표준화의 목적은 생산, 소비, 유통 등 여러 분야에 있어 능률 증진 및 경제성 향상을 도모하는 것을 기본 목적으로 한다. 즉, 표준화 분야는 표준의 생산뿐만 아니라, 지속적인 활용 및 유지 관리가 지속적으로 순환될 수 있는 순환체계의 구축이 요구되는 분야이다. 이에 정부는 2011년 국가공간정보 표준화 연구를 통해 공간정보 표준의 활성화 및 체계적인 표준화 활동 추진을 위해 공간정보 표준 선순환체계의 구축을 제안하였다. 그러나 현행 공간정보 표준체계 분석 결과, 국내 공간정보 표준화 활동은 별도의 적합성 평가 인증 활동 없이 표준의 생산만을 반복하여 표준의 중복제정 등 여러 가지 문제점을 야기하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이에 본 연구에서는 표준의 생산 및 활용, 유지 관리 활동이 지속적으로 순환될 수 있는 표준 선순환체계의 구축을 위하여, 순환의 특징에 따라 표준 순환체계의 구조와 공간정보 표준 순환체계를 재정립하고 이에 따라 요구되는 각 구성요소들에 대한 개선방안을 제시하였다. 이를 통해 공간정보 표준의 선순환을 위한 거시적 관점에서의 전략적 방향성을 도출할 수 있었으며, 이는 향후 국가공간정보 표준체계 정비에 관한 중장기 로드맵 수립 시 유용하게 활용할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

Urban transit system consist of complex system such as vehicle, signal, train control equipment, railway facilities, electricity facilities, station facilities and information & communications facilities. So a study on construction of management system for complex system. using system-engineering tool, Urban transit standardization of steps 2 perform architecture for urban transit standardization, requirement management and data-base construction. A study expect that provide more efficient and methodical information system to all user for using standardization.

Platform standardization is widely used in commercial auto industries and other industries to acquire cost reduction as well as high reliability. This paper reviews some application examples and estimates expected effect of Korean army's platform standardization for combat system and combat support system. Also, military platform standardization based on utilization of commercial vehicles has been studied with the standard vehicles used in Korean army. It is estimated that outstanding results may be achieved if a dual platform, the public and military platforms, is utilized. So, when the strategy of the military transportation system is decided, "dual use" concept is necessary and this could maximize the effect of the military strategy reinforcement.

기술표준화에 영향을 미치는 제도적 요인으로서 국가개입 수준, 기업관계를 제시하고 이를 통합하여 국가마다 상이한 기술표준화 과정을 설명하는 틀을 구성하였다. 이러한 분석틀을 이동통신산업에 적용한 결과, 혁신체제에 따라 기술표준화의 방식도 상이하다는 점을 확인하였다. 단절적 기업관계의 체제에서는 기술표준화가 시장을 통해 이루어지는 반면 협력적 기업관계의 체제에서는 기업연합의 조정활동을 통해 이루어진다. 한편 국가주도적 체제 내에서도 기업관계가 단절적인 체제에서는 상대적으로 국가가 기술표준화 과정에 더욱 깊숙이 개입하고 기업관계가 단기적인 반면, 기업관계가 협력적인 체제에서는 기업관계가 장기적이다.

Systems are often operated by not integration but blocking, i.e., non-standardization. The system blocking is mainly caused by non-standardization or incompatibility. The integrated system is effective, but researches for quantification of effectiveness from Integrating system are few. System blocking causes additional cost which is almost intangible and potential. In this paper we proposed a model to quantify the effectiveness of system integration. To verify the validity of proposed model, we applied the model for Korean information and communication industry and forecasted the cost of integration for South and North Korean telecommunication industry in the way of three scenarios.

The objective of this study is to suggest the templates for the terminology standardization cases of safety standard on integrated management system, so that integrated management of safety standards is introduced to replace redundant, or conflicting functions and performance of these standards. And to carry out the terminology standardization enables management efficiently. Therefore this study suggests and analyzes cases of terminology standardization of domestic and international research trends. In addition to proposes a architectural schema for disaster safety standard and writing disaster safety standardizations of the International Organization for Standardization. For the objectives, the guidelines on standard terminology policy, terminology publication and guide development proposed by the International Organization for Standardization. Disaster safety standards were applied in order to build and utilize integrated management system of disaster safety standards through domestic and foreign cases. Throughout the result of this study, this study will contribute to the analysis and application of semantic knowledge based analysis throughout the ontology information linked the vocabulary to vocabulary by making the template of the disaster safety standards for easy to use and simple etc. This study is to expect traceability for the principle national disaster safety standards resource elements.

Recently, International Standardization is an important issue in competitive world market because of integration of standard, liberalization of international trade and globalization. Consequently, Korean companies need a strategy about corresponding to market circumstance and global standard. In this study, we examine Intellectual Property, Patent and Antitrust Law which are related to standardization. This study suggests company strategy and system integration model to dispose the global standard.

The purpose of this study is to establish the technical system of national logistics standardization and to strengthen the national competitiveness through reduction of the logistic cost We review of the government and private roles in the logistic sectors and suggest plans for the improvement of logistics standardization for its completion in the unit load system in Korea. We conclude that a symmetrical logistics standardization may accomplish to reduce the costs of national logistics.

As the subway composed of rolling stock, power supply, signalling, infrastructure is complex system, the optimization through standardization is one of the most effective way to reduce the cost of construction and operation. However, the subway in Korea has been built and operated in different kinds of system. In this paper, review for standardization of urban transit in Korea is executed and presented direction to standardization.

Power system technologies in the area of smart grid are being converged with communication system technologies or information technologies(IT). This interdisciplinary action affects on two parts vigorously so that IT has become a essential part of power industry. But terminologies of two parts are confused and it is necessary that these are standardized to develop the industry. The writing system of the Open Korean Knowledge Dictionary for standardization of smart grid terminologies which are IEC TC 57 glossary and non-glossary is proposed. The writing system includes the process of collection, writing guideline and standardization of terminologies. Writing results of 90,000 terminologies for electricity, communication and computer fields including smart grid terminologies, which are registered in the Open Korean Knowledge Dictionary, are shown. The system provides the capability of collection and delivery of academic society opinions for the selected and interpreted terminologies through the internet for standardization and industry propagation of smart grid terminologies.
