Purpose: This paper aims to develop evaluation criteria of Plan- 'Understanding the Organization' in the PDCA(Plan-Do-Check-Act) requirements of ISO 22301 which is a global standard in the area of BCMS(Business Continuity Management System). Method: The group of 20 experts in the BCMS checked for the validity of the evaluation criteria of Plan- 'Understanding the Organization' by the modified Delphi technique and relative importance are surveyed by the group. Results: As a result, the 12 evaluation criteria with relative importance that can be applied for BCMS evaluation of the organizations are developed and proposed. Conclusion: In order to introduce a quantitive evaluation in the BCMS, it was concluded that evaluation criteria need to be chosen and given relative importance, thus the criteria with the importance could be used for effective evaluation

To study of binder and fine aggregate a lot of replacement fly-ash concrete, initial characteristics, standard environment of curing temperature $20^{\circ}C$, hot-weather environment of curing temperature $35^{\circ}C$, . Flesh concrete tested slump. air contest and Hardening concrete valuated setting period of form, day of age 1, 3, 5. 7, 10, 28 compression strength in sealing curing. Purpose of study is consultation materials in field that variety of fly-ash replacement concrete mix proportion comparison and valuation. (1) Experiment result age 28day compression strength more higher plan concrete then standard environment in curing temperature $20^{\circ}C$, , most strength F43 is hot-weather environment in curing temperature $35^{\circ}C$, replacement binder 25%, fine aggregate 15%. (2) Hot-weather environment replacement a mount of fly-ash is a same of plan concrete setting period of form. Age 28day compression strength replacement a mount of fly-ash more hot-weather concrete then plan concrete.

It's became essential that Korea construction companies should enter into the overseas construction market for their growth and sustainability. In order to comply with the client's required global standard and to compete with in the international market, the shifting the construction project management system to global level is required. In accordance with the demand, this paper proposes the top-level document of construction project management system as a to-be model that utilized in overseas construction projects. The project management plan ("PMP") suggested in this paper is not only the most appropriate one, which complies with the global standard, to be used when companies bid for international construction projects against foreign competitors but also has the process modeling and hierarchical structure.

GEO-KOMPSAT-2 which is under development by KARI to be launched in 2018 is expected to be injected into its orbit through the standard GTO(Geostationary Transfer Orbit) or SSTO(Supersynchronous Transfer Orbit). While the standard GTO mission has been applied for the most of the geostationary satellites, the SSTO mission is rare case and significantly different from the standard GTO mission in technical point of view. This paper lists the operational constraints to be applied for GEO-KOMPSAT-2 SSTO mission, and introduces a preliminary LAE burn plan for GEO-KOMPSAT-2 mission. In order to evaluate the developed plan, a simulation study has been performed considering ground station visibility.

The purpose of this study is to examinethe present illumination conditions in office environment and to suggest an efficient illumination plan in office planning process. Illumination conditions in work environment were surveyed in 6 offices to investigate whether the present illumination conditions were appropriate to the work type. The results of this study are as follows: Most of the general Illuminance level in the area of work were all at an adequate level, except one. The average Illuminance level in the all meeting rooms were met for the standard. Illuminance in the all reception area were extremely over the standard, The illuminations of this area were rather designed according to the image of the company than the standard. As for the illumination method in the area of general work, four offices used a general lighting by a direct lighting type, while two offices used a general lighting and a task lighting at the same time. This survey suggested that first, each company should consider illumination plan in the building planning process, second, illumination plan considering the type of places is needed, and third, illumination environment may be differentiated according to the work type. In conclusion, efficient illumination environment should be considered in office building planning process, especially In terms of illumination materials and methods.

Current interior lighting design way that is consisting uniformly by designer's experience or simple capacity calculation diversifies according to standard of living elevation and there is problem that do not reflect been individualising resident's change request in lighting plan, design properly. Therefore, because this resident's request, enough judgment data that is worth reflecting dissatisfaction item in design concretely or standard is not saved up in business post, had gotten into bottleneck at lighting design. Diagnose resident's consciousness and feedback degree about interior lighting to existent apartment complex in this research and examined improvement plan. As a result, in the case of illumination, wanted higher brightness and showed reason that is most Affirmativ about order way of lighting fixtures. The reason is because can select registration nine that want by oneself directly. Plan qualitative elevation of house lighting environment making lighting image which is coincided in our real condition, and is thought to reflect various resident's character, fondness in design and solved dissatis faction.

The numbering plan, basic requirements for interworking standards, and technical standard specification for National Information Infrastructure have not been defined specifically yet. It is reviewed for the numbering plans of public/private ATM networks based on the standard specifications of W-T and ATM Forum. The specifications for numbering plan are discussed for the interworking between current various networks and National Information Infrastructure based on the related standard specification of ITU-T and ATM Forum.

This paper presents a process and operation planning system with an NC code post-processor for effective machining of press dies for production of cars. Based on the machining features, major parts of press dies are categorized into 15 groups and a standard process plan is defined for each group. The standard process plan consists of a series of processes where a process is defined as a group of operations that can be done with one setup. Details such as cutting tools, cutting conditions, and tool paths are decided at the operation planning stage. At the final stage of process and operation planning, the NC code post-processor we developed adjusts feedrates along the tool path to reduce machining time. The adjustment rule is selected based on the metal removal rate estimated by virtually machining with virtual cutting tool.
