데이터 마이닝 기반 스마트 공장 에너지 소모 예측 모델 (An Energy Consumption Prediction Model for Smart Factory Using Data Mining Algorithms)

  • 산업용 에너지 소비 예측은 에너지 수요와 공급에 동적이고 계절적인 변화가 있기 때문에 에너지 관리 및 제어 시스템에서 중요한 위치를 차지한다. 본 논문은 철강 산업의 에너지 소비 예측 모델을 제시하고 논의한다. 사용되는 데이터에는 후행 및 선도적인 전류 반응 전력, 후행 및 선도적인 전류 동력 계수, 이산화탄소(TCO2) 배출 및 부하 유형이 포함된다. 테스트 세트에서는 (a) 선형 회귀(LR), (b) 방사형 커널(SVM RBF), (c) Gradient Boosting Machine (GBM), (d) 무작위 포리스트(RF). 평균 제곱 오차(RMSE), 평균 절대 오차(MAE) 및 평균 절대 백분율 오차(ME)의 네 가지 통계 모델을 사용하여 예측하고 평가한다. 회귀 설계의 효율성 모든 예측 변수를 사용할 때 최상의 모델 RF는 테스트 세트에서 RMSE 값 7.33을 제공할 수 있다.

병원조직에 팀제 도입이 팀직무만족과 팀조직 몰입에 미치는 영향 (The Influences of a Team System's Introduction to Hospital Organization, Regarding Job Satisfaction and Organization Commitment)

  • The introduction of a team system to any organization is usually to improve that organizations dynamics, by increasing the proper adaptation to rapidly changing environments, by reducing approval procedures, and by promoting power authorization. In this regard, this study was carried out in an attempt to determine (1) whether or not the introduction of a team system can be as effective in hospital organizations as it has been in business organizations, and (2) what behavior factors influence such effectiveness. For the current study, questionnaires were distributed to the employees of a university hospital in Pusan. Four hundred eighty three of them(94.7%) were retrieved and analyzed through statistical processes. The three types of variables that were found to influence team effectiveness were: (1) independent variables of team organization characteristics, such as communication, organizational atmosphere, leadership and team knowledge, (2) intervening variables of team organization characteristics. such as job autonomy, technological variety, task subjectivity, task feedback and task importance, and(3) the dependent variables of team level effectiveness, such as job satisfaction and commitment to team organization. The gathered data were processed by using the 6.12 version of the statistical program SAS(Statistical Analysis System), and the reliance coefficient of those measured variables was then evaluated as an average of 0.78. The influence of team level effectiveness was analyzed by using multiple regression analysis. These differences in effectiveness were then analyzed on the basis of related mean values, while the differences among demo-sociological characteristics were analyzed by using the dispersion analysis(ANOVA) and the t-test. The results of the study can be summarized by the following. First, regarding the relationship between team organization characteristics and team level effectiveness, all of the factors including communication, organizational atmosphere, leadership and team knowledge were found to have a significant influence on effectiveness. Second, the factors of team job characteristics, such as technological variety, task importance and job autonomy, had significant effects on job satisfaction and organizational commitment among the teams members. Team level effectiveness was generally high, while team job satisfaction was higher the teams organizational commitment. Third, regarding the demo-sociological characteristics, team level effectiveness was found to be higher among those who were older, who had more job experience, and who had a higher position. Comparing the differences among job types, the effectiveness was relatively higher in the fields of nursing and administration/management then in other fields. Further study should be done towards the setting of variables for characteristics of hospital organization, developing suitable methods of measurement, and researching individual level effectiveness.

통계분석을 이용한 지역별 산불위험시기 구분 (Statistical Analysis on Danger Period of Forest Fire by Regions in Korean)

  • 전국단위로 시행되고 있는 산불위험시기가 전국 9개 지역(강원, 경기, 경남, 경북, 전남, 전북, 제주, 충남, 충북)과 차이가 있는지를 알아보기 위하여 산불발생건수와 피해면적을 가지고 순기별로 구분하여 상관분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과 산불발생건수에서는 모든 지역에서 유의성이 있는 것으로 나타났고, 산불피해면적에서는 경남, 제주와 유의성이 없는 것으로 나타났다. 이에 전국을 대상으로 모든 지역을 설명하기에는 부족하므로 전국 9개도를 대상으로 하여 산불위험시기를 구분하기 위하여 산불발생과 피해면적을 이용하여 분산분석의 다중검정을 실시하고 순기별로 유의성 검정을 실시하였다. 그 결과 산불발생에 있어서 제주를 제외한 지역에서 1% 유의성이 있었고, 산불피해면적은 강원, 제주를 제외한 지역에서 1% 유의성을 보였다. 각 지역별로 위험시기를 구분할 수 있지만 행정적 효율성을 높이기 위하여 지역별 상관분석 결과를 이용하여 산불위험시기가 비슷한 중부권(강원, 경기, 경북, 전북, 충남, 충북), 남부권(경남, 전남), 그리고 제주권(제주)으로 분류하였다. 산불발생시기에 있어서는 중부권은 2월중순${\sim}$5월상순까지 전체의 81%가 발생한 반면 남부권은 1월하순${\sim}$4월중순까지 전체의 71%가 발생하였다. 산불피해면적에 있어서는 중부권은 2월중순${\sim}$5월상순까지 전체의 98% 가 발생한 반면 남부권은 1월하순${\sim}$4월중순까지 전체의 82%가 발생하였다.

ISM 대역에서 무선 헤드셋과 WiFi 간의 양립성 분석 (Analysis on Compatibility between wireless headset and WiFi in ISM bands)

  • 본 논문은 ISM (Industry Science and Medical) 대역에서 동시 다발적으로 운용 가능성이 높은 무선 헤드셋 수신기 시스템과 WiFi (Wireless Fidelity) 시스템간의 간섭 영향을 분석하였다. WiFi는 IEEE (Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers ) 802.11b 규격을 바탕으로 하여 특성 및 파라미터를 적용하였으며, 분석방법으로는 최소결합 손실(MCL; Minimum Coupling Loss) 방법과 몬테카를로(MC; Monte Carlo) 방법을 사용하였다. MCL 방법을 통해서 무선 헤드셋의 수신기와 WiFi기기의 송신기 간의 보호이격거리를 도출하였으며, 통계적 분석을 바탕으로 한 MC 방법을 이용해서 5 %이하의 간섭 확률을 만족시켜 주기 위한 단일 간섭원에 따른 보호이격거리 도출 및 희생원의 셀 반경에 따른 허용 가능한 최대 간섭원 수를 도출하였다. 분석 결과는 ISM 대역에서 사용되고 있는 무선 헤드셋 시스템 및 기타 소출력 기기들의 공유방안으로 활용될 것으로 기대된다.

신생아 Apgar Score의 시간적 변동에 관한 임상적 관찰 (Clinical Observation on Apgar Score Changing of the Newborn Infants)

  • This study was attempted for clinical investigation regarding with Apgar score changing phase of newborns and their sucking power related the score and weight. The data for this study obtained from 545 newborns who were born at Dept. of obstetric WooSok Hospital, Korea University from Jan. to Sept.. 1373. It is hoped that this study will contribute to nursing care planning of newborns in nursery. The Apgar score was checked in the delivery room at 1 minute after delivery by Doctor and rechecked at 30 minutes and 1 hour after delivery by nurses. The results obtained were as follows: 1. The total newborn numbers at 1 minute after delivery were 545, at 30 minutes were 542 (3 dead) and at 1 hour were 540. The babies were divided into 3 groups by the Apgar score. The frequency of group 1 (score 1 to 4) at each times were 5.0%, 0.9%, 0.4%, group 2 (score 5 to 7) 11.2%, 4.1%, 1.7% and group 3 (score 8 to 10) 83.8%, 95.0%, 97.9%. 2. The group I was found most frequently among the cases of less than 2, 500g and group 3 was found among the cases over 2.500g. It was found that there was a tendency of delaying in recovery process of low score among the premature and low birth weight newborns. 3. The type of delivery, breech and other I e was found worst and C-Section was the second, however normal spontaneous delivery was found the best. 4. In observation of sucking power of the newborn related its score and weight, good, fair, poor marks were given. But for convenience of statistical analysis. good and fair was collected together and poor alone evaluated. The result of group 1.2 examined statistically by F.E.T shown no relation between newborn weight and sucking power. however group 3, examined by X$^2$test shown very significant relation between newborn weight and sucking power. 5. The mortality rate of newborn while they were in hospital was found 2.6% to 545 of birth and all cases of dead belonged to group 1 at 1 minutes after delivery. 64.3% of the dead was found among the cases less than 2, 500g. 6. It was found that in this observation premature and Newborn asphyxia had influence to low score at birth. Conclusively, good anthemata carr should be emphasized in order to prevent main causes of these and should avoid abnormal delivery as possible.

내로우 스쿼트 운동이 내반슬 성인의 무릎 사이 거리와 보행 시 무릎 관절의 생체역학에 미치는 즉각적인 영향 (The Immediately Effect of Narrow Squats on the Knee Joint Biomechanics During a Gait and Distance Between the Knees of Person With Genu-varum)

  • Background: Genu varum is also known as bow leg. It is a deformity wherein there is lateral bowing of the legs at the knee. it does give rise to pain, and persistent bowing can often give rise to discomfort in knees, hips and ankles. Objects: This study investigated the effect of narrow squats on the knee joint during a gait and distance between the knees of person with genu varum. Methods: This study analyzed 23 patient with genu varum that grade III, 12 narrow squat group and 11 genenal squat group in motion analysis laboratory. The subjects of experiment took gait before and after intervention, the range of joint motion, moment of knee joint adduction, power, distance of the knees were measured. And in order to make an analysis between groups, an paiered t-test and independent t-test was carried out. For statistical significance testing, it was decided that significance level ${\alpha}$ be .05. Results: It was shown that the group of narrow squat exercise significantly decreased in distance of knees (p<.05),In moment of adduction of knee joint, it was shown to significantly decrease in two groups (p<.05), was significantly decreased in adduction, abduction, and rotation (p<.05). In relation of peak-knee adduction moment and valgus angle, there was significant decrease in narrow squat group (p<.05). Conclusion: When the above result of study were examined, a narrow squat exercise given to the genu varum patients significantly decreased the distance between the knees, range of knee adduction and abduction, knee adduction moment, knee power. And stability gains through the decrease of excursion of knee medial part be effective for the correction of genu varum deformation.

시간제 간호사 및 인턴간호사의 직무만족도에 관한 비교연구 (Comparative Study on the Job Satisfaction of Part-time Nurses and Internship Nurses)

  • Recently, Korean health care industry managers are paying more attention to customer oriented service, the rationalization of business administration, and quality control of service to adjust their business to outer environment since IMF bailout program. They are focusing on the cost reduction through remodeling the size and structure of man power, viz. labor flexibility. Nurses are not free from this juncture and contingent nurses are increasing fast. This article intends to verify the actual condition of two types of contingent nurses -part-time nurses and internship nurses-and to compare their job satisfaction to provide basic resource for efficient management of nurse man power. The concrete goals of this article are; Firstly, to verify the actual condition of their employment. Secondly, to compare their job satisfaction. And Thirdly, to the relation between employment condition and job satisfaction. To accomplish these research goals, a statistical survey was executed, in which 384 questionnaires - 66 for manager nurses, 318 for contingent nurses-were given to nurses working at 66 general hospitals-which have at least 100 beds-in Seoul. Among them, 121 questionnaires-of 28 general hospitals-were returned. Then, the data coded and submitted to mean, standard deviation, T-test, variance analysis (ANOVA), correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis with SAS program. The research results of the contingent nurses are followings: 1. Two types of contingent nurses shows similar age spans: they are mostly 21 - 30 years old and unmarried. But internship nurses have high level of educational career. Part - time nurses spread at general beds, out -patient part, intensive care part, operation part, etc, but internship nurses work mostly at general beds. 2. Two groups shows difference in actual employment condition: average employment career of part -time nurses is 7.0 months but internship nurses' is 2.0 months: average duty-on days per month of part - time nurses are 23.7 days but internship nurses' are 24.8 days. But there are little difference in average working time per day: 7.7 hours for part -time nurses and 0 hours for internship nurses. 3. The average wage per month for part -time nurses is 836,026 won but for internship nurses is 557,428 won-66.7% of part-time nurses'. Both groups are enjoying little additional pay. 4. Both groups are getting job not so much through advertisement of newspaper or hospitals as through acquainted person or college. 5. Both groups show very high level of job satisfaction: 3.2195 for part -time nurses and 3.2881 for internship nurses. But they show very low satisfaction on payment level compared with other categories and two groups show meaningful difference(P<.0001). 6. The multiple regression test reveals the factors related with job satisfaction: wage level, working part(OR or ICU), age, job career, and motive of contingent job-taking('because I can take care of family duties at the same time') influence positively: motive of contingent job-taking('because I can work regularly without alternation') influences negatively.

HRV(Heart Rate Variability)를 통한 말초성 안면신경마비와 자율신경실조의 상관성 연구 (Study of the Relation of Autonomic Nerve System and Peripheral Facial Palsy by the Heart Rate Variability)

  • Objectives : This study was designed to evaluate the effect of inbalance of autonomic nerve system on peripheral facial palsy patients in comparison of Heart Rate Variability results of healthy control group with that of peripheral facial palsy group. Methods : The peripheral facial palsy patiens who visited the Dongguk university Bundang oriental medicine hospital from April to June in 2005 were tested Heart Rate Variability items which are Mean Heart Rate(MHRT), Standard Deviation of all the Normal RR intervals (SDNN), Root Mean Square of Successive Differences Between The Normal Heart Beats(RMSSD), Total Power(TP), Low Frequency, High Frequency, ratio between the Low Frequency and High Frequency power(LF/HF ratio). The Heart Rate Variability test results of peripheral facial palsy group were compared with the HRV test results of healthy control group who didn't have nervous disease, musculoskeletal disease, heart problem and pain for the past 6 months. Results : 1. MHRT was not significantly different between peripheral facial palsy group and healthy control group(P=0.18). 2. SDNN was not significantly different between peripheral facial palsy group and healthy control group(P=0.41). 3. RMSSD was not significantly different between peripheral facial palsy group and healthy control group(P=0.93). 4. TP was not significantly different between peripheral facial palsy group and healthy control group(P=094). 5. LF and HF were not significantly different between peripheral facial palsy group and healthy control group((P=0.34, 0.30). 6. LF/HF ratio was significantly different between peripheral facial palsy group and healthy control group(P=0.04). Conclusion : LF/HF ratio is generally used as autonomic nerve system evaluation and there was significantly statistical difference between peripheral facial palsy group and healthy control group.

12주간 복합운동이 비만 여대생의 신체조성 및 기초체력 향상에 미치는 영향 (The effects of combined exercise training 12weeks on body composition and basic physical strength in obese college women)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 12주간 복합운동이 비만 여대생의 신체조성 및 기초체력 향상에 미치는 영향을 규명하는데 있다. 본 연구의 취지를 충분히 설명하고 자발적 참여의 동의서를 작성한 D대학교의 여대생 12명이었으며, 과거병력과 현재 특별한 질환이 없고, 규칙적인 운동경험이 없는 자들로 구성하였다. 이들은 실험 전 신체조성검사 및 기초체력검사인 좌 우악력, 배근력, 유연성, 순발력, 근지구력을 측정하고, 12주간 복합운동 실시 후 평균 표준편차를 산출하기 위하여 기술통계를 실시하였으며, 실험 전, 후 차이 검증은 paired t-test를 이용하여 분석하였다. 통계적 유의수준은 p<.05로 설정하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 12주간 복합트레이닝 운동집단에서 참여 후 체중, 골격근, 체지방량 및 좌 우악력 및 배근력, 순발력은 통계적으로 유의(p.<05)한 감소와 증가를 보였고, 유연성은 약간의 증가를 보였으나 통계적으로 유의한 수준의 변화를 보이지 않았으며, 통제집단은 유의한 변화가 없었다. 이상을 종합해 보면 12주간 복합운동은 여대생의 근육을 증가시켜 기초대사량이 증가하여 체중 및 체지방을 감소시켜 건강관련 기초체력 향상에 의미 있는 운동프로그램이 될 수 있을 것이라고 사료된다.

캡사이신 섭취와 UCP1 과 β3- adrenergic Receptor Polymorphism의 다양성에 대한 자율신경활동의 변화 (Alterations of Human Autonomic Nervous System Activity on Capsaicin Ingestion, and Variants of UCP1 and β3- -adrenergic Receptor Polymorphism)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 1) 캡사이신 섭취 (100 mg) 가 에너지 대사 조절자로서 열발생 교감신경활동과 관련된 자율신경활동을 향상시키는지, 2) 본 연구의 대상자들의 UCP1 과 ${\beta}_{3}$-AR 유전자 다양성이 자율신경활동에 영향을 주는지를 조사한 것이다. 8명의 대상자 (24.7 ${\pm}$ 1.8 세) 가 이 실험에 자발적으로 참여하였다. 심박수변이성 파워 스펙트랄 분석에 의해 평가된 심장자율신경활동과 에너지 대사는 총 90분간 매 30분마다 5분간 측정하였으며, 캡사이신 또는 위약 그룹은 무작위로 대상자에서 섭취되었다. 본 연구의 결과에서, 두 그룹간의 안정시 심박수에서는 유의한 차이가 없었다. 자율신경활동은 캡사이신 그룹에서 증가하였으나, 통계적으로 유의한 차이는 없었다. 총 대상자중, UCP1의 GG유전자 타입을 가진 대상자는 37.5% 였다. 그러나 캡사이신 그룹은 Test3에서 측정시 호흡 교환율이 유의하게 낮았다 (CAP: 0.80 ${\pm}$ 0.02 vs. CON: 0.85 ${\pm}$ 0.02, means ${\pm}$ SE, p<0.05). 이상의 결과로서, 캡사이신 (100 mg) 의 섭취는 지방분해를 향상시킴으로서 비만 과/또는 고지혈증을 가진 개개인에서 유익한 성분임을 시사할 수 있다. 또한 자율신경에 대한 비만과 관련된 UCP1 과/또는 ${\beta}_{3}$-AR 과 같은 유전자 다양성은 앞으로의 연구에 고려되어져야 할 것이다.
