This study is a preliminary research to develop an individual learning coaching program for college students who received academic probation. It aims to test applicability as a program in the future, and t revise it and make up for its problems. To achieve the research aim, this study, based on self-directed learning, constructed the program dividing it into two kinds: the first basic learning special lecture and the second individual learning coaching. This program used those students in universities in Gyeongbok province who received two or more scholastic probations from the second semester of 2012 to the second semester of 2014, and who were judged by professors who had interviewed them as those who needed learning coach. The researcher of this study introduced those students about the program and schedule. And, this study did in-depth analysis for the six students who attended the first and second parts of the program. It was found that those students understood the importance and necessity of self-directed learning, and tried to apply it to actual learning process and overcome learning difficulty. Based on such findings, this study suggested the development of a program for students who receive academic probation and ideas on how to develop it.

This study aims to investigate how the mentoring program affects married immigrant women and their mentors. The mentoring program as a man-to-man program was conducted in 2009 and provided married immigrant women with an agricultural education program. This study used a case study as a research method and collected data using interviews and observations. Participants were selected according to Patton's (2002) purposeful sampling strategies, and the results of data analysis were evaluated by the method of Evaluation Checklist. In order to increase the internal validity of the study, this study used both triangulation and peer examination. By including the diverse aspects of the mentoring program, this study shows that each case has special characteristics according to the situations of married immigrant women and their mentors. As a result, this qualitative research project provided the detailed picture of the mentoring program by specifically describing how married immigrant women had a relationship with their mentors.

Purpose: This study aimed to develop a web-based cost management program for visiting nursing centers (CMP-VNC), using time-driven activity-based costing (TD-ABC), and to analyze effects of the program. Methods: The CMP-VNC was developed using the combined prototyping approach and system developing life cycle method following four stages: need analysis with comprehensive literature reviews and focus group interviews, design and development of program algorithm, evaluation of the developed program validity using experts and users group, and application and effects analysis. The non-equivalent control group pretest-posttest design was used to analyze the effects of the program. The program demonstration was conducted for four weeks with 60 visiting nurses in 35 visiting centers. Results: The web-based program was developed. It has five interfaces with basic and special functions using TD-ABC, namely, input, visiting nursing activity, visiting nursing activity cost, cost efficiency, and cost calculation report. The experimental group showed significantly higher cost perception and cost confidence than control group. Conclusion: We found that the CMP-VNC can be an effective tool to increase visiting nurses' competency of costing and enhance efficiencies of visiting nursing centers.

Intelligent Manufacturing Systems (IMS) Program is an industry-driven and government-endorsed initiative which assists and encourages the formation of international research consortia to address technical and other emerging manufacturing challenges in the 21$^{st}$ century$^{[1]}$ . The IMS initiative places special emphasis on the establishment of R＆D projects which demonstrate equitable cooperation, including the protection of intellectual property. In this explanatory paper, a brief overview of the IMS Program is described, together with abstracts of some selected projects and a research result of Globeman21 project. The IMS prospective is also given.n.

The purpose of Defense Acquisition Project is that the superior weapons validated needs and performance are supplied to military user with limited financial resources and time. The Warship Acquisition Project is not only like this, But also has special characteristics of long project period and first-constructed ship's operation employment. And this paper researches System engineering application of imaginary WIG(Wing-In-Ground Effect) ship acquisition project based Systems Engineering Handbook ver.3.1 published by INCOSE, the lead of field. The Imaginary WIG(Wing-In-Ground Effect) ship acquisition project applied the four processes(technical project, Enterprise & Agreement, Enabling Systems), the basis of INCOSE Engineering Handbook ver.3.1, and the each process output compared with DAPA(Defense Acquisition Program Administration)'s warship acquisition procedure.

In this paper, we introduce prediction program of HVAC system, HJNOVAC Version 2.0. The developed program adopts both the authentic empirical method suggested by NEBB and acoustic power balancing method. The program provides intuitive pre- and post- processor using modern GUI function to help efficient modeling and evaluation of cabin and HVAC component noises. To verify the accuracy and convenience of the program, we carry out noise prediction of HVAC system for 8,100 TEU Container Carrier and measure the noise levels of cabins during sea trial.

Therefore anyone can make the order of the course as they need. This program has contributed much to the growth of the company and helped to achieve a world-wide reputation. Also foreign aid project created a KEPCO image which will enjoy the nation's love and confidence. Through this course we can increase our international competeitivenessand and will have a chance to start a business that has a future in Northwest Africa.

The paper presents a multimedia educational program of DC servo drives for distant learning with a special emphasis on sliding mode control. The program contains of three parts: animation, simulation and internet based measurement. The animation program explains the operation of DC motors, gives its time- and frequency-domain equations, transfer functions and the theoretical background necessary for controller design for DC servo motors. The simulation model of the DC servo motor and the controller can be designed by the students based on the animation program. The students can also test their controllers through the internet based measurement, which is the most important part from engineering point of view. After the measurements are executed, the students can download the measured data and compare them to the simulation results.

Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology has evolved rapidly in recent years and is used in everything from banking to email management to surgery, but without the help of the visible, most of the fun features of the Internet include visual impairment. It benefits people with disabilities. The main purpose of this study is to find ways to help people with visual impairments using AI technology. A visually impaired request is made for the visually impaired. For example, when a message arrives that the program will notify you by voice (reads the sender's name, read the message, and replies to it if necessary), this is a special program installed on your mobile phone. This program uses a customized algorithm developed in Python to convert written text to voice, read text, and convert voice to written text on a message when a visually impaired person wants to respond. Then it sends the response in the form of a text message. Therefore, the research should lead to programs for people with visual impairments. This program makes mobile phones easier and more comfortable to use and makes the daily life easier for visual impairments.

The purpose of this study is estimate the effects of treatment program as it stands for drug abusers in prison. For this study, 46 drug-related prisoner were surveyed in January, 2008 at Jinju prison which has provided special treatments for drug-related offenders. This study shows that the present treatment systems or programs don't work effectively than expected. Prisoner feel present programs won't be very helpfully after release. And they feel correction officers don't have enough concern about prisoners or treatment to them. The result also emphasizes that family members or friends' support and belief is essential to prevent recidivism and to decrease such a possibility. According to this survey result, special concern to youth abuser is necessary. And it can give more effectiveness when authorities provide more medical or physical treatments than just based on routine lecturing. Furthermore, small group treatments would be more successful comparing with large member group based program. Drug abusers want more experience study or work study programs. Finally authority's, family's, friends's and colleague's interest or concern toward prisoners could contribute to raise up the possibility of rehabilitation.
