최근 과학기술정보 콘텐츠 분석 기반의 R&D 전략 수립이 중요시됨에 따라 국내 외 과학기술 통계 정보를 수집, 범주화하여 DB를 구축하고 이를 증거 기반의 기초연구정책을 수립하는데 활용하고자 하였다. 국내 외 49종의 과학기술 관련 보고서 등 자료를 수집하여 6,446개 지표 추출, 877개 통계 정보로 범주화, 이중 208개를 집중 관리 통계로 도출하였다. 이렇게 구축된 DB의 활용성 제시를 위해 논문정보 관련 심층분석을 통해 제한적으로나마 우리나라 기초연구의 효과성을 보여주고자 하였다. 이를 위해, 고피인용 논문창출과 R&D 투자 간의 통계기반 분석과 고피인용 논문의 국내 외 지식맵 비교 분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과, 기초연구비 증가가 우리나라의 보편적 연구활동도와 세계적 연구성과 창출에 긍정적 영향을 미친 것으로 나타났다. 또한 순수기초연구분야로 간주되어온 수학, 물리, 화학이 신성장동력이라 불리는 AI, 청정에너지 등 기술 발전의 기반이 되어왔음을 알 수 있었다.

In this paper, we propose a high performance database cluster system called HyperDB to process OLAP queries efficiently. HyperDB is a virtual database system running on top of internet-connected PCs; the PCs are used for their own purpose at ordinary times, but they are able to participate in the database cluster system at non-office hours. We propose fully logical replication technique and optimal parallel intra-query routing technique for extensibility and performance. Experiment for TPC-R benchmark shows significant performance upgrade compared with conventional approaches.

본 연구는 점차로 확대되고 있는 실버 관련 전문정보의 체계적인 수집과 관리에 대한 요구를 바탕으로 멀티미디어 DB를 기반으로 한 실버포탈사이트를 구축하고 실버 관련 정보제공을 위한 디지털 콘텐츠 개발을 통하여 실버형 멀티미디어 정보 시스템을 구축하고자 한다. 또한 온-오프라인을 포괄하는 노인전문 온톨로지 기반 정보저장소를 구축하고자 한다. 실버형 정보를 분석하여 각 정보에 대한 의미적 관계를 추출하고 각종 어휘에 대한 계층적 구조를 파악하고 이를 통한 에이전트별 기능을 설계하여 온톨로지 기반 정보저장소를 설계 구축한다. 또한, 다양한 정보 및 디지털 콘텐츠를 개발하여 국내 노인복지시설에 대한 체계적인 멀티미디어 DB망을 구축하고 국내의 각 노인복지 시설에 대한 자동 등록이 가능한 웹 프레임웍을 개발하여, 업체별 시설별 이용현황과 통계 현황을 지원할 수 있도록 설계하였다.

본 논문에서는 빠르고 안정적이면서도 높은 검색 성공률을 보장하는 내용기반 음악 정보 검색 시스템을 구축하였다. 시스템 질의 구간이나 질의 길이에 따른 시스템 불안정성 문제를 해결할 수 있는 DB 구축 방법인 MFC기법과 각 Superclass별로 특징 벡터의 차수를 차등 적용하여 시스템의 검색 속도를 향상시킬 수 있는 기법을 적용하였다. Superclass를 적용한 시스템은 SuperClass를 적용하지 않은 시스템과의 검색 성공률, 검색 속도 그리고 검색 Precision 비교 실험에서 대등한 성능을 유지하면서 검색 속도를 $20\%\~40\%$ 향상시켰다.

Retaining wall is a constructed structure in order to construct road, rail, building for effective use and obtainments of the limited ground. Recently, many kinds of research have been actively developed for a standardization and information to the maintenance and management of bridge, tunnel, road. With the works of database construction of that, many kinds of data with respect to statistics is cumulated. Database work of retaining wall is wholly lacking and lagged behind in the works of database construction. This paper suggests classification system on inspection data. On the basis of that, code work with classification system was practised and DB program of inspection data of retaining wall was developed. And input work for a data of maintenance and management was practised. The purpose of this paper is to suggest a kind of statistics data and investigate a characteristics of inspection using statistic data on retaining wall.

컴퓨터의 발달로 인해 여러 가지 현상들이 수치화되어 데이터로 수집되고 있다. 특히 많은 양의 데이터가 각 분야별로 수집되고 있는데 이는 데이터를 기초로 한 분석과 해석을 통하여 의사 결정의 뒷받침이 되는 정보를 얻기 위해서이다. 데이터의 중요성이 부각되면서 데이터의 관리가 관심사가 되었다. 많은 연구자들이 공유할 수 있도록 서버에 데이터베이스를 구축하고 이를 웹 브라우저를 통하여 조회 및 확인하는 시스템을 구축하는 것이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 연구자가 가장 많이 사용하는 엑셀 파일을 서버 데이터베이스에 업로드 하였고, 웹기반의 데이터베이스와 연동하여 연구자가 업로드한 데이터를 조회 및 확인할 수 있는 웹기반 프로그램을 개발하였다. 웹을 기반으로 데이터를 업로드 할 DB로 오라클을 사용하였으며 데이터베이스를 조회하기 위하여 웹프로그래밍 언어인 html, JAVA, JSP 등을 사용하여 웹기반 임상데이터 관리 시스템 구축을 위한 프로그램을 개발하였다.

Recently, many kinds of research has been actively developing for a standardization and information related to the construction works. These works include the general field of design, construction, supervision, maintenance and management on facilities. The works of database construction for a standardization and information were chiefly propelled centering around the present conditions related to the design, construction work. The field related to maintenance and management on facilities lags behind in the works of database construction. The establishment of standard classification system(SCS) on facilities and inspection data is most important among the things related to maintenance and management to have a efficiently maintenance and management. This paper suggests SCS on facilities and inspection data according to that of facilities. On the basis of SCS of facilities and inspection data, code work with classification system and input work for a data of maintenance and management was practised. The purpose of this paper is to suggest a kind of statistics data and investigate a characteristics of inspection using statistic data on tunnel structures

Kiscon, Seumteo, KONEPS and CSI are representative construction-related DBs. All four DBs are operated by the public. However, the characteristics of data are different depending on the purpose. Therefore, it is difficult to utilize integrated data and it is only used sparingly. Creating and sharing a unique key that can identify a construction site will enable integrated accumulation and management of construction-related data for various purposes. At this point, it is most efficient to assign a unique key based on KISCON. KISCOn data conforms to the construction site definition and covers most of the public, private, architectural and civil works. In addition, there is an advantage in that DB construction is performed in the construction situation, which is a relatively preceding process. In the future, it is necessary to create a practical construction site integrated DB through the production of an integrated key table containing linkage information of unique keys for site management, performance indicators, and statistics production.

본 논문에서는 모바일 환경에서 적용 가능한 잡음에 강인한 내용기반 음악 검색 시스템을 구축하였다. 제안된 시스템은 기존의 음성인식 분야에서 잡음에 강인한 특성을 가진 것으로 알려진 ZCPA 특징을 내용기반 음악 검색 시스템에 적용시켜 그 성능을 검증하였다. 또한 본 논문에서는 대용량 음악 DB 검색에서 기존의 전수(Exhaustive) 검색에 비해 검색 속도를 99% 가까이 개선할 수 있는 새로운 인덱싱 방법과 고속 검색 알고리즘을 제안하였다. 신호대 잡음비가 15dB - 0dB인 잡음 환경에서의 모의실험 결과, 제안 시스템은 기존의 MFCC와 필터뱅크 에너지 특징에 비해 약 5% - 30% 정도의 우수한 성능을 나타냄을 확인하였다.
