The Korean version of the Child Development Inventory (K-CDI) is a developmental screening test for children functioning in the one-six year range. Based on parent-report, the inventory assesses child developmental functioning in the areas of social, self-help, gross motor, fine motor, expressive language, language comprehension, letter and number skills, general development, and various symptoms and behavior problems. Participants were recruited from childcare centers and private groups and finally 1,143 children and their mothers from 4 locations nationwide participated in this study. Through analysis of item response rate of 270 items in 9 areas, new norm was formed. Reliability determined by internal consistency were relatively high (Cronbach ${\alpha}=.95$). Intercorrelations among sub-scales (range: .49-.96) indicated the construct validity, and the correlation between K-CDI and other screening tests supported the concurrent validity.

본 논문은 도시철도 개발과 관련된 기술 자료들을 표준화시키기 위한 프로젝트에서 생성되는 자료들을 체계적으로 관리하기 위한 방안에 대한 사례 연구이다. 이 사례에서는 자료의 DB화, 스키마 설계, 자료와 해당 항목의 연결 절차를 이용하여 데이터 관리 시스템을 구축하였다. 데이터관리 시스템은 시스템엔지니어링 도구인 Cradle을 이용하여 구축되었다. 이렇게 구축된 데이터관리 시스템은 저장된 방대한 정보를 손쉽게 찾을 수 있을 뿐 아니라 해당 정보와 연관된 정보 및 데이터를 빠른 시간에 찾아낼 수 있게 해 준다.

Purpose: This study was to identify international classification of functioning, disability and health (ICF) categories that could be linked conceptually to disability of arm, shoulder and hand (DASH) items and short form of health survey 36 (SF-36) items for persons with shoulder pain. Methods: Linkage between each item in DASH and SF-36 and the categories in the ICF were assessed. The linking process was performed by ten health professionals following the linking rule. One hundred four patients with shoulder pain were enrolled from 12 private clinic outpatient departments and participated in this study. Pearson correlation coefficients were used to assess the relationships between each scale item and the linked ICF code. Results: Thirty DASH items were able to be linked to 30 ICF codes, whereas the 36 items in SF-36 were only linked to 17 ICF codes. General health items included in SF-36 could not be linked to a relevant ICF concept. There was a high correlation between the two measurement tools and the linked ICF codes, DASH and its ICF code list (r =0.91), SF-36-Physical Health and its code list (r =-0.62), and SF-36-Mental Health and its code list (r =-0.72). Conclusion: The results suggest that concepts within each item in DASH can be linked to ICF codes for patients with shoulder pain, however, the concepts in the SF-36 items had limited linkage to ICF codes. The shoulder-specific functional tool, DASH can be expressed with ICF codes and, therefore, its use can promote data standardization and improve communication between professionals.

본 논문에서는 이와같은 S-100 범용수로데이터모델(Universal Hydrographic Data Model)로 대별되는 차세대 전자해도가 e-Navigation 서비스 전략 지원은 물론이며 다양한 해양 정보, 서비스에서 발생되는 다양한 요구사항을 수용 할 수 있기 위한 차세대 전자해도 목적 다양성을 지원을 위한 표준화 전략을 제시하고 있다. IMO는 공통 해양 데이터 구조(Common Maritime Data Structure)로 IHO의 차세대 전자해도 표준인 S-100을 활용하고 있는데 이는 e-Navigation 실현을 위한 핵심 요소로 공통 데이터 모델이 필요함을 뜻하는 것으로써 e-Navigation은 해양안전뿐만 아니라, 해양 정보 및 서비스 관점에서도 새로운 ICT 융합 패러다임의 도입이 필요함을 적시하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 IMO는 공통 해양 데이터 구조로 활용되고 있는 S-100 표준의 내용 및 활용 방법을 이해하기 위해 모델 기반 데이터 표현 및 참조 모델에 대해 살펴보고 S-100 표준의 프로파일 기준 표준으로써 활용되었던 ISO/TC211 표준의 구성 및 역할을 살펴봄으로써 목적 다양성을 지원하는 차세대 전자해도 표준화를 위해 요구되는 표준화 항목이 무엇이며 상호간에 어떻게 연관되어 활용되는지 살펴본다.

연관성 규칙은 방대한 양의 데이터베이스 속에 있는 각 항목들 간의 관련성을 수치화함으로써 두개 이상의 항목간의 관련성을 나타내는 기법으로 데이터 마이닝 분야에서 가장 많이 활용되고 있다. 의미 있는 연관성 규칙을 탐색하기 위한 가장 기본적인 평가기준에는 지지도, 신뢰도, 향상도 등이 있으며, 이들을 이용하여 연관성 규칙을 생성하게 된다. 이 때 사용되는 향상도는 그 값의 범위가 지지도나 신뢰도와는 다르므로 지지도나 신뢰도의 범위를 동일하도록 하기 위해 표준화할 필요가 있으며, 지지도와 신뢰도도 하나의 후항변수에 대해 여러 개의 전항변수들이 있는 경우 이들 중 어느 것이 후항변수와 가장 연관성이 있는지를 객관적으로 비교하기 위해서도 표준화가 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 각 항목집합의 주변 발생확률을 고려하여 객관적이고도 정확한 연관성 정도를 파악하기 위해 연관성 평가기준을 표준화하는 방안에 대해 연구하고자 한다. 또한 흥미도 측도의 세 가지 조건의 충족 여부를 점검해 본 후, 구체적인 예제를 통하여 기존의 연관성 평가기준과 표준화된 연관성 평가기준을 비교 분석하고자 한다.

최근 시설원예분야 ICT융 복합 확산사업이 본격화함에 따라 관련 기술개발 및 시장이 확대되고 있다. 특히, 시설원예 복합 환경 제어장치에 대한 국내외 다양한 제품이 생산 판매되고 있지만, 제품 상호간의 호환성이 없으며 성능에서도 차이가 나는 것을 볼 수 있다. 이러한 환경에서 시설원예분야 ICT 융 복합 확산사업을 촉진하고 소비자에게 호환성 제품에 의한 편의성을 제공하기 위하여, 국내 제품과 시스템에 대한 규격 및 설치기준에 대한 표준을 제시할 필요가 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 국내의 시설원예 복합환경제어 장치의 도입 현황, 기술 및 표준화 동향 등을 분석하여 우리나라가 선도할 표준화 대상과제를 도출하고 향후 표준화 추진방향을 제시하고자 한다.

현재 국내 농업은 많은 발전을 이루었지만 지구 온난화 등으로 발생하는 재난 재해 극복, FTA 등으로 인한 수입 농산물 극복, 미국 유럽 등의 선진국 중심의 과학화된 실용화 기술에 대한 대처 등 농업을 주체로 하는 다양한 산업에서 국제 경쟁력을 확보하기 위한 노력이 지속되어야 할 분야이다. 한편 국내 ICT 기술은 세계 최고 수준임으로 기존의 농업기술에 정보화기술, 자동제어 기술 등 IT 고유의 기술을 융합시켜 농업의 생산 유통 소비 전 과정에 걸쳐 생산성향상, 효율성 증대, 품질향상 등과 같은 고부가가치를 창출 방안 모색이 필요하다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 국내 농업의 현황, 농업-ICT 융합 도입 및 기술 현황, 표준화 동향 등을 분석하여 우리나라가 선도할 농업-ICT 융합 기술 분야를 도출하고 향후 표준화 및 활성화 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

The consumptions of oriental drugs are increasing year by year in Korea. However, there is no official standards or even proposal of the professional organizations. One hundred and twenty usual profitable items of oriental drugs are selected and attempted to standardize their origins, appearances, properties, purities and identification reactions in order to evaluate those qualities.

Revision and establish of KS(Korean Standards) is currently actively discussed. It is just the time for a new world class standards under the new system with WTO(World Trade Organization). This paper is a part of "Researchs on the Standards in Railway rolling stock Field", as one of KS establish projects. The aim of this study is to define the requirements of railway rolling stock-designs, manufacture, and test methods for automatic complex coupler. In the former KS, there is no items matched with this purpose. Therefore a new part of KS is proposed.

Recent years, many items in construction industry are produced by precasting from factories. Among the precasting items which are cost effective by virtue of standardization of size and reduction of construction time is the load bearing wall. However, due to many reasons inherent in concrete materials, often it was found that the member did not meet the designed strength after construction. In this case, the wall had to be ether replaced or reinforced somehow. Since replacement is almost impossible due to budget and schedule, reinforcement is a preferred choice in many cases. Therefore, objective of this study was to evaluate reinforcement of the wall using polymer composites. Flexural strength and axial compressive strength were evaluate for the wall before and after reinforcement. The polymer composite reinforcement was found to be very effective in improving these strengths.
