최근 Elsevier사에서 제작하여 현재 베타버전으로 시험 서비스 중에 있는 Scopus는,13,000여종의 학술지에 수록된 2,600만여 건의 논문에 대한 초록을 제공하는 세계에서 가장 규모가 큰 웹 데이터베이스이다. 여기에는 SCI와 SSCI에 등재된 7,000여종의 학술지와 자체적인 학술지 선정기준에 의해 추가한 6,000여종의 학술지에 수록된 논문에 대한 초록을 제공하고 있다. 또한 최근 5년간의 학술지에 수록된 각 논문의 참고문헌을 제공하고 있으며, 이들 참고문헌을 토대로 각 논문에 대한 피인용 회시수와 인용문헌에 대한 정보도 제공하고 있다. 이처럼 최근 등장한 Scopus가 SCI와 SSCI에 수록된 학술지를 망라하고 있을 뿐 아니라 인용정보도 제공하고 있다는 점에서, 현재 전세계적으로 가장 대표적인 인용색인인 SCI, SSCI및 A&HCI의 웹 데이터베이스인 Web of Science와 필적할 것으로 보인다. 그러나 Elsevier사에서는, 엄격한 심사기준에 의해 핵심 학술지만을 유지시키고 있는 Thomson-ISI사와는 달리, 학술지의 망라성에 비중을 두고 최소한의 질적 수준을 갖춘 학술지라면 모두 Scopus에서 별도로 추가한 6,000여종의 학술지에 대해 다각적인 측면에서의 검증이 필요할 것으로 보인다.

Trusted operating systems (OS) provide the basic security mechanisms and services that allow a computer system to protect, distinguish, and separate classified data. Trusted operating systems have been developed since the early 1980s and began to receive National Security Agency (NSA) evaluation in 1984. The researches about trusted OS are proceeding over the world, and new product type using the loadable security kernel module (LSKM) or dynamic link library (DLL) is being developed. This paper proposes a special type of product using LSKM and specific conditions for operational environment should be assumed.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the emotional color of home office and the trendy color with special comparison of office and library colors, and to suggest the harmony of color combination of home office based on the emotional color of this analytical data. this study, the Color Syntax Program, digital tool for color analysis of images is used. The results of this study are as follows. Firstly, the main color of home office images shows three color classifications of YR-Y, Y-GY, R-YR, and with relatively high ratios of YR-Y in the color of home offices, and B-PB, GY-G in offices and libraries. Secondly, from the point of emotional aspect, the trendy color of the home office can be classified into four color image categories: 'natural', 'peaceful', 'mild', and 'noble'. Under those categories this paper proposes 10 color harmony scheme that can be applied to color of home office interior design.

Stephen A. Roberts는 영국 Loughborough 대학교의 도서관정보연구학과, 도서관정보관리센터의 연구원이다. J. Michael Brittain은 동학과의 Senior Lecturer이다. 그들은 공동으로 Inventory in the Social Sciences(1975)를 편집했고, 이 잡지 V.28, N.4(1976)에 “Information Services in the Social Sciences를 기고했다. J. Michael Brittain은 "Information and its users: a review with special reference to the social science"(1970)의 저자이고, 이 잡지 V.31, N.4(1979)에 실은 ”Information Services and the Structure of Knowledge in the Social Sciences"의 저자이다.

Transport lattice codes require the resonance integral tables for the resonant nuclides where the resonance integral is a function of the background cross section and can be prepared through a special program solving the slowing down equation. In case the cross section libraries do not include the resonance integral table for the resonant nuclides, the computational prediction produces a large error. We devised a new method using a Monte Carlo calculation for the effective resonance cross sections to solve this problem provisionally. We extended this method to obtain the resonance integral table for general purpose. The MCNP code is used for the effective resonance integrals and the LIBERTE code for the effective background cross sections. We modified the HELIOS library with the effective cross sections and the resonance integral tables obtained by the newly developed Monte Carlo method, and performed sample calculations using HELIOS and LIBERTE. The results showed that this method is very effective for the resonance treatment.

We investigate, in this paper, the use of FPGA(Field Programmable Gate Array) architectures for real-time processing of digital linescan camera. The use of FPGAS for low-level processing represents an excellent tradeoff between software and special purpose hardware implementations. A library of modules that implement common low-level machine vision operations is presented. These modules are designed with gate-level hardware components that are compiled into the functionality of the FPGA chips. A graphic vehicle modeling pre-processing program and a visualization post-processing program have been developed for AutoDyn7, which is a special program for vehicle dynamics. The Rapid-App for GUI(Graphic User Interface) builder and the Open Inventor for 3D graphic library have been employed to develop these programs in Silicon Graphics workstation. A Graphic User Interface program integrates vehicle modeling pre-processor, AutoDyn7 analysis processor, and visualization post-processor. In vehicle modeling pre-processor, vehicle hard point data for a suspension model are automatically converted into multibody vehicle system data. An interactive graphics capabilities provides suspension modeling aides to verify user input data interactively. In visualization post-processor, vehicle virtual test simulation results are animated with virtual testing environments.

본 논문에서는 ActiveMovie와 같은 stream data 기반의 library에서 실시간으로 사용될 수 있는 영상 특수효과 filter들을 소개하고, 알고리즘 개발 및 구현방법에 대해 기술한다. ActiveMovie는 기본적으로 mpeg decoder 및 Video for Windows(.avi file) decoder를 제공하여 프로그래밍을 수월하게 한다. 또한 각 module에 filter라는 개념을 도입하고 filter graph라는 구조를 이용하여 filter의 추가, 삭제를 용이하게 한다. 본 논문에서는, 디지털 영상 특수효과 중에서 Mosaic, Wind, Ghosting 등의 point processing filter들을 실시간으로 처리하기 위한 고속의 알고리즘을 제안한다. 제안하는 알고리즘은 픽셀의 포인터를 특정 위치로 이동시키지 않고 단순히 주소값을 하나씩 증가시키는 연산을 이용하여 실시간 특수효과를 얻을 수 있도록 한다. 또한 이와 같은 특수효과 알고리즘들을 ActiveMovie환경에서 구현함으로써 제안된 기법에 의하여 실시간 동영상 특수효과 처리가 가능함을 입증한다.

In this paper, we will introduce how we utilize 3D design model information at factory automation field with welding robot OLP system which is in using at out shipyard. At this area, so far, most of design information is used in NC data generation for steel cutting, but we can utilize 3D model information at more wide and complex area likes robot welding. Moreover, OpenGL which is a graphic library can be possible to verify robot NC data is correct or not through 3D simulation even if some one is not a expert at robot handling.

We studied about the webdirectory of Korean traditional medicine which receives footlights from medical field in the research and the world traditional medicine. Korean traditional medicine is an integral part of Korean ancient folk medicine. It includes Korean medication, hebalogy, acupuncture, massage and Qigong. Hospitals in Korea are classified as specialized in western medical system. Korean traditional medicine or both. Scientific research and clinic experiments in Korean traditional medicine are continuously progressing. Successes have been made in many of the areas such as in circulating paths of meridians in healing emergency patients with shock, acute myocardial infarction and acute renal failure. Acupuncture anesthesia and acupuncture analgesia has promoted the acupuncture therapy to many patients. Cooperated in Korean traditional medicine has been established between china and Japan, the United State and the orther underdevelopment countries.ꤠ돐邰⨀塨?⨀梸?⨀脠
