Korea's electricity supply and demand policy has focusing on electricity demand side management instead of the expanding supply and a lot of effort for LED(Light Emitting Diode) at the time. This paper calculated the optimal subsidy for LED spread. For this purpose, it analyzed the impact on spread of the lighting appliances each subsidy level from BDM(Bass Diffusion Model) and predicted the number of lighting appliances according to subsidy level in the future. The case study is calculated susidy for satisfaction of LED target using the suggested model in the future and verified availability.

Information spread in networks is universal in many real-world phenomena such as propagation of infectious diseases, diffusion of a new technology, computer virus/spam infection in the internet, and tweeting and retweeting of popular topics. The problem of finding the information source is to pick out the true source if information spread. It is of practical importance because harmful diffusion can be mitigated or even blocked e.g., by vaccinating human or installing security updates. This problem has been much studied, where it has been shown that the detection probability cannot be beyond 31% even for regular trees if the number of infected nodes is sufficiently large. In this paper, we study the impact of an anti-information spreading on the original information source detection. We consider an active defender in the network who spreads the anti-information against to the original information simultaneously and propose an inverse Voronoi partition based inference approach, called Voronoi Inference to find the source. We perform various simulations for the proposed method and obtain the detection probability that outperforms to the existing prior work.

In the era of the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic, countries worldwide have implemented several nonpharmaceutical interventions (NPIs) to contain its spread before vaccines and treatments were developed. NPIs included social distancing, mask wearing, intensive contact tracing and isolation, and sanitization. In addition to their effectiveness at preventing the rapid spread of COVID-19, NPIs have caused secondary changes in the epidemiology of other infectious diseases. In Korea, various NPI stages have been implemented since the first confirmed case of COVID-19 on January 20, 2020. This review, based on a PubMed database search, shows the impact of NPIs on several infectious diseases other than severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 in the COVID-19 pandemic era in Korea.

Online services are widely spread, and their use increases day by day. As COVID-19 spread and people spent much time online, fraud scams have risen unexpectedly. Manipulation techniques have become more effective at swindling those lacking basic technological knowledge. Unfortunately, a user needs a quorum. The interest in preventing scammers from obtaining effective quality service has become the most significant obstacle, increasing the variety of daily Internet platforms. This paper is concerned with analyzing purchase data and extracting provided results. In addition, after examining relevant documents presenting research discussing them, the recommendation was made that future work avoids them; this would save a lot of effort, money, and time. This research highlights many problems a person may face in dealing with online institutions and possible solutions to the epidemic through theft operations on the Internet.

Nowadays, with the spread of the Internet and the emergence of high-performance computers and various peripheral devices, our society is undergoing great changes. In the field of education, various types of education using smart education infrastructure are being conducted. The spread of the Internet and the development of various devices have problems that can lead to addiction due to excessive Internet use. Most of the problems that appear in adolescence are immersed in games, which can affect academic achievement. Therefore, in this study, the effect of excessive Internet use on students' academic achievement was studied. The survey for the study was conducted through a questionnaire survey, and the subjects of the survey were high school students majoring in humanities. As a result, the relationship between academic achievement and Internet addiction was low in the middle, upper, and lower groups in the general user group. Also, in the highrisk user group, it appeared high in the order of middle, low, and high.

본 연구는 전선화염의 전파특성에 직류전기장이 미치는 영향에 대한 실험적 연구이다. 화염전파는 은 0에서 ${\pm}7kV$ 범위의 음극과 양극의 전기장을 인가하여 실험되어졌다. 본 연구를 통해 앞선 전선화염 전파에 영향을 미치는 교류전기장 효과에 관한 연구결과와 비교하여 관찰된 다양한 화염 모양 변화의 원인을 알아보고, 화염 전파 속도의 가속특성에 대해서도 논의하고자 한다. 직류전기장의 인가가 전선화염에 미치는 영향은 크지 않지만 이온풍 효과에 따른 미미한 영향은 존재하며, 이것은 온도 균형 메커니즘과 연료 증발기체 분사 효과로 설명 될 수 있다.

Vacuum interrupters in order to be used in various switch-gear components such as circuit breakers, distribution switches, contactors, etc. spread the arc uniformly over the surface of the contacts. The electrodes of vacuum interrupters are made of sinter-forged Cu-Cr materials for good electrical and mechanical characteristics. Since the closing velocity is 1-2m/s and impact deformation of the electrode depends on the strain rate at that velocity, the dynamic behavior of the sinter-forged Cu-Cr is a key to investigate the impact characteristics of the electrodes. The dynamic response of the material at intermediate strain rate is obtained from the high speed tensile test machine test and at the high strain rate is obtained from the split Hopkinson pressure bar test. Experimental results from both quasi-static and dynamic compressive tests are interpolated to construct the Johnson-Cook model as the constitutive relation that should be applied to simulation of the dynamic behavior of the electrodes. The impact characteristics of a vacuum interrupter are investigated with computer simulations by changing the amount of chromium content.

본 연구는 육아 인력 비용이 출산율에 미치는 영향을 국가별로 비교 분석하였다. 북유럽 국가들의 사례에서는 포괄적인 육아 지원 정책과 육아 인력 비용 지원이 출산율에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 반면, 동아시아 국가들에서는 높은 육아 부담과 경제적 압박이 출산율 저하의 주요 원인으로 작용하였다. 개발도상국의 경우, 육아 지원 정책의 효과가 사회경제적 맥락에 따라 상이하게 나타났다. 본 연구는 육아 인력 비용이 출산율에 미치는 영향이 국가별로 다양한 양상을 보이며, 효과적인 육아 지원 정책을 위해서는 각국의 상황에 맞는 맞춤형 접근이 필요함을 시사한다. 향후 육아에 대한 사회적 투자 확대와 함께 돌봄의 가치를 존중하는 문화 확산이 요구된다.

미 연준은 2015년부터 통화정책의 정상화를 진행하고 있으며, 이는 우리 경제에 상당한 영향을 미칠 수 있다. 본 연구는 '시변모수 벡터자기회귀' (Time-varying parameter vector auto regression, TVP-VAR) 모형을 바탕으로 미국 통화정책이 우리나라 금융시장과 자본유출입에 미치는 영향을 분석한다. 미국 통화정책의 변화는 신용스프레드, 페더럴펀드 금리(정책금리), 기간프리미엄 등 세 변수를 통해 파악하였다. 국내 변수로는 금융시장 지표(장기금리, 원/달러 환율, 신용스프레드)와 국제수지표 금융계정을 분석하였다. 미국 정책금리 충격은 2004~2006년 금리인상기에는 국내 금융시장에 불안을 야기 시키고 외국인 국내 투자와 내국인 해외투자의 동시 감소를 초래하였으나 2015년 이후에는 그 효과가 제한적인 것으로 드러났다. 미국 기간프리미엄의 영향력은 양적완화 (Quantitative Easing, QE) 정책 실시 이후 확대되었다. 미국 신용스프레드가 국내 금융시장과 자본유출입에 미친 충격은 글로벌 금융위기 이후 크게 확대된 것으로 나타났다. 미국 통화정책 정상화의 파급효과 예측을 위한 시뮬레이션을 실시한 결과 정책금리 인상 자체보다 이로 인해 금융시장이 불안해질 때 발생할 수 있는 신용스프레드의 상승이 국내 금융시장에 더 큰 부작용을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 자금유출입 측면에서 미국 통화정책 정상화는 외국인 투자자금의 국외이탈 압력 증가로 이어지나, 내국인의 해외투자자금이 국내로 환수되면서 이를 상쇄한다.

세계화는 경제적, 기술적, 문화적으로 급속한 변화를 가져왔다. 세계 각국이 소통하고, 세계화들을 잘 인식하고 이해하려면, 창의력이나 기획력이 코딩화되는 능력을 발휘할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 세계 문제를 풀 수 있는 데이터 분석을 제시하고 방증하고자 한다. 글로벌 시장에서 상품이나 서비스의 가치가 연결성에 따라 높아진다. 이러한 연결성이 문화의 가치를 높여주는 요인 중 하나가 되고 있다. 이를 고려한 변화는 문화적 확산과 혁신성장을 촉진하고, 세계 각 지역에서의 생산성과 경쟁력을 증대시켰다. 본 논문에서는 세계화와 반세계화가 문화적 확산과 혁신성장에 미친 영향에 대해 미국 중상층의 소득을 비교해 다루고 있다. 세계화는 K-문화의 다양한 요소들이 상호 교류하고 확산될 수 있도록 환경을 조성했다. 인터넷, 소셜미디어, 국제여행 등을 통해 세계화는 한국의 혁신성장에도 긍정적인 영향을 끼쳤다. 경제 활동, 기술 혁신, 창조적인 산업 등의 분야에서 세계화는 새로운 기술과 접근법을 촉진하며, 이를 통해 기존의 경제 모델을 변화시키고 새로운 중상층 모델로 K-문화수출에 기여하였다. 그러나 문화 산업에서의 세계화는 지역적인 특성과 개성을 잃어버리는 결과를 초래해서 성장이 감소할 수 있으며, 이는 중상층의 문화적인 단일화와 소외(단절)를 가져와 도태될 수 있다. 미국 중상층소득에 대한 K-수출의 실증분석결과, 반세계화에도 문화적 확산과 혁신을 개발해야 한다. 이러한 산업변화로 한류의 소프트파워가치는 주요 수출국의 중상층에 대한 사용가치를 만들 수 있음을 방증한 연구이다.
