It is important matter to develop game that language should consider improving game development environment. It is hardly any language that is designed to develop a game. Most developer used general purpose programming language in these situations, and directly modeling with engine. For this reasons, developers cannot easily develop games and must programming on engine level. It is hard to develop a game in this environment that was not able to understand an engine well. Moreover, developer and planner want to use an abstracted high-level language on planner phase and are going to easily develop a game. It was not have communication tool between developer and planner. Therefore, we defined a script language for modeling based on abstract engine level. In addition, we did build IDE to develop game using abstracted high-level language. It was able to develop a game on high-speed development environment. Therefore, developer does not must develop with engine phase but can develop a game with planners. In addition, game planner and developer can use a communication tool because it is able to develop skeleton game.

Studies on classification of national roads have been continued, but there is little research on the classification of urban arterial roads. Due to the increase of traffic volume, urban arterial roads do not perform well as main roads. In this paper, the function of urban arterial road was established by using cluster analysis using traffic characteristics. Traffic characteristics such as traffic volume, weekend coefficient and speed coefficient were used to establish the functions of 55 main arterial roads in Seoul. The results of this paper are compared with those of the method using AADT. The method using AADT classifies the characteristics according to the traffic volume of the whole lane. In this paper, however, the results are derived using the traffic volume per lane reflecting the actual traffic volume. In addition, the functional classification of the arterial roads in Seoul was compared with the results of this paper to verify that the traffic characteristics were reflected. As a result, the method presented in this paper is more effective in showing traffic characteristics than the current highway functional classification method, and the functional classification system will be helpful for road extension and planning design.
One of the most important elements in creating the pleasant residential environment is the wind. For the pleasant residential environment, it is important that the air pollutants are not stagnant but appropriately and swiftly diffused and removed by winds. Especially, the river becomes a main route of wind in the urban core. So, it is necessary to secure the space to circulate the sufficient cool air to this area. But, recently many high-rise apartment complexes have been built along the rivers that have the fine view and pleasant environment. As a result, the cool and fresh air coming from mountains hardly diffuses into the urban core but just flows along the river. Considering the facts above, this study selected types of building layout and kind of land cover as complex or architectural design factors that have an influence on wind environment. Based on the factors, it analyzed change in wind environment according to apartment complex development aiming at the Sinchun area which is Daegu Metropolitan City's main wind corridor. Therefore, when apartment complex development is planned in the future, it can offer basic data for establishing plans for more pleasant complexes. As a result of the analysis, it was shown that the layout type of housing and the building height plan in consideration of wind corridor around the river were pretty effective in increasing the wind speed and circulating the air in the apartment complex. Therefore, if wind corridor is considered when apartment complex development is planed in the future, this study can offer useful information contributing to improve comfort in residential environment in the level of complex building as well as city planning.

High-speed telecommunication has brought variety of changes in every field of the world at large. In the field of education, use of multimedia has been positively introduced as teaching and learning tools. In addition, introduction of remote education as well as information and communication technology (ICT) has led an educational system gone into melting pot. These changes have known to be impossible without the provision of the infrastructure of telecommunications such as cabling, cable pathway, telecommunication equipments, and space for the equipments. Although the infrastructure of telecommunications should be fully considered from the early stage of the building design, most of the existing buildings have only cabling for voice communication such as telephone. As a result, heavy expenses are required for the installation of new telecommunication equipments. Such problems as defilement of the appearance of the building and a falling-off in reliability of telecommunication line are caused by the exposed cabling, when the cabling pathway and/or the space for the equipments are not reserved. Considering over 70% of error in telecommunication is coming from the cabling in building, it is necessary to reserve the space for efficient maintenance of the cabling and the equipments. In recent years, the national standard(TTAS.KO-04.0005) on the reservation of space for telecommunication cabling and equipments in residential and commercial building is established and applied for the building design. As well, the standard is in force for the educational buildings. In this study, we try to provide the guidelines for the design of telecommunications infrastructure in educational buildings for the purpose of efficient operation of education information and ICT.
The purpose of this thesis is to contribute to the fashion industry of Korea and China by providing the basic informations of Korean fashion company planning to launch into the Chinese fashion market, and also presenting the Korean fashion style to the China, by the way of searching the sameness and differences of the casual style. The direct picturing method and comparative analysis were applied for the methods of study. The whole body pictures were taken from the major fashion streets of Seoul and Shanghai, then clear 250 photos were selected in each city. The period for two weeks from 1st, July to 14th, July 2008, and from 10AM until 5PM. The results of study are as follows. The sequential order of frequency is easy casual, jean casual, romantic casual and character casual in Seoul and Shanshai. In case of easy casual, there were many similarities of the preferences in the items, colors and coordinations, while showing the differences in the styling of the clothing. Taking the jean casual, there were no specific differences in items between two cities except the styling of clothing in which the tidy style were more prevalent in Seoul, while the sexy style were more predominant in Shanghai. The main item of romantic style was the one-piece dresses. This was preferred in the style of A-line or H-line with short length, in Seoul while X-silhouette showing the body line with knee-length skirts were more popular in Shanghai. Finally the frequency of character casual is below 5% in both cities. In the items, the skirts were more preferred as a bottom in Seoul in contrast with the pants being more prevalent in Shanghai, the sleeveless top popular in both cities. The modest style were noted in Seoul, the sexy style were more prevalent in Shanghai. However many similarities between two cities were found in the speed of acceptabilities of fashion.
Since Kyoto Protocol to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change in 2005 takes effect, the transportation policies of most countries move toward encouraging the use of the transit mode with energy efficient and low carbon. Korea is 8th country of producing Co2 emissions and will be one of obligation countries decreasing Co2 after year 2013. In order to improve the efficiency of national transport system investment, this study developed the strategies toward rail-oriented transport system by considering operational speed and accessability, rail-oriented development, and introduce of ubiquitous technique in railway. The four major strategies targeted for future year are introduced here such as One-hour rail(connecting major cities within one hour), Seamless 30(accessing major railway stations within 30 minutes, Rail urbanism (railway-based urban planning), and U-rail (railway service with ubiquitous technique). Each strategy includes several action plans and their priorities are investigated using AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) to organize them by time scheme as short, mid, and long term perspective.
Recently underwater geophysical problems for historical relics or UXO's are raised frequently. This study includes the applicabilities and limitations of the recent underwater metal detector and domestic case stories for underwater survey by electrical and magnetic method. Direct or indirect case stories are electrical and vertical magnetic gradiometry surveys beneath Han-river bottom for planning subway tunnel, electrical exploration on lake-bottom, electrical exploration on the tidal flats using high-power transmitter, and borehole three-component magnetic and electromagnetic surveys for detecting the undersea objects. A design of potable real-time, high-speed measurement system using multi-channel array sensors is also introduced here. Further study will be focussed on practical field applications of the fast water-bottom scanning system which is lately required by actual field.

The dissemination of scientific information in Society involves interactions among a number of publics and many kinds of information channels. There is a need for examining the the entire process of information dissemination for the solving many problems which scientific many problems which scientific communication is now confronted with, This paper is an attempt to identify the functions of a scientific journal as one of major inf. transfer media, to clarify the problems in performing the functions, and to synthesize various on-going efforts toward the improvement and solution of such problems. Some conclusions derived from this study are as follows; (1) a scientific journal was, is and will be the valuable primary source for the recording and controlling scientific in formation which plays a role as a main energy source in the scientific activities. (2) Traditional built-in delays involved in the communication by a scientific journal should be improved by way of some new methods and techniques such as, of establishing a publishing center, controlling vocabularies in the scientific papers, distributing pre-publication materials, etc. (3) There should be a organized special committe for scientific communication for the assuming the responsibilities of educating, planning and carrying out activities relating to scientific information. (4) To improve the function of a scientific journal as information transfer media, other informal primary media such as report, preprint, etc, and secondary media such as abstracts and indexes should be studied which will result in the clarification of unigue functions, and advantages and disadvantages of each media. as an information dissemination media. (5) Each government should pay attention to the national information system as a changing social system and should recognize the gap in speed between technological development and the change of a social system Technological development should be made a contribution to the improvement of social system.
The purpose of this study is to develop a wedding dress design using digital clothing program to produce an actual dress. The level of actualization of the wedding dress design through digital clothing was evaluated by comparing the shape, ornament details, material, and tone. Also, the direction of improvement was sought by apprehending the limitations for the future of wedding dress design created by digital clothing. In order to evaluate the level of actualization on major design techniques of wedding dress, design planning of 4 dresses was performed based on the major images of wedding dresses. Virtual dress was created using DC Suite program and an actual wedding dress was produced using the pattern created in the process of virtual dress designing. The wedding dress designed by digital clothing was superior in silhouette or expression of pleats, but they rather lacked in expressing corsage, 3-dimensional objects, sheen material or double material. However, by supplementing a few functions, digital clothing can be effectively utilized in wedding dress design with the convenience and speed of digital operation. The digital clothing performs rapid production in the design development stage, modifies simply and confirms in real time and is highly effective, Therefore, if a program designed for wedding dress is developed, its effectiveness will be improved to maximize the customer satisfaction, and it will significantly reduce the time and cost which will make a great contribution to the wedding industry.

Various stakeholder's expectations and constraints are to be efficiently resolved into a program consensus prior to the beginning of its substantial design processes. This study focuses on the analysis of the stakeholder's expectations in determining the design requirements at the initial stage of space exploration programs including Naro launcher and currently on-going KSLV-II program. Naro program seems to unilaterally account for the government expectations of accelerating program phase speed without making any efforts to converge various expectations from related sectors. The planning of Naro launcher is also found lack of the concept of operations (ConOps), which is of critical importance by envisaging the operational applications of end products. Similarities are found in KSLV-II program regarding the lack of implementation for stakeholder's expectations. Moreover, the government plan for KSLV-II disclosed without considering all expectations and other comments. The increase in design conflicts and program uncertainties would be unavoidable, if the government plan for KSLV-II would be insisted. It is required to modify the government plan and to establish the ConOps with the convergence of stakeholder's expectations at this early stage of the program.
