지능형 협업 환경에서 사용자를 위한 효과적인 공간 인터랙션 제공 (Provision of Effective Spatial Interaction for Users in Advanced Collaborative Environment)

  • 다양한 센서 네트워크와 유비쿼터스 기술이 제공되는 지능형 협업 환경은 사용자를 위해 확장된 인터랙션을 제공할 수 있다. 기존의 인터랙션이 사용자와 컴퓨터 머신과의 직접적인 인터랙션이 주를 이룬 반면 새로 확장된 인터랙션은 사용자와 공간과의 인터랙션을, 실질적으로 공간을 구성하는, 관리와 제어가 가능한 구성요소와의 인터랙션을 나타낸다. 본 논문은 이러한 공간 인터랙션을 효과적으로 제공할 수 있도록 하기 위해서 공간 오브젝트를 등록, 인식하고, 특히 사용자의 의도에 맞는 태스크를 지원하기 위해 과거의 인터랙션 정보를 이용한 템플릿 기반 맵핑 알고리즘을 설계한다. 제안된 알고리즘을 이용하는 경우, 공간 오브젝트가 증가함에 따라 템플릿을 검색하여 처리하는데 드는 시스템의 비용이 어느 정도 향상되는지 실험을 통해 분석하도록 하며, 진행되는 모든 공간 인터랙션을 시각적으로 보여주기 위한 그래픽 기반의 도시 방법을 소개하고 결론을 맺는다.

  • For the spatial experience of spectators visiting a museum, the route search of trying to follow the spatial structure or production of exhibition and the information search of trying to see are accomplished at the same time. In such process, the spectator's reaction of visual perception produces the result of emotional reaction and action exchanged between human and space by going through the recognition and perception on the target of environment factor. For the spatial experience of a spectator, the reaction of visual perception which interacts according to the exhibit and exhibition environment within space according to viewing purpose, interest and concern of spectator comes out as visual activity which is an activity to understand the spatial information shown as various activities according to spatial structure and unfolding characteristics of the display. The purpose of this study is to identify The Correlation of Spectator Movement Created According to Structural Form of Exhibition Area Based on Interaction between Exhibition Area Structure and Spectator to utilize as basic material while designing museum exhibition using isovist field which is a quantitative analysis tool of spectator's visual behavior and spatial structure at each exhibition area.

  • 일반적으로 공간모집단에서의 표본설계에 대한 연구는 가정된 종속관계에 대해 설정된 모형 하에서 이루어지며, 이때 추정하고자 하는 모수들은 평균, 비율 그리고 면적 등이 될 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 연구대상이 지리적 조건이나, 모양에 의해 층화된 모집단에 대해 영역을 추정하고자 할 때, 공간적으로 관련이 있는 보조변수를 활용하여 가중치 조정방법을 제시하고, 이에 대한 효율성을 검증하고자 한다. 즉, 공간 추정량에 대한 보정추정과정을 적용하여 가중치 조정을 통한 추정량을 개선하고, 수치적 예제를 통해 제안된 추정량이 효율적임을 제시하였다.

  • Less Favored Area(LFA) is a newly shaped regional concept and just appearing as a new community design target, where the topogeographical, industry-locational condition and the daily living environment have been outstandingly inferior to any other regions. Community Design(CD) principles that cover a spatial order of settlements are introduced in this study when the CD concept is applied to the LFA. The study puts a great stress on the horizontal and vertical order of communal spatial units and living activities oriented to residents'socio-economic activities, on which a CD district and an inner spatial organization of community is based. Therefore the various relationships between residents' activities and particular places, such as that between agricultural production and land, access to living services and community-outer settlements, is analysed through the field study. The emphatic point is that the spatial unit and organization of community, namely settlement order is casted not only by the horizontal coverage but also by the vertical hierarchy forming a cubic-like spatial order. Applying the CD idea to LFA has limit because the CD has been oriented on urban architectural style and community participation process. Nevertheless, that has a new possibility to understand the fundamental and archetypical change of a spatial pattern of community uncovering the accumulated layer of settlement order especially in the drastically changed mountain community from past to now.

SPATIAL YIELD VARIABILITY AND SITE-SPECIFIC NITROGEN PRESCRIPTION FOR THE IMPROVED YIELD AND GRAIN QUALITY OF RICE

  • Rice yield and protein content have been shown to be highly variable across paddy fields. In order to characterize this spatial variability of rice within a field, the two-year experiments were conducted in 2002 and 2003 in a large-scale rice field of $6,600m^2$ In year 2004, an experiment was conducted to know if prescribed N for site-specific fertilizer management at panicle initiation stage (VRT) could reduce spatial variation in yield and protein content of rice while increasing yield compared to conventional uniform N topdressing (UN, ,33 kg N/ha at PIS) method. The trial field was subdivided into two parts and each part was subjected to UN and VRT treatment. Each part was schematically divided in $10\times10m$ grids for growth and yield measurement or VRT treatment. VRT nitrogen prescription for each grid was calculated based on the nitrogen (N) uptake (from panicle initiation to harvest) required for target rice protein content of $6.8\%$, natural soil N supply, and recovery of top-dressed N fertilizer. The required N uptake for target rice protein content was calculated from the equations to predict rice yield and protein content from plant growth parameters at panicle initiation stage (PIS) and N uptake from PIS to harvest. This model equations were developed from the data obtained from the previous two-year experiments. The plant growth parameters for this calculation were predicted non-destructively by canopy reflectance measurement. Soil N supply for each grid was obtained from the experiment of year 2003, and N recovery was assumed to be $60\%$ according to the previous reports. The prescribed VRT N ranged from 0 to 110kg N/ha with average of 57kg/ha that was higher than 33kg/ha of UN. The results showed that VRT application successfully worked not only to reduce spatial variability of rice yield and protein content but also to increase rough rice yield by 960kg/ha. The coefficient of variation (CV) for rice yield and protein content was reduced significantly to $8.1\%\;and\;7.1\%$ in VRT from $14.6\%\;and\;13.0\%$ in UN, respectively. And also the average protein content of milled rice in VRT showed very similar value of target protein content of $6.8\%$. Although N use efficiency of VRT compared to UN was not quantified due to lack of no N control treatment, the procedure used in this paper for VRT estimation was believed to be reliable and promising method for managing within-field spatial variability of yield and protein content. The method should be received further study before it could be practically used for site-specific crop management in large-scale rice field.

다중 목표물 추정을 위한 최대 우도 방법에 대한 연구 (A Study on Maximum Likelihood Method for Multi Target Estimation)

  • 공간상에서 원하는 목표물의 도래 방향 추정은 수신 안테나에 입사하는 신호의 입사 방향을 찾는 것이다. 본 논문에서는 최대 우도 추정 방법을 이용하여 원하는 목표물의 도래 방향을 추정하였다. 도래 방향 추정방법은 최대 우도 방법에서 수신 신호 한계점 이상의 신호에 특이 값 분해를 적용하여 최대 우도 추정의 첨예도를 계산하여 원하는 목표물을 추정하였다. 모의실험을 통하여 본 연구에서 제안된 방법의 성능을 기존 방법과 비교분석하였다. 목표물 도래방향 추정에서 본 연구에서 제안한 방법이 고유치 전개를 하지 않기 때문에 처리시간 단축에서 효과적이고 원하는 목표물의 방향을 정확히 추정하였다. 본 연구에서 제안한 방법이 목표물 추정에서 기존 방법보다 우수함을 나타내었다.

  • 고주파를 주로 사용하는 능동소나에서 반사신호는 물체표면의 거울면 반사와 내부의 여러 등가적인 산란자로 형성되며, 이는 물체에 공간적으로 분포된 하이라이트에 의해 특징 된다. 본 연구에서는 기존의 모의표적에 대한 반사신호 합성모델 즉, 랜덤분포 모델, 등간격분포 모델 및 MUTAHID 모델에 대하여 분석하고, 합성된 반사신호 결과특성을 여러 조건에서 비교하였다. 이러한 하이라이트 분포 모델들은 수중표적의 반사신호 합성을 필요로 하는 각종 실시스템의 모의표적 신호 합성에 유용하게 적용될 수 있으리라 생각된다.

정준상관분석을 이용한 수중표적 분석 (Underwater Target Analysis Using Canonical Correlation Analysis)

  • 일반적으로 수중표적 인식에서는 표적의 형상/재질에 따른 수신 표적신호의 공간적인 정보를 특징인자로 추출하여 식별하고자 하는 특징을 추출하였다. 또한, 표적신호의 수신 위치에 덜 민감한 특징파라미터 추출을 위해 다양한 신호처리 기법을 적용하는 연구가 수행되어 왔다. 본 논문에서는 표적신호의 수신위치에 상대적으로 민감하지 않은 정준상관분석(Canonical correlation Analysis; CCA)을 사용하여 합성된 수중물체의 특징을 분석하였다. 다중각도 환경에서 특징추출을 위해 정준산관분석기법이 적용되었으며, 각각 다른 각도에서 수중물체에 반사되어 되돌아오는 연속적인 두개의 소나신호를 대상으로 정준상관분석을 수행하여 두 신호의 상관성을 분석하였다.

Comparison of Edge Localization Performance of Moment-Based Operators Using Target Image Data

  • This paper presents a method to evaluate the performance of subpixel localization operators using target image data. Subpixel localization of edges is important to extract the precise shape of objects from images. In this study, each target image was designed to provide reference lines and edges to which the localization operators can be applied. We selected two types of moment-based operators: Gray-level Moment (GM) operator and Spatial Moment (SM) operator for comparison. The original edge localization operators with kernel size 5 are tested and their extended versions with kernel size 7 are also tested. Target images were collected with varying Camera-to-Object Distance (COD). From the target images, reference lines are estimated and edge profiles along the estimated reference lines are accumulated. Then, evaluation of the performance of edge localization operators was performed by comparing the locations calculated by each operator and by superimposing them on edge profiles. Also, enhancement of edge localization by increasing the kernel size was also quantified. The experimental result shows that the SM operator whose kernel size is 7 provides higher accuracy than other operators implemented in this study.

  • Method a target estimation in spatial are mobile wireless communication using network cell and GPS. It have much error that mobile wireless communication depend on cell size. GPS method can't find a target in shadow and inner area. In this paper, we estimate a target as direction of arrival method using adaptive array antenna system. Adaptive array antenna system can obtain desired signal to remove other signal This paper studied digital beamforming method in order to estimation a target. Proposed method is modified optimum weight and antenna error correction to estimation an optimal receive signal. Digital beamforming method decided a signal phase and amplitude from received signal on array antenna element. But if it is not to do error correction of received signal, system performance have decreased. Firstly, we proposed modified optimum weight in order to finding desired target. Secondly, we are error correction of antenna incident signals by optimal weight before digital beamforming method. Thirdly, throughly simulation, we showed that system performance of proposed method compare proposal method with general method. It have improved resolution of estimation target to good performance more proposed method than general method.
