Objective: Muscle fiber types, numbers and area are crucial aspects associated with meat production and quality. However, there are few studies of pig muscle fibre traits in terms of the detection power, false discovery rate and confidence interval precision of whole-genome quantitative trait loci (QTL). We had previously performed genome scanning for muscle fibre traits using 183 microsatellites and detected 8 significant QTLs in a White Duroc×Erhualian F₂ population. The confidence intervals of these QTLs ranged between 11 and 127 centimorgan (cM), which contained hundreds of genes and hampered the identification of QTLs. A whole-genome sequence imputation of the population was used for fine mapping in this study. Methods: A whole-genome sequences association study was performed in the F₂ population. Genotyping was performed for 1,020 individuals (19 F₀, 68 F₁, and 933 F₂). The whole-genome variants were imputed and 21,624,800 single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) were identified and examined for associations to 11 longissimus dorsi muscle fiber traits. Results: A total of 3,201 significant SNPs comprising 7 novel QTLs showing associations with the relative area of fiber type I (I_RA), the fiber number per square centimeter (FN) and the total fiber number (TFN). Moreover, one QTL on pig chromosome 14 was found to affect both FN and TFN. Furthermore, four plausible candidate genes associated with FN (kinase non-catalytic C-lobe domain containing [KNDC1]), TFN (KNDC1), and I_RA (solute carrier family 36 member 4, contactin associated protein like 5, and glutamate metabotropic receptor 8) were identified. Conclusion: An efficient and powerful imputation-based association approach was utilized to identify genes potentially associated with muscle fiber traits. These identified genes and SNPs could be explored to improve meat production and quality via marker-assisted selection in pigs.

In this study, containerized seedlings of Pinus densiflora (2-0) were planted in Iso-ri, Hwadong-myeon, Sangju-si, Gyeongbuk on April, 2015. It was planted by lightweight planting auger that Kyungpook University has developed and mattock which is the general planting method of containerized seedlings. With the square planting method ($1.8{\times}1.8m$), 225 trees were planted respectively and about 2 years of initial growth, survival rate and seedling quality index (SQI) were analyzed and investigated. According to the analysis result, the average root collar diameter (mm) of planted containerized seedlings that used lightweight planting auger and mattock reached 3.77 and 3.94 in 2015, 18.73 and 15.32 in 2016, and 27.8 and 23.9 in 2017 respectively. In addition, the average height of containerized seedlings rated 33.4 and 33.4 in 2015, 89.8 and 74.7 in 2016 and 120.7 and 97.9 in 2017. It turns out that the height of initial growth of containerized seedlings that are planted by lightweight planting auger were much higher than mattock. The survival rate of the containerized seedlings that used lightweight planting auger was also higher by 10% than that used mattock. Also, H/D rate (healthiness) and T/R rate were almost the same, however, for the SQI, 0.60 was for lightweight planting auger and 0.24 for mattock. It seems like the lightweight planting auger is more advantageous than mattock in initial growth.

As technology in 3D industry has rapidly advanced, a lot of studies primarily focusing on visual function and cognition have become vigorous. However, studies on effect of 3D visual fatigue on autonomic nervous system have not less been conducted. Thus, this study was to identify and determine the effect that might have a negative influence on sympathetic nervous system, parasympathetic nervous system, and cardiovascular system. Fifteen undergraduates (female: 9, mean age: $22.53{\pm}2.55$) participated and were sat on a comfortable chair, viewing a 3D content during about 1 hour. Cardiac responses like SDNN(standard deviation of RR intervals), RMS-SD(root mean squared successive difference), and HF/LF ratios extracted from the measured PPG(Photo-PlethysmoGram) before viewing 3D were compared to those after viewing 3D. The results showed that after subjects watched the 3D, responses in sympathetic nervous system and parasympathetic nervous system were activated and deactivated, respectively relative to those before watching the 3D. The results showed that HF/LF ratio, Ln(LF), and Ln(HF) after viewing 3D were significantly reduced relative to those before viewing 3D. No significant effects were observed in SDNN and RMS-SD. Results obtained in this study showed that visual fatigue induced by watching 3D adversely influenced autonomic nervous system, and thereby reduced heart rate variability causing sympathetic nervous acceleration.

As of the Theories of heavenly structure, ${\ulcorner}$Hwangje-Naegyeong${\lrcorner}$ was write in long perod, so it include three branch theory. ${\ulcorner}$Hwangje-Naegyeong${\lrcorner}$ contained the Hypothesis of Covering Heaven(蓋天說), the Hypothesis of Armillary Sphere(渾天說) and the Hypothesis of Chaosheavens(宣夜說) in the Han perod. The Hypothesis of Covering Heaven(蓋天說) means that the sky is round and the ground falls Square(天圓地方). ${\ulcorner}$Hwangje-Naegyeong${\lrcorner}$ involve the Hypothesis of Covering Heaven by the fact that it divide heaven and earth by top and bottom. The Hypothesis of Armillary Sphere(蓋天說) is not directly appeared in ${\ulcorner}$Hwangje-Naegyeong${\lrcorner}$. But ${\ulcorner}$Hwangje-Naegyeong${\lrcorner}$ include the Hypothesis of Armillary Sphere by the astronomical observation and understand the universe with interior-exterior viewpoint. ${\ulcorner}$Hwangje-Naegyeong${\lrcorner}$ describe the circulation of the universe (周天度數) at 365 1/4 terms, the length of daytime and night of the vernal equinox and the autumnal equinox is same and use the The Twenty Eight Constellations by the ecliptic(黃道). It prove that ${\ulcorner}$Hwangje-Naegyeong${\lrcorner}$ observes the celestial body according to the Hypothesis of Armillary Sphere. The Hypothesis of Chaosheavens(宣夜說) appears most is the theory which lately. ${\ulcorner}$Hwangje-Naegyeong${\lrcorner}$ describe Tae Hue(太虛) infinite outer space and the earth is floating by Gi(氣). This with the Hypothesis of Chaosheavens is similar from like this point.

In this paper, relative orbit of Low Earth Orbit satellites is determined using only GPS measurements and the effects of Equatorial Spread-F (ESF), that is one of biggest ionospheric irregularities, are investigated. First, relative orbit determiation process is constructed based on doubly differenced GPS observations. In order to see orbit determination performance, relative orbit of two GRACE satellites is estimated for one month in 2004 when no ESF is observed. The root mean square of the achieved baselines compared with that from K-Band Ranger sensor is about 2~3 mm and average of 95% of ambiguities are resolved. Based on this performance, the relative orbit is estimated for two weeks of two difference years, 2003 when there are lots of ESF occurred, and 2004 when only few ESF occurred. For 2003, the averaged baseline error over two weeks is about 15 mm. That is about 4 times larger than the case of 2004 (3.6 mm). Ionospheric status achieved from K-Band Ranging sensor also shows that more Equatorial Spread-F occurred at 2003 than 2004. Investigation on raw observations and screening process revealed that the ionospheric irregualarities caused by Equatorial Spread-F gave significant effects on GPS signal like signal loss or enhancement ionospheric error, From this study, relative orbit determination using GPS observations should consider the effect of Equatorial Spread-F and adjust orbit determination strategy, especially at the time of solar maximum.

Conventional radar altimeter system measured directly the distance between the satellite and the ocean surface and frequently used by aircraft for approach and landing. The radar altimeter is good at flat surface like sea whereas it is difficult to determine precise three dimensional ground coordinates because the ground surface, unlike ocean, is very indented. To overcome this drawback of the radar altimeter, we have developed and validated the interferometric radar altimeter signal processing which is combined with new synthetic aperture and interferometric signal processing algorithm to extract precise three-dimensional ground coordinates. The proposed algorithm can accurately measure the three dimensional ground coordinates using three antennas. In a set of 70 simulations, the averages of errors in x, y and z directions were approximately -0.40 m, -0.02 m and 4.22 m, respectively and the RMSEs were about 3.40 m, 0.30 m and 6.20 m, respectively. The overall results represent that the proposed algorithm is effective for accurate three dimensional ground positioning.

‘Defined legally as a violation of law' (Sutherland, E. H. Principles of Criminology, Lippincott, Chicago, 1939) Crime within the group is essentially and primarily antisocial in that the criminal who is welfare of his group acts instead against it and breaks the principles of social solidarity not merely by not doing what these principles prescribe, but by doing something exactly opposites. Any program set up to attack crime and delinquent behavior at their sources. A program of his nature needs the constant and comprehensive collaboration of psychiatrists, social works, educations, lawmakers, and public officials, since crime is a social problem and it should be treated as such. Some crime preventives which should be mentioned are as follows, (1) The insurance that every child will be decently born and that his home life be socially and economically adequate; without socially mature parents the chid is handicapped at the start; thus parental education, integrated with the public school system, should be developed now. (2) A more meaningful educational program which would emphasize ideals of citizenship, moral integrity, and respect for the law and the police. (3) A periodic check made for potential delinquents throughout the public schools and treatment provided if possible; and if not, proper segregation in institutions. (4) Careful attention paid to press, movies, and radio so that crime may no longer appear to be glamorous. This can be done by women's clubs, civic bodies, and other educational groups exerting pressure on the movie syndicates and broadcasting companies to free their productions of the tawdry and lurid characteristics of crime and criminals. Aggression associated with the phallic stage of development, The child ordinarily comprehends sexual intercourse as an aggressive and sadistic act on the part of the male, and specifically on the part of the penis. Evidence that the penis is phantasied as a weapon of violence and destruction come from unconscious productions of normal adults. At the same time it was apparent that he stole only for the sake of stealing. He did not need the money he thus obtained and had no special plans for using it.

This paper planned to review positively the influence of leading variables - Functional benefits, Emotional benefits, Self-expressive benefits over Consumer-brand relationship, and the structural relationship between Consumer-brand relationship and Brand attachment, Word-of-mouse. For it, we verified our hypothesis utilizing Hierarchial chi-square analysis that was available to statistically verify the size between 2 paths out of Structural models As the result of research, Emotional benefits was more influential than Functional benefits in the formation of Consumer-brand relationship. Additionally, the influential difference between Emotional benefits and Self-expressive benefits was not found in the formation of Consumer-brand relationship. In other words, both Emotional benefits and Functional benefits were proved to have a positive influence on forming Consumer-brand relationship. On the other hand, Self expressive benefits played a more influential role than Functional benefit in the formation of Consumer-brand relationship. The fact was also proved that the higher the formation level of Consumer -brand relationship was, the greater positive influence over Brand attachment and Word-of-mouse Through the above results, it is more desirable to establish brand strategy for forming Consumer-brand relationship through Emotional benefits and Self expressive benefits rather than Functional benefits. Additionally, the Consumer-brand relationship formed by Value benefit is expected not only to get the level of attachment, showing like love, toward the brand deeper, but also to achieve the effect of positive, long term communication through voluntary Word-of-mouse.

The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of guar gum on the rheological behaviors, sensory attributes, and consumer acceptability of soft tofu stew sauce. Five different soft tofu stew sauces were commercially manufactured with various levels of guar gum (0.0, 0.1, 0.2, 0.4, and 0.5%). Twelve sensory attributes of the stew sauces were identified by nine trained descriptive panelists, whereas hedonic levels of the stew sauces were assessed by a group of 51 consumers. Steady flow of the stew sauces were measured by a rheometer. Significant differences were observed in terms of sensory saltiness and viscosity among the products. For the consumer test, 0.1% guar gum-added product was most liked by consumers. Partial least square regression showed sensory shellfish, green onion, and shrimp flavors to be key factors affecting overall acceptability for the stew sauces. For rheological behaviors, 0.0, 0.1, and 0.2% guar gum-added products showed newtonian behaviors ($R^2$=0.99 by power law model), whereas 0.4 and 0.5% products followed pseudoplastic behaviors ($R^2$=0.99 by power law model). Based on the established equivalence table using rheological and consumer data, smaller than 0.0114 ($Pa{\cdot}s$) of the apparent viscosity should be necessary to guarantee 'slightly like' category in a consumer hedonic test. It seems that addition of guar gum not only influenced rheological properties but overall acceptability for the stew sauces.

Double symmetric patch repair of existing structures always causes membrane action only, however, in many cases this technique is not practical. On the other hand, the bending stiffness of the patch and the skin increases as tensile loading is increased and affects the bending deformation significantly in the case of single-sided patch repair. In this study, the p-convergent full layerwise model has been proposed to determine the stress concentration factor in the vicinity of a circular hole as well as across the thickness of plates with single-sided patch repair. In assumed displacement field, the strain-displacement relations and 3-D constitutive equations of a layer are obtained by the combination of 2-D and 3-D hierarchical shape functions. The transfinite mapping technique has been used to represent a circular boundary and Gauss-Lobatto numerical integration is implemented in order to directly obtain stresses occurred at the nodal points of each layer without other extrapolation techniques. The accuracy and simplicity of the present model are verified with comparison of the previous results in literatures using experiment and conventional 3-D finite element. Also, the bending effect has been investigated with various patch types like square, circular and annular shape.
