Objective: Health risk appraisal is often utilized to modify individual's health behavior, especially concerning disease prevention, and web-based health risk appraisal services are being provided to the general public in Korea. However, little is known about the psychological effect of the health risk appraisal even though poorly communicated information by the web-based service may result in unintended adverse health outcomes. This study was conducted to explore the psychological effect of health risk appraisal using epidemiological risk factor profile. Methods: We conducted a randomized trial comparing risk factor list type health risk appraisal and risk score type health risk appraisal. We studied 60 women aged 30 years and older who had no cancer. Anxiety level was assessed using the Spielberger State-Trait Anxiety Inventory YZ. Results: The results of multivariate analysis showed that risk status was the independent predictors of increase of state anxiety after health risk appraisal intervention when age, education, health risk appraisal type, numeracy, state anxiety, trait anxiety, and health risk appraisal type by risk status interaction was adjusted. Women who had higher risk status had an odd of having increased anxiety that was about 5 times greater than women who had lower risk status. Conclusions: Our findings indicate that communicating the risk status by individual health risk appraisal service can induce psychological sequelae, especially in women having higher risk status. Hospitals, institutes, or medical schools that are operating or planning to operate the online health risk appraisal service should take side effects such as psychological sequelae into consideration.

본 논문에서는 무선망에서 채널할당을 받은 호가 무선 패킷 데이터를 서비스하는 경우의 성능분석 수행을 위한 계층 모델을 제안한다. 제안된 계층 모델로는 상위계층으로 무선자원 관리를 위한 채널할당 모델을, 하위계층으로 에러발생을 고려한 패킷 재전송 프로토콜 모델을 고려하였으며 이들 모델은 모델링 도구인 SRN을 이용하여 각각 개발한다. 추계적 페트리 네트의 확장형인 SRN은 시스템 성능분석을 위한 간결한 모델링 기능을 제공해 주며 모델에 적절한 보상률(reward) 기능을 부여함으로써 원하는 성능지표를 구할 수 있다. 이들 두 계층간의 상호 연관된 매개변수의 값인 서비스 시간과 패킷 발생률은 고정점 반복순환(fixed-point iteration) 기법을 사용하여 구한다. 즉 상위계층의 호 서비스 시간은 한 호당 K개의 패킷전송을 완료할때 까지 소요되는 시간인 하위계층 모델의 지연시간으로 구할 수 있고, 하위계층 모델의 패킷 발사율은 상위계층의 새로운 호와 핸드오프 호의 발생률로부터 구할 수 있다.

현재 컨테이너 물동량은 지속적으로 증가하고 있는 추세이며 이에 따라 수송 원가를 절감하기 위해 초대형 컨테이너선들이 늘어나서 컨테이너 운송이 대형화되어지고 있다. 그러나 항만의 자원은 한정되어 있어서 효율적이고 안전하게 운송하기 위해서는 컨테이너에서 수집된 센서 데이터를 기반으로 환경과 상황에 따른 정보들을 활용하여 지능적이고 적응적인 서비스를 제공하는 방법이 필요하게 되었다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해서 상황인식 기법을 적용한 컨테이너 상황인식 미들웨어를 제시하였다. 먼저 사용자, 사물과 동작, 서비스를 포함하는 모든 것을 통칭 적으로 컨텍스트라는 범주로 포함시키고 이 정보를 바탕으로 서비스의 제공이 필요한 상황마다 활용하기 위해서는 컨테이너 도메인의 상황적 요소를 분석해서 컨테이너가 처할 수 있는 특정 상황들이 어떠한 요소들의 조합으로 이루어지는지 정의하고 그 요소들 사이에는 어떤 관계성이 있는지에 대한 컨테이너 상황 온톨로지 모델링을 하였다. 온톨로지 모델을 바탕으로 컨테이너 및 환경에 대한 컨텍스트를 온톨로지로 구축하고 추론을 위한 규칙을 기반으로 상황인식적인 서비스를 추론하는 미들웨어의 개발 및 우선순위 등 정책적인 상황 관리를 가능하게 하는 기능을 구현하였다.

Research on the actual state of healthy Korean food menu items made from environmentally-friendly organic foods showed that 65.6% of subjects had experience of purchasing environmentally-friendly organic foods, and both genders chose 'expensive but reliable' as their prime reason for purchasing. Having no experience of purchasing environmentally-friendly foods constituted 34.5% of respondents, and the reasons were 'high price' and 'finding no difference from ordinary food'. Research on awareness of healthy Korean food menu items made from environmentally-friendly organic ingredients showed that both men and women thought the given menu items were 'fresh' but had little awareness of other factors such as 'good value for price', 'good visual style' and 'various recipes'. Regarding development prospective of environmentally-friendly organic foods, the number of subjects who answered positively was 405 (93%), which indicates that most research subjects showed positive attitudes. Top-selling menu items in the grain section were Sundubu-jjigae, Dubu-kimchi and Jeonju-bibimbap, and pajeon took first place in the vegetable selection. Moreover, Imjasu-tang showed high scores in the meat section. Furthermore, research on menu selection showed that menu selection was usually dependent on 'the price of menu (3.86)', 'fresh ingredients (4.03)', 'harmony of color (3.65)' and 'mood of the day (3.25)'. Research on menu selection revealed that 'quality of food' factors had the greatest influence upon preference and purchase intention for environmentally-friendly organic foods. Visual and psychological factors and values had significant an effect. Therefore, the food service industry should use this study as a source to develop menu items, by considering quality and visual factors. In addition, there should be various research performed on marketing strategies about menus from using environmentally-friendly organic foods and high value products.

Through reviewing and comparing the current virtual shopping malls web sites integrated VR into E-commerce, this paper analyzed both the advantages and disadvantages of two kinds of methods for product presentation: 2D image based and 3D model based presentation method. Using the virtual shopping mall (EasyMall) as a showcase, we presented the architecture of the system and the development technologies, especially those in the mixed presentation method. The presentation and customization methods in the two related modules, including the PhoneShow for mobile phone and EasyShow for textile products, were discussed. It indicated that the integration of E-commerce with VR could provide consumers with virtual experience and intelligent service for business activities. Furthermore, the product presentation methods can be made available for use in different cases.

Visible light communication (VLC) is considered to be an attractive scheme to realize the broadband wireless communication for an indoor environment. We present a room division multiplexing (RDM) mechanism for an indoor multi-room VLC network, which utilizes the spatial position of the LED lamp in different rooms as a novel dimension of network resource for multiplexing, and thus the network capacity is increased. In such a network, the service interruption caused by user cross-room movement is an important problem, and we propose a double-area-positioning based cross-room switch solution. An experimental platform demonstrates the RDM-deployed VLC network, and validates the performance of the presented switch mechanism.

This study examined the existing issues and current status of how to best approach the establishment of railroad asset of the corporation in the long run. It also explored some preventative measures for further problems. Based on the law of state property and related railroad statutes, the research referred to basic plans for railroad management of Korea Rail Network Authority, the outcome of file research, handbook of asset management, guidelines and policy of Ministry of Finance and Economy for state property management, recommendations of the Board of Audit and Inspection and fact-finding research of state property (miscellaneous properties). The findings are making a few suggestions on the service of the Korea Rail Network Authority and Korail.

This study is caused by the urgent need to constantly fight against such a shameful phenomenon of society as corruption, the flourishing of which cannot be overlooked. This phenomenon has many negative manifestations and consequences, undermines the national security of the state, slows down the development of democracy, worsens the state of all spheres of life (economic, political, administrative, etc.), worsens relations with foreign partners, forms tolerance for corruption in the public consciousness. Today, the process of fighting corruption is extremely important for our country, because it depends on the independence, democracy, sustainability of Ukraine. However, there is a complex and ambiguous situation regarding this process, as there is a clear coordination of state policy in the fight against corruption, insufficient and narrow understanding of ways to combat it. There is a lack of efforts by the authorities to overcome corruption challenges and use ineffective means of combating them. Instead, corruption causes great material and moral damage to states as a whole and many of its citizens.

The aim of this project is to analyze the queueing model with the two types of customers which either can wait unrestrictedly or wait restrictively in the system depending on the condition of service facility unless they may be served immediately. This model consists of the three-dimensional state space and then quasi birth-death process is formulated. The steady-state probabilities and measures of performance of this system are derived by using Matrix Geometric method.

As the logistics industrial environment becomes more complex and its scale becomes increase, the vehicle fleet scheduling system has become recognized the necessity as a major strategy in the logistics field. The vehicle fleet scheduling system is computerized package that find the vehicle routes and schedules to accomplish the required service to customers using vehicles. This paper introduces the state of the art of vehicle fleet scheduling system in Korea and foreign country and the future research subject are presented.
