아파트주택에 있어서 실내공기청정기에 의한 환기의 수치해석 (A Numerical Analysis on Forced Ventilation using Indoor Air Cleaner in an Apartment House)

  • There exist a number of approaches which can evaluate ventilation and indoor air quality. The measurement and analysis of indoor carbon dioxide concentrations can be useful for evaluating indoor air quality and ventilation. This paper describes a numerical analysis of carbon dioxide concentrations for evaluating indoor air quality and ventilation and the factors the need to be considered in their use. The conditions of this numerical analysis are tow types of positions and inlet velocities of ventilation system in a two-dimensional model of an apartment house. The simulation results could be used as a base data for further analysis for ventilation design of other industrial processes producing a proper ventilation system for a healthier and more comfortable environment in a building.

  • Recently a great deal of people are taking legal action against the housing provider due to the defects of their Apartment house. And most of the housing companies are spending a huge amount of expenses and efforts to keep their brand value. This essay will carry out time series analysis the 20 housing district which are constructed by huge construction companies. This analysis itemised by metropolitan area(Seoul) and others to keep the degree of reliability, and converted future defect maintenance cost into current cost applied by discount rate to figure out suitability of defect maintenance cost. Even though, this essay is not able to represent standard of defect maintenance cost due to the insufficiency of record, while it will be assisted as a referance when long-term record of time series is estabilished.

급배수 설비소음 평가방법 선정을 위한 실험적 연구 (An study on the Noise rating of water supply and drain installations in apartment bathroom)

  • This study aims to propose appropriate evaluating method of noise emission from water supply and drain installations in apartment bathroom. The measurement procedure of water installations noise in apartment bathroom were established, so it is necessary to provide the evaluating method and criteria to improve the sound insulation performance of the apartment and to reduce the apartment dweller's unsatisfaction with the noise. Thus, this study reviewed the standards and evaluating methods about the water supply and drain installations noise of many other country. After measuring the noise emission from the installations in many apartment bathroom, The noise were evaluated dB(A), N, NC index, To induce the appropriate method, the coefficient of the correlation among the evaluated numbers were analyzed. As a result, the dB(A) method is most easy to evaluating and very high correlated with N and N index, So the dB(A) method is suitable to be adopted KS evaluating procedure of noise emission from water installations in apartment bathroom.

  • 국내 설정에 적합한 차음성능기준 및 등급화 방안을 설정하기 위하여 그 기초 연구단계로서 주민반응조사 및 차음성능수준을 측정하고, 차음성능 평가치와 생활감과의 상관관계를 분석 외국의 기존 평가기준곡선 적응가능성을 검토하였다. 분석결과 ISO에 의한 평가방법보다는 JIS에 의한 평가방법이 국내 공동주택의 경우에는 보다 합리적임을 파악하였고, 표준충격원은 경량 및 중량충격원을 사용하는 것이 타당하다고 판단된다. 또한 측정시 문제가 되는 63Hz 중심 주파수대역을 측정범위에서 제외하여도 차음성능 지수상의 오차는 무시할 수 있었다.

  • The main thrust of this paper is to investigate acceptable supply air conditions of a dedicated outdoor air system (DOAS) for highrise apartment buildings. As for a typical $132-m^2$ apartment unit, it was assumed that centralized DOAS-Ceiling Radiant Cooling Panel was installed. Transient behavior and control characteristics of each system were modeled numerically using a commercial equation solver program. The optimized dew point temperature of the DOAS was discussed on the basis of the ASHRAE standard 62.1-2007 and the current Korean ventilation standard for apartments. It was found that the optimized dew point temperature of the DOAS supply air accommodating total latent load of a space is $11-12^{\circ}C$ and the appropriate supply air temperature of the DOAS is $11-12^{\circ}C$ in cooling period and neutral temperature of $18-20^{\circ}C$ in intermediate period.

공동주택 분양가 결정모형에 관한 연구 (A Study of the Decision to Standardize Sale Price Model of Supplying Apartment Houses)

  • 본 연구는 아파트 신규 공급 시 시장 내 경쟁력 있는 분양가격을 결정하기 위한 산정기준을 마련하였다. 도출된 모형은 건설사가 새로운 아파트 분양 시 가격결정을 토지비와 공사비 등 들어가는 비용에 일정 이윤을 합하는 방식이 아니고 최근 공급한 새로운 아파트 단지의 가격을 기준으로 결정하는 방법으로 이루어지고 있음을 고려하여 인근 아파트와 분양가격 비교분석의 모형을 만들었다. 아파트를 새로 공급할 때 결정요인에 대하여 1단계 4가지요인, 2단계 9가지요인, 3단계 25가지 요인으로 계층화하여 분석함으로써 새로이 공급되는 아파트의 가격을 산정하기 위한 기준을 마련하고자 한다. 분양가격 결정요인의 상대적 중요도도 파악하여서 신규공급 아파트 분양가격의 분양시 지표로 활용한다. 또한 2단계 9가지 요인특성을 기준으로 분양가 비교 모형을 만들어 실무에 적용할 수 있도록 제시하였다. 향후에는 마케팅 외적인 요인도 추가적으로 고려하여 일반화된 기준을 찾는 연구가 필요 할 것이다.

공동주택 층간이음부의 문제점 분석 및 개선안 (Analysis of Problems and Improvement of Inter-layer Joints in Apartment Houses)

  • According to the dispute cases filed for claiming the collective defect repair fees, inter-layer concrete joints turned out to be the most frequently disputed item. For this reason, this study selects the inter-layer concrete joints to further analyze the primary causes and details of each dispute case. From the results of this study, three primary causes of the disputes are found, which are 1) the absence of standard specifications for construction quality control and management after construction; 2) the absence of established standards for repair when construction defects are found. In order to prevent construction defects in inter-layer concrete joints, this study provides three suggestions including 1) the current standard specifications for inter-layer concrete joints should be further specified by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport; 2) a construction defect should be judged according to the compliance to the standard specifications; and 3) a clear and institutional protocol needs to be established for defect repair in cases that new public apartment houses have been judged to have defects.

  • The number of defect disputes occurring in apartment houses is increasing year by year, and among them, disputes caused by defects in tiles account for 28.2% of the total, which is an important defect in tiles. A representative tile defect in the defect dispute is the lack of tile backfill. Another dispute occurred that the standards for each organization are different as the 100% standard of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport's building construction standard and 80% standard of the Architectural Institute of Korea's Building Technology Guidelines. In this study, it was analyzed the relationship between the amount of tile backfill and the amount of tile defects based on 100 defect litigation court appraisal documents. It was observed that the amount of defect in tile works tended to decrease as the amount of tile backfill increased. By presenting an appropriate amount of mortar to fill behind tiles in a defect dispute, the effect of reducing the defect dispute can be expected.

  • This study has been conducted focusing on the analysis of the turn-key proposal for Gimpo-Han River New City. The study expected that it would come up with design trends and introduction properties of each plan for the eco-friendly development of an apartment house. The concept of environment-friendly design was thought in four parts: 'Land use and transportation,' 'Ecological environment', 'Energy resource and environmental impact' and analysis factors of each part were chosen by specific items from the prospective researches and guidelines that already given on the projects. In conclusion, a proper development of the environmental-friendly apartment house will not be achieved unless the designers try to overcome their prejudice against eco-friendly planning elements applications. Along with the designers' attempt, it is also necessary to review the evaluation articles of the certification system for the existing environmental-friendly structures as well as to compensate and establish detailed evaluation standards. As the problems are being worked on, an integrated, effective evaluation standard for the eco-friendly planning elements will be determined. This way, an environmental-friendly residential development with a better quality will be eventually realized.

공동주택의 세대 구성유형과 면적에 따른 MSW 발생량 추정모델 개발 (A New Estimation Model of MSW Generation Based on Household Composition-types and Floor Area in Apartment House)

  • As improving our standard of living, demographic change or industrial development, MSW that is closely linked to human behavior has been occurred much change. Notably, we usually have incinerated the combustible waste. In the process, they also emit a large amount of greenhouse gas that has directly affected the global warming and environmental pollution. Therefore, we need to make control system to manage future production and reduce generation of MSW. Thus this study analyzed the generation of MSW according to household members and floor area in apartment housing occupies the highest share. Then, we used both a correlation analysis and a regression analysis to make new estimation model of MSW generation. Based on this study, the results were used to suggest a method to efficiently handle MSW in the case of planning urban environment. Also, build a database to set up the integrated management system of MSW in the future.
