In this study, we propose a mobile virtual reality tourism experience using an easy and simple Google card board and user's smartphone because most tourist sites are outdoors and most of users like enjoying sightseeing and experience at the same time. For this purpose, we constructed a system that provides tourist information in real time employing both the IoT and VR techniques. Especially we develpoed a tourism contents for the UNESCO World Heritage Communities of Baekje Historical Site and Songsanri Tumulus. In addition, we virtually restored the royal palace in Gongju and confirmed the historical experience by VR flatform could be popular with people.

The objective of this study is to propose the principle and method of the spatial system modification for the compatibility of habitability and tourism convenience in cultural property villages. Based on the field survey on tourists' routes, activities and their durations in Oeam-maeul, the problems of conflict, between habitability/residents and tourism/tourists, and their causes are analyzed. And the modification principle and method of spatial system is proposed as follows; The basic principle of the spatial system modification is to respect the traditional hierarchy in village roads, between the main road and sub-roads, and the territoriality of settlement space that is typically differentiated as the social, individual, and ceremonial domains, from the front to rear part of settlement. With this principle, it is recommended to restrict the tour route to one that is composed of the main road and the periphery road of housing area, and some connecting sub-roads. based on the surveyed tourists's routes. And it is suggested that the tourist facilities, whether they are existing houses or newly built buildings, and the tourist programs are necessary for experience tourism to cultural property villages, and they are proposed to be placed along the restricted tour route.

Previous researches on tourism have been focused on tourist facilities, the development of tourist attractions, economic effects, cultural policies, etc. However, the present study makes a cultural approach to historical cities to explore the meaning of places formed through history and the historicity of places, assuming that the temporal and spatial characteristics of Hanseong-bu can be developed into tourism resources. User movement is an important factor in determining the amount of the acquired knowledge and information about space contexts. A reasonable circulation plan affects the spatial usage, space revitalization, and activity satisfaction, and is ultimately a means to increase spatial usefulness. On the other hand, a disorderly circulation system causes negative experiences due to difficulties in wayfinding. This research identified the importance of a pedestrian circulation system analyzing the correlation between the spatial configuration index and pedestrian movement, and visitors' movement in the leisure space by using Space Syntax. The research area, Ouam-ri, where numerous guests visit this designated folk village, is a typical case in which a settlement space is used as a leisure space. There was a great deal of risk that visitors would get lost while wandering through the space. Also, it is difficult to induce visitors to tour economically even though the pedestrian circulation configuration of Ouam-ri forms the natural moving line because of its typical tree structure. Additionally adjusting and to supplementing the pedestrian system is required in order for the traditional village, a settlement space, to be used as a leisure space.

This study explored choice attributes in specially coffee shops and examined the relations between choice attributes and positive emotions customers felt in specially coffee shops. The study also attempted to find differences in choice attributes and positive emotions according to general characteristics of customers and coffee-drinking behavior. Measured items were derived from preliminary interviews and a literature review. Questionnaires were distributed to customers in Seoul who had visited a specially coffee shop in the last 3 months. The derived factors of choice attributes were 'taste of coffee and atmosphere', 'brand', 'price benefit', 'pleasant space', and 'coffee itself. Among those, the two factors 'taste of coffee and atmosphere', and 'brand' had a statistically significant influence on positive emotions of customers. This implies that specially coffee shop customers have primarily emotional rather than utilitarian motivations. Therefore, to better satisfy customers' desires, more effort is needed to improve the physical environment in coffee shops. Female and younger customers showed higher perception of price benefits than others did. The perception of price benefits and pleasant space mainly varied by the location of coffee-drinking and frequency of visiting specially coffee shops. Further differences in positive emotion according to general characteristics and behaviors of having coffee also discussed.
Environmental-friendly agriculture(EFA) has been mainly developed at many areas which have factors of natural, social cultural and economic characteristics. These rural areas can be developed into environmental-friendly space to preserve ecosystem, natural and cultural scenery, and environmental resources. The plan for developing a regional agriculture has to get central operating bodies, producers' organizations, a homogeneous district for farming, and so on. This case study is focused on development directions and situations of the EFA of Kosam area in Anseong. Kosam cooperatives is a central managing body to produce and sell rice by duck-farming method, and to develop rural area. This cooperatives is one of the leading those that have developed the regional agriculture in Korea. Kosam area is at a disadvantage of natural-geographical conditions and farming size. Kosam cooperatives has been trying to overcome these agricultural weaknesses by introducing duck-farming method. They have got many excellent results through developing EFA as a regional agriculture. Kosam area will be a good place for green tourism if they can actualize the combination model of three demand factors (natural and agricultural scenic view, natural-friendly recreation and safe food) for green tourism in the near future.
