The objective of this study is to prepare the effective management plan of environmental noise with a noise map, and the guideline on the management plan of environmental noise was suggested through the review of existing application examples. The management plan of environmental noise with a noise map includes the practical contents in the stages of subdivision of management areas, establishment of reduction measures, opinion collection, post investigation, and reformulation of management plan. First, the classification of management regions is performed considering the excess degree of noise standard and the facility type in the phase of subdivision of management areas. Second, the optimal management plan is established through the investigation of regional characteristics and various noise reduction measures in the phase of establishment of reduction measures, which includes the examination of noise reduction effects with a noise map and the budget planning with the costing of noise reduction measures. Third, the opinion survey with a local resident and a expert is carried out in order to prove the validity of the management plan in the phase of opinion collection, and the management plan is modified with gathered opinions. Fourth, the post examination plan with noise measurement is performed in order to verify the real effect of noise reduction measures according to the management plan in the phase of post investigation. Finally, the amendment of the management plan as well as the improvement of a noise map is carried out at a regular cycle in the phase of reformulation of management plan.

자동차 보유대수 증가에 따른 고유가와 온실가스 배출로 자전거이용의 중요성이 대두되고 있지만, 자전거이용률은 현저하게 낮은 실정이다. 자전거이용 활성화를 위한 대책으로 전국자전거도로 사업이 진행되고 있으며 각 지방자치단체에서도 자전거도로 기본계획을 수립하여 진행되고 있다. 노선 선정에 대한 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있지만, 자료 처리에 대한 연구는 명확한 결과를 도출하기엔 부족한 실정이다. 자전거도로 설계 기준에 명시되어진 종단경사도 지형상황 등으로 인하여 부득이하다고 인정되는 경우에는 예외로 한다고 되어 있다. 본 연구에선 기존 자전거도로가 여수시의 지형상황을 고려하여 개설되어 졌는지, 종단경사 기준을 고려하여 연결 가능한 자전거도로 노선 선정을 제시했다. 추가요소로 차선 수, 도로 폭을 포함시켜 개설 가능한 자전거도로 중 적합한 자전거도로 노선이 산출되었다. 향후 산지가 많은 지역을 대상으로 자전거도로 선정 시 종단경사 기준의 활용 방안으로 이용될 것이다.

플랜트 산업은 2004년도 기준 해외 건설 수주액의 70%를 차지하는 매우 중요한 산업이다. 플랜트 산업의 기술력은 일부 시설관련 상세설계와 시공부문의 경쟁력을 확보한 상태이다. 그러나 플랜트 산업 가운데 고부가가치 창출이 가능한 기획, 기본설계 기술이 미흡하여 기술력 향상이 필요하다. 따라서 고부가가치 창출이 가능한 기획, 기본설계 기술 경쟁력을 향상시키기 위하여 플랜트 설계를 위한 표준코드의 문제점 및 개선방향을 제시하고자 한다.

This study proposes a standard method of diagnosis and repair to prevent and maintain the problem of durability deterioration caused by leakage cracks in apartment basement structures in Korea. Following the announcement of the previous maintenance plan section, this is the second part of the study, focusing on inspection of methods for diagnosing and repairing leakage cracks in apartment basement structures. In this thesis, the matters required for the procedures, types, times and equipment of the inspection plan and the inspection methods, records, and decisions required for the actual inspection are described.

The objective of this study is to prepare the plans for managing construction noise effectively and solving the popular enmity from construction noise reasonably. In order to carry out this purpose, it covers the efficient improvement plans for adjusting the construction noise regulation standard rationally and managing the automatic noise measuring system which shows the advantage for construction noise management and popular enmity solution due to construction noise. The three alternative plans of the construction noise regulation standard and the recommendation plan including the guideline for installing and managing the automatic noise measuring system are suggested consequently.

The aim of this study is to offer the basic data concerning the architectural characteristics of the recently constructed farmhouses built by the residents’ self-planning after 1987, compared with the standard housing plan, for the desirable farmhouse planning. The 77 farmhouses, scattered in Milyang-gun, Yangsan-gun and Ulsan-gun near Ulsan city, were selected for the field measurement and the data, compared with the 14 standard housing plans, were analysed by the qualitative method. The farmhouses studied here showed average size of 25-pyongs(82.5m2) and took the flat slab type of roof by the masonry construction of the red blicks. The characteristics in planning were \circled1 the Anbang placed adjacent above the living room, \circled2 a pare of double-sliding doers for the Anbang. \circled3 a pare of double-sliding doors between the living room and the yard for the openness of the living room, \circled4 a door between the living room and the kitchen, \circled5 the multiuse-room by the kicthen for supplemental use, and \circled6 the storage space as attics secured indoor. The standard housing plans, different from these of the recently constructed farmhouses, placed emphasis on the separativeness of each space using the one hinged doors. The farmhouses built recently therefore were not affected by the characteristics of the standard housing plans.

Currently, it has been a fashion to include RAMS of rolling stock in the order for purchasing the rolling stock. However, it's only to suggest a qualitative value or an ideal target without giving or demonstrating actual RAMS target, with only demonstrating passive RAMS by the data provided by the manufacturer. In the case of KTX project of 100 cars of KTX-II contracted in June 2006, their target has been suggested from the previous RAMS application standard and it aimed to achieve the reliability level of equivalent high speed rolling stock. Afterward, as actual KTX-II RAMS Plan and RAMS Demonstration Plan has been prepared and approved, it has been the first problem to secure the reliability and safety in order to introduce the new high speed rolling stock(KTX-II) successfully and we actually tried to apply overseas RAMS standard, KTX samples, electric railcar MTRC and rolling stock samples. This Report was dealt world trends of Railway RAMS standard, KTX-II RAMS Specifications, the present condition of KTX-II RAMS performance and development a way of KTX-II RAMS, We hope the "KTX-II RAMS Application Standard for Safety of Passenger Transportation Service" is served as an opportunity for the basic research for establishing and demonstrating RAMS target of components or parts composing the rolling stock system.

KEPCO conducted a third project in Myanmar regarding system operation and protection scheme. This paper deals with blackout reduction plan, reactive power compensation plan and system restoration procedures in operations parts. Moreover protection system improvement plan and standard protection schemes were suggested.

This paper is a study on the practical Systems Engineering Management Plan(SEMP) for the LRT Project. A SEMP shall be developed and applied to define and manage the systems engineering activities during the beginning of LRT Project. This paper is addressed contents and description of the practical systems engineering management plan based on the existing practices about system engineering management plan in LRT Project domain as well as the systems engineering standard as MI-STD 499A, IEEE 1220 etc. In the early stage of a LRT Project, An acquirer should provide a Systems Engineering Plan(SEP), and a contractor should summit a Systems Engineering Management Plan as the SEP in proposal. This addressed the SEMP as an aspect of the system and sub-systems supplier to systematically and effectively accomplish the systems engineering activities in LRT Project generally.

본 연구는 국토지리정보원이 운영하고 있는 측량대가 산정체계인 「측량대가의 기준」의 개선 방안을 도출하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 현행 측량대가기준은 최초 제정 이후 크게 개정되지 않았으나 측량산업이 어려워지는 상황에서 대가기준의 현실화는 기술자 양성과 산업 발전을 위해 절실히 필요한 과제이다. 본 연구에서는 측량대가기준의 문제점 분석 및 개선방안 도출을 위해, 측량대가기준의 개요와 기본적인 특성 및 연혁을 분석하고 국내 유사 기준과 비교하였다. 설문 조사를 통해 관·산의 의견을 수렴하고 노임단가와 간접비 요율에 대한 검증을 수행하였다. 그 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 직접비에 직접적인 영향을 주는 표준품셈의 정비가 필요하며 직접경비에 누락된 항목의 보완이 필요하다. 둘째, 외국의 대가기준 및 지적 분야와의 대가기준을 비교해 볼 때, 측량 분야의 노임단가가 상당히 낮은 수준이므로 이에 대한 개선이 필요하다. 셋째, 간접비의 요율은 적절한 것으로 분석되었으며, 간접비가 적절히 계상되지 않는 문제에 대해서는 교육·홍보의 강화를 통해 대응하여야 한다. 넷째, 신기술에 빠르게 대응하기 위해 측량용역대가 심의위원회의 운영 또는 표준시장단가체계 도입에 대한 검토가 필요하다.
