초공간을 고려한 SA 508강의 재질열화 시계열 신호의 카오스성 평가 (Chaotic evaluation of material degradation time series signals of SA 508 Steel considering the hyperspace)

  • This study proposes the analysis method of time series ultrasonic signal using the chaotic feature extraction for degradation extent evaluation. Features extracted from time series data using the chaotic time series signal analyze quantitatively degradation extent. For this purpose, analysis objective in this study is fractal dimension, lyapunov exponent, strange attractor on hyperspace. The lyapunov exponent is a measure of the rate at which nearby trajectories in phase space diverge. Chaotic trajectories have at least one positive lyapunov exponent. The fractal dimension appears as a metric space such as the phase space trajectory of a dynamical system. In experiment, fractal correlation) dimensions, lyapunov exponents, energy variation showed values of 2.217∼2.411, 0.097∼ 0.146, 1.601∼1.476 voltage according to degardation extent. The proposed chaotic feature extraction in this study can enhances precision ate of degradation extent evaluation from degradation extent results of the degraded materials (SA508 CL.3)

기관구역 시뮬레이터 개발을 위한 기초연구 (A Survey for the Development of Machinery Space Simulator)

  • This paper describes the development of a pc-based machinery space simulator for training and research, relevant to STCW-95. The detailed mathematical modelling process for the actual machinery is discussed and a method to perform effective education and training for the simulator is suggested. The method includes scenario, procedure, exercise and evaluation. The procedure guides the trainee through a sequence of steps designed to meet a specific goal, showing the trainee what must be done and explaining why The exercise enhances understanding for efficient engine management and enable user to perform research for the machinery. The evaluation shows exercise results and feeds back to instructor how to guide the under-performed trainee.

가로공간에 있어서 아이덴티티 요소와 평가에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Evaluation and Identity Elements in the Street Spaces)

  • The purpose of this study is to propose the design elements useful to give place identity to street space. The theory for place identity is studied and the components-Physical element, Sense, Program, Activity, Context-for identity of place is created. In the case study of SamcheongdongGil, the qualitative research method of Free Picturing Technique and Cognitive Mapping is executed and the samples gathered from the research are analyzed. In the process of analysis, the contents of qualitative evaluation by users is put in order as components for identity of place. Moreover, the design elements for street space are extracted from the case study and theories of urban design. The design elements are summarized as the followings: street pattern with high permeability, various streetscapes, greenscapes, semi public(private) spaces, the third places, public arts, transparent facades, and outdoor activities. Finally, the fruits and boundary of this study are described and the importance of place identity is.

  • There are many research Papers and experiments indicating that the geomagnetic field affects the people and living organism. People grow up and build up most of their character through living in dwelling space and have relax and refresh at home. Creating healthy dwelling space is being considered very important in architectural planning and design for providing comfortable living environment and improving quality of life. Therefore. it is necessary to investigate the geomagnetic field and people's response in living space. In this study the vertical component(Z value) of geomagnetic field in detached houses was measured, evaluated by related evaluation criteria, compared with interview survey.

  • This research is to understand the residents' responses and evaluation about their apartment interior environment and thereby to be used as the basix data for designing residential space environment of new apartment complex in Sanggae area. The specific obectives of research were 1) to examine the residents' vale and life style concerning several specific rooms, 2) to find out residents' evaluation on physical characteristics, and 3) to understand residents' preference and demand for characteristics of interior space. Research method used was personal interview using a structured questionnaire. Residents living in 13, 15, 18, 22, 25 pyung in three selected large apartment complex areas provided dada : 777 questionnalires were used for analysis. Data were analyzed using the SPSS computer package. The statistics used were frequency, percentage, mean, F-test, χ\sup 2\-test, Duncan's multiple range test, Pearson's correlation coefficient.

  • The main concept of this thesis is to research about how to express the interface element of the virtual museum on tile cyber space and how to evaluate its organization. In addition, the basis of this thesis is to help people build their efficient spaces on the current virtual museum. My understanding about the interface element and its structural evaluation is grounded on Usability evaluation and Syntax thesis. For the survey, I utilize two different methods. One is regular questionnaire; the other is heuristic evaluation which is derived from empirical study and practical experience. The survey is mainly composed of contents, design, usability and overall impression. The main concept of this research is to establish the initial foundation of the virtual museum on cyber space by suggesting an objective evolutional norm including esthetic orientation.

바이오필리아 이론에 기초한 빛 환경 평가 연구 (A Study on Lighting Environmental Evaluation Based on Biophilia)

  • The purpose of study developing Development evaluation methods of light environment for indoor of middle school based on 'Biophilia'. This study is mainly based on literary review and survey research. To construct structural questionnaire based on 'Light and Space' of Biophilic Design for well being lighting environmental evaluation. We construct structural questionnaire that have 10 evaluation factors and 60 detail evaluation items to evaluate lighting environment for indoor of middle school based on biophilia theory. To survey students' subjective evaluation, the participant of study has been selected with the total number of 232 middle school students. The data were analyzed using Multiple Regression Analysis by IBM SPSS statistics 21. The result of pearson correlation analysis between satisfaction of indoor light environment and school life satisfaction, satisfaction of the whole indoor light environment was found showing positive relationship with school life satisfaction. The results of light environmental evaluation were factor 3,6,8,9 was lower than others. This study was designed to suggesting an evaluation method of light environment of the school. Biophilia theory said when 10 evaluation factor are in harmony, light environment can be well-being. So, factor 3,6,8,9 that are important elements to increase the satisfaction of lighting environment are consider carefully for the plan of indoor lighting environment.

아파트단지 옥외휴게공간의 이용행태와 만족도 (Residents' Behavior and Satisfaction for Outdoor Rest Space in Apartment Complex)

  • This study aims to analyze the actual state, the satisfaction index, and the satisfaction factor of the residents in the apartment adopting thematic outdoor rest space design. This study also proposes the basic data for the standard of resident-centered rest space design, not designer-centered or fashion-followed design. The results are as follows : First, most residents use near by rest space, and more use occur during the evenings; 17 hr. ∼ 21 hr. Most of residents use the rest space with their children, partner, or family. Residents usually take walks and take a rests in the rest space. Most residents use the rest space quietly. Of the rest facilities in the outdoor rest space, benches are most used, walks and pergolas are more frequently used. But waterscape facilities are not particularly used. The satisfaction index of the outdoor rest space is generally low. However, the satisfaction index of the rest space and facilities type shows that the evaluation of rest facilities(e.g. benches) is high. The satisfaction index of the decoration shows that the evaluation for the color and design of facilities is high. In the satisfaction index of the physical environment, the item about the size of rest space is highly appreciated. In the mental satisfaction index of the rest space, the item about whole atmosphere is highly appreciated. Of the factors affecting the general satisfaction index with outdoor rest space, the factor of physical environment is the most important independent-variable. Physical environment and facilities are more important influential factors than the atmosphere of outdoor rest space. In the future, the practical study searching for the preferences of the residents and the activation of use should be preceded.

농촌마을정체성 확립을 위한 어메니티 평가목표체계 구축 (Rural Amenity Evaluation Items for Sustaining Village's Identity)

  • Recent years have been widely discussed rural amenity as well as ecological restoration, green tourism, friendly nature, environmental preservation and so on as a way of addressing the various issues in sustainable rural development. This paper explores what the evaluation items on rural amenity is to sustain the identity of rural villages. After a review of the related preceding researches we suggested two alternatives of the amenity evaluation items in rural village's level. The one is the amenity evaluation items which consists of 3 factors and 17 items on basis of three functional space such as a living place, a working place, and a protected and enjoying place in rural villages. The other's amenity evaluation items has 6 factors and 14 items from a viewpoint of the functional integrated space in rural villages.
