PACS is an integrated communication network system which is consists of image acquisition devices, storage archiving units, display stations, computer processors, and database management systems. In medical industry, they have been introduced the medical equipments through PACS systems based on the DICOM standard. In this paper, we have reviewed the performance of JPEG and JPEG2000 used as medical image compression and realized the transmission mode on DICOM standard.

We construct a weak Hopf algebra $wX_q(A_1)$ corresponding to non-standard quantum group $X_q(A_1)$. The PBW basis of $wX_q(A_1)$ is described and all the highest weight modules of $wX_q(A_1)$ are classified. Finally we give the Clebsch-Gordan decomposition of the tensor product of two highest weight modules of $wX_q(A_1)$.

Currently, in the course of introducing rolling stocks, RAMS standard and management by system engineering method apply to rolling stock system. Technical elements and results applied in system introduction phase are just used in acquisition stage, and these are not applied to the standard in railway site. Therefore, it is difficult to apply to standardized technology and quality assurance measure. Due to the establishment of the EU, railway operation system is internationalized and the international railway standards are being discussed in various ways. In addition, standardization is expanded from manufacture to operation and maintenance. It is to provide consistent standard in quality, cost calculation of maintenance technology, maintenance technology and quality assurance in case of international railway safety incidents. Therefore, this study is to find technology, quality and cost management model to be used for choosing railway-operation guidance by considering how technologies & quality have changed in system life cycle, compared with estimated standards, based on the technologies & quality-related result in the process of getting new rolling stocks and management guidance for operation & maintenance process.

In this paper an assessment has been proceeded about component technology that stamping car panel can be designed and manufactured efficiently. Also this study investigate standard model of CAD/CAM system in production process of automobile dies, Recently, motor companies are doing their best to increase productivity and to reduce production time. So to develop user-friendly and effective standard model of CAD/CAM system is very important. The cbtained results will lead to the reductions in lead time and man-hour required for the design and manufacture of the automobile dies.

The purpose of this study were to investigate knowledge, awareness, and moral sensitivity, performance of standard precaution, and to identify influencing factors on performance of standard precaution of nursing students. The subjects of this study were completed by 201 nursing students from 2 colleges in D City. Data were collected from December 2 to 20, 2019. Data were analyzed using the t-test, the ANOVA, the Pearson correlation coefficient, and multiple regression analysis by SPSS ver. 21.0. There were significant positive correlations among knowledge of standard precaution, awareness of standard precaution, and moral sensitivity on performance of standard precaution. The factors influencing performance of standard precaution of the study subjects were awareness of standard precaution(β=.78, p<.001), and the explanatory power of these variables was 60.5%. The development of awareness of standard precaution education program that focuses awareness of standard precaution change is needed.

Korean defense specifications are the technical criteria of military products and major factor of acquisition system. Weapon systems and acquisition technique have been advanced dramatically after 1990's, but Korean defense specification practice standard has stayed after early 1980's except embedded software. The current status of current Korean defense specification practice standard and trend of related design and acquisition techniques like M&S, SBA, and digital manufacturing have been reviewed. This paper suggests that transfer to product, IT oriented specification structure, adaptation of digital product model and reinforcement of engineering management systems to establish a development initiative of Korean defense specification practice standard.

최근 언제 어디서나 컴퓨팅이 가능한 Ubiquitous Computing System 을 구현하기 위한 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 또한, 이를 구현하기 위해 사용자의 상황에 따라 최적의 서비스를 제공하기 위한 상황인식 (Context-awareness) 컴퓨팅 기술 또한 많은 연구가 진행되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 Ubiquitous Computing System 을 구현하기 위해 복합 센서로부터 입력되는 다양한 상황 정보에 대해 CRS(Context Recognition Switch) 개념을 포함하여 보다 정확하고 빠르게 사용자의 상황 정보를 추출하게 된다. 또한 제안된 DOS(Dynamic and Optimal Standard) 개념으로부터 노드의 고유 속성을 분석하여 특화된 시스템 서비스가 가능한는 IEEE 802.15.4 WPAN Standard 기반의 UoC(Ubiquitous system on Chip) Architecture 를 제안하였다.

This appendix deals with the Korean air interface standard, TTA-62, for CDMA Mobile Systems, (CMS) [1]-[2]. The standard has been set up by Telecommunications Technology Association (TTA) which is a standardization organization in Korea [3]. This standard is an important specification that should be determined prior to the development of a digital cellular system. The CMS has been developed on the basis of this standard and the papers published in this special issue are the results of the CMS development. This appendix also describes the technical commonality of these papers. It covers the outline of the air interface and protocol specifications. The outline includes its major characteristics, radio protocol architecture, functionalties, and call processing. A comparison is also given between TTA-62 and IS-95[4], a North American digital cellular standard.

Using 23 867 standard essential patents claimed for three different wireless telecommunication standards (GSM, WCDMA, and LTE), this research examined the difference in technological importance and breadth of patents between practicing and non-practicing entities. We discovered that compared to manufacturers and service providers, organizations who do not appropriate innovation-derived profits directly from product or service markets tended to have relatively low-quality but broadly scoped technologies for the claimed standard essential patents. These relationships between the characteristics of inventions and the organizational types were consistently held across different generations of wireless standards as indicated by regressions run for each sample split by generation. Furthermore, the theory and policy implications of our results and arguments are presented herein.
