With Beijing's success in bidding for the 2008 Olympic Games, the increasing demand for infrastructure development and reduced public sector funding capacity has created a significant funding gap which calls for alternative project delivery methods such as Public-Private Partnership (PPP). Although the exploration of infrastructure projects using PPP model have been practiced since the late 80s, the $560 million National Stadium which served as the main venue for the Olympic Games is the first stadium project in China to be delivered under PPP operation. The project is generally considered successful despite the concession transfer in 2009 with concern of better serving the public interest. Compared to other infrastructure projects such as transportation, waste management and water management, the development of major sports facilities for mega-sports events with PPP has its own unique features and is subject to different major risks. This research identifies and analyzes critical risks in the implementation of PPP in major sports facility development through case study of the National Stadium project. A questionnaire survey and several interviews are conducted to solicit expert opinions from experienced practitioners. The purpose is to provide additional insights in risk management strategies and opportunities in China's PPP implementations in major sports facilities for policy makers and private sectors involved with investment decisions in future similar infrastructure development.

Seoul World Cup Stadium is created as a state-of-the-art versatile World Cup stadium. In order to ensure that the 2002 World Cup will be a successful and exciting sports and cultural event that will draw world class athletes, millions of spectators, and organizers from all around the world. And various facilities will be established in the Seoul World Cup Stadium that will allow the citizens to use the stadium for a wide range of exciting sports, cultural and social activites. The Building Services of Seoul World Cup Stadium is planned by placing emphasis on building maintenance and energy saving, considering the characteristics of state-of-the-art versatile World Cup Stadium and various facilities after the World Cup 2002

본 연구에서는 canopy가 없는 stadium에서의 야간조명 실태를 조사하고 국내에 설치된 각 stadium의 조도를 측정하여 그 결과를 KS, FIFA기준 및 방송국 기준을 비교하고 stadium의 전체적인 조도분포를 분석하였다. 4pole 배치의 stadium에 있어서 조도는 KS 기준에는 대체로 만족하나 FIFA 및 방송국 기준에는 미흡함을 알 수 있었다. 특히 4pole 배치 방식에 있어서 수평면 및 수직면 조도의 균일도는 국제기준에 많이 미흡하여 원활한 경기진행 및 TV 중계에 많은 어려움이 있었다. 이러한 결과로부터 stadium의 조명시설을 고려한 설계과정의 필요함을 알 수 있었고, 또한 KS기준이 국제기준과 비교하여 많은 차이가 있어 stadium의 특성을 고려한 제도적인 보완을 통하여 철저한 설계가 이루어져야 하겠다.

동대문운동장은 1926년 일제에 의해 건축된 우리나라의 대표적인 근대 공설운동장으로, 수많은 스포츠와 문화행사가 개최되어 한국의 스포츠 산실로서의 상징성과 문화역사성이 담겨진 공간이었다. 그러나 1990년대 들어와 시설의 노후로 기능이 축소됐고, 2005년 청계천이 복원되면서 주변 노점상들을 위한 풍물시장과 주차장이 설치돼 운동장으로서의 기능을 상실하였다. 서울시는 동대문시장과 그 일대를 디자인 패션 중심 관광 클라스터로 개발한다는 계획 하에 2008년 운동장을 철거하였다. 본 연구에서는 동대문운동장을 사례로 서울시의 근대문화유적의 철거와 지역개발을 포함하는 자본주의 경관 재구조화의 이면에 담겨져 있는 의미를 살펴보고 이를 통해 현재 남아있는 근대문화유적에 대한 보존 또는 철거 정책, 그리고 경관 관리와 관련하여 시사점을 찾아보고자 하였다.

본 연구는 프로스포츠 관람요인이 구단 이미지, 구단 만족, 그리고 구단 평판에 어떤 영향을 미치는지를 파악하기 위하여 2021-2022 KBL 프로농구 원주경기장을 방문한 관람객을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 프로스포츠 관람요인으로는 경기장, 경기상황, 관람비용, 관람촉진 등 4개 요인을 고려하였다. 총 3번의 경기를 통해 150부씩 총 450부의 설문지를 배포하여 불성실하게 응답한 39부의 설문지는 제외한 411부의 유효한 설문지를 최종적인 분석자료로 이용하였다. 설문에 참여한 관람객들에게 연구 목적과 취지를 설명한 후에 설문 데이터 수집을 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 데이터 코딩과 클리닝 과정을 거친 후에 SPSS 통계 패키지를 활용하여 분석하였다. 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 프로스포츠 관람요인이 구단 이미지에 미치는 영향은 설명력은 45.1%로 프로스포츠 관람요인은 경기장, 경기상황, 관람촉진에 유의하게 나타났고 관람비용에 아무런 영향을 미치지 못하였다. 둘째, 프로스포츠 관람요인이 구단 만족에 미치는 영향은 설명력이 42.5%로 프로스포츠 관람요인 중 경기장, 경기상황, 관람비용, 관람촉진에 모두 유의하게 나타났다. 셋째, 프로스포츠 관람요인이 구단 평판에 미치는 영향은 설명력이 62.1%로 프로스포츠 관람요인은 경기장, 관람비용, 관람촉진에 유의하게 나타났고 경기상황에 아무런 영향을 미치지 못하였다. 결국, 구단의 브랜드 가치를 높이기 위해서는 관람비용을 낮추는 것 보다 시설이나 식음료 등의 품질을 높이고, 관람객을 위한 이벤트를 활성화하는 것이 훨씬 효과적이라는 점을 연구결과로 제시할 수 있었다.

본 연구는 국내 e스포츠 산업의 비즈니스 모델 실태를 진단 및 분석하고 시사점을 도출하는 것이다. e스포츠의 수익창출 경로, 현황 등을 파악하기 위해 e스포츠 구단, e스포츠 미디어, e스포츠 경기장, e스포츠 종목사로 나누고 각 주체별로 사업실무자들을 대상으로 인터뷰를 실시했다. 분석 결과 e스포츠구단은 대부분 구단의 후원금으로 수익이 구성되어 있었고, 미디어는 광고와 수신료, 판권 수입, 비용은 제작비가 대부분을 차지하였다. e스포츠 경기장은 대부분 모기업으로부터 후원에 의해 운영되고 있었다. 종목사 역시 대부분 모기업의 후원금으로 운영되고 있고, e스포츠가 모기업의 홍보 목적임을 알 수 있었다. 본 분석을 통해 수익원의 발굴 필요, 입장권의 유료화 검토, 스폰서 유입 필요, 해외 e스포츠산업의 붐에 따른 신규 수익원 창출 가능성 등을 확인할 수 있었다. 본 연구는 지금까지 거의 취급되지 못했던 e스포츠산업의 비즈니스 모델을 수익과 비용 중심으로 파악함으로써 업계와 산업 발전에 기여할 수 있을 것이라 기대된다.

Purpose: The purpose of this research was to examine the effect of the sensoryscape (sport fans' stadium experiences via the five senses) on connectedness and elation that sport fans have about their teams. Research design, data, and methodology: To achieve this purpose, structural equation modeling was conducted with a total of 417 KBO baseball fans. Results: The results of the research are as follows. First, stadium experiences via sport fans' sight, sound, and touch had positive effects on connectedness that consists of passion, nostalgia, supportive, and connected. Second, stadium experiences via sport fans' sight, sound, and taste had positive effects on elation that consists of happy, excited, pleased, proud, optimistic, and entertained. Conclusions: This research provides the first empirical evidence of the effects of sport fans' sensory experiences on emotions associated with sport teams. In order to maximize connectedness and elation that sport fans have about their teams, sport marketers need to develop specific sensory strategies that affect stadium experiences. Further implications were discussed.

recently out-door stadium have been built not only for athletic sports but also various events and huge concerts and 50% of the roof of multi-purpose stadium have been covered by dome and the tendency of this kind of building type gradually increase, in spite of this kind of building tendency, the appearance of acoustic obstacle is serious and have little solution of this problem in acoustic-prevent building field. The purpose of this study is for analysis of acoustic Properties(SPL, RT60, RASTI) and answering of characteristics of echo through acoustic computer simulation in Seoul world cup stadium in the first instance.

연구목적: 최근 장애인의 스포츠관람권을 보장하기 위한 움직임이 나타나고 있다. 하지만 휠체어 사용자를 고려하지 않은 경기장 설계로, 경기장 내 이동권이 확보되지 않은 실정이다. 장애인의 이동 제약은 비상시 대피를 취약하게 만든다. 본 연구에서는 실내 스포츠경기장을 대상으로 피난시뮬레이션을 실행하여 휠체어 탑승 관중의 이동 및 피난 안전성 확보 방안을 마련하고자 한다. 연구방법: 관중석 형태를 변수로 시나리오를 구성하여 시뮬레이션을 실행하였다. 휠체어 좌석 설치가 피난에 미치는 영향을 확인하였다. 연구결과: 휠체어 좌석의 설치 여부, 휠체어 이동 대피 경로, 휠체어 좌석의 분리 배치 여부 등에 따른 결과를 비교하였다. 휠체어 좌석 설치가 피난에 미치는 영향과 그 특징을 도출하였다. 그 결과, 상부진입 및 분리형 좌석이 피난에 가장 취약하였다. 결론: 상부진입 및 분리형 좌석의 최상층을 대상으로 한 피난 성능 확보 방안을 도출하였다. 해당 내용이 스포츠경기장 내 장애인의 이동 및 피난 안전성 확보 방안으로 활용될 수 있다고 판단한다.

recently out door stadiums have been built as multi purpose stadium for athletic sports It hold but also various events and huge concerts. in the past, out-door stadium usually was built, but recently the out-door stadium which of the 50 ％ of roof covered by doom have been built increasingly. as the result, the sound obstacle is becoming very important. but a design of sound has become unplaned except some of the stadium, also rarely been built by sound-absorption material. as the result, the purpose of this study is investigating, analyzing the theory for plan of electric acoustic sound, a drawing of acoustic design and measurement a result value, comparison, evaluating a main sound factor with criteria of the Seoul City design. and reservation time, clearness, sound pressure level suitable for using purpose, so the necessary quantities will be added to financial budget of building acoustic design. and For verification, this contains acoustic analyser measurement and computer simulation and this study will find the solution of helping method.
