Cubane 구조를 가진 Co4 분자자성체의 전자구조 및 자기구조계산 (Electronic and Magnetic Structure Calculations of Cubane-type Co4 Magnetic Molecule)

  • Co 원자 4개를 포함한 cubane 구조의 분자자성체의 전자구조 및 자기적 성질을 제1원리의 범밀도함수법을 이용하여 계산하였다. 계산된 결과, Co 원자는 +2가를 가지며, 강한 내부 원자의 교환상호작용으로 high-spin 상태를 보여주었다. 스핀배열에 따른 총 에너지 계산에서 수직을 이루는 Co 원자 사이는 강자성, 더 큰 각도를 이루는 Co 원자 사이는 반강자성 교환상호작용이 일어남을 보여주었다. 이러한 원인은 $Co^{+2}(3d^7)$ 원자 사이의 초교환상호작용으로 설명할 수 있었었고, Co 분자자성체는 AFM1 = [${\uparrow}{\uparrow}{\downarrow}{\downarrow}$] 스핀구조를 가지고 있었다.

  • We study a class of KMS-symmetric quantum Markovian semigroups on a quantum spin system ($\mathcal{A},{\tau},{\omega}$), where $\mathcal{A}$ is a quasi-local algebra, $\tau$ is a strongly continuous one parameter group of *-automorphisms of $\mathcal{A}$ and $\omega$ is a Gibbs state on $\mathcal{A}$. The semigroups can be considered as the extension of semi groups on the nontrivial abelian subalgebra. Let $\mathcal{H}$ be a Hilbert space corresponding to the GNS representation con structed from $\omega$. Using the general construction method of Dirichlet form developed in [8], we construct the symmetric Markovian semigroup $\{T_t\}{_t_\geq_0}$ on $\mathcal{H}$. The semigroup $\{T_t\}{_t_\geq_0}$ acts separately on two subspaces $\mathcal{H}_d$ and $\mathcal{H}_{od}$ of $\mathcal{H}$, where $\mathcal{H}_d$ is the diagonal subspace and $\mathcal{H}_{od}$ is the off-diagonal subspace, $\mathcal{H}=\mathcal{H}_d\;{\bigoplus}\;\mathcal{H}_{od}$. The restriction of the semigroup $\{T_t\}{_t_\geq_0}$ on $\mathcal{H}_d$ is Glauber dynamics, and for any ${\eta}{\in}\mathcal{H}_{od}$, $T_t{\eta}$, decays to zero exponentially fast as t approaches to the infinity.

Spin-coating법에 의한 $TiO_2$의 광촉매 효율 (Photocatalytic Efficiency of $TiO_2$Thin Films by Spin-coating)

  • $TiO_2$sol(30wt%, anatase)을 이용하여 스핀코팅으로 유리기판에 $TiO_2$박막을 제조하였다. 박막의 두께는 코팅주기의 횟수가 조절하였다. 한 코팅주기는 스핀코팅, 건조, 열처리를 포함한다. 박막의 반응성은 막 위에서의 자외선강도가 0.44와 2.mW/$\textrm{cm}^2$인 조건에서 벤젠기체의 광분해 속도를 통해 조사하였다. 박막의 두께가 증가할수록 표면적으로 증가로 인해 반응성은 증가하였으며, 0.44mW/$\textrm{cm}^2$일 때 4$\mu\textrm{m}$정도 이상의 두께에서 반응성은 더 이상 증가되지 않았다. porous한 $TiO_2$박막은 비교적 넓은 유효표면적을 가지고 있으며, 그것은 비교적 높은 자외선 강도하에서 박막두께에 따라 반응속도를 증가시키는 결과를 낳았다.

스핀코팅법으로 제작한 산화아연/산화구리 이종접합의 정류 및 일산화질소 가스 감지 특성 (Rectifying and Nitrogen Monoxide Gas Sensing Properties of a Spin-Coated ZnO/CuO Heterojunction)

  • We present the rectifying and nitrogen monoxide (NO) gas sensing properties of an oxide semiconductor heterostructure composed of n-type zinc oxide (ZnO) and p-type copper oxide thin layers. A CuO thin layer was first formed on an indium-tin-oxide-coated glass substrate by sol-gel spin coating method using copper acetate monohydrate and diethanolamine as precursors; then, to form a p-n oxide heterostructure, a ZnO thin layer was spin-coated on the CuO layer using copper zinc dihydrate and diethanolamine. The crystalline structures and microstructures of the heterojunction materials were examined using X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy. The observed current-voltage characteristics of the p-n oxide heterostructure showed a non-linear diode-like rectifying behavior at various temperatures ranging from room temperature to $200^{\circ}C$. When the spin-coated ZnO/CuO heterojunction was exposed to the acceptor gas NO in dry air, a significant increase in the forward diode current of the p-n junction was observed. It was found that the NO gas response of the ZnO/CuO heterostructure exhibited a maximum value at an operating temperature as low as $100^{\circ}C$ and increased gradually with increasing of the NO gas concentration up to 30 ppm. The experimental results indicate that the spin-coated ZnO/CuO heterojunction structure has significant potential applications for gas sensors and other oxide electronics.

Alternative analytic method for computing mean observation time in space-telescopes with spin-precession attitude motion

  • Space-telescopes placed in the Sun-Earth second Lagrange point (L2) observe the sky following a scan strategy that is usually based on a spin-precession motion. Knowing which regions of the sky will be more observed by the instrument is important for the science operations and the instrument calibration. Computing sky observation parameters numerically (discretizing time and the sky) can consume large amounts of time and computational resources, especially when high resolution isrequired.This problem becomesmore critical if quantities are evaluated at detector level instead of considering the instrument entire Field of View (FoV). In previous studies, the authors have derived analytic solutions for quantities that characterize the observation of each point in the sky in terms of observation time according to the scan strategy parameters and the instrument FoV. Analytic solutions allow to obtain results faster than using numerical methods as well as capture detailed characteristics which can be overseen due to discretization limitations. The original approach is based on the analytic expression of the instrument trace over the sky. Such equations are implicit and thusrequiresthe use of numeric solversto compute the quantities.In this work, a new and simpler approach for computing one ofsuch quantities(mean observation time) is presented.The quantity is first computed for pure spin motion and then the effect of the spin axis precession is incorporated under the assumption that the precession motion is slow compared to the spin motion.In this sense, this new approach further simplifies the analytic approach, sparing the use of numeric solvers, which reduces the complexity of the implementation and the computing time.

  • Thin tin oxide film with nano-size particle was prepared on silicon substrate by hydrothermal synthetic method and successive sol-gel spin coating method. The fabrication method of tin oxide film with ultrafine nano-size crystalline structure was tried to be applied to fabrication of micro gas sensor array on silicon substrate. The tin oxide film on silicon substrate was well patterned by chemical etching upto 5${\mu}{\textrm}{m}$width and showed very uniform flatness. The tin oxide film preparation method and patterning method were successfully applied to newly proposed 2-dimensional micro sensor fabrication.

교수의 연구역량과 연구비 수혜가 대학스핀오프 기업 형성 속도에 미치는 영향 (How Do Research Capabilities and Financial Resources Affect Professors' Entrepreneurship?: Using the Speed of University Spin-off Formations)

  • 본 논문은 대학 교수의 스핀오프에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 탐색하고 이를 실증적으로 분석하는데 초점을 맞춘 연구이다. 대학스핀오프는 공공연구기관에서 창출된 기술을 사업화하는 여러 가지 방법 중에서 가장 직접적이고 가시적인 방법이다. 또한, 개인 연구자에게 내재되어 있는 암묵적인 지식을 효과적으로 이전 할 수 있는 장점을 가진 유용한 기술사업화 방법이기 때문에 다각도의 분석이 필요하다. 그러나 기존의 대학스핀오프에 대한 연구는 대학이나 정부의 정책 등과 같은 거시적 관점의 연구가 주류를 이루고 있고 교수 등 개별 연구자에 대한 연구는 부족한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구는 대학 교수의 대학스핀오프 형성을 촉진 하는 요인들을 자원기반관점을 중심으로 파악하고 그 영향력을 실증적으로 분석하였다. 실증 분석을 위해 2005년에서 2010년 사이 대학스핀오프를 형성한 국내 전국 25개 대학 교수 149명의 데이터 확보하였다. 연구를 위해 각 대학의 산학협력단에서 스핀오프 형성 현황을 확보하고, 한국연구업적통합정보에서 수집한 개별 교수 데이터를 활용했다는 점에서 기존의 연구들과 차별화를 이룬다. 수집한 자료를 활용해 교수의 자원을 기술적 연구역량, 학문적 연구역량, 연구비 수혜로 나누어 대학스핀오프 형성에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 콕스비례위험회귀모형으로 분석한 결과, 교수의 연구역량과 연구비 수혜가 스핀오프 형성을 촉진 한다는 것이 검증되었다. 본 연구의 결과는 교수의 대학스핀오프 의사결정에 도움을 줄 수 있으며, 스핀오프 지원정책의 개선에 도움을 줄 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

습식공정 기반 ITO 기판 위 산화아연 나노로드 모폴로지 제어 (Morphology Control of ZnO Nanorods on ITO Substrates in Solution Processes)

  • We report growth of vertically well-aligned zinc oxide (ZnO) nanorods on indium-tin oxide (ITO)/glass substrates using a simple aqueous solution method at low temperature via control of the ZnO seed layer morphology. ZnO nanoparticles acting as seeds are pre-coated on ITO-coated glass substrates. by spin coating to control distribution and density of the ZnO seed nanoparticles. ZnO nanorods were synthesized on the seed-coated substrates in a dipping process into a main growth solution. It was found that the alignment of ZnO nanorods can be effectively manipulated by the spin-coating speed of the seed layer. A grazing incidence X-ray diffraction pattern shows that the ZnO seed layer prepared using the higher spin-coating speed is of uniform seed distribution and a flat surface, resulting in the vertical growth of ZnO nanorods aligned toward the [0001] direction in the main growth process.

대학 골프선수들의 의도적 지연히팅 시 비거리 결정인자 분석 (An Analysis of decision Factor on Drive Distance for University Golf Player's Object Execution Using Late Hitting Method)

  • The purpose of this research was to conduct an analysis on the factors that determine the distance at the time of target swing based on the use of late hitting of outstanding college golfers to verify the difference between late hitting and the distance that target increases in regular swing and the distance. Then, this research conducts an analysis on the correlation between club head velocity, ball velocity, launch angle, back spin, meet ratio and distance that become kinematics variables at the time of target swing. To attain the above mentioned purpose, 25 outstanding college players with average experience and handicap of 6 years and 5, respectively, were targeted Comparative analysis on two swing that target increase in regular and the distance was conducted by used driver. When it pertained to two types of swing. analysis system comprised of an analytical software called the Science Eye of the Bridgestone and peripheries was used to define the relationship between variables of club head velocity, ball velocity, launch angle, back spin, meet ratio that become kinematics variables. As for the method of processing data pertaining to the factors that determine the distance, differences of distance by the type of swing was verified by using independent T-test that leveraged SPSS 120 statistics program. Moreover, level of correlation between variables that contribute to the increase in distance through relation of correlation, and analysis of tendencies was conducted to analyze tendency of non-distance to increase in accordance to the increase of each variable. Key results produced through this experiment are as follows: 1. Artificial late hitting for increased non-distance that targets skilled players had effect on increased the distance(p<. 05). 2 The drive distance is correlated with each measured variable that is positive correlation to ball velocity, club head velocity, meet ratio and relation of back spin and launch angle are negative correlation. ball velocity and club head velocity are very high correlated with drive distance(p<.01), back spin and distance are negative correlation(p<.01). 3. Among each measured variable increasing the club velocity is the most contribution, and ball velocity and meet ratio and the increasing launch angle and back spin is negative effect for increasing distance.

스핀 코팅에 의한 $In_{2}O_{3}$ 박막의 가스감지특성 (Gas sensing properties of $In_{2}O_{3}$ thin film prepared by spin-coating method)

  • 알루미나 기판위에 스핀코팅에 의해 $In_{2}O_{3}$ 박막을 형성하고 그 박막의 미세구조와 가스감지특성을 조사하였다. 코팅용액은 $In(OH)_{3}$ 수용액에 초산을 첨가하여 합성되었다. 이 용액에 바인더로써 암모니아 카르복실 셀루로오스를 섞어서 코팅용액으로 사용하였다. 이 용액을 $1{\sim}7$회 스핀코팅하고 $110^{\circ}C$에서의 건조와 $600^{\circ}C$에서의 열처리에 의해 두께 $71{\sim}210nm$$In_{2}O_{3}$ 박막을 얻을 수 있었다. 제조된 박막은 미세한 $In_{2}O_{3}$ 결정입자($23{\sim}27nm$)가 적층된 형태의 구조를 가지고 알루미나 기판의 결정입위에 균일하게 코팅되었다. 박막의 두께는 스핀코팅의 횟수에 선형적으로 증가하였다. 제조된 박막은 CO, $H_{2}$ 가스에 대해 높은 감도와 빠른 응답특성을 나타내었다.
