Through 'Local Theme Science Museum' aid program that is one of emphasis promotion strategic project by 2007 'Science.Technology.Cultural Project Plan', raises status of scientific technique by national core ability because all people expand base that understand and support scientific technique, and forms a social atmosphere which is scientific technique is important which scientific technique can be spread widely on national life and society whole, and proceeds target that expand local science museum facilities by a base of local science culture spreading and popularization. Accordingly, to plan balanced regional development and utilize to an advanced base of local science culture spreading because offer a science culture experience opportunity to local inhabitants, 'Local theme science museum' project is doing for that establish more 100 science museums for national.public.private institution in whole country until 2012 year. Support 39 projects to 2008 from 1999 thereby, in January, 2009, 13 'Local theme science museum' is opened and operated. This study examined arrangement preferentially about 'Science.Technology.Cultural Project Plan' that is background of 'Local theme science museum' project. Since surveying science museum which is on opening and operation at the present and analyzed actual conditions and facilities and investigated specification necessity and direction of 'Local theme science museum'. Hereafter, to seek plan for propriety of project by characteristic and difference of 'Local theme science museum' is purpose of this study. Now, need set and promotion of following specification direction for right activation of proceeding 'Local theme science museum' by each area. First, differentiation of theme and justifiability of building, Second, propriety of site position, Third, maximization of synergy effect by mixing concept of 'Specialized Economic Zone for Regional Developmental Policy' and Ecomuseum's 'Theme center'.

The Prime objectives of this study are to identify and analyze possible solutions and select a solution for the specification and operation plan of the meteorological purpose aircraft in Korea. Infrastructure like meteorological purpose aircraft and aircraft operating systems should be set up and their efficient plan must be established to improve meteorological technic in Korea. As a result of the study, we have found that the turboprop engine powered aircraft is the most suitable to initial model for the meteorological purpose aircraft. It was found that the indirect operation method might be the best solution, also. The results of this study may be useful to make decision for selecting specification and operation of the meteorological purpose aircraft.

The purpose of this study is to suggest educational specification describing the school facilities necessary for operating educational curricula in relation to modernization of school facilities. It is required to make out the educational specification as one of procedures needed for driving the modernization of school facilities. The specification, however, has not made out yet in Korea. Educational specification is composed of followings: (1) organization of committee of educational specification, (2) site for a school and land to be expropriated, (3) guideline to form and operate curricula, (4) requisites to form space for school facilities, and (5) plan and process to construct school. Various methods such as literature study, questionnaires survey, workshop, interviews, etc. were utilized to develop educational specification.

An Economic selection of specification limits is considered for a given target value in a complete inspection plan. Each item is inspected, and if it meets the specification, it is accepted. Items less than the lower specification limit are scrapped or sold at a reduced price, and those greater than the upper specification limit are reworked. Cost factors to be considered are economic loss caused by quality deviations, rework cost and scrapping cost. Methods for finding the optimal specification limits are given for the cases of piecewise linear loss function and quadratic loss function with illustrative examples.

An economic design of specification limits for production process of ham is considered for a given process mean in a complete inspection plan. Each ham is inspected, and if it meets the specification, it is accepted. The ham less than the lower specification limit are changed another products or at a discounted price, and those greater than the upper specification limit are reworked. A profit model is developed which involves selling price, production cost, rework cost and the cost which is incurred by imperfect quality. Methods for finding the optimal specification limits are derived for the case of piecewise linear loss function with an industrial case study.

A magnetically levitated vehicle (Maglev) system is under commercialization as a new transportation system in Korea. The Maglev is operated by an unmanned automatic control system. Therefore, the plan of train operation should be carefully established and validated in advance. In general, when making a train operation plan, statistically predicted traffic data is used. However, a traffic wave often occurs in real train service, and demand-driven simulation technology is required to review a train operation plan and service quality considering traffic waves. We propose a method and model to simulate Maglev operation considering continuous demand changes. For this purpose, we employed a discrete event model that is suitable for modeling the behavior of railway passenger transportation. We modeled the system hierarchically using discrete event system specification (DEVS) formalism. In addition, through implementation and an experiment using the DEVSim++ simulation environment, we tested the feasibility of the proposed model. Our experimental results also verified that our demand-driven simulation technology can be used for a priori review of train operation plans and strategies.

The purpose of this research is to analyse the process of development and verification of 'National Competency Standards' of Hanbok production, which was carried out in 2013 for the fashion industry. As the result of this research, the definition of the duty in Hanbok production is 'to conduct a series of step-by-step processes of planning and developing fabric and design, then making pattern, cutting fabric and sewing.' The competency unit for Hanbok production is analyzed in 10 categories: analysis of market trends, design plan, production and manipulation of fabric, production process plan, sample making, pattern making, cutting out, sewing, finishing sewing, inspection of the product quality. Competency unit elements of each competency unit are as follows. 1) analysis of market trends: to research market trend resources, to analyse consumers' buying trend, to analyse industry changes, 2) design plan: to develop design, to plan fabrication, to draw flats, 3) production and manipulation of fabric: to develop fabric planning, to prepare fabric manipulation, to conduct fabric manipulation, 4) production process plan: to grasp design, to plan sewing method, to prepare a specification sheet, 5) sample making: to make a sample pattern, to cut sample fabrics, to sew sample, to finish sample making, 6) pattern making: to measure body, to make production pattern, to adjust production pattern, 7) cutting out: to care fabrics, to lay out patterns, to cut out fabrics, 8) sewing: to sew a garment, to sew a lining, to attach a lining, 9) finishing sewing: to neaten edges, to attach trims, to press to finish, 10) inspection of the product quality: to confirm correspondence with the specification sheet, to inspect appearance.

점차 일반 사용자들에게로의 도입이 가속화되고 있는 초고속통신망에서 초고속 서비스 사업자 시스템에 적용될 번호체계, 상호 접속 기준에 대한 기본적 요건과 기술적 표준 규정 등에 대한 정의가 미비한 실정이다. 초고속 서비스 사업자 망과 초고속 통신망에 접속 및 운용되는 시스템에서 초고속망의 번호 계획을 위하여 연동을 고려할 대상 망은 기존의 전화망, 패킷 데이터망, 이동 전화망, 및 ISDN 등이 있다. 본 고에서는 ITU-T 표준 규격을 따르는 공중 또는 사설 B-ISDN망의 번호 체계에 대하여 논한다. 특히 현재 제정된 ITU-T표준규격을 중심으로 현존하는 망과 초고속 번호 체계간의 상호 연동 방안을 기술하였다. 또한 ATM포럼 등의 사설 기관에서 사용하고 있는 번호체계도 추가적으로 검토하였다.

A principle requirement and technical standardization for numbering plan is required to B-lSDN network planning. Especially, internetworking high speed network with other conventional networks like PSTN, PSDN and ISDN is generally considered for integration. This paper describes the numbering plan for operation between internet and ATM. And based on the ITU-U specification, numbering plan is compared between conventional and high speed networks. Additionally, numbering plan for ATM-forum is analyzed.

In this paper, the design of ALT(Accelerated Life Test) requires a sampling plan based on failure-censored(Type II censored) ALT with lognormal life distribution. Specially the environmental effect of products has been emphasized, so we considered the upper life limit as well as lower life limit in the ALT sampling plan. The optimal plan with a high stress and a low stress is used as test plan, and the total sample size for test and lot acceptability constant which minimize an asymptotic variance of maximum likelihood estimator of assumed model parameters and satisfy the given producer's risk and customer's risk are drawn out. These values can be acquired by means of the computer program that we coded for resolving the difficulty and complexity of calculation.
