explore the moderating effect of learning motivation in the effect of cognitive presence on cognitive regulation. Research content and method: The subjects of this study were 160 preservice teachers who are enrolled in the Faculty of Education of a university. The survey measured cognitive control, human presence, and learning motivation. Among the collected data, learning motivation was averaged. In addition, a group with low learning motivation and a group with high motivation were distinguished. Next, this study compared the averages of cognitive control by classifying the learning motivation levels. The collected data was analyzed using a multiple regression (Stepwise) method to explore the effect of cognitive presence on cognitive control. First, multiple regression analysis was performed on the entire group. Second, multiple regression analysis was performed by dividing the group with low learning motivation from the group with high motivation. Conclusions and Suggestions: As a result of the analysis, the group with high learning motivation showed a higher level of cognitive control than the group with low motivation. In the group with high learning motivation, only content understanding among the sub-factors of cognitive presence had an effect on cognitive control. In the group with low learning motivation, all factors of cognitive presence were affected.

Estimation of Primal Cuts Yields by Using Body Size Traits in Hanwoo Steer (한우 후대검정우의 체척형질을 통한 부분육 생산량 추정)

  • The study aimed to develop prediction models of primal cut yield using body measurements of Hanwoo steers in Korea. The progeny of 874 steers at Hanwoo Improvement Main Center from 2008 to 2010 were recorded. Pearson's correlation coefficients for primal cuts and other traits were estimated. Primal cuts were adjusted for slaughter date and age using the SAS GLM procedure. Afterwards, a stepwise regression was performed on each primal cut by fitting body measurement traits. An independent covariable was selected at the highest coefficient of determination with the greater fitness model using Mallows's Cp statistic. Results showed that primal cuts were significantly influenced by slaughter date (P<0.01). The age at slaughter, however, was only significant for the top round (P<0.05). There was a moderate to high correlation between chest girth and tenderloin (0.54), loin (0.74), and rib (0.80). Most primal cut percentages were negatively related to BFT. Similar negative to low positive correlations were observed for primal cut percentage and body size traits. In addition, a correlation of 0.21 was observed between rib percentage and chest girth. The regression of body measurements on the adjusted primal cuts were significant for later traits. Regression estimates revealed that wither height, body length, rump length, hip bone width, and chest girth are important for primal cut weight and percentage determination. In particular, chest girth was always important for primal cut weight estimates.

Moderating Effect of Health Motivation, Health Concern and Food Involvement on the Relationship between Consumption Value and Purchasing Intentions of Healthy Functional Food (건강기능식품 소비가치와 구매의도의 관계에 대한 건강동기, 건강염려, 식품몰입의 조절효과)

  • The purpose of this study was to identify the influence of consumption value on healthy functional food choice. Also, this study explored the role of health motivation, health concern, and food involvement as a moderating variable in the relationship between consumption value and healthy functional food choice. A total of 281 responses were collected using on-site survey (response rate 96.0%) from college students in Daegu, Gyeoungbuk Province. The questionnaire contained questions on consumption value, health motivation, health concern, food involvement, and purchasing intention of healthy functional food. The respondents rated the items using a 5-point scale from 1 (strongly disagree) to 5 (strongly agree). According to the confirmatory factor analysis, item evaluating using factor loading resulted in the retention of 25 consumption value items loading on seven factors, four health motivation items loading one factor, six health concern items loading on one factor, and four food involvement items loading on one factor with an internal consistency. Results of stepwise regression found that social value-I, emotional, functional, epistemic, and conditional values among consumption value determined the purchasing intention of healthy functional food. Results of hierarchical regression showed that health concern had a positive effect on the relationship between social value-I and purchasing intention of healthy functional food.

  • This study is to suggest that the Effects of job satisfaction and Organizational Commitment on the Level of Organizational Learning for the Private Security Guards. in Seoul and in the sales launch of the eight companies selected by the wireless, Companies under the cooperation of managers throughout the visit and the subjects of this study was good enough for the purpose described by the following stratified cluster random sampling 2009 September to 10 October to call a total of 320 questionnaires distributed 51 copies unfaithful 259 copies were used except for analysis. I used SPSSWIN 21.0 and AMOS 21.0 to reliability analysis, factor analysis, correlation analysis, independent-sample t-test, analysis of variance, stepwise multiple regression analysis and path analysis. The level of statistical significance was set to .05. The following are conclusions. the business aspect and human aspect in the Level of Organizational Learning has an effect on the Organizational Commitment. and the Organizational Commitment has an effect on the Job Satisfaction.

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of teaching efficiency and nursing professionalism on clinical practice competence in nursing students. Undergraduate nursing students (252) in D province completed this study questionnaire. This study was conducted from 3rd to 11th May in 2019. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe test, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and stepwise multiple regression analysis with SPSS/WIN 21.0. The results reveal that nursing students had a medium level of clinical practice competence. There were significant correlations between sex, nursing professionalism, teaching efficiency, and clinical practice competence. Nursing professionalism was the most influential factor with an explanatory power of 19.6%. The findings of this study are that nursing professionalism and teaching efficiency were influenced the clinical competence of nursing students. Based on these results, nursing professionalism and teaching efficiency should be considered when developing clinical practice education programs to increase clinical competence in nursing students.

Effect of Nurse's Self-Leadership, and Self-Efficacy on Job Involvement (간호사의 셀프리더십, 자기효능감이 직무몰입에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors influencing the clinical nurse's self-leadership and self-efficacy on job involvement. The survey was conducted from October 20 to December 15, 2017 for 205 nurses working at hospitals located in D city and K province of Korea. Analysis was performed with descriptive statistics, independent t-test, one-way ANOVA analysis, Scheffe's post-hoc test, Pearson correlation analysis, and stepwise multiple regression using the SPSS 21.0 for Windows. The results of the study were as follows. Average score for self-leadership was 3.58, for self-efficacy was 3.56, and for job involvement was 3.36. This study showed positive correlations between self-leadership, self-efficacy and job involvement. Self-leadership, marital status, self-efficacy, and job position were significant influences on job involvement. The explanatory power of influence factors was 43.7%. Based on the results of this study, it is necessary for nursing organizations and hospitals to actively support programs that enhance self-leadership and self-efficacy, which will be used to increase nurses' job involvement and improve productivity and efficiency of nursing work.

  • The elution behavior of polystyrenes(PS), polymethylmethacrylates (PMMA), polybutadienes(PB), PS-PMMA(SM) block copolymers and PS-PB star shaped copolymers on the cross-linked polystyrene gels was studied. An interpretation was proposed for the plots of log hydrodynamic volume versus retention volume of solutes in the mobile phases such as tetrahydrofuran, toluene, chloroform, methylene chloride and tetrahydrofuran-cyclohexane mixture. In order to predict the retention of solutes from their physical properties, multiple stepwise regression analysis was applied to obtain the correlation. The distribution coefficients($K_p$) of solute-gel interactions in GPC for homopolymers and PS copolymers were also obtained in terms of network-limited separation mechanism. In the cases of PS and PB, $K_p$ values approach unity, while $K_p$ values for PMMA decrease as MW increase in the good solvent, but in poor solvent, $K_p$ values increase as MW increase. $K_p$ values of PS copolymers are dependent on their MW and composition, therefore, morohology of SM block copolymer is predicted to be random phase.   • 본 연구는 컨조인트 분석기법을 이용하여 의자의 물리적 적합도를 분석, 평가하여 사용자가 선호하는 최적의 의자를 제시하고자 하는데 목적이 있다. 컨조인트 분석기법은 Marketing 분야에서 주로 많이 쓰여온 분석 방법으로서 제품의 중요한 속성들을 찾아내어 다양한 종류의 제품들에 대한 고객의 선호도를 분석하는 방법이다. 이러한 컨조인트 분석기법은 제품개발과 평가의 측면에서 매우 큰 가능성이 있음에도 불구하고 마켓팅 이외의 분야에서는 거의 적용되자 않고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 의자의 물리적 적합성 연구에 이 컨조인트 분석을 이용하여 그 적용의 가능성을 알아보고자 하였다. 또한 이러한 적합성 연구에 컨조인트 분석기법이 타당한 분석기법인지 비교하기 위해 분산분석의 기법도 병행하여 실시하였다. 문헌 조사와 전문가 의견 수렴을 통하여 선행연구에서 추출된 의자의 물리적 적합도 요소인 안정성, 여유성, 적합성, 안락성등 4개의 적합도 요소를 채택하여 종속변수로 사용하였다. 또한 의자 자체의 설계 요소에 해당하는 휴먼인터페이스 요소(HIE)는 높이 조절 여부, 팔걸이 유무, Tilting 유무의 3가지 속성을 선택하여 독립변수로 사용하였다. 분석에 사용된 의자는 각 속성을 특징적으로 대표하는 8개의 의자들로서 구성하였고 63명의 피험자를 사용하여 실험하였다. 분석의 결과는 안정성에 가장 큰 영향을 주는 속성은 높이조절(HC)로서 남자와 여자 모두 높이조절 기능이 없을 때 안정성을 느낀다는 결과가 나왔다. 여유성에 영향을 주는 가장 큰 요인은 남자는 높이조절 기능이 있을 때, 여자는 팔걸이가 있을 때 여유성이 있다고 판단하였으며, 인체적합성에 영향을 주는 요인은 남자와 여자 모두 Tilting 기능이, 안락성에 영향을 주는 주요인은 남자는 Tilting 기능이 있을 매, 여자는 높이조절 기능이 있을 때인 것으로 나타났다.감, 강연성, 회복성, 수분특성, 밀도감이었으며, 요인들로 설명되는 누적분산값은 67.18%였다.주관적 평가의 결과와 객관적 평가 결과를 이용해 마직물의 태를 평가하는 산출식을 제시하였다. 태 평가치의 경우 16가지 특성치를 모두 넣는 방법과 stepwise 방법, 또 Kawabatark 사용한 순차적 군 회귀법의 세가지 방법의 회귀식 중 16가지 특성치를 모두 넣는 방법의 결정계수가 가장 높았다.tosterone농도는 107.7$\pm$12.0 pmol/l이었고, 남성의 타액내 농도는 274.2$\pm$22.1 pmol/l이었다. 이상의 결과로 보아 본 연구에서 정립된 EIA 방법은 RIA를 대신하여 소규모의 실험실에서도 활용할 수 있을 것으로 사려된다.또한 상실기 이후 배아에서 합성되며, 발생시기에 따라 그 영향이 다르고 팽창과 부화에 관여하는 것으로 사료된다. 더욱이, 조선의 ${\ulcorner}$구성교육${\lrcorner}$이 조선총독부의 관리하에서 실행되었다는 것을, 당시의 사범학교를 중심으로 한 교육조직을 기술한 문헌에 의해 규명시켰다.nd of letter design which represents -natural objects and was popular at the time of Yukjo Dynasty, and there are some documents of that period left both in Japan and Korea. Mediating Effect of Self-Leadership Relationship between Critical Thinking and Problem Solving Ability of Nursing University Students (간호대학생의 비판적사고와 문제해결 능력과의 관계에서 셀프리더십의 매개효과)

  • This descriptive research study investigated the mediating effect of self-leadership on the relationship between critical thinking and problem solving ability of nursing university students. The data were collected from nursing university students in G city. Korea, from 20 Sep. 2019 through 30 Sep. 2019. General characteristics, critical thinking, problem solving ability and self-leadership were surveyed using structured questionnaires. Statistical analysis was performed using descriptive statistics, ANOVA, and stepwise multiple regression analysis with SPSS/WIN 21.0. The mediating effect of self-leadership on the relationship between critical thinking and problem solving ability was tested using Baron & Kenny's 3-step hierarchical regression analysis. There were positive correlations between problem solving ability and critical thinking(r=.48, p<.001), between problem solving ability and self-leadership(r=.73, p<.001) and between critical thinking and self-leadership(r=.70, p<.001). In addition, self-leadership had a partial mediating effect(Z=6.64 p<.001) on the relationship between critical thinking and problem-solving ability. Therefore, strengthening of self-leadership is necessary to improve the problem-solving ability of nursing university students. Various strategies through regular education courses and extracurricular activities should be prepared for this purpose.

Mediating Effect of Positive Psychological Capital on the Relationship between Emotional Labor and Job Satisfaction in Clinical Nurses (임상간호사의 감정노동과 직무만족 관계에서 긍정심리자본의 매개효과)

  • This descriptive research study investigated the mediating effect of positive psychological capital (PPC) on the relationship between emotional labor (EL) and job satisfaction (JS) of clinical nurses. The data was collected from 274 nurses working for two hospitals in the D city, Korea, from 7 Sep. 2016 through 23 Sep. 2016. General characteristics, EL, JS, and PPC were surveyed using structured questionnaires. Statistical analysis was performed using descriptive statistics, ANOVA, and stepwise multiple regression analysis with SPSS/WIN 21.0. The mediating effect of PPC on the relationship between EL and JS was tested using Baron & Kenny's 3-step hierarchical regression analysis. There were negative correlations between EL and JS (r=-.36, p<.001) and EL and PPC (r=-.25, p<.001) and a positive correlation between JS and PPC (r=.47, p<.001). In addition, the PPC, had a partial mediating effect (z=-3.44, p=.001) on the relationship between EL and JS. It is proposed, based on the results, to develop an organized intervention program that enhances job satisfaction by reducing emotional labor and strengthening positive psychological capital in clinical nurses.
