This research result that analysis as following. First, difference that keep in mind partially as result that verify difference of job-stress by demography special qualitys that is common people guard's society and turnover intention appeared. Second, result that analyze relation with job-stress and turnover intention, displayed statical correlation in job environment. Third, result that keep in mind as statistical as result that verify effect that common people guard's job-stress gets to turnover intention appeared. During is job-stress variable, was expose that exert effect that keep in mind to turnover intention job surrounding and job special quality. Suggestion point through this research as following be. To raise common people guard's job-stress and turnover intention. system improvement strategy about social estimation etc.. is effective, and do on the basis of this and may have to establish common people guard's enhancing morale plan strategy, low complement that can exert negative impact in change of post for example, line of duty that it is seldom competence, daytime that can elicit common people guards' job satisfaction. Is in visual point that activation of continuous research is leaned against by depth interview and review through qualitative research was insufficient relatively in virtue research so far in research after.

This study investigate through the Balin-banchado in the Kookjangdogameuigue how the system of banchado ceremony exchanged during the middle late the Yi dynasty and in the period of introducing Wastern civilization The Balinbanchado is carry a coffin out of the house to the royal mausoleum. The characteristic in the general strucutre share banchado with rites of introduction rites of center and rites of finishing. Balin-banchado varies according to the objects and the times of a state funeral. In comparsion with Karaebanchado there are investigate the general structure cer-emonial arms and ceremonial costumes. The special feature of two banchado varies rites of center among rites of three. in the ceremonial arms aspect the characteristic of two ban-chado differ from the objects and the times. In the ceremonial costumes the peculiarity of two banchado can be divided into the guard costumes and the ceremonial arm costumes. The most formal attire of the guard costumes. were murning dress and yang-kwan-chobok and samo-danryeong In the ceremonial arm costumes the most outstanding was hongkun-hongeui baik-kun-baikeui in two banchado.

According to current record of private security in Korea, more than 107,963 private security guards are employed by 2,051 security guard association. However, it is obvious that there is lack of any kinds of professional license. To ensure the profession of Private Security industry and at the same time to improve the quality of private guard duty, it is necessary to introduce professional license system which is specialized and developed. The kinds of license anticipated are security guards services, armored car services, alarm services, proprietary security services, special guards services, terror, security consultants services, and private investigators. To settle those license system, there should be not only exertion of academic society but also administrative support of government and research of legal office th arrange legal and official structure.

The purpose of this study is that incident shock of special guards examines closely impact getting in job stress and coping ability. This study used judgement sampling method after establish special guards who is working at airport of capital region area in 2011 by population, and sample numbers used on interpretation finally were total 239 people. Questionnaire used in this study was consisted of the total 67 question, and executed frequency analysis, Factor analysis, reliability analysis, regression analysis by SPSSWIN 18.0. reliability of questionnaire appeared more than Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ value .779. Conclusion of this study was as following. First, incident shock of special guards affects in job stress. That is, stress about personal relations increases as invasion is often repeated. Also, stress about role increases as hyperarousal is often repeated. Second, incident shock of special guards affects in coping ability. That is, problem central coping ability decreases as hyperarousal is often repeated. On the other hand, problem central coping ability increases as evasion tendency acts continuously. Third, job stress of special guards affects in coping ability. That is, problem central coping ability increases as feeling of helplessness for job characteristic acts. On the other hand, problem central coping ability, social support pursuit ability decreases as ambiguity about role acts high.

Special security guards play the role to safely operate and manage nuclear power plants from unintended internal and external threats. Physical fitness management of special security guards is one of the most important factors for improving and maintaining the level of physical protection. Thus, the purpose of this study is to analyze the physical fitness factor and physical fitness level required for mission accomplishment through job analysis of special security guards. The special security guards of Nuclear Power Plant in Korea were performing 7 jobs, 26 duties, 159 tasks. In order to accomplish theses tasks, the following physical fitness were required: muscle strength and muscle endurance of the hand, upper limb, lower limb and core, quickness, agility and Cardio function. The duties that require a lot of physical fitness were in the order of conducting arrest and self-defense, conducting unarmed defensive tactics, demonstrating proficiency with semiautomatic rifle, using protective equipment, performing emergency plan and defensive strategy, etc. The results of this study are expected to provide basic data necessary for establishing guidelines for fitness qualification and training of special security guards in the future and contribute to enhancement of physical protection of nuclear power plants.

A guard lamp system has been installed at the PV positive center, located at Gwangju in Korea. Digital environment that is represented to internet is displacing business way of industry and business achievement way with the fast speed being giving great change on life whole, improve existence business process utilizing internet and Web connection technology, information superhighway to tradition industrialist manufacture and e-transformation's propulsion that wish to maximize productivity and administration efficiency is spread vigorously. In this paper, we wish to accomplish generation equipment's heighten stability and believability through remote monitoring and control of guard lamp system. This paper describes the design of the monitoring system for the sensing data and indirect controlling of the guard lamp system. Most of the conventional monitoring systems depend on the special hardware and software. The essential design of monitoring system is to provide the convenience for the user and the portability for the system. In order for the system to fulfill its requirements, it was designed using Labview GUI facility based on the Windows 2000 environment of IBM PC compatible and Add-on card based on the TCP/IP protocol. Advantage of the monitoring system are a personnel expenses curtailment effect, of the place restriction and unmanned system of the generation plants, etc..

Although more priority is given to politicians from the aspect that they represent people and decide the future of country, the current situation is that politicians are not free from terrorism because of insufficient guard-concerned law, negative social recognition and increased crime and terrorism. The measure for politician terrorism shall be handled from the aspect of national security rather than public peace. For the purpose, basic legal foundation shall be prepared and specialized guard technique considering specialty of politician shall be established. Basic solution shall be established by reinforcing law against politician terrorism and establishing new law from the national viewpoint. The guard for politician has two faces that both of safety of guard target and voting intention of voter shall be met at the same time. Although special guard technique is required for guarding politician, current situation is that it is not researched professionally. In relation to the measure to develop the system of protection for politician, First, the study suggested legal foundation for politician guard. Although the 17th National Assembly proposed revised legal plan to protect politician from terrorism, it is suspended, expired and abolished now. The legal plan presented by members of the National Assembly was simply restricted to the scope of public guard. The study divided establishment of legal foundation into two things. The first one is the dispatch type of effective public guard and the second one is the transfer to private guard. Second, the study suggested environmental development method of politician guard. in the environment of politician guard, the study suggested improvement and development method by analyzing social recognition, politician's mind and voter's mind psychologically. After the beginning of human society, if human race is continued, political activity won't disappear. It is obvious that the safety of political leader is very important issue for human race because he plays the role to decide the future of human. In the future, more specialized, effective law shall be prepared and deeper study of scholar shall be performed.

Special security guards working at nuclear power plants, one of the country's major facilities, serve as human protection to safeguard from threats to nuclear facilities and nuclear materials. The purpose of this study was to develop a physical fitness program for fitness management that is essential for the completion of missions of special guards. This program was designed to prepare the physical fitness test proposed by Jeong et al. (2019). Researchers conducted literature analysis, research meetings, expert meetings and pretests, and developed a 90-minute physical fitness program for 6 weeks, 3 times a week. In order to verify the effectiveness of the developed physical fitness program, the experiment was conducted on 29 subjects(control group: 15, exercise group:14). Specifically, a six-week physical fitness program was conducted for exercise groups, and the fitness test for a special security guard was conducted for all subjects before and after the experiment. As a result, it was found that the physical fitness program was effective in improving the performance of 20m shuttle run, leg tuck, 20m sprint & carry, and medicine ball back throw. Until recently, problems of neglecting fitness management of security guards have been pointed out. It is expected that the physical fitness program proposed by this study will be a practical alternative for security guards' fitness management.

The study compared the results of analysis are as follows. Analyze the effect of model parameter, interpersonal skills are also satisfied with the saturated model, duties (duty immersion) interpersonal skills for the parameters of the effect analysis when you look at the results, the higher the level of communication and interpersonal relationships and job satisfaction, but also high level of (job immersive) interpersonal communication in interpersonal relationships, higher levels are high. SMC, job satisfaction, job commitment 23.9% 7.2%, 19.3% of interpersonal relationships. In addition, the duties of immersive interpersonal skills for the parameters of the effect the results of the analysis of communication and its impact on job satisfaction (duty of immersion) in interpersonal work parameters can verify that it exists. Communication on direct interpersonal relationships, keep in mind that the statistical effect also appeared. If you look at the overall results of this study, special communication organization of job satisfaction and security guard job influence on interpersonal skills immersed the parameters of the effect.
