급성기병원 간병인의 직무분석 (A Job Analysis of Acute Care Hospitals' Formal Caregiver)

  • 본 연구는 간병인의 직무를 분석하여 간병인의 처우를 개선하고, 환자에게 양질의 간병서비스를 제공하기 위함이며 또한 간병서비스 제도화를 위한 기초자료를 제공하기 위함이다. 연구 과정은 문헌조사를 통하여 직무분석을 위한 기본원리를 설정하고, 관찰법으로 직무에 관한 소요시간과 기초 정보를 수집하였다. 이를 기초로 하여 11개의 직무와 72개의 책무로 개발하였고, 이에 대한 간병인의 업무여부, 중요도, 직무 수행의 빈도를 서울특별시와 경기도에 소재하는 급성기병원 중에서 공동간병인실을 운영하는 병원에서 근무하는 60명의 간병인을 대상으로 하여 설문조사하였다. 자료수집 시기는 2012년 3월 2일부터 4월 20일까지이다. 자료 분석은 통계패키지인 SPSS 18.0을 이용하여 빈도분석, 백분율, 평균, 표준편차의 기술통계를 활용하였다. 조사대상자의 특성을 분석하기 위하여 빈도분석을 실시하였으며 간병인서비스의 직무는 10개의 직무와 60개의 책무로 확인되었다. 본 연구의 결과를 보면 직접관찰법을 통하여 정한 10개의 직무와 68개의 책무에 전문가 실무자의 면접으로 1개의 직무와 4개의 책무를 추가하였다. 그러나 전문가 실무자의 면접으로 추가한 1개의 직무와 4개의 책무가 설문법에 의한 분석결과에서 제외되었다.

간호업무 전산화를 위한 표준화된 간호계획의 개발에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Development of Standardized Nursing Care Plans for Computerized Nursing Service)

  • A central issue in the development of nursing practice is to describe the phenomenon with which nursing is concerned. To identify the health problems which can be diagnosed and managed by the nurse is the first step to organize and ensure the development of nursing science. Therefore the academic world has been discussing the application of the nursing diagnosis in nursing practice as a means of improving quality of care. The objectives of this study were to develop a standardized nursing care plan for ten selected nursing diagnoses to form a database for computerized nursing service. The research approach used in the study was (1) the selection of the ten nursing diagnoses which occur most frequently on medical-surgical wards, (2) the development of a standardized nursing care plan for the ten selected nursing diagnoses, (3) application of the plan to hospitalize patients and evaluation of the content validity by the nurses, and (4) evaluation of the clinical effects after the use of the standardized nursing care plans. The subjects were 56 nurses and 395 hospitalized patients on two medical and two surgical unit. The results of this study were as follows ; 1) The ten selected nursing diagnoses for the development of the standardized nursing care plans were “PAIN, SLEEP DISTURBANCE, ALTERED HEALTH MAINTENANCE, ALTERATION IN NUTRITION, ANXIETY, CONSTIPATION, ALTERED PATTERNS OF URINARY ELIMINATION, DISTURBANCE IN BODY IMAGE, POTENTIAL FOR ACTIVITY INTOLERANCE AND ACTIVITY INTOLERANCE”. 2. The developed standardized nursing care plans included the nursing diagnosis, definition, defining characteristics, etiologic or related factors that contribute to the condition, recording pattern, desired outcomes and nursing orders (nursing interventions). 3. The plan was used with hospitalized patients on medical - surgical wards to test for content validity. The patient's satisfaction with the nursing care and nurses' job satisfaction were investigated to evaluate the clinical effects after the use of the standardized nursing care plans. A comparison of patient satisfaction with nursing care before and after the introduction of the standardized nursing care plans showed a statistically significant higher level of satisfaction with the standardized care plans. There was no difference in the level of job satisfaction expressed by the nursing staff before and after the standardized nursing care plans were introduced. However, when opinions about the use of the standardized nursing care plans were examined it was found that there was a positive effect on clarity in defining the nursing problems, determining nursing cost, more feasible goal setting, effective and systematic nursing records and indications for nursing research. The results of this study suggest that in order to increase the use of nursing diagnoses in the clinical area, it would be effective to select some wards as a pilot project, give the nurses training in the use of nursing diagnosis and develop and use the standardized nursing care plans. In addition to the ten diagnosis used in this study it is recommended that continual development of nursing diagnoses be done using diagnoses that are appropriate to Korea and testing them for validity through standardized care plans.

보건관리대행사업에서 보건관리자의 직무분석 (Job Analyses of Health Care Managers in Group Health Care System)

  • For developing the Group Health Care System, health managers' job structure were analysed in the aspects of content, amount, and process. As a trial research, data were collected by a standardized job analysis table to 6 doctors, 40 nurses, and 11 industrial hygienists of Group Health Care System. Health care managers were performing complex and intellectual jobs such as healh education for workers, managing health care, conference as well as more simple jobs like as filling diary. Especially, job was consisted of general job and health care management job in the proportion of 1:2.18. The major general job were data management related with the health statistics, and major health care management jobs were managing health care, health counselling, environmental management of working sites. Each specific jobs were required differentiated intellectual capacity, creativity, autonomy, psychic stress, and physical work; most respondents perceived that health care management jobs should require more inputs than general jobs. Additionally job satisfaction and perceived need on specific Job items were anzlysed. Results of this research, suggested through the field experiences in working sites, should be considered for improving the Group Health Care System.

애니메이션 분야 역량기반 교육을 위한 공간구성 -Walt Disney스튜디오 작업환경과 공간구성 사례를 중심으로 (The Spatial Composition for Animation Competency Education -By Focusing on the Studio Environment and Spatial Composition of Walt Disney)

  • 정보통신기술의 빠른 발전과 디지털콘텐츠 산업의 확대로 인해 관련 실용학문분야는 교육의 내용과 환경에서 새로운 패러다임이 요구되고 있다. 특히, 디지털콘텐츠 산업의 핵심 분야인 애니메이션 교육은 창의와 융합 그리고 실무교육이 중시되며 교육 내용과 방법에서 많은 개선이 시도되었다. 하지만, 기존 컴퓨터실 형태의 획일적 교육 공간은 애니메이션 교육특성을 충분히 반영하지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 이에, 본 연구는 애니메이션 분야 직무 역량과 애니메이션 프로젝트 제작의 특성이 반영된 효율적인 실습교육 공간 구성을 제안하고자 한다. 이를 위한 연구의 전개는 첫째, 기존의 애니메이션 교육공간의 한계점에 대해 사례를 통해 분석하고, 그 문제점을 도출한다. 또한, Pre-production, Main-production, Post-production의 세 단계로 구성된 애니메이션 제작의 작업적 특성과 순차적 업무에 따른 여섯 개 세부 직무의 역량에 대해 고찰한다. 둘째, 애니메이션 제작공간의 구성을 파악하기 위해 공간구문론을 차용한 6가지 공간 유형에 대해 고찰한다. 셋째, 애니메이션 제작특성, 세부직무역량 요소, 6가지 공간 유형을 분석 툴로 하여, 애니메이션 제작 스튜디오인 Walt Disney의 작업환경과 공간구성에 대해 사례분석을 진행한다. 다섯째, 문헌연구와 사례연구의 결과를 연계적으로 분석하여 애니메이션 프로젝트 진행을 위한 효과적인 교육 공간 구성의 특성을 도출한다. 본 연구를 통해 프로젝트 실무와 직무역량요소의 특성이 반영된 교육 공간 구성을 제시하는데 의의가 있으리라 사료된다. 또한, 본 사례분석을 통해 애니메이션 교육공간 구성을 일반화 하는데 한계가 있으나, 기존과 차별화된 프로젝트 교육 공간구성을 위한 참고자료로 활용가치가 있으리라 기대한다.

영양교사의 전문성 증진을 위한 직무연수에 관한 연구 - 경북지역 중심으로 - (Study on Job Training for Specialty Enhancement of School Nutrition Teachers - In Gyeongbuk Area -)

  • The present study was performed to evaluate the job training needs of school nutrition teachers in order to enhance their specialty. Three hundred and forty questionnaires were distributed to school nutrition teachers working at primary and high schools in the Gyeongbuk area while 45 were distributed to professors during 2010~2011. Three hundred and two questionnaires from school nutrition teachers and 33 from professors were returned and analyzed. The rate of teachers practicing nutrition education was 54%, and the educational content was obtained mainly from the internet. The top three problems the teachers encountered were 'lack of standardized educational materials', 'inexperience of teaching', and 'insufficiency of expert knowledge'. The teachers recognized 'training program' as the best solution. However, the job training program operated immediately after teachers were appointed scored only 3.03 out of 5.00. Important contents of the training program ranked highly by the teachers were 'development of education materials', 'nutrition counseling', and 'teaching method'. The professors included 'expert knowledge' in their top three contents. Both the teachers and professors agreed to increase the frequency of 'practice' in training methods. Other factors the teachers considered to be important were high quality, diversity, ability of the instructor, training cycle, and the institution in charge. From these results, it can be concluded that efficient job training programs are needed for school nutrition teachers according to the importance of the education contents and training methods. It is therefore suggested that a cooperation committee be composed of an educator, educatee, and related personal in a local education office in order to operate the program.

한국과 영국의 청소년 고용증진정책 비교연구 : 직업훈련 중심 (A Comparative Study of Vocational Training Schemes for Youth Employment Promotion in the United Kingdom and Korea)

  • The present study is designed to trace the successful reform steps taken within the vocational training system in the UK and to extract a set of instructive implications for Korea's future reform path towards an efficient vocational training system conducive to youth employment. To this end, this study focuses on three major aspects of the youth vocational training system: the government's role and partnerships between training and industry, the vocational training system, and the employment support system. Implications drawn from the comparative analysis are as follows. Vocational training reform should be made within the broad paradigm of youth employment promotion. All aspects of the youth vocational training system, such as the training program structure, program content, provider, management, so on, should be reformed, step by step, within a long-term plan. In addition to the vocational training reforms. employment support programs should be enlarged, and the service delivery system should be well structured in order to enhance the effects of the training reforms. For these reforms, it is essential to make fundamental changes in the following areas: integration of youth employment policy making and its administrative structures, reinforcement of partnerships between training and industry, nation-wide standardization of job skins, and the introduction of standardized job certificate classification on a national level.

치위생과 교육내용 및 교수요목 중복실태 분석 (Education Content of Department of Dental Hygiene andActual Condition of the Overlapping Analytic Syllabus)

  • 우리나라의 치위생과에 개설된 교과과정의 중복된 세부용어를 조사, 분석하고 현 실정에 맞는 실질적인 교육의 체계화와 활성화를 위한 교과과정의 표준화 방향제시에 기초 자료를 제공하는데에 본 연구의 목적이 있다. 치위생과 교육내용 및 교수요목 중복 실태를 연구한 결과를 요약하면 1. 교과서 목차별 세부용어와 치과위생사 국가시험 문항개발 기준작성을 위한 핵심용어 기준안(2003)의 세부용어가 중복되어진 교과목이 있었다. 2. 치과위생사 국가시험 문항개발 기준작성을 위한 핵심용어기준안의 세부용어에서는 제시되지 않고 교과서 목차별 세부용어상에만 제시된 교과목이 있었다. 3. 교과서 목차별 세부용어상에는 제시되지 않고 치과위생사국가시험 문항개발 기준작성을 위한 핵심용어 기준안의 세부용어상에만 제시된 교과목이 다수 있었다. 4. 교수협의회(2002)가 작성한 대학 치위생과 학습목표 기준 학습시간을 조사한 세부용어에 대입하여 비교한 결과 학습시간이 교과목상 세부용어와 다수 중복되어 나타났다. 5. 교과서 기준 다빈도 중복세부용어로는 잇솔질, 치면세마, 치아우식증, 치은염, 치주염, 타액이 3개 교과목 이상에서 중복용어로 나타났으며, 학습목표기준 학습시간과 비교분석한 결과 1시간~6시간의 학습시간이 배정되었다.

작업치료 대학생의 임상실습 교육 프로그램 개발 (Development of a Standardized Clinical Practice Education Program in Occupational Therapy Student)

  • Purpose : This study is aimed to develop and validate the clinical practice education program and clinical competence scale of occupational therapy student. Methods : The development of the clinical practice education program used the delphi technique method, which had a total of five steps. Based on the occupational therapist's job analysis, the first stage assessed the importance of 21 experts, and the second stage examined the importance of 19 new specialists to derive constitutive factors. In the third stage, in-depth interviews were conducted with three experts based on the derived factors, and in the fourth stage, the final clinical practice education program was derived. In the final stage, the details of the clinical training program were drawn up based on the themes and were reviewed by two experts. Structured and unstructured interviews were conducted with 43 job experts. Results : The expert survey through the delphi technique was conducted three times, and content analysis and descriptive statistics were conducted to examine the distribution of responses. The final 11 educational program topics and contents were derived. Topics are confirmation of client information, evaluation and intervention, cognitive therapy, spinal cord injury, brain injury, musculoskeletal disorders, pediatric occupational therapy, interventions in activities of daily living, driving rehabilitation, vocational rehabilitation, occupational therapy assessment tool, safety training and management. Conclusion : The clinical practice education program reduce the difference between school education and clinical education of occupational therapy student. Occupational therapy helps college student understand occupational therapy practices and improve the quality of clinical education. Through more research and supplementation of clinical practice education programs in the future, it is suggested that clinical practice education be successfully operated in various practice institutions and used as basic data for designing and evaluating useful educational models.

네트워크분석을 통한 직업건강간호학회지 논문의 지식구조 분석 (Knowledge Structure of the Korean Journal of Occupational Health Nursing through Network Analysis)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify knowledge structure of the Korean Journal of Occupational Health Nursing from 1991 to 2014. Methods: 400 articles between 1991 and 2014 were collected. 1,369 keywords as noun phrases were extracted from articles and standardized for analysis. Co-occurrence matrix was generated via a cosine similarity measure, then the network was analyzed and visualized using PFNet. Also NodeXL was applied to visualize intellectual interchanges among keywords. Results: According to the results of the content analysis and the cluster analysis of author keywords from the Korean Journal of Occupational Health Nursing articles, 7 most important research topics of the journal were 'Workers & Work-related Health Problem', 'Recognition & Preventive Health Behaviors', 'Health Promotion & Quality of Life', 'Occupational Health Nursing & Management', 'Clinical Nursing Environment', 'Caregivers and Social Support', and 'Job Satisfaction, Stress & Performance'. Newly emerging topics for 4-year period units were observed as research trends. Conclusion: Through this study, the knowledge structure of the Korean Journal of Occupational Health Nursing was identified. The network analysis of this study will be useful for identifying the knowledge structure as well as finding general view and current research trends. Furthermore, The results of this study could be utilized to seek the research direction in the Korean Journal of Occupational Health Nursing.

한국형 노인요양시설 근거중심 감염관리 가이드라인 개발 (Development of Evidence-based Guidelines for Nursing Home's Infection Control in Korea)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to develop evidence-based guidelines for infection control in nursing homes in Korea (ENIK). Methods: Three steps were planned for the development which were developing a draft and testing the content validity. First, the draft was based on evidence and developed through focus group interviews with nurses in nursing homes, a comprehensive review of international guidelines and literature, and systematic reviews of interventions for infection control and outbreaks in long-term care facilities. Clinical applicability was established through reviews of nursing records and job assignments in one nursing home. The final step consisted of experts evaluating the content validity. The ENIK was revised to fit Korean nursing homes. Results: The ENIK consisted of recommendations in 9 compositions and a one-page practical algorithm. The principles of infection control were presented by statements and specific strategies were recommended in resident care programs. The infection control practical algorithm was organized into 3 steps: screening at admission, prevention, and control at the early stage. The practice to control infection was composed of a 5-step process. Conclusion: The ENIK will contribute to improving the competency of infection control practice because it provides standardized practice and is tailored to Korean nursing homes.
