In [30] the author finds a graded minimal free resolution of the 2-nd order symbolic power of a star configuration in ℙn of any codimension r. In this paper, we find that of any m-th order symbolic power of a star configuration in ℙn of codimension 2, which generalizes the result of Galetto, Geramita, Shin, and Van Tuyl in [15, Theorem 5.3]. Furthermore, we extend it to the m-th order symbolic power of a star configuration in ℙn of any codimension r for m = 3, 4, which also generalizes the result of Biermann et al. in [1, Corollaries 4.6 and 5.7]. We also suggest how to find a graded minimal free resolution of the m-th order symbolic power of a star configuration in ℙn of any codimension r for m ≥ 5.

In [9], Geramita, Harbourne, and Migliore find a graded minimal free resolution of the 2nd order symbolic power of the ideal of a linear star configuration in ${\mathbb{P}}^n$ n of any codimension r. In [8], Geramita, Galetto, Shin, and Van Tuyl extend the result on a general star configuration in ${\mathbb{P}}^n$ but for codimension 2. In this paper, we find a graded minimal free resolution of the 2nd order symbolic power of the ideal of a general star configuration in ${\mathbb{P}}^n$ of any codimension r using a matroid configuration in [10]. This generalizes both the result on a linear star configuration in ${\mathbb{P}}^n$ of codimension r in [9] and the result on a general star configuration in ${\mathbb{P}}^n$ of codimension 2 in [8].

Power quality improvement in a three-phase four-wire system is achieved using a new topology of DSTATCOM (distribution static compensator) consisting of a star/delta transformer with a tertiary winding and a three-leg VSC (voltage source converter). This new topology of DSTATCOM is proposed for power factor correction or voltage regulation along with harmonic elimination, load balancing and neutral current compensation. A tertiary winding is introduced in each phase for a delta connected secondary in addition to the star-star windings and this delta connected winding is responsible for neutral current compensation. The dynamic performance of the proposed DSTATCOM system is demonstrated using MATLAB with its Simulink and Power System Blockset (PSB) toolboxes under varying loads. The capacitor supported DC bus of the DSTATCOM is regulated to the reference voltage under varying loads.

스타는 우리들의 삶과 무척이나 밀착해 있다. 이들이 만든 소비문화가 수용자대중의 의식에서부터 행동에 이르기까지 커다란 영향을 미치는 것만 보아도 그렇다. 스타의 경제적인 역할도 크다. 이들은 소비문화를 확산함으로써 기업들의 상품판매를 촉진하고, 이윤 실현을 돕는다. 더구나 스타는 사람들의 일상에 깊숙이 침투해 있다. 이렇게 스타들이 인기를 바탕으로 사람들의 일상적인 담론을 지배하는데 이런 힘을 두고 스타권력이라 한다. 이에 필자는 스타권력이 어떻게 형성되고, 어떻게 자본 축적에 기여하는지 조사했다. 이 연구는 3가지 연구 문제를 설정하여 스타권력의 자본주의적 성격을 규명하고자 했다. 이 글은 정치경제학을 분석의 틀로써 이용했다. 스타의 정치경제학이란 스타가 자본 증식에 기여하는 한편 지배이념을 확산하는 기능을 행태를 비판하는 학설이다. 논의 결과 스타권력은 경쟁을 통해 인기를 얻고 이에 기초하여 시장에 영향을 준다. 그럼으로써 스타권력은 수용자대중의 일상적 담론을 지배하는 힘을 가진다. 이것이 스타권력의 원천이다.

Extensive development work which was carried out by Gold Star Cable Co., Ltd. has led to the optimal design, manufacture and test of fully engineered cable system for 345 kV self- contained oil filled (OF) underground cable. Details of design criteria and of tests are given. development of 345kV OF cable results in sucessful operations for ultra-high voltage power transmission requirement.

In this paper, new tethered aerial robots including roaming tethered aerial robots (RTARs) for radioactive material sampling and stationary tethered aerial robots (STARs) for environment monitoring are proposed to meet extremely-long-endurance missions of nuclear power plants. The flight of the proposed tethered aerial robots may last for a few days or even a few months as long as the tethered cable provides continuous power. A high voltage AC or DC power system was newly adopted to reduce the mass of the tethered cable. The RTAR uses a tethered cable spooled from the aerial robot and an aerial tension control system. The aerial tension control system provides the appropriate tension to the tethered cable, which is accordingly laid down on the ground as the RTAR roams. The STAR includes a tethered cable spooled from the ground and a ground tension control system, which enables the STAR to reach high altitudes. Prototypes of the RTAR and STAR were designed and successfully demonstrated in outdoor environments, where the load power, power type, operating frequency, and flight attitude of the RTAR and STAR were: 180 W, AC 100 kHz, and 20 m; and 300 W, AC or DC 100 kHz, and 80 m, respectively.

본 연구는 국내 스포츠 은퇴 선수들의 광고 스타파워 효과성을 검증하여 기업 및 광고 에이전시의 효율적인 광고 모델 전략을 위한 기초자료를 제공하고자 했다. 따라서 국내 스포츠 은퇴 선수들이 광고 모델로 선정된 광고를 인지하고 있는 사람들을 표본으로 선정했으며, 206부의 자료를 최종분석에 적용했다. 자료처리는 SPSS(ver. 21.0) 프로그램으로 빈도 및 신뢰도 분석을 실시했다. 또한 AMOS(ver. 20.0) 프로그램으로 확인적 요인분석, 상관분석, 구조방정식 모형분석, 효과성의 유의성을 검증했다. 연구결과 첫째, 국내 스포츠 은퇴 선수들의 스타파워는 호감도에 긍정적인 영향이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 호감도는 광고 소비행동에 긍정적인 영향이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 스타파워는 광고 소비행동에 긍정적인 영향이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 스타파워는 광고 소비행동에 직접효과가 더 큰 것으로 나타났으며, 호감도는 부분매개효과가 있는 것으로 검증됐다.

This system using optical fiber provides various information about underground tunnel and power transmission lines-atmospheric temperature, humidity, oil pressure, flammable gas, cable behavior, and so on. To transmit various data and to keep reliability, optical MUXs are adopted. User can easily operate monitoring software by using GUI.

기후변화에 대응하기 위한 친환경 전기차의 확산이 전 세계적으로 가속화되고 있는 추세이다. 우리나라는 전기차 20년까지 20만대를 보급할 계획이다. 한전은 이러한 정부 정책에 앞장서기 위해 전기차 충전인프라 확산 비즈모델을 개발하고, 전국 단위의 구축을 계획하고 있다. 전국에 충전인프라를 확산하기 위해 민간참여형 충전서비스 사업을 추진할 예정이며, 한전 자체적으로 전국에 Star-Network 형태로 전기차 충전망을 구축하여 사내 업무용과 일반인들도 쉽게 이용할 수 있도록 할 것이다. 또한 태양광 등 신재생을 이용한 전기차 충전으로 주행하도록 함으로써 온실가스를 제로화시키고자 한다. 본 논문에서는 전국 단위에 전기차 충전망을 구축하기 위한 방안을 제시하고 전기차 활성화에 기여하고자 한다.

Inthis paper, we design 4$\times$4 optical star coupler with tapered coupling structure. The 4$\times$4 optical star coupler consists of four 3dB couplers and a 100% coupler with tapered structure. This star coupler is designed by the 2 dimension FD-BPM(finite difference beam propagation method) using TBC(transparent boundary condition). consequently, the maximum power unbalance ratios of relative output power from each of the output waveguides for each of input guides are less than 0.1dB, and the transmission efficiency is more than 99%.
