본 연구는 민간경비원의 직무스트레스가 이직의사에 미치는 영향을 규명하는데 연구의 목적이 있으며, 2005년 현재 경찰청에 등록된 서울 및 수도권 소재 민간경비업체 중, 50명 이상 근무하고 있는 업체를 모집단으로 설정하였다. 선정된 경비업체의 민간경비원을 표집대상으로 설정한 후 유층집락무선표집법(stratified cluster random sampling)과 할당표집방법(quota sampling)을 병행 사용하여 표본을 추출하였다. 조사도구는 설문지를 사용하였으며, 타당도와 신뢰도 분석을 통해 검증을 실시한 후 사용하였다. 데이터는 각 목적에 맞게 부호화하여 입력시킨 후 사회과학통계 프로그램인 SPSS 12.0 version을 이용하여 전산처리 하였다. 이와 같은 방법과 절차에 따른 자료 분석을 통하여 본 연구에서 얻은 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 민간경비원의 사회인구학적 특성에 따라 직무스트레스 및 이직의사의 차이를 검증한 결과 부분적으로 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 직무스트레스와 이직의사의 상관과계 분석 결과 직무환경과 이직의사에서 정적인 관계를 나타내었다. 셋째, 민간경비원의 직무스트레스가 이직의사에 미치는 영향을 검증한 결과 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다.

This study investigate through the Balin-banchado in the Kookjangdogameuigue how the system of banchado ceremony exchanged during the middle late the Yi dynasty and in the period of introducing Wastern civilization The Balinbanchado is carry a coffin out of the house to the royal mausoleum. The characteristic in the general strucutre share banchado with rites of introduction rites of center and rites of finishing. Balin-banchado varies according to the objects and the times of a state funeral. In comparsion with Karaebanchado there are investigate the general structure cer-emonial arms and ceremonial costumes. The special feature of two banchado varies rites of center among rites of three. in the ceremonial arms aspect the characteristic of two ban-chado differ from the objects and the times. In the ceremonial costumes the peculiarity of two banchado can be divided into the guard costumes and the ceremonial arm costumes. The most formal attire of the guard costumes. were murning dress and yang-kwan-chobok and samo-danryeong In the ceremonial arm costumes the most outstanding was hongkun-hongeui baik-kun-baikeui in two banchado.

According to current record of private security in Korea, more than 107,963 private security guards are employed by 2,051 security guard association. However, it is obvious that there is lack of any kinds of professional license. To ensure the profession of Private Security industry and at the same time to improve the quality of private guard duty, it is necessary to introduce professional license system which is specialized and developed. The kinds of license anticipated are security guards services, armored car services, alarm services, proprietary security services, special guards services, terror, security consultants services, and private investigators. To settle those license system, there should be not only exertion of academic society but also administrative support of government and research of legal office th arrange legal and official structure.

이 연구의 목적은 특수경비원들의 사건충격이 직무스트레스 및 대처능력에 미치는 영향을 규명하는데 있다. 이 연구는 2011년 4월 수도권(인천)소재 공항에서 재직하고 있는 특수경비원들을 모집단으로 설정한 후 판단표집법을 이용하여 최종분석에 이용된 사례 수는 총 239명이다. 연구에 사용된 설문지는 총 67문항으로 구성되었으며, SPSSWIN 18.0을 이용하여 빈도분석, 요인분석, 신뢰도분석, 회귀분석 등을 실시하였다. 설문지의 신뢰도는 Cronbach's ${\alpha}$값이 .779이상으로 나타났다. 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 특수경비원들의 사건충격은 직무스트레스에 영향을 미친다. 즉, 침습이 자주 반복될수록 인간관계에 대한 스트레스는 증가한다. 또한, 과각성이 자주 반복될수록 역할에 대한 스트레스는 증가한다. 둘째, 특수경비원들의 사건충격은 대처능력에 영향을 미친다. 즉, 과각성이 자주 반복될수록 문제중심적 대처능력은 감소한다. 반면, 회피성향이 지속적으로 작용할수록 문제중심적 대처능력은 증가한다. 셋째, 특수경비원들의 직무스트레스는 대처능력에 영향을 미친다. 즉, 직무특성에 대한 무력감이 작용할수록 문제중심적 대처능력은 증가한다. 반면, 역할에 대한 모호성이 높게 작용할수록 문제중심적 대처능력, 사회적지지 추구능력은 감소한다.

원자력발전소 특수경비원은 의도하지 않은 내외부의 위협으로부터 원자력발전소를 안전하게 운영 관리하는 인적방호의 역할을 담당하고 있다. 이러한 특수경비원의 체력관리는 인적방호수준의 향상 및 유지를 위한 가장 핵심적 요소 중 하나이다. 이에 본 연구는 특수 경비원의 직무분석을 통해 임무완수에 필요한 체력요인과 체력수준을 분석하였다. 그 결과 국내 원자력발전소 특수경비원은 크게 7개의 직무, 26개의 책무, 159개의 과업을 수행하고 있었으며, 임무완수를 위해서는 손, 상지, 하지, 코어의 근력 및 근지구력, 순발력, 민첩성, 심폐지구력이 필요하였다. 또한 책무수행에 필요한 체력요구 수준은 체포 및 호신술 수행하기, 비 군사적 방어 대책 수행하기, 반자동 소총으로 숙련도 입증하기, 보호장비 사용하기, 비상대책 대응과 방어전략 수행하기, 초소근무하기, 출입자 보안 검색하기, 물품수색하기, 출입 차량 통제하기, 화재대응하기, 테러대응요령 숙지하기, 보안 순찰하기, 응급처치하기, 3등급 방호구역 외부인 출입자 통제하기, 2등급 방호구역 및 핵심구역에 대한 내 외부인 출입자 통제하기, 차량 및 자재 이동 경호 기능 수행하기 순으로 높게 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과는 향후 특수경비원의 체력자격기준 및 훈련에 관한 지침마련에 필요한 기초자료를 제공하고, 나아가 원자력발전소 인적방호 강화에 기여할 것으로 기대된다.

A guard lamp system has been installed at the PV positive center, located at Gwangju in Korea. Digital environment that is represented to internet is displacing business way of industry and business achievement way with the fast speed being giving great change on life whole, improve existence business process utilizing internet and Web connection technology, information superhighway to tradition industrialist manufacture and e-transformation's propulsion that wish to maximize productivity and administration efficiency is spread vigorously. In this paper, we wish to accomplish generation equipment's heighten stability and believability through remote monitoring and control of guard lamp system. This paper describes the design of the monitoring system for the sensing data and indirect controlling of the guard lamp system. Most of the conventional monitoring systems depend on the special hardware and software. The essential design of monitoring system is to provide the convenience for the user and the portability for the system. In order for the system to fulfill its requirements, it was designed using Labview GUI facility based on the Windows 2000 environment of IBM PC compatible and Add-on card based on the TCP/IP protocol. Advantage of the monitoring system are a personnel expenses curtailment effect, of the place restriction and unmanned system of the generation plants, etc..

정치적으로 국민을 대표하고 국가의 미래를 좌우한다는 측면에서 정치인의 중요성은 더해가고 있지만 경호관련 법제의 미비, 경호에 대한 부정적 사회인식, 그리고 범죄 및 테러의 증가로 말미암아 정치인들은 안전을 보장받을 수 없는 현실에 처해있다. 정치인테러에 대한 대응은 치안유지 차원이 아닌 국가안보차원에서 처리되어야 하는 것이 마땅하고, 이를 위해 근본적인 법적근거의 마련과 정치인의 특수성을 고려한 전문적 경호기법이 정립되어야 한다. 범국가적 차원에서 정치인테러에 대한 법제의 보완과 새로운 입법을 통하여 근본적인 해결책이 마련되어야만 할 것이다. 특히 정치인 경호에 있어서는 경호대상자의 안전과 유권자의 표심확보라는 두 가지 모두를 충족해야하는 양면성을 가지고 있다. 따라서 정치인 경호를 효율적으로 수행하기 위해서는 체계적인 경호제도와 특수한 경호기법이 요구되지만 아직까지 전문적으로 연구되지는 못한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 정치인 경호제도의 개선방안을 다음과 같이 두 가지 측면에서 제시하였다. 첫째, 정치인 경호에 대한 법적 근거 마련을 제안하였다. 정치인을 테러로부터 보호하기 위해 17대 국회에서 개정 법률안 등을 발의하였으나 계류 만료폐기 된 상태이다. 여러 국회의원들이 상정한 법률안은 단순히 공경호 범위에 확대에 그쳤다. 본 연구에서는 법적근거 마련을 두 가지로 나누어 보았다. 하나는 효과적인 공경호의 파견 형태이고 다른 하나는 민간경비에 의한 정치인 경호이다. 둘째, 정치인 경호의 환경적 발전방안을 제시했다. 그 내용으로는 사회적 인식, 정치인의 심리, 유권자의 심리, 정치적 특수성을 분석하여 개선 방안을 제시하였다. 인류가 지속되는 한 정치활동은 사라지지 않을 것이다. 정치지도자는 인류의 미래를 결정짓는 역할을 수행함에 따라 그의 안전 또한 인류의 중요한 과제임에는 틀림없다. 앞으로 정치인에 대한 보다 전문적이고 실효적인 법안마련과 학자들의 심도 있는 연구가 요구된다.

현재 국가주요시설 중 하나인 원자력발전소에서 근무하고 있는 특수경비원은 원자력시설 및 핵물질에 대한 위협으로부터 이를 안전하게 보호하기 위한 인적 방호의 역할을 수행하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 특수경비원의 임무완수에 필수적인 체력관리를 위한 체력훈련 프로그램을 개발하고자 하였다. 개발된 체력훈련 프로그램은 현재 근무 중인 특수경비원이 정호원, 최지웅(2019)이 제시한 원자력발전소 특수경비원 체력검정에 대비할 수 있도록 고안되었다. 연구진은 문헌분석, 연구진 회의, 전문가 회의 및 사전테스트를 진행하였으며, 이러한 과정을 거쳐 6주, 주 3회, 회 90분의 체력훈련 프로그램을 개발하였다. 한편 개발된 체력훈련 프로그램의 효과를 검증하기 위해 29명의 피험자(통제집단 15명, 운동집단 14명)를 대상으로 실험을 실시하였다. 구체적으로 운동집단을 대상으로 6주에 걸친 체력훈련 프로그램을 수행하였으며, 실험 전·후 피험자 전원을 대상으로 특수경비원 체력검정을 실시하였다. 실험 결과 개발된 체력훈련 프로그램의 수행이 특수경비원의 체력검정종목인 20m왕복오래달리기, 철봉에매달려무릎팔꿈치닿기, 20m중량왕복달리기, 메디슨볼뒤로던지기의 능력향상에 유의미한 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 최근까지 특수한 환경 속에서 국민안전이라는 중대한 임무를 수행하고 있는 원자력발전소 특수경비원의 체력관리 및 감독 소홀에 대한 문제점들이 지적되고 있는 바, 본 연구가 제시한 체력관리 프로그램이 특수경비원들의 체력 유지·관리를 위한 실질적 대안이 되기를 기대한다.

이 연구에서는 특수경비원의 조직 내 의사소통이 직무만족과 직무몰입에 영향을 미치는데 있어서의 대인관계 능력의 매개효과를 살펴보기 위해 교육시설 공항 교통시설에서 근무하고 있는 특수경비원을 대상으로 2015년 9월 20일부터 2015년 10월 20일까지 설문조사를 실시하였다. 연구의 분석 결과는 다음과 같이 나타났다. 대인관계 능력 매개 효과 분석모형도는 포화모형도이며, 직무만족(직무몰입)에 대한 대인관계 능력의 매개 효과 분석 결과를 살펴보면, 대인관계와 의사소통의 수준이 높을수록 직무만족(직무몰입) 수준이 높게 나타났으며, 또한 대인관계에서 의사소통 수준이 높을수록 대인관계 수준도 높게 나타났다. SMC에서는 직무만족이 23.9%, 직무몰입이 11.6%, 대인관계는 19.3% 설명한다. 또한, 직무몰입에 대한 대인관계 능력의 매개 효과 분석의 결과는 의사소통이 직무만족(직무몰입)에 미치는 영향에 대인관계가 매개효과가 존재함을 확인할 수 있다. 의사소통이 대인관계에 미치는 직접효과는 통계적 유의도가 나타났다. 이 연구의 결과를 종합해 보면, 특수경비원의 조직 내 의사소통이 직무만족과 직무몰입에 영향을 미치는데 대인관계 능력의 매개 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다.
