노인의 식습관과 구강건강상태에 관한 연구 (The study on the state of the elderly oral health and food habits)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between the dietary habits and oral health of elderly people in an attempt to pave the way for the development of oral health promotion programs geared toward improving the quality of life of the elderly. The subjects in this study were senior citizens who were selected by convenience sampling from Seoul. The findings of the study were as follows: 1. Regarding subjective oral health state, 54.5% of the elderly people, more than the half, considered their mouth to be in good health. The number of their mean remaining permanent teeth was 13.71. 47.5 percent of the senior citizens investigated had no shaking teeth. 2. Those who found themselves to be in good oral health had meals on a regular basis(p=0.022) and ate detergent food often. The gaps between them and the others was significant(p=0.005). In contrast, the elderly people who were in a bad oral health frequently ate cariogenic food(p=0.044). 3. The elderly people who had 21 teeth or more ate detergent food often(p=0.029), and those who owned no teeth had a sweet teeth(p=0.003), ate more cariogenic food(p=0.001) and had a snack frequently(p=0.026). 4. The subjective oral health status had a positive correlation to detergent food intake(r=0.23) and had a slightly negative correlation to preference for sweets(r=-0.14), cariogenic food intake(r=-0.14) and snack intake(r=-0.06). The number of tooth was positively correlated to detergent food intake(r=0.23) and negatively to preference for sweets(r=0.32), cariogenic food intake(r=-0.30) and snack intake(r=-0.21). The presence or absence of shaking teeth had a positive correlation to snack intake(r=0.14). The above-mentioned findings suggested that the dietary habits of the elderly people had a statistically significant relationship to subjective and objective oral health state, which indicated that there was a close relationship between oral health and dietary habits. Therefore how to improve dietary habits as well as oral health should be taken into account when oral health promotion programs are developed for the sake of the elderly. That would contribute to promoting the oral health of elderly people and eventually boosting their quality of life.

국악 연주단복 개발을 위한 연구 (Development of Performance Uniform for Korean Classical Music Band)

  • This study proposed the design development of performance uniform for Korean classical music. To do this, we considered the state of the performance uniform of the Korean Classical Music Band through photographic data. The research targeted the performers in Korean Classical Music Band, and conducted a survey for the preference of type, pattern, decoration, color and fabric materials. Based on the results, we extracted the design of performance uniform, which is suitable for the environment of Korean classical music performance and meets the substantial requirements of performers. The performance uniform that the current national or public Korean classical music bands are using, has two types: Western clothing and Hanbok. The attire is influenced by the genre of the music that they are playing because one of its main functions is to deliver the music to audience effectively. In addition, there are some differences in the uniform based on the gender, but no division in the design of clothing according to music instruments. However, the result of the survey show that there was no difference in preference by gender, but there was some difference according to the division of music instruments. On this study, we reflected this result in the design, and proposed the design of an convenient outer garment for everyone to wear in the music performance band.

치위생과 학생의 취업가치관과 취업선호도에 관한 연구 (A study on the job values and job preference of dental hygiene students)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the state of career and employment among dental hygiene students in an attempt to get an accurate grip on their preparation for career and employment. And it's also meant to help improve the efficiency of guidance by dental hygiene education institutions for career and employment. The subjects in this study were every dental hygiene student at three different colleges. After a self-administered survey was conducted, the following findings were given: 1. In regard to the future prospects of dental hygienist, 44.2 percent of the students investigated believed that there would be a bright future for dental hygienist, and 55.8 percent didn't agree to that or considered the prospects to be neither bright nor bleak. 2. As to the motivation of choosing the department of dental hygiene, 51.2 percent thought that it was easy for dental hygienists to get a job, and 22.2 percent wanted to be a professional. 3. Concerning preference for workplace, they hoped to work in a hospital-sized or larger institutions including dental hospitals. As to the reason why they wanted a job, 76.2 percent had their sight set on standing on their own feet. 4. As for the top priority for employment, they took interpersonal relationship into account the most(3.63), followed by aptitude(3.52) and working conditions/environments(3.51). 5. In terms of job values by academic year, all the freshmen, sophomores and juniors attached the most importance to interpersonal relationship. By academic standing in the previous semester, the students who got an A, B or C put more value on human relations, and those who got a D gave more weight to social status and fame. The gap between them was statistically significant. As for the impact of the high schools they graduated from, they took the most statistically significant consideration on interpersonal relationship irrespective of their alma mater.

인지적 편향과 불안감이 미국 대학생의 위험 신용 행동에 미치는 영향과 상호작용효과 (Direct and Interaction Effects of Cognitive Bias and Anxiety on Credit Misuse among U.S. College Students)

  • This study determines whether certain cognitive biases (i.e., time preference, goal attainment expectation, unrealistic optimism, and overconfidence) and a specific negative mood-state (i.e., anxiety) influence credit misuse among college students. Data were collected from fourth-year college students (N=1,146), all of whom attended the same university in the southwest United States. Hierarchical multiple regression analyses and moderator analyses were employed to test the research hypotheses. Results showed that specific cognitive biases and anxiety were directly associated with credit misuse. We found that the longer goal attainment was delayed, the greater the students' unrealistic optimism concerning future income; in addition, the more overconfident they became with respect to financial knowledge, the more frequently they engaged in credit misuse. The study also showed that the higher a student's level of anxiety, the more often that students engaged in credit misuse. We also found that cognitive bias factors and anxiety interact to influence credit misuse. Anxiety interacted with time preference and unrealistic optimism such that present-oriented time preference was negatively related to credit misuse while optimism toward future income was positively related to credit misuse, but only for students with high anxiety levels. The findings of this study are discussed in the context of understanding and preventing irresponsible financial behavior among young adults.

영화 스크립트 내 감정 정보를 이용한 시각화 (Visualization using Emotion Information in Movie Script)

  • 인터넷 기술과 다양한 정보 기술의 융합을 통해 광대한 정보를 수집 및 가공하여 사용자 취향에 맞는 다양한 지식을 서로 주고받을 수 있게 되었다. 특히, 영화 미디어 속에 내포된 감정 변화의 흐름을 통해 사용자의 취향과 연결된 밀접한 콘텐츠를 선호하는 경향이 있다. 사용자는 스크립트에 나타난 정보를 바탕으로 전체적인 감정의 흐름이나 특정한 등장인물, 또는 특정한 장면에서의 감정의 흐름을 보다 빠르게 이해하기 위해 시각화하고자 한다. 본 논문에서는 영화 웹페이지로부터 정제되지 않은 데이터를 획득한 후, 정제 과정을 거쳐 표준화된 스크립트 형식으로 변환한다. 정제된 데이터를 XML 문서로 변환하여 다양한 정보를 쉽게 획득한 후, 감정 예측 시스템에 각 문단을 입력하여 다양한 감정을 예측한다. 예측된 감정들의 흐름과 스크립트에 포함된 정보량을 혼합하여 사용자가 필요로 하는 다양한 감정의 전체적 또는 특정 부분에서 캐릭터들 간의 감정 상태의 변화를 시각화를 통해 쉽게 이해할 수 있는 시스템을 제안한다.

선호도 전이 확률을 이용한 멀티미디어 컨텐츠 추천 시스템 (A Multimedia Contents Recommendation System using Preference Transition Probability)

  • 최근에 서비스되기 시작한 디지털 멀티미디어 방송은 다양한 종류의 수많은 컨텐츠를 제공하기 때문에 고객은 때로 자신이 선호하는 컨텐츠를 찾는데 많은 시간을 소비한다. 심지어는 선호 컨텐츠를 찾는 동안 이미 방송이 끝날 수도 있다. 이와 같은 문제를 해결하기 위해서는 고객이 필요로 하는 최소 정보만을 추천하기 위한 방법이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 고객이 시청한 컨텐츠 선호도 전이 확률을 이용하여 고객이 선호하는 컨텐츠를 미리 예측하여 추천하기 위한 알고리즘과 시스템을 제안한다. 제안하는 시스템은 클라이언트 관리자 에이전트, 모니터링 에이전트, 러닝 에이전트, 그리고 추천 에이전트 모듈로 구성된다. 클라이언트 관리자 에이전트는 다른 모듈과 상호 작용을 하면서 조정자 역할을 한다. 모니터링 에이전트는 컨텐츠에 대한 고객의 선호도를 분석하기 위해 고객이 이용했던 usage history 데이터를 수집하기 위한 에이전트이다. 러닝 에이전트는 고객으로부터 수집된 usage history 데이터를 정제하여 시간 변화에 따른 상태 전이 행렬로 모델링하기 위한 에이전트이다. 추천 에이전트는 고객의 상태 전이 행렬로 구성된 모델링 데이터에 본 논문에서 제안하는 선호도 전이 확률 모델을 이용하여 고객이 바로 다음에 선호하게 될 컨텐츠를 추천하기 위한 에이전트이다. 추천 에이전트 모듈에서 컨텐츠에 대한 고객의 선호도 전이 확률을 이용하는 추천 알고리즘을 제안한다. 제안하는 추천 시스템은 무선 인터넷 표준 플랫폼인 WIPI(Wireless Internet Platform for Interoperability) 플랫폼에서 프로토타입 시스템을 설계, 구현하였으며, 실험결과 제안된 선호도 전이 확률 모델의 추천 정확도가 전형적인 방법에 비해 효과적임을 보인다.

Holland 유형별 대학생의 진로걱정이 진로결정상태에 미치는 영향 연구 (A Study on the effect of Vocational Decision Status According to Career Worries of Holland Preference Type's University Students)

  • 본 연구에서는 대학졸업예정자의 Holland 유형에 따라 진로결정상태를 분석하고 진로결정상태에 진로걱정이 미치는 영향을 연구하여 매개효과를 밝힘으로서 상담자들이 상담 장면에서 대학생들의 진로걱정의 다양함을 고려한 상담진행으로 내담자의 자기실현을 이루는데 도움을 줄 수 있다. 또한 현재까지 우리나라에서 실시되고 있는 집단 상담 프로그램 및 진로상담의 효과에 관한 연구들이 내담자의 진로걱정의 차이를 고려하지 않고 동일한 프로그램과 상담방식으로 진행해왔음을 고려해 볼 때, 본 연구는 보다 효과적인 진로상담을 위해, 차별적인 상담개입과 전략을 세우기 위한 기초의 연구로서 중요한 의의가 있다. 본 연구대상은 서울, 경기, 충정지역의 4년제 대학교 중 4학년 2학기의 졸업예정자 총 606명이며, 자료 수집은 2013년 11월 4일부터 약 2주간에 걸처 표준화된 자기기입식 설문지를 사용하여 수집하였다. 연구 결과 첫째, Holland 유형별 대학생의 진로걱정과 진로결정상태에 대한 차이를 검증한 결과 진로걱정정도와 진로걱정유형이 Holland 유형별로 다르게 나타나 유의한 차이를 보였다. 둘째, Holland 유형별로 차이를 보인 진로결정상태에서 진로걱정이 미치는 영향을 검증한 결과 진로에 대한 무걱정과 걱정, 그리고 진로결정유형 중 의존성이 매개역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 결론적으로 진로걱정이 대학생의 진로결정상태에 미치는 영향을 분석함으로써 매개효과를 밝혔다는데 의의가 있다.

  • 由于生产的全球化以及国家之间的文化交流, 东方元素越来越吸引世界的眼球. 在时装界, 一个时装设计师的文化背景往往可以催生新颖的设计理念, 使他卓尔不群. 人们对于东方元素的喜爱, 给传统时装市场带来了巨大的商机, 并且把基于文化的业务拓展到全球时装市场. 然而, 包含韩国传统文化的国际品牌还有待开发. 为了发展有韩国特色的国际品牌, 韩国人首先要在国内服装市场上认同本国文化, 然后才能进军国外市场. 便服非常适合采纳韩国元素, 因为这种衣服有很多用途, 很容易被广泛接受和使用. 而且, 多用途便服和时尚内衣的市场需求越来越大. 尽管便服市场在快速发展, 但是对便服的专门研究尚不多见, 目前在对发展中的现代化传统服装、时尚产品和品牌的研究中, 并不包括对便服的研究. 因此, 本论文调查了韩国的便服市场, 研究了消费者对含有韩国传统时装设计特色的便服的评价. 分析了对于韩国传统时装设计元素有购买意向的先例之间的关系, 并且比较了不同生活群体的消费目标. 产品质量, 零售服务质量, 感受价值以及对拥有韩国传统设计元素的便服的喜好被作为购买意向的先决条件. 同时, 本文设计了一个结构方程模型, 用于探讨它们之间的关系以及它们对购买意图的影响. 产品质量和市场营销中的零售服务质量结合在一起, 成为影响人们对韩国特色便服的偏好和价值感知的因素. 而且, 偏好和价值感知对购买意向的影响可以用同一模型来检验. 通过网上调查系统由女性消费者完成了一共357份的自填式问卷, 并制定了一份调查样本人群的生活方式、对于产品和销售服务的标准、对于韩国特色便服的价值感知、偏好以及购买意向的调查问卷. 此外, 问卷还将调查便服的采购和使用行为, 以便检验韩国便服的市场地位. 并且使用描述性分析, 因素分析, 聚类分析来分析数据, 以及使用AMOS 7.0.来进行方差分析和建立结构方程模型. 对于韩国便服市场地位的调查结果显示, 在我们的样本人群中大多数消费者都购买了便服. 便服在目前被认为是在家里穿的衣服, 是消费者比较而言投入较低的衣服. 在调查中显示, 大多数消费者每年仅仅购买2到3次便服, 花费在10美元以下. 购买便服的消费者们的生活方式共有四类: 传统价值导向的生活方式, 品牌影响的生活方式, 追求休闲的生活方式以及健康导向的生活方式, 这四类共计有12个项目. 基于这些生活方式要素, 便服消费者们又可以分为两类: 安乐派和保守派. 文章估量了对含有韩国传统时尚设计元素的便服的购买行为各组成部分之间的关系, 产品质量和零售服务质量都会影响到购买便服的偏好和价值感知. 这个研究结论证明, 高质量的产品和零售服务会对便服形成积极的优先效应. 价值感知和对便服的偏好会对购买意图产生积极的影响. 这个结果表明, 对便服所含有的韩国传统时尚设计因素的强烈偏好和价值感知能增强购买意图. 在两种不同生活方式的群体(即安乐派和保守派)的模型比较中, 结果显示产品质量和零售服务质量对安乐派群体的偏好和感知价值都有积极影响. 然而, 对保守派来说, 只有零售服务质量对偏好和购买意图有积极的影响. 由于安乐派对购买意图显示出更重大的影响, 包含韩国传统时尚设计因素的便服品牌应该关注安乐派的这些特征. 然而, 保守派对包含韩国传统时尚设计因素的便服在偏好和购买意图的关系中显得更强. 因此对包含韩国传统时尚设计因素的便服品牌来说, 它应该把重点放在如何激发保守群体消费者对便服的积极偏爱上. 这些结果提供了关于韩国便服消费者生活方式的信息, 也对那些计划进入韩国便服市场的时尚品牌, 尤其是那些与现行研究样本相似的, 目标为女性消费者的时尚品牌提供了有用的信息. 这一研究也为便服品牌和那些打算创造含有韩国传统时尚因素的高价值品牌提供了策略和市场洞察力. 考虑到不同生活方式群体的类型和便服或传统时尚商品之间的关系, 品牌设计者和市场策划人员可以运用这一研究成果作为市场定位, 目标设定, 以及市场销售策略的一个参考.

건강상태 평가를 위한 지수 개발: 헬스인덱스 (A Suggestion on Evaluating Personal Health State: Health Index)

  • A health index was proposed that evaluates personal health state from both measured physiological variables and survey questions. Four health indices were defined such as cardiovascular index, stress index, obesity index, and management index. The total health index was calculated by summing these four health indices. Physiological variables such as blood pressure, heart rate variability(HRV), accelerated photoplethysmograph(APG), and body fat percentage were non-invasively measured and a survey questionnaire that asks personal health state, exercise intensity, and food preference was developed. The suggested health index was applied to thirty eight persons including 30 patients and 8 normal persons with an average age of 51.8. The average health index was estimated to be 75.1 out of 100 points. Young age group(below 50) and men group showed higher health indices than the aged(over 50) and women groups. The correlation coefficient between the cardiovascular index and stress index was found to be 0.513, which means stress is related to cardiovascular health state. The correlation coefficient between the measurements and survey questions was 0.385 for the cardiovascular index. It was as low as 0.182 for the stress index. More case studies may improve correlations between measurements and survey questions, and then, the current health index system may develop as an effective tool to evaluate personal health state.

Friendship Influence on Mobile Behavior of Location Based Social Network Users

  • In mobile computing research area, it is highly desirable to understand the characteristics of user movement so that the user friendly location aware services could be rendered effectively. Location based social networks (LBSNs) have flourished recently and are of great potential for movement behavior exploration and datadriven application design. While there have been some efforts on user check-in movement behavior in LBSNs, they lack comprehensive analysis of social influence on them. To this end, the social-spatial influence and social-temporal influence are analyzed synthetically in this paper based on the related information exposed in LBSNs. The check-in movement behaviors of users are found to be affected by their social friendships both from spatial and temporal dimensions. Furthermore, a probabilistic model of user mobile behavior is proposed, incorporating the comprehensive social influence model with extent personal preference model. The experimental results validate that our proposed model can improve prediction accuracy compared to the state-of-the-art social historical model considering temporal information (SHM+T), which mainly studies the temporal cyclic patterns and uses them to model user mobility, while being with affordable complexity.
