충돌제트는 제트가 충돌하는 정체 영역에 매우 높은 열전달을 제공하기 때문에 다양한 분야에서 적용되고 있다. 그러나 제트가 벽면에 부딪친 후 벽면 제트에 의해 야기되는 충돌 챔버 내의 횡방향 유동은 여러 개의 제트로 구성된 배열제트인 경우 하류에 있는 제트 유동을 방해하거나 휘게 할 수 있으며, 이로 인해 배열 충돌제트의 냉각 성능은 감소하게 된다. 파형 구조는 하류 제트에서의 횡방향 유동영향을 줄이기 위해 인접한 충돌 제트 사이에 있는 파형 속에 사용된 냉각 공기를 유입시키는 역할을 하며, 이러한 파형 구조에서의 유동 및 열전달 특성에 대해 수치해석을 수행하였다. 3차원, 정상상태, 비압축성 유동으로 고려하고 해석하였으며 ANSYS-CFX 15.0 코드를 사용하였다. 파형 구조의 형상 변수가 배열 충돌제트의 횡방향 유동 억제에 미치는 영향을 제시하고 분석하였다.

Objectives: The purpose of this study was to investigate the efficacy of Lijin-tang-gamibang on refractory gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD). Methods: This before-and-after study compared the first medical examination and examination at the end of medical treatment. Twelve refractory GERD patients who visited the Department of Digestive Diseases of Kyung Hee University Korean Medicine Hospital from August 14th, 2017 to October 14th, 2017, were treated with Lijin-tang-gamibang for four consecutive weeks. The clinical characteristics of refractory GERD and the efficacy of herbal medical treatment was assessed by questionnaires, the Nepean Dyspepsia Index-Korean version (NDI-K), the Korean Gastrointestinal Symptom Rating Scale (KGSRS), the Numerical Rating Scale (NRS), the Korean version of the Perceived Stress Scale (KPSS-10), the Qi Stagnation Questionnaire (QSQ), the Spleen Qi Deficiency Questionnaire (SQDQ), and the Patient Global Impression of Change (PGIC). Prolonged effects were reported upon the follow-up telephone survey two weeks after treatment. Results: After treatment with the herbal medicine Lijin-tang-gamibang, the clinical characteristics of 12 refractory GERD patients were improved, especially in terms of the most common symptoms of acid regurgitation and heartburn. Each symptom score of NDI-K, KGSRS, NRS, SQDQ, and PGIC showed significant advances. Prolonged effects were reported in NDI-K, NRS and PGIC questionnaires two weeks after treatment. Conclusions: These results suggest that Lijin-tang-gamibang is an effective treatment for refractory GERD.

Sprain is the injury of meridian-muscle, and is caused by qi and blood obstruction or regional stagnation of qi and blood. So we take the channel points where pain flows. If we take the locations that feel pain, those locations are treatments points and ashi points. So we searched over the ashi points appearing on the patients with wrist sprain. Ashi points appeared on LI5, TE4, SI5 around wrist joints, LI10, LI11, LU6 around elbow joints, LI14, LU3, LU4, PC2 around upper arm. Also, ashi points appeared much on ST17, KI23, PC1, SP18, ST18 around thoracic region, and, on BL15, BL44, BL13 around anterior and thoracodorsal region, in order stated. Ashi points of the highest frequency appeared on LI14 around upper arm, and on LI5, TE4 around wrist joint, and SI5, ST17, KI12, PC1, SP18 appeared with second highest frequency. And ashi points on elbow points and thoracodorsal region appeared with the same frequency. Therefore, it is possible for us to know that the pain location appears in order of upper arm, anterior thoracic region, elbow joint region, and, thoracodorsal region, in treating wrist joints. There was a tendency that pain and movement disturbance recovered more quickly, depending on the pain reduction, as we found out the ashi points closely from stagnated qi and blood caused by wrist arthritis, and relaxed the stiff location. Rubbing treatments in treating pain ashi points is considered to play an important role to reduce pain effectively, so it is necessary to make a further study.

우리나라 대부분의 안경 제조업체는 10인 이하의 영세 소규모 업체로 구성되어 있어 규모면에서 이태리, 중국 등 경쟁국에 비해 매우 열악한 수준에 놓여 있다. 이로 인해 국내 안경산업은 선진국의 고가제품과 중국등 동남아 지역의 저가 제품 사이에서 경쟁력을 확보하지 못하는 어려운 상황에 직면하게 되었다. 이러한 점들을 고려하여 볼 때 국내 안경산업의 활성화를 위해 가장 시급한 문제는 안경 제조업체의 구조조정으로 볼 수 있으며 디자인 개발능력 향상, 신소재 및 기술개발, 자체브랜드 개발 및 홍보강화, 기능성 안경 등 신제품 개발, 시제품(샘플) 제작기간 단축, 경영지원, 특구지정을 통한 경쟁력 확보 등도 우리나라 안경산업의 중요한 활성화방안으로 지적되고 있다.

전통적인 도시내부 산업단지는 최근 산업구조의 고도화와 도시공간구조의 변화 등으로 인해 침체와 노후화 과정을 겪고 있다. 사례지역인 제3산업단지의 경우도 업체 규모와 생산액의 영세화, 주요업종의 변화, 필지의 세분화, 지가 변화 등에서 노후화의 특성을 보인다. 따라서 대구시는 단지의 노후화에 대한 대응책으로 향후 도심형 첨단산업단지로의 정비를 추진하고 있다. 반면 직접적인 노후화를 겪고 있는 업체들은 단지 재정비 계획에 대해 인지하지도 못한 채 침체와 노후화에 대한 뚜렷한 대책을 마련하지 못하고 있다. 따라서 대구시가 계획하고 있는 재정비 방안은 입주업체와 충분한 협의과정을 거쳐야 할 것이며, 향후 입주업체와 대구시의 입장을 매개해 줄 수 있는 핵심주체가 필요할 것이다.

이 연구는 국내 영화 온라인 부가시장의 활성화에 있어 장애 요인으로 작용하고 있는 유통구조의 문제점을 살펴보고 이에 대응하는 입법 및 정책 현황을 분석해봄으로써 부가시장을 정상화시키기 위한 대안을 제시하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 정보통신기술의 발달로 영화의 유통 창구가 다양화되면서 영화 수익의 극대화와 다양성영화의 유통 기회 확보 등 영화시장이 전체적으로 확대될 수 있는 기회를 맞았음에도 불구하고, 국내 영화산업의 구조는 전적으로 극장 매출에 의존하는 기형적인 형태를 띠고 있다. 전문가 자문회의 및 심층면접 결과, 이는 디지털 영화 콘텐츠사업자들 간의 수익구조의 불투명성으로 영화 부가 판권시장이 제대로 형성되지 못하는 데 기인한 것으로 보인다. 본 연구는 국내 영화산업의 지속가능한 발전을 위하여 온라인 상영관 통합전산망의 구축과 사업자의 가입을 법제화하고, 사업자 간 분쟁조정 시스템의 정비를 통하여 불공정 거래행위를 방지하는 데 정책적 관여가 필요하다는 점을 결론으로 제시한다.

본 연구는 항공기 기총발사 비행조건에서 Gun Port 주변 공기 유동장을 분석하여 디버터(Diverter) 옵션 형상에 따른 Gun Gas 유동량 및 경로를 확인하고 항공기 성능 및 안전성 영향을 확인하였다. Gun Port Diverter는 기총사격 시 발생하는 열을 효과적으로 낮춰주는 역할을 할 뿐아니라 Gun Gas를 상향방향으로 효율적으로 배출시키는 역할을 수행하며, 그 형상에 따라 Gun Gas 경로가 변경될 수 있다. 후방 Gun Port Diverter의 옵션 형상에 따라 기총 발사 시 Gun Gas의 유량, 경로, 압력을 분석하였다. Gun Port 내부 속도분포와 온도변화를 분석한 결과 후방 Diverter를 지나는 유량은 옵션 형상에 따라 급격이 감소하는 경향을 보이지만, 전방을 지나는 유량은 변화가 적은 비슷한 경향을 보임을 확인하였다. 따라서 기총발사 시 발생하는 Gun Gas는 후방 Gun Port Diverter 옵션 형상과 관계없이 항공기 표면에서 충분한 유동 거리가 확보되며, Diverter 옵션 형상에 따른 Gun Gas 유동의 정체는 Gun Port 내부 온도 상승에 큰 영향을 미침을 확인하였다.

Objectives : The climate changes in the natural realm displays pheonomena of excess and deficiency due to the principle of Yiyinyiyangzhiweidao. Here, overabundant qi arises due to the works of multiplication and insultation. When this overabundant qi is in force, the retaliating qi appears without fail to create a parallel. This is the Autonomous Equilibrium Mechanism found in the natural world. Studying this mechanism is deeply significant in understanding the mechanisms of diseases. Methods : The paper is written by reviewing the texts found in Huangdineijing's Chapters of Yunqi, which are $Q{\grave{i}}jiaobiandalun$, Wuchangzhengdalun, $Liuyuanzhengj{\grave{i}}dalun$, Zhizhenyaodalun, and Suwenliuqixuanzhumiyu. Results & Conclusions : The overabundance and retaliation in Five Circuits take the form of the restrained child of the Five Circuits takes revenge on the overabundant qi on behalf of his mother. The overabundance and retaliation in Six Qi take the form of rapid healing of Benqi which was in stagnation. Traditionally, overabundant qi is the only one in existence when the Five Circuits are in excess and the year of Hai yin wu wei you xu's regular transformation. During this time, retaliating qi does not exist. When Five Circuits are in deficiency and in the year of Si shen zi chou mao chen's pattern transformation, both the overabundant and deficiency qis exist. However, regardless of regular transformation or pattern transformation, overabundant qi and retaliating qi cannot exist at the same time. This seems to be the rational conclusion. There are some regulations that overabundance and retaliation follow. First, the strong and weak, and number of days coincide. Second, overabundance qi appear during the first half of the period when the qi of controling heaven is in place. During the later half of the period when the qi of terrestrial effect is in force, retaliation qi is the one that appears. Third, overabundance and retaliation does not end with one time. Rather, they will continue to repeat appearance and disappearance without any set pattern. Fourth, the overabundance and retaliation of the guest qi and dominant qi only has overabundance and no retaliation.

Purpose : This Study was conducted to evaluate clinical manifestations of abdominal pain(AP) in childhood according to its symptoms and to find out characteristic of children with abdominal pain. Methods : Pacients who visited Dong-Eui Oriental Medical hospital from August to November 2001 due to abdominal pain were included. According to questionaire and history taking abdominal pain was classified by its six subtype in the Oriental Pediatic Text Book and Dong Eui Bo Gam(東醫寶鑑). Result : According to the Oriental Pediatic Text Book, among 41 children, 31.7% had symptoms of AP caused by cold in internal organs of deficiency(臟腑虛冷腹痛), 29.3% had symptoms of AP caused by diet(食積腹痛), 19.5% had symptoms of AP caused by cold(寒腹痛), 9.8% had symptoms of AP caused by both cold and diet, 7.3% had symptoms of AP caused by internal diet and external cold(內食外寒腹痛), 2.4% had symptoms of AP caused by stagnation of Ki and stasis of blood(氣滯血瘀腹痛). There is no AP caused by parasites(蟲腹痛). Otherwise, according to Dong Eui Bo Gam, 43.9% had symptoms of AP caused by cold, 26.8% had symptoms of AP caused by diet, 9.8% had symptoms of AP caused by both cold and diet, 7.3% had symptoms of AP caused by fire(熱腹痛), 7.3% had symptoms of AP caused by phlegm(痰飮腹痛), 4.9% had symptoms of AP caused by stagnated blood(瘀血腹痛). Also There is no AP caused by parasites. Conclusion : 1. The type of AP in Childhood is different from AP in adults. AP in Childhood is most occured by cold of deficiency and food, and there is few AP caused by fire. Six subtype in Dong Eui Bo Gam prefer adults to children and It is more studied that what kind of subtype is proper for AP caused by stress or drugs. So the study on subclassification and clinical Manifestations of AP in Childhood is more performed.

Namdaemun Market is located in the heart of history and has the volume and the budget for nearly half of the total Namdaemun. But it has been undergoing the crisis of stagnation without reviving the merit of only the 'jewelry' wholesale industrial cluster in the nation. The purposes of this study were that analyzed the status and design of jewelry in Namdaemun and identified the characteristics of successful domestic jewelery brands and then the revitalized the way of the Namdaemun jewelry industry. Problems being currently facing the Namdaemun jewelry shopping are most likely caused by products' design did not respond to changes quickly, while China's jewelry products are in leaps of the quality and the affordable jewelry market in Korea has lost the large number of the customers by china's cheap jewelry products. The most feature of successful domestic jewelry companies, Red Eye, Naughty Cat and Jackie Moon. put the most effort to unique design development and then constantly develope new designs to meet the diverse needs of consumers. It is a conclusion that the Namdaemun jewelry market need to produced under the name of brand not by the traditional whole sale market style. Development unique jewelry brand requires a high-end commercial strategy of the logo, packaging and interior. The high-end quality require for the advanced designs as well as the study of new materials needed for the advanced materials.
