Autonomous driving requires a computerized perception of the environment for safety and machine-learning evaluation. Recognizing semantic information is difficult, as the objective is to instantly recognize and distinguish items in the environment. Training a model with real-time semantic capability and high reliability requires extensive and specialized datasets. However, generalized datasets are unavailable and are typically difficult to construct for specific tasks. Hence, a light detection and ranging semantic dataset suitable for semantic simultaneous localization and mapping and specialized for autonomous driving is proposed. This dataset is provided in a form that can be easily used by users familiar with existing two-dimensional image datasets, and it contains various weather and light conditions collected from a complex and diverse practical setting. An incremental and suggestive annotation routine is proposed to improve annotation efficiency. A model is trained to simultaneously predict segmentation labels and suggest class-representative frames. Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed algorithm yields a more efficient dataset than uniformly sampled datasets.

Marine officers should have crisis control ability because ship operation needs not only highly specialized information, but also functional capability due to the fact that there always exist dangers at sea, which are different from those at shore. Therefore, marine officers should be trained on the related specialized information under the systematical educational system including shipboard training. Their training is also based on the strong spiritual power and physical strength through the strict training process. In order to have these vocational personalities, dormitory life training and shipboard training courses seem to be essential processes, which are required of maritime education. The introduction of automatic system into the ship as a result of the recent development of technology brings decrease of the full number of crew. Consequently, marine officers are increasingly under heavy burden, and should have more ship operation capabilities than before. Maine officers should have not only specialized information which differs from that at shore, but also vocational adaptability which can reasonably tackle with all the problems which exist on the spot and are obstacles to individual, spiritual, physical, natural, and social demands. So it is required that marine officers should have study many areas to deal with as extra curricula besides their major field of study, which are unique characteristics of the education for them. These vocational adaptabilities are based on the spiritual characteristics, such as self-developmental education, responsibility, meticulous care, attentiveness, voluntary, planning, readiness, spontaneity, accuracy, self-denial, obedience, leadership, and etc.

본 연구는 지방분권, 교육자치가 강화되는 상황에서 기관설립·운영의 중요성과 필요성이 점차 높아지고 있는 지방교육자치 전문연구기관 설립의 필요성과 가능성을 구체적으로 탐색하는 데 목적이 있다. 지방교육자치 전문연구기관의 설립 필요성은 외적 필요성과 내적 필요성의 두 측면에서, 그리고 설립 가능성은 법적 근거와 설립형태 및 재원확보의 측면에서 검토하였다. 전국단위의 교육자치 정책 및 법제 아젠다를 선도하여 공동현안 문제에 효과적으로 대응하고, 지역단위의 교육정책연구소와의 연계·협력을 통해 지역 맞춤형 정책 연구·개발을 지원하기 위해서는 지방교육자치 전문연구기관 설립이 절실한 시점이다. 전문연구기관의 공공성, 전문성, 경제성, 안정성 등을 고려할 때, 재단법인 형태가 적합할 것으로 보이며, 일반 지방자치 분야의 전문연구기관 사례와 마찬가지로 특례법 제정 등의 법적 근거가 마련되어야 할 것이다. 앞으로 구체적인 기관설립·운영방안을 마련하고, 기관설립을 추진하기 위해서는 교육부 및 전국시도교육감협의회 등의 협업적 논의와 학술적 논의를 병행할 필요가 있다.

이 연구는 충청북도 내 전문계 고등학교의 제반 문제점을 파악하고 도내 기업체의 요구 사항을 반영하여 전문계 고등학교 운영 활성화 방안을 제시하는 데 목적이 있다. 도내 32개 전문계 고등학교 실과부장과 학과장을 대상으로 전문계 고등학교 학과 특성화 추진, 교사 교육, 교육과정 개편, 진로 지도 강화 방안 등에 대하여 설문지 조사를 실시하여 분석하였다. 또한, 충청북도 내 산업체의 인력 수요, 산업체에서 요구하는 직업 능력 조사를 위하여 중소기업을 대상으로 설문 조사를 하여 분석하였다.이 연구를 통하여 충청북도 전문계 고등학교 운영 활성화 방안을 다음과 같이 제시한다. 첫째, 산업체의 요구에 따라 전문계 고등학교 교육은 외국어 기초 능력과 컴퓨터 활용 능력에 더욱 치중하여 교육해야 한다. 둘째, 인근 산업체와 맞춤형 교육과정 운영을 더욱 확대 실시하여 취업률을 향상시켜야한다. 셋째, 전문계 고등학교 졸업생 중 80% 이상이 2년제와 4년제 대학에 진학할 경우 전문계 고등학교를 일반계 고등학교로 개편 운영하는 방안을 고려해야 한다. 네째, 오송 의료 단지와 오창 IT 공업 단지의 확장에 대비하여 BT, IT 관련 산업체에서 일할 수 있는 기초 지식을 갖출 수 있는 학과로 개편 운영해야 한다. 다섯째, 산업체 직원을 초빙 교사로 활용하고 학교장에게 교육과정 운영의 자율권을 주어야 한다. 여섯째, 공립학교 5년제 교사 순환 근무제를 전문계 고등학교 특성화학과에서는 10년 이상 근무로 바꾸어 그 학교의 주인 의식을 갖도록 해야 한다.

Laundry services are becoming more specialized and diversified. Therefore, this study investigated consumers' perceptions of professional laundry shops by analyzing social media data. For this purpose, text data from blogs, cafés, and Q&A sections ('Ji-Sik-In') on the portal site, naver.com, was collected. Sixty-four keywords were extracted from 2,213 social texts and transformed into a one-mode matrix using KrKwic, a program for the analysis of Korean text. Semantic network analysis was conducted to understand the network structure and the results were visualized using NodeXL. Keywords included fashion items and materials that require specialized professional laundry services, words related to the establishment of laundry shops, and laundry shop brands. Essential keywords of professional laundry shops included 'luxury,' 'footwear,' 'removal,' 'bag,' 'leather,' 'sneakers,' 'padding,' 'premium,' 'dyeing,' and 'franchise.' These results could be used to deduce that consumers perceive a professional laundry shop as a franchise shop offering specialized professional laundry services. A cluster analysis was conducted to identify the types of consumer perceptions of professional laundry shops. The network was divided into three groups: 'specialized professional laundry service,' 'laundry and repair of winter coats and jackets,' and 'the establishment of a professional laundry shop.' According to the results, consumers perceive professional laundry shops as franchises that offer specialized professional laundry services rather than general laundry services. Therefore, professional laundry shops need a strategy to develop special laundry services that differentiate them from other companies and communicate with consumers about these services.

Herpes simplex virus (HSV) is a common causative agent of genital ulceration and can lead to subsequent neurological disease in some cases. Here, using a genital infection model, we tested the efficacy of vinegar-processed flos of Daphne genkwa (vp-genkwa) to modulate vaginal inflammation caused by HSV-1 infection. Our data revealed that treatment with optimal doses of vp-genkwa after, but not before, HSV-1 infection provided enhanced resistance against HSV-1 infection, as corroborated by reduced mortality and clinical signs. Consistent with these results, treatment with vp-genkwa after HSV-1 infection reduced viral replication in the vaginal tract. Furthermore, somewhat intriguingly, treatment of vp-genkwa after HSV-1 infection increased the frequency and absolute number of $CD3^-NK1.1^+NKp46^+$ natural killer (NK) cells producing interferon (IFN)-${\gamma}$ and granyzme B, which indicates that vp-genkwa treatment induces the activation of NK cells. Supportively, secreted IFN-${\gamma}$ was detected at an increased level in vaginal lavages of mice treated with vp-genkwa after HSV-1 infection. These results indicate that enhanced resistance to HSV-1 infection by treatment with vp-genkwa is associated with NK cell activation. Therefore, our data provide a valuable insight into the use of vp-genkwa to control clinical severity in HSV infection through NK cell activation.

To examine the key success factors for long-lasting restaurants, we visited 10 restaurants with 30 or more than 30 years of tradition, located in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do districts, to research these restaurant menus and customer characteristics by observation and interview. The results were analyzed using descriptive statistics. The outstanding feature noted was that each and every restaurant had its own simple and specialized menu. We found that this feature created a virtuous circle that reinforced itself through a positive feedback loop. The simple and specialized menu increased both the cooking efficiency and food quality while it reduced both food and labor costs, this enabled the customers to eat at an affordable price and have generous servings. This lead to customer satisfaction and revisits to the restaurant, which triggered word-of-mouth referral and expansion of their customer base. This in turn created higher operating profit margins that could be reinvested in the business. The secret recipes for cooking, invented by their founders, were passed on from generation to generation. Their customer base included customers of all ages from children to senior people. And their regular customers consisted of neighboring office workers and families traveling from a long distance. We hope that our findings on long-lasting restaurants, especially of the virtuous cycle created due to the simple and specialized menus with secret recipes, will contribute to the development of Korean style long-lasting restaurant model.

이 연구는 특성화고등학교 학생의 사회적 지지와 진로결정상태에 대해 알아봄으로써 대상별 효율적인 진로지도 방안을 모색하기 위한 기초자료를 제공하기 위한 목적으로 수행되었다. 구체적인 연구문제로는 첫째, 특성화고등학교 학생들의 진로경로는 어떠한가, 둘째, 특성화고등학교 학생의 사회적 지지는 어떠한가, 셋째, 특성화고등학교 학생의 사회적 지지는 진로결정상태 유형에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가로 설정하여 구명하였다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 특성화고등학교 학생의 배경 현황, 사회적지지, 진로결정상태에 관련된 이론적 배경을 고찰하여 검사도구를 제작하였다. 설문지는 응답자의 일반적 특성(10문항), 사회적 지지(26문항), 진로결정수준(4문항)등 총 40문항으로 구성하였으며, 전국 6권역의 공업계열 특성화고등학교 학생 809명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 연구의 결과는 사회적 지지의 모든 하위 요인에서 진로결정상태에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며 특히 부모지지와 친구지지는 진로결정 여부에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 부모지지, 친구지지, 교사지지 모두 진로결정 편안성에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 학생의 진로결정과 감정 상태에 있어 사회적 지지가 중요하다는 것을 알 수 있다. 따라서 학생들에게 다각적인 방향에서 충분한 진로상담이 선행된 후 직업 교육을 실시해야만 직업교육의 실효성을 거둘 수 있을 것이다.

본 연구는 기계설비 전문건설업체를 대상으로 기능인력운영의 문제점을 분석하고 개선방안을 제시하고자 실시하였다. 이를 위하여 18개 기계설비 전문건설업체의 경영자/작업반장 및 일반건설업체 현장관리자를 사례대상으로 선정한후 직 하도급별 문제점을 설문 조사하였으며, 조사된 문제점을 바탕으로 기능인력운영 실태를 분석한 후 개선방안을 도출하였다. 상기와 같은 목적과 방법에 따라 수행한 본 연구의 결론을 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 현장에서의 작인반장의 역할은 도급제 근로자를 관리운영 하는 책임자이지만 원도급자와의 종속적인 관계로 인한 인력관리 권한축소로 인해 기능인력관리에 어려움이 있다고 분석되었다. 둘째, 효율적인 기능인력운영을 위해 작업반장의 현장대리인화 또는 연봉제로 고용된 작업반장을 통한 인력관리가 기능인력운영상의 개선방안으로 도출되었다.
