이 연구는 미국에서의 경찰과 민간경비의 파트너쉽에 관하여 범죄통제 및 손실예방 분야에서 사례중심으로 고찰하였다. 주요 사례는 현장운영에서 사업개선지구에서의 사례들과, 특별한 행사안전 및 경비, 지역사회경찰활동에서의 다양한 파트너쉽 사례 그리고 기계경비분야에서의 경보에 대처하는 경찰과 민간경비의 파트너쉽, 범죄수사에서의 상호간 파트너쉽, 컴퓨터범죄 및 금융범죄 수사에서의 사례 등을 대상으로 제시하였다.

케이블로 상부구조가 지지되는 특수교량의 경우 특수한 장비와 인력이 없이는 접근이 어려운 사각지대가 다수 존재하고 있어, 안전점검에 많은 애로사항이 발생하고 있는 것이 현실이다. 본 연구에서는 사장교와 현수교 등 케이블지지교량의 안전점검 사각지대를 검토하고, 드론을 활용하여 사각지대를 해소할 수 있는 방안을 연구하는 것이 목적이다. 이를 위해 해상에 위치한 사장교를 드론을 활용하여 케이블과 보강형 그리고 주탑을 점검하였다. 본 연구를 통해 드론을 활용하여 점검자의 접근이 어려운 특수교량의 외부 안전점검이 가능함을 확인하였다. 특히 특수교량의 점검사각지대인 주탑 외부 상태 및 손상 확인을 위한 드론 점검은 매우 효과적인 안전점검 방법이다.

본 연구는 2015년 기준으로 전국 16개 지역별 경비업체수(법인수), 경비원수 등 민간경비 규모, 그리고 시설경비, 신변보호, 호송경비, 기계경비, 특수경비 등 민간경비 업종을 연구대상으로 선정하고 이에 대한 군집분류 및 군집별 판별함수를 규명하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이에 따른 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 민간경비 규모에 대한 전국 16개 지역별 군집분류는 대규모지역(1), 중규모지역 (2), 소규모지역(3) 등 3개 군집으로 구분할 수 있다. 군집별 판별함수는 (1) 대규모지역(1)에 대한 판별함수 D = -383.981 + (.108${\times}$경비업체수) + (.016${\times}$경비원수), (2) 중규모지역(2)에 대한 판별함수 D = -35.570 + (.029${\times}$경비업체수) + (.005${\times}$경비원수), (3) 소규모지역(3)에 대한 판별함수 D = -5.381 + (.012${\times}$경비업체수) + (.002${\times}$경비원수) 등으로 표현할 수 있다. 둘째, 민간경비 업종에 대한 전국 16개 지역별 군집분류는 대업종지역(1), 중업종지역(2), 소업종지역(3) 등 3개 군집으로 구분할 수 있다. 군집별 판별함수는 (1) 대업종지역(1)에 대한 판별함수 D = -2224.402 + (-.562${\times}$시설경비) + 1.245${\times}$신변보호) + (171.142${\times}$호송경비) + (-2.722${\times}$기계경비) + (2.020${\times}$특수경비), (2) 중업종지역(2)에 대한 판별 함수 D = -4.762 + (.052${\times}$시설경비) + (.063${\times}$신변보호) + (-3.819${\times}$호송경비) + (.110${\times}$기계경비) + (-.165${\times}$특수경비), (3) 소업종지역(3)에 대한 판별함수 D = -125.742 + (-.009${\times}$시설경비) + (.432${\times}$신변보호) + (5.748${\times}$호송경비) + (5.530${\times}$기계경비) + (-.901${\times}$특수경비) 등으로 표현할 수 있다.

This paper presents the design and implementation of a crypto processor, a special-purpose microprocessor optimized for the execution of cryptography algorithms. This crypto processor can be used fur various security applications such as storage devices, embedded systems, network routers, etc. The crypto processor consists of a 32-bit RISC processor block and a coprocessor block dedicated to the SEED and triple-DES (data encryption standard) symmetric key crypto (cryptography) algorithms. The crypto processor has been designed and fabricated as a single VLSI chip using 0.5 $\mu\textrm{m}$ CMOS technology. To test and demonstrate the capabilities of this chip, a custom board providing real-time data security for a data storage device has been developed. Testing results show that the crypto processor operates correctly at a working frequency of 30MHz and a bandwidth o1240Mbps.

In the process of remarkable progress in the medical and technical field and activating the role of technology in health care services and applications, and since the safety of medical data and its protection from security violations plays a major role in assessing the security of health facilities and the safety of medical servers Thus, it is necessary to know the cyber vulnerabilities in health information systems and other related services to prevent and address them in addition to obtaining the best solutions and practices to reach a high level of cybersecurity against attackers, especially due to the digital transformation of health care systems and the rest of the dealings. This research is about what cyberattacks are and the purpose of them, in addition to the methods of penetration. Then challenges, solutions and some of the security issues will be discussed in general, and a special highlight will be given to obtaining a safe infrastructure to enjoy safe systems in return.

이 연구의 목적은 공항 특수경비조직의 내부서비스품질과 내부고객만족 및 경영성과의 관계를 규명하는 데 있다. 이 연구는 2011년 10월 인천소재 공항에서 재직하고 있는 특수경비원들을 모집단으로 설정한 후 유의표집법을 이용하여 최종분석에 이용된 사례 수는 총 282명이다. 연구에 사용된 설문지는 총 43문항으로 구성되었으며, SPSSWIN 18.0을 이용하여 빈도분석, 요인분석, 신뢰도분석, 다중 회귀분석, 경로분석 등을 실시하였다. 설문지의 신뢰도는 Cronbach's ${\alpha}$값이 .686이상으로 나타났다. 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 공항 특수경비조직의 내부서비스품질은 내부고객만족에 영향을 미친다. 즉, 유형성, 대응성, 공감성 활동이 잘 이루어질수록 내부지원만족, 유형성, 대응성 활동이 잘 이루어질수록 직무만족은 증가한다. 둘째, 공항 특수경비조직의 내부서비스품질은 경영성과에 영향을 미친다. 즉, 유형성, 신뢰성, 대응성 활동이 잘 이루어질수록 비재무적성과, 유형성, 신뢰성 활동이 잘 이루어질수록 재무적성과는 증가한다. 반면, 공감성 활동이 잘 이루어지지 않을 경우 재무적성과는 감소한다. 셋째, 공항 특수경비조직의 내부고객만족은 경영성과에 영향을 미친다. 즉, 내부지원만족 활동이 잘 이루어질수록 비재무적성과 및 재무적성과는 증가한다. 넷째, 공항 특수경비조직의 내부서비스품질은 내부고객만족 및 경영성과에 직 간접적인 영향을 미친다. 즉, 내부고객만족은 내부서비스품질과 경영성과를 매개하는 중요한 변수이다.

The purpose of this study is to review the appropriateness of deploying private security guards using SMS emotional language analysis at the current assembly and demonstration sites, which rely only on the police force, and to suggest a plan. Therefore, it is intended to contribute to suppressing the problems at the assembly and demonstration sites and present a new paradigm for responding to the assembly and demonstration sites based on the study's results. First, it is necessary to prepare a legal basis for the deployment of private security guards in the 'Security Services Industry Act' and 'Assembly and a Demonstration Act'. Second, there is a need for a 'security company selection criteria' for selecting security companies with a lot of experience, such as collective civil petition sites and security for national critical facilities (special security services). Third, it is necessary to prepare financial resources for the deployment of private security guards. This study is expected to serve as a new cornerstone for effective management of assembly and demonstration sites through mutual complementation of the police and private security.

The kinds of traits and behaviors studied most frequently in the early leadership research included physical characteristics, personalities, abilities, skills, behaviors and so forth. Researchers who studied leadership emphasized the important role of cultural, counter-insurgent, stability operational and clinical leadership traits and behaviors to perform the special mission of Overseas Forces The purpose of this study was to examine effective leadership traits, behaviors and skills for special mission of ROK Overseas Forces and to find out the differences on leadership traits, skills and behaviors among officers, noncommissioned officers(NCO) and enlisted men of the army. In order to achieve this purpose, a number of literature reviews and survey researches were conducted. The data for the analysis were collected through the questionnaire which consisted of 94leadership traits, skills and behaviors items Subjects were composed of 43 officers, 144 NCOs and 109 enlisted men Although the ranking order of leadership traits, skills and behaviors items among the groups for each analysis did not show much difference, the results of one-way analysis of variance revealed that a few items had a significant statistical difference among the groups. Implications of comparative results were also discussed in this study. In conclusion, this study would be useful basis for further improvement on effective leadership traits, skills and behaviors of ROK Overseas Forces, and some further researches were recommended.

There are two kinds of police authorities in Korean railway industry, that is, the Special Judicial Police and the Local Subway Police. The existence of two separate entities for common objective of railway security has given rise to problems including inefficiency in performance and lack of customers-focused police service and synergic effects. The purpose of this study is to search for solutions to rail crimes that allows for rapid spatial movements since they take place on fast moving trains.
