그리드 컴퓨팅 환경에서 대용량 데이터의 처리와 데이터 통합을 위하여 그리드 데이터베이스 관리 시스템이 사용되며, 각 노드의 처리 성능과 가용성 향상을 위하여 서로 다른 위치에 복제본 데이터를 갖는다. 그리드 데이터베이스 환경에서 동시 다발적으로 저장된 복제본 데이터에 대한 갱신이 발생하는 경우 그 우선순위가 모호해져 갱신에 대한 전파 순서가 섞이게 되고 결국 데이터에 대한 일관성이 없어지는 문제가 발생할 수 있다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위하여 본 논문에서는 그리드 데이터베이스에서 일관성 유지를 위한 버전 관리 기법을 제안한다. 제안 기법은 버전 관리자라는 버전 관리 프로세서를 사용하여 각 복제본 데이터들의 버전을 관리한다. 버전 관리자는 초과용량 대기열과 우선갱신 대기열 갖고, 노드에서는 우선순위 대기열을 통하여 각 노드들에서 발생하는 갱신 연산의 일관성을 유지함으로써 기존의 기법보다 안정적이고 빠른 갱신을 나타낸다. 제안 기법은 성능평가를 통해 안정적이고 빠른 갱신을 보임으로써 기존의 기법에 비하여 향상된 성능을 보인다.

This paper aims to improve management and make the bakery business stable by investigating the difficulties in bakery management and the current management conditions of bakery businesses. Using Windows SPSS 11.0, the bottleneck in bakery management and its influence on sales and job satisfaction were analyzed. Besides, a regression analysis was conducted to investigate the effect of difficulties in bakery management on sales and job satisfaction. According to the analysis, a total of 44 variables were observed as the difficulties in bakery management. Among them, 34 variables were caused by 7 factors: facility, product, employee, finance, production, external advertisement. In the regression analysis, it has turned out that the difficulties in management had influence on sales dissatisfaction in facility, product, employee, finance, production, and external factors. Especially, employee factor turned out the most influential one on sales dissatisfaction. Furthermore, it has turned out that the bottleneck in management had influence on job dissatisfaction in all 7 factors. Above all, the external factor turned out the most influential one.

The purpose of the study was to find the level of family financial management behavior of urban housewives and to discern the difference between financial stability and financial satisfaction according to change-orientation of financial management behavior among urban housewives, and thus provide the fundamental data to improve stability and financial satisfaction. The following findings emerged during the study: First, groups with higher change-oriented family financial management behaviors among housewives subjectively felt more financial satisfaction than other groups. Second, groups with above average levels of change-oriented management behavior appeared to have more stable families than groups with below average objective financial stability, emergency funds, risk provisions, debt burdens and liquid index. Third, groups with high levels of change-oriented family financial management behavior had higher financial satisfaction.

The shoes process management monitoring system for supporting SCM is developed in this study. This system consists of a monitoring program, a conveyer system, a pneumatic unit, a controller, an USB camera, and a server and a client computer. To operate the developed system easily, the monitoring program using LabVIEW in the Windows environment is developed. This program consists of 5 modules: production management, inventory control, media management, defective management, and communication management. The developed system has several advantages: reduced time for managing process work, decreased labor costs, effective operation, and continuous work without an operator. Nowadays advanced manufacturing companies are trying to find a way to check the performance of their production equipments and plants from remote sites. Thus, to manage the developed system from remote sites, communication network is constructed. In order to evaluate the performance of the monitoring system, experiments were performed. The experimental results showed that the developed system provided a reliable performance and a stable communication.

The customer requirements are constantly changing in the hyper-competition and competition is becoming increasingly intensified. In order to ensure the competitive advantage in the industry should focus on the management activities to enhance customer satisfaction. High quality means pleasing customers, not just protecting them from annoyances. It is due to continuous and requires the establishment of a quality management system that meets the characteristics and systematization need to manage a stable quality and productivity, which should be done in a company-wide quality management activities. The purpose of this study is to identify a suitable organizational diagnostic model for considering to adopt ISO 9001 quality management systems. We used the three-round delphi techniques on a panel of 30 experts. A total of 26 assessment indicators were developed through this panel. First, it is important to evaluate the strategy about quality. Second, it is important to evaluate the systems about periodically communicating quality agenda. Third, it is important to evaluate the responsibility of overall business process. In conclusion, this study empirically shows how firms can develop an organizational diagnostic model to increase their quality management systems.

Purpose: Stable vital signs (SVSs) are thought to be the most important criteria for successful non-operative management (NOM) of blunt spleen injury (BSI). However, a consistent definition of SVSs has been lacking. We wanted to evaluate the diversity of the definitions of SVSs by using a nationwide survey. Methods: A questionnaire regarding the definition of SVSs was sent to the trauma surgeons working at the Department of Trauma Surgery and Emergency Medicine at a level-I trauma center between October 2011 and November 2011. Data were compared using analyses of the variance, t-tests, ${\chi}^2$ tests and logistic regressions. Results: Among 201 surgeons, 198 responded (98.2%). Of these 198 responses, 45 were incomplete, so only 153 (76.1%) were analyzed. In defining the SVSs, significant diversity existed on the subjects of type of blood pressure (BP), cut-off value for hypotension, technique for measuring BP, duration of hypotension, whether or not to use the heart rate (HR) as a determinant, cut-off value of hypotension when the patient had a comorbidity or when the patient was a child. Of the 153 surgeons whose responses were analyzed, 91.5% replied that they were confused when defining SVSs. Conclusion: Confusion exists regarding how to define SVSs. Most surveyed surgeons felt that a need existed to clarify both the definition of SVSs and the use of SVSs to determine hemodynamic stability for NOM.

웹이 광범위하게 사용됨에 따라 정보를 획득하기 위해 대다수의 사용자들이 웹에 의존하고 있으며, 이로 인해 웹을 통한 데이터 관리의 필요성이 증가하고 있다. 네트워크로 연결되어 있는 환경에서는 갑작스런 시스템 장애가 자주 발생하며, 이런 위험으로부터 데이터를 안전하게 관리${\cdot}$보호하는 것이 중요한 업무 중 하나이다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 방식은 서버에 직접 연결되지 않더라도 웹브라우저를 통해 저장되어있는 데이터에 대한 백업과 복구가 가능한 환경을 지원한다. 백업과 복구 모두 두 가지 방식을 사용함으로써 시간과 관리측면을 고려하여 선택할 수 있다.

Most of eco-friendly agrifood processing enterprises in Korean rural area are small and medium-sized business. For this reason, it's hard for eco-friendly agrifood processing enterprises to neither analyze business performance for efficient business management nor establish their own business plan for rational decision-making. Therefore it's necessary to design effective mathematical programming model and to make practical application which can support rational management decision-making ensuring the stable business activity of eco-friendly agrifood processing enterprises. Accordingly this paper focuses on the designing and its application of multi-objective mathematical programming model using goal programming to support rational decision-making of eco-friendly agrifood processing enterprise. Hansalimanseongmachum Food Inc. which runs soy bean processing business making tofu based on regional-based soybean farms around Anseong City will be the specific case to apply multi-objective mathematical programming model in practice. And it will suggest measures to support rational management decision-making of other eco-friendly agrifood processing enterprises.

This paper proposes an integrated mobile sink networks management system which can monitor and control various kinds of wireless lan access points, located in many different areas divided by their managing groups, from multi-vendors, and their operations in networks. The proposed system has the center-local interoperability structure cooperating with local-center servers which can perform the same operations as the central servers for wireless lan access points from multi-vendors and wireless lan centric management features. For this purpose, we propose a new way of data design, messaging policy, and hierarchical system structure such that we can achieve stable and consistent management methods for various wireless access points on distributed networks.

인터넷이 발달하면서 기존의 문서들이 웹을 통해 제공된다. 시간이 흐를수록 이들 정보들은 수정 및 추가 등을 통해 데이터의 양은 증가한다. 웹이 광범위하게 사용됨에 따라 정보를 획득하기 위해 대다수의 사용자들이 웹에 의존하고 있으며, 이로 인해 웹을 통한 데이터 관리의 필요성이 증가하고 있다 네트워크로 연결되어 있는 환경에서는 갑작스런 시스템 장애가 자주 발생하며, 이런 위험으로부터 데이터를 안전하게 관리 보호하는 것이 중요한 업무 중 하나이다. 본 논문에서는 웹상에서 백업과 복구를 통해 데이터 관리를 체계적이고 효율적이며 안정적으로 처리할 수 있는 시스템을 제안한다.
