업무공간의 조명 환경 실태 조사 연구 (A Study on the Status of Illumination Environment in Workplaces)

  • The purpose of this study is to examinethe present illumination conditions in office environment and to suggest an efficient illumination plan in office planning process. Illumination conditions in work environment were surveyed in 6 offices to investigate whether the present illumination conditions were appropriate to the work type. The results of this study are as follows: Most of the general Illuminance level in the area of work were all at an adequate level, except one. The average Illuminance level in the all meeting rooms were met for the standard. Illuminance in the all reception area were extremely over the standard, The illuminations of this area were rather designed according to the image of the company than the standard. As for the illumination method in the area of general work, four offices used a general lighting by a direct lighting type, while two offices used a general lighting and a task lighting at the same time. This survey suggested that first, each company should consider illumination plan in the building planning process, second, illumination plan considering the type of places is needed, and third, illumination environment may be differentiated according to the work type. In conclusion, efficient illumination environment should be considered in office building planning process, especially In terms of illumination materials and methods.

  • It is an important issue in cost management to contract with the standard of cost estimate by the reasonable way in public construction projects. For the standard of cost estimate based on the Standard Estimating System, there is a difference of labor inputs between Standard Estimating System and actual quantities in construction projects. The duration of form work in multi-family housing depends on the manpower compared with other work, which is the critical path on the schedule management to be decided quality, and is the important to the cost management of construction projects. This study presented a simulation model of the productivity analysis for selecting the standard work type of form work in Multi-family housing construction projects.

  • In these days, the PCs are widely used in the mid-level factory. But they have low-effectiveness for using them. The main reason should be the lack of useful and practical software in the market. This Case study aimed at the support of the software using DB Language to get M/M chart for aquiring work study and standard time data in the mid-level factory having multi-item and multi-process type. CVA (Chronocycle Video Analysis) is applied to get basic standard time data and working list. Standard time, Sequence of working and allowance time or rate for man and machine will be readily obtained through the menu when the software executing. Detailed program list is systematically shown in Appendix.

건축공사 공종별 위험지수 산정모델에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Risk Index Model of Work Type in Architectural Construction Work)

  • The purpose of this study is to verify the relation between the risk index using AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) and the risk index using Computing Model. For doing the objective, this research classified 22 work types in architectural construction work from the analysis Korean architectural standard specification and Korea occupational safety & health agency code. Based on the classified 22 work types in architectural construction work, the risk index of each work type was calculated by AHP and Computing Model. For verifying the correlation of risk index between AHP and Computing Model methods, SAS version 8.0 System, which is one of the statistics programs, was used.

  • 표준품셈은 공공기관 및 민간기관의 공사비를 책정하는 기본적인 자료로 이용되고 있다. 본 논문은 하천공사에서 선정된 대표공종을 대상으로 새로운 형식의 표준품셈 및 장비의 작업량 산출방식을 제안하고자 한다. 품셈에서 작업조 구성의 정보 및 1일 생산성 정보의 제공이 가능하도록 함으로써 공정계획 단계에서 품셈의 적용성을 향상시키고 장비의 작업량 산출과정을 간소화하여 사용자의 편의성을 증대할 수 있기를 기대한다. 하천공사의 경우 작업조건이라는 변수가 매우 크게 작용하기 때문에 생산성 정보 및 기계의 작업량을 일반화 하는 것은 많은 어려움이 존재하지만 지속적인 생산성 정보와 기계의 작업량 정보를 개선하여 정확도를 향상할 수 있다면 품셈을 통한 공정계획 수립 및 적산과정의 간소화가 가능할 것이다.

  • Since 2000s in Korea, apartment building tended to become goods or assets rather than houses. Therefore, conflicts between supplier and consumer were aggravated, and the defect dispute has been increased rapidly. This dispute enlarges to defect lawsuit and it is social and economical matter. The landscape work in apartment building is main work for a resident that appearance and convenient facility which lawn, tree, fountain, chair, playground, and etc. A number of defects surround landscape work are important issue in defect lawsuit, but, a related research is a minority, and a regulation is incomplete. Therefore, this study is basic study for standard of landscape defect type. As case study on defect lawsuit, draw a landscape defect type in apartment building.

농촌노인의 생활시간 유형에 따른 생활만족도 차이 (Differences in Life Satisfaction according to Type of Time Use in the Rural Elderly)

  • The purpose of this study was to explore a typology of time use and analyze differences in life satisfaction according to the types of time use in the rural elderly. The research subjects were 1,000 people aged 65 years and over living in the rural areas of Korea. The data were collected through structured questionnaires and a time-use diary. The statistical methods used in the analysis included calculation of the mean and the standard deviation, ANOVA, Duncan's multiple range test, cluster analysis, and multiple regression analysis. The time use practices of the rural elderly were classified into three types: work-leisure balance, work-oriented, and leisure-oriented type. Life satisfaction of the rural elderly differed according to the type of time use. The work-oriented types showed the highest scores of life satisfaction, and leisure-oriented types showed the lowest.

  • The purpose of this study is to present the standard risk index according to work type in the bridge construction without regard to the bridge type. The bridge construction cases were researched on the actual condition. construction accidents were investigated from 1998 to 2005. In this paper, we developed a standard risk index for efficient bridge construction safety system.

한국 농촌여성의 성역할태도, 부부간 지위수준 및 지위만족도에 관한 연구 (Sex-Role Attitude, Conjugal Status Level and Status Satisfaction of Married Women Living in Korean Rural Area)

  • This study examined sex-role attitude, conjugal status level and status satisfaction of rural married women as a part of study on problem diagnosis and status enhancement of Korean rural women. The subjects were 919 married farming women. Data were analyzed by frequencies, percentages, mean, standard deviation, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe multiple range test, and stepwise multiple regression analysis. The major findings were as follows : 1) Rural womens sex-role attitude were conservative attitude. 66.7% of them conceived that their husband had more conservative attitude than them. Variables as age, education level, and farming work type were significant related with sex-role attitude. 2) Conjugal status level (housework sharing, domestic decision-making, agriculture decision-making, property rights) of rural women were low and not equal. It was affected by sex-role attitude, the proportion of their work to family farming work, similar/different type of sex-role attitude of couples, and their farming work type. 3) Their status satisfaction were low and affected by factors such as similar/different type of sex-role attitude of couples, conjugal status level, sex-role attitude, their farming work type, and education level.

국제기준에 의한 ECDIS 인증방안 고찰 (An Investigation of ECDIS Type Approval based on International Standard)

  • Electronic navigation system onboard have have been developed with recent technology based on new concept such as electronic chart date. The most valuable system of revolution in electronic navigation equipment is ECDIS, which have been developed in order to reduce work load of mariner and give an integrated information by simple means, especially to improve the safety of ship's navigation. In order to be sure the function of ECDIS is satisfied, The international standard have regulated the performance in the standard, so ECDIS should be type approved by the marine equipment authority of each government. There are three basic documents, IEC61174, IEC61162, IEC60945 issued by IMO(International Maritime Organization) which should be used for type approval system of each authority. IEC 61174 include the method of test and required results for operational and functional performance of test equipment. IEC61162 is for sensor interface and IEC60945 is related to the test of environmental condition for general marine radiocommunication equipment. In this paper, we investigate international standard in detail and current approval system of general marine equipment. After that, we present the possible structure of type approval of ECDIS and important considerations of approval system such that ECDIS should be tested as one system not be separated between S/W and H/W.
