본 연구에서는 국내 정보통신 기술기준과 표준의 문제점을 살펴보았다. 국내의 경우 기술기준과 표준이 별개로 운영됨에 따라 규제 완화를 효과적으로 수행하지 못하고 있다. 그러므로 상호보완적인 역할을 하지 못하기 때문에 본 연구에서는 기술기준 규제위주로의 체제를 전환하는 방법과 상호연계를 위한 법령 개편을 제시하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 정보통신 국가표준 제 개정 시스템 정비, 중점 국가표준 추진방안, 표준화 법령 정비 방안 및 정보통신기술기준과 국가표준의 상호연계 방안 마련에 활용될 것으로 기대된다.

In the shipbuilding and marine industry, digital transformation activities are promoted primarily by large shipyards. However, bottlenecks are observed across value chains, and digital transformation effects are reducing because of the cost and technical challenges encountered by supplies. In this study, we proposed a win-win cooperation model for large, small, and medium-sized companies using digital transformation based on the characteristics of the shipbuilding and marine industry through case studies. We investigated the digital transformation progress in German and Korean small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). In addition, we identified information-sharing methods and management challenges encountered in enterprise resource planning and manufacturing execution systems in the collaboration process of pipes, panels, blocks, etc. of SMEs that are suppliers of a Korean shipyard, and clarified communication by building a platform based on a common format between shipyards and suppliers. Further, we proposed a standard model of a digital transformation system for enhancing the collaboration between large companies and suppliers and proposed a basic plan including strategies to efficiently and effectively build a digital transformation system based on the standard model.

Purpose : A new method of lateral cephalometric analysis for midface, focusing on zygomatic bone, was created in this study, and measured in Korean adults. The purposes of this study are understanding about new approach for midfacial depression, especially zygomatic bone, and using to make adequate diagnosis and treatment plan. Materials and methods : In this study, esthetic Korean adults, 25 males and 25 females who were between $0^{\circ}$ and $4^{\circ}$ in ${\angle}ANB$, and between 62% and 70% in P/A facial height ratio, and had normal overbite and overjet, were used. Orbitale(Or) and Soft tissue orbitale(Or') were used for indicators of anteroposterior position of zygomatic area. And, mean value and standard deviation of linear and angular measurements, and ratio about each linear measurements, were obtained. then, standard deviation diagram - wiggle diagram - was made for visualization of results. Results : Mean values, standard deviations and ranges of 19 measurements were obtained, and among them, 5 linear measurements that had large standard deviation were excluded and the others were used for making standard deviation diagram. In standard deviation diagram, the following results were obtained. 1. If the measurements are located on more left side of mean-value-vertical -line, the potential of midfacial hypoplasia are stronger, especially zygomatic area. 2. If the measurements are located on more right side of mean-value-vertical-line, the potential of midfacial hypoplasia are decreased. Conclusion : This study presented a new method of lateral cephalometric analysis focusing on zygomatic bone in Korean adults. We expect that the results of this study can be used as parameter when clinicians make decisions about diagnosis and treatment plan for rehabilitation of esthetics and function. But, it is necessary to prove its usefulness, and to further evaluate the results.

This study analyzes the river system and water quality conditions of Bukchun in order to establish a basic plan for Preparing a natural learning and experimental area of environmental ecosystem in Bukchun, Gyeongju. It also tries to establish an integrated plan for water management of Bukchun stream based on water contaminants. In addition, after analysing the water quality at 13 points during the non-rainy season, the effluent of municipal wastewater was of relatively better quality with I ~ II grade, below the water quality standard of the river, except in points near Samsung apartments. However, analysing the Hyeongsangang and the effluent of Bomunho and Duckdongdam in rainy season, the water quality was II ~ III grade according to environmental standard. The water Quality of those samples was strongly dependent of non-point source.

The purpose of this study is to understand the classified advantages and weak points of each landscape predictable simulation methods & techniques and to examine the suitability of through or selecting the predictable method suitable for present skill range and on studying the case of resident district unit plan. Therefore, we examined and evaluated through the case study of two sites. The results are as follows. It was very available to process the skill of mapping and picture combining method together at once. But, there was a limitation that is not flexible in the range of error on accuracy, so it was necessary to practically use the equipment and to study the theory. Providing the standard suitable for regional landscape character in each evaluation standard was also necessary.

Underwater lighting is installed in water tanks, fountains and pools in waterparks, it has direct contact with water and in case of any electrical failure due to faults from electrical equipment, there is a lot of electrical shock risk. In this paper, we proposed an improvement plan of the standard of judgment of electrical code which is MOCIE (Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Energy) notification by fact finding survey and analysis of the domestic and foreign codes.

Endurance test procedures of multipurpose tactical vehicle is constructed by comparing the Korea defence standard and TOP-2-2-506. The plan was to make the best reflect the operational environment and the actual production purposes. Endurance test of multipurpose tactical vehicle more stringent than the existing other military vehicles validation procedures. But the test plan, it is possible to reduce the cost and schedule of long verification that occurs because of the Endurance test. Through a comparison of the dynamic characteristic analysis, change of test center was to ensure the reliability and validity.

As RAMS becomes an international trend in the railroad industry, it is also generalized in the domestic railroad industry. This research is performed to present a criterion of the RAMS plan for the next generation high speed rolling stock. The criterion is developed based on IEC62278(EN50126), the international standard for railroad RAMS and CLC/TR 50126-2, 3, the guide to the application of IEC 62278. It is necessary for the export of the rolling stock. The criterion describes the RAMS targets and the contents to be included in the RAMS plan to meet the RAMS targets. Through developing the RAMS plan, we can identify RAMS activities and documents to be done in the total life cycle which includes design, manufacture and operation. It will help to accomplish synthetically the system targets of the next generation high speed rolling stock.

목적 : 방사선 치료에서 환자와 근무자에 의한 setup error등은 치료성적이 결정될 수 있는 중요한 요인이라고 볼 수 있다. 이에 환자와 근무자에 의한 SET-UP ERROR가 환자치료에 미치는 영향에 대하여 비교 분석하고자 한다. 대상 및 방법 : 실험은 human phantom을 이용하여 C-T scan시 Left방향의 Lateral Level을 0mm, 3mm, 5mm, 7mm, 10mm, 15mm, 20mm로 변화시켜 SET-UP ERROR를 유발하였고, 각각에 대하여 C-T scan을 시행하였고, SET-UP ERROR가 유발된 각각의 C-T image를 얻어 RTP장비를 이용하여 임상에서 많이 사용되는 plan을 사용하여 7개의 C-T image에 각각의 plan-대향이문조사plan, Box-4문조사plan, 3Dimension plan-3개를 시행하여 총 21개의 plan을 실시하였다. (CTV+1cm margin, CTV+0.5cm margin, CTV+0.3cm margin = PTV) 이렇게 얻어진 plan을 이용하여 SET-UP ERROR가 유발이 안된 0mm image의 plan 3개와 SET-UP ERROR가 있는 6개 image의 총 18개의 plan을 대향이문조사plan, Box4문조사plan, 3Dimension plan으로 나누어 선량분포와 DVH를 이용하여 비교 분석하였다. 결과 : SET-UP ERROR를 유발시킨 3mm, 5mm, 7mm C-T image에서는 대향이문조사plan을 제외하고는 모든 plan에서 충분히 치료에 영향을 미칠만한 변화가 나타났으며, Box4문조사plan에서는 SET-UP ERROR에 의한 CTV가 Field 밖으로 빠짐으로 선량분포와 DVH가 나빠지는 현상이 나타났다. 결론 : 환자의 움직임, CTV 3차원형태, CTV margin등이 치료에 영향을 미친다. 이러한 영향을 줄이기 위해서는 환자의 긴장감과 움직임을 줄일 수 있는 환자교육과 정확한 환자setup능력이 치료의 승패를 좌우한다고 생각된다. 또한 재현성과 움직임을 줄일 수 있는 accessory 개발과 보급이 중요하다.

This study is planning improvement of welfare facilities about the hall for the aged in apartment housing. An apartment house, famous residential type in Korea, put an important value on its convenience and economical efficiency of furniture arrangement by maximizing floor space index. In this regard, leisure usage of house was not carefully considered for the aged people. To redefine the efficiency of welfare facilities, research mainly deals with analysis of realistic needs for the aged through the spot survey and interview. The main purpose of this study is to enhance the quality of welfare facilities and propose the improved welfare facilities for the aged people. Through the research, conclusions are as followed First, Facility standard and provisions of the law should be revised for considering population growth of the aged people. Second, there are 4 plan types in the hall for the aged. Contrary to our expectation, diversity of program was not found however various program planning is needed for considering its different types of plan. Third, according to regulation, space restriction is based on the number of households. Therefore, room and space standard does not depend on the number of people. From now on, in order to improve quality of welfare facilities of the aged, revision of laws and overall facility standard should be implemented in advance.
