Tourist destination remodeling project is the tourist destination activation program to promote underdeveloped tourist destination that the Ministry of Culture and Sports has been implementing as a pilot program since 2005. Since previous tourist destination development programs focused on developing facilities, they could not quite cope with the changes in the tourism paradigm. Especially for caves, they could not escape from the simple sightseeing for the characteristics of the resource were fit to the caves. These results failed to meet tourist demands to experience and participate that the number of tourists is continuously decreasing. To cope with the circumstances, the government introduced a pilot program, a comprehensive tourist destination reorganization plan designed to comprehensively promote the tourism contents development (software) that can differentiate the region such as the tourism activation programs, tourist destination management and operation system reorganization (humanware) along with the repair of facilities (hardware project). This study emphasized the participation of residents who are the actual subject of management and operation of tourist facilities and programs in the course of establishing the master plan for remodeling for Gossi Cave that it can be used as the reference for establishing remodeling plan based on resident participation in the future.

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of the attraction of physical educators by physical education major students at university on their passion and exercise adherence intention. Total of 307, physical education major students at university. Data ware analyzed by exploratory factor analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression with SPSS 18.0 ver. program. The results were as following. First, attraction of physical educators influenced significantly on their passion. Second, attraction of physical educators influenced significantly on exercise adherence intention. Third, passion influenced significantly on exercise adherence intention.

This study evaluated the wear comfort properties of water-vapor-permeable (WVP) garments using a movable sweating thermal manikin. Manikin tests were performed in a climatic chamber (temperature T=20, $35{\pm}0.5^{\circ}C$ and relative humidity $H=50{\pm}10%$) using seven sportswear outfits (a long sleeve shirts and a long pants) made with seven different WVP fabrics. Physiological responses of wear trials could be correlated with measurement parameters of the thermal manikin experiment; subsequently, a regression model that represented a final comfort sensation could be obtained. The regression model developed in this work is based on thermal manikin measurements; consequently, it provides an independent comfort sensation level in a relatively short time at a low cost while maintaining the reproducibility of results. It translates into more actual choices for sportswear manufacturers and sportswear consumers.

Bromotopsentin (BSM) is a bisindole alkaloid compound, which is recognized as a metabolite of the marine sponge Spongosorites sp. In this study, the antioxidant activity of BSM was investigated. The 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) free radical scavenging assay, the trolox equivalent antioxidant capacity (TEAC) assay, the superoxide radical scavenging (NBT) assay, the lipid peroxidation and hydroxyl radical-induced DNA damage assays were carried out to evaluate the antioxidant activity of BSM. It was found that BSM had stronger scavenging activity on the stable free radical DPPH and superoxide radical than L-ascorbic acid with an $IC_{50}$ value of 62 and 64 ${\mu}M$, respectively. The TEAC value which indicated the total antioxidant capacity of BSM was about 0.8, which was also stronger than L-ascorbic acid. About 1.3 ${\mu}M$ of BSM induced 50% inhibition of lipid peroxidation. 60 nM of BSM exhibited a significant protective activity against DNA strand scission by hydroxyl radical on pBR322 DNA. Taken together, we suggest that BSM possesses strong antioxidant activity, and could be a valuable new addition to the list of anti-aging chemotherapeutic agents.

Background: Body fats, especially both of abdominal fat pad mass and skeletal muscle fat content, are inversely related to insulin action. Therefore, methods for decreasing visceral fat mass and muscle triglyceride content may be helpful for the prevention of insulin resistance. Methods: Thalidomide, used for its anti-angiogenic and anti-inflammatory properties, was administered to rats for 4 weeks. A 10% solution of thalidomide in dimethyl sulfoxide was injected daily into the peritoneal cavity as much as 100 mg/kg of body weight. Results: The total visceral fat pad mass in the thalidomide-treated group was 11% lower than in the control group. The size of adipocytes of the epididymal fat pad mass in the thalidomide-treated group was smaller than in the control group. The intraperitoneal thalidomide treatment increased triglyceride concentrations by 16% in the red muscle, but not in the white muscle. Conclusion: The results suggested that intraperitoneal thalidomide treatment inhibited abdominal fat accumulation, and that the free fatty acids in the blood were preferentially accumulated in the red muscle rather than in the white muscle.

Purpose: Bicycle riding is an increasingly popular sports and leisure activity in Korea. The aim of this study was to identify injury patterns of admitted patients who were injured from bicycle riding. Materials and Methods: This study examined 71 patients from Jan. 2008 to May 2009. There were 54 male and 17 female patients. We investigated the injured body parts, mechanisms of injury, location of injury, types of bicycles, purpose of bicycle riding, any concomitant luggage or passenger on rear seat, injury seasons and the helmet use. We analyzed the data using Injury Severity Score(ISS). Results: There were 11 cases of ISS 1, 41 cases of ISS 4, 2 cases of ISS 5, 13 cases of ISS 9, one case of ISS 13, two cases of ISS 16 and one case of ISS 29 among the 71 patients. 36 patients(50.7%) underwent surgery for upper and lower extremity injuries, two patients for vertebral body fractures, 8 patients for facial bone injuries and one patient for abdominal organ injury. There were 10 head injuries among whom three patients received treatment in ICU(4.2%). Conclusion: Bicycle riding can cause severe injuries with subsequent admission and major surgeries. Several measures including constructing more bicycle road, public campaign and wearing protective gears should be instituted.

The purpose of this study is to explore trends in research at home and abroad related to "Sport Facilities", and seek the direction of further research. 1,801 abstracts of papers including "Sport Facilities" were collected from the SCOPUS DB from 2016 to 2020. Topic modeling techniques based on Latent Dirichlet Allocation (LDA) algorithm implemented in R language, TD-IDF techniques, and word cluds using Tagxedo was conducted to analyze the data. As a result, 8 topics were optimally determined, and "sports", "facilities", "health", "physical", "data", and "using" were derived as the main keywords for topics. This results indicated that studies on physical activity, health and using facilities regarding sports facilities at home and abroad have been actively carried out in recent years. This indicates that papers in SCOPUS DB are paying attention to the instrumental value of sport facilities, such as health promotion and improving the quality of life. Therefore, various studies that help participants who use sport facilities for a healthy life should be continuously conducted in the future.

Professional baseball is one of the spectator sports that has been loved for a long time by the citizens as a recreational activity since its establishment in 1982, and has been playing pivotal role as a national sport. However, there has been decline in the number of audiences since 2019. Hence, this research paper aimed to provide strategic direction for planning and improvement of professional baseball stadiums by applying the concept of servicescape. In this research, five key factors of servicescape that affects players performance and the level of immersion of spectators were derived through literature review, and based on these key factors, case study analysis were carried out for 51 domestic and foreign baseball stadiums while focusing on the factors derived. Domestic baseball stadiums highly concentrate on spectatorship without effectively responding to change in spectators demand and its effective use of space rather than baseball games. As in foreign cases, it is critical to modify mangement process and planning direction, and improve policies while perceiving baseball stadium as recreational and cultural space.

The purpose of this study was to investigate and suggesting plans for the Gonggeumji rice paddy wetland ecotourism with ecological, cultural and historical resources. Compare to previous other ecotourism resources including insects, birds and other ecological resources, this study used rice paddy wetland as ecotourism resources. The wetland ecotourism could be more promoted with networking of resources, historical experiences of Goryung Gaya Kingdom, leisure sports tourism with bicycling, the residents'cultural resources including traditional folk song village experiences.

Recently, Environmentally friendliness and sustainability become the main concern of rural tourism. Green-tourism is the emerging and best alternative tourism development. This paper deals with the present state of experiencing villages for green-tourism in rural areas. Several internet portal sites for rural tourism were reviewed and analyzed. Totally, 863 village are designated for experiencing villages by several portal sites. There are 281 information oriented villages, 208 farm-stay villages, 122 green experiencing villages, 93 mountain villages, 93 fishing villages. Some villages were designated duplicately for each projects. In 'Green-tour' site, the distribution of experiencing villages by region were, 49 for Gangwon, 43 for Gyungbuk, 41 for Jeonnam, respectively. The types of experiencing villages were, green experiencing village, traditional theme village, mountain village, fishing village, information-oriented village, etc. Themes of experiencing activities were 6 types, experiencing agricultural life, fishing life, traditional foods, traditional culture, ecological nature, and health/leisure sports. The kinds of experiencing activities were abundant by agricultural life, traditional culture. Otherwise, fishing life experiencing activities were dull. Also, development of ecological nature experiencing programs are suggested.
