At a passenger terminal which is a core facility of a large-scale airport, users are not easy to recognize its space and to approach each facility by composition of large-scale space not recognized at a glance and arrangement of complicated functional space. Such a passenger terminal should be designed by putting a focus on functionality, safety and convenience since diverse passengers use it. At a passenger terminal, a lot of passengers' circulation followed by diverse purpose appear. Therefore, it needs a lot of functional space and space to satisfy passengers' demands. When circulation is planed, it should be designed by a systematic standard. The study was carried out on the basis of international airports, considering features and functions of airport circulation system. In kind of circulation in passenger terminal of an airport, there are user's circulation (passenger's circulation, employee's circulation and service circulation) and baggage circulation. The study examined passenger's circulation which was a major circulation of passenger terminal out of user's circulation. The study examined elements which had an effect on circulation system at a large-scale airport passenger terminal and basic data for an efficient circulation system standard of passenger terminal through case analysis of passenger terminal circulation systems at international airports.

The challenge to be faced in public transportation today is to satisfy human needs with the least delay, with the smallest number of accidents, and with the most economic use of energy, space, materials, man-power and money. One possible solution may lie in city train system, including AGT system. Specially, Passenger space in AGT is important to balance the budget of layout with passenger's satisfaction. This study focuses on lay-out and space, comfort which should be considered from the conceptual design stage of the interior layout work. Traditionally, the interior layout of the passenger room has emphasized ridequality and style. However, as the train becomes more prevalent and versatile, the focus also tends to shift toward layout and space to have comfortable circumstances. After all, the purpose of this research focused on arrangement a rational interior layout of the train through ergonomics research. Finally, the key was ensuring the comfortable environment based on cultural background of the passenger.

승용차의 차체 비례는 시간의 경과와 시장에서의 승용차 특성 변화에 따라 변화되어 왔다. 일반적으로 세단형 승용차에서 캐빈의 비례는 승객을 위한 공간이라는 의미에서 더욱 중요성을 가진다. 그러나 이러한 캐빈의 비례도 각각의 모델의 컨셉트에 따라 변화되어 왔다. 국내 승용차의 캐빈 비례는 초기모델에서 통일된 전략이나 방향성을 보이지 않으나, 후기 모델에 가서는 특정한 비례로의 통일성을 보이고 있다. 이들 비례는 3박스 구조로 나뉘어 있는 차체의 소형과 준중형의 세단형 승용차에서는 축간 거리와 그린하우스의 비례가 각각 58%와 57%이며, 중형 승용차에서는 두 비례 모두 56% 정도로 계산되는데, 이것은 실내 공간 비례가 중형승용차보다 소형과 준중형이 더 높은 것을 알 수 있다. 소형 승용차와 세단형 승용차의 실내공간 비례는 향후에도 증가하여 60%의 비율에 근접할 것으로 예측되며, 이 경향은 중형 세단형 승용차에서도 나타날 것으로 보인다.

현대화펀드를 통한 여객선 건조 지원을 통해 거주구 실내공간 디자인 수준은 향상되었지만, 여전히 선원이 활동하는 작업공간은 크게 개선되지 않는 상태이다. 본 연구는 여객선 선원 작업공간 중 조타실과 기관실의 색채환경을 조사한다. 선박 작업공간 환경의 실내디자인 특수성을 제시하고 이에 맞는 색채환경, 제안하는 색값을 통해 선원의 정신건강 증진과 안전한 근무환경을 조성하는 것에 있다.

Habitability is one of the most important points when a passenger ship is cruising. In particular, anti-vibration design should be considered preferentially to offer passenger a comfort cabin and leisure space. But, a passenger ship is different from a general commercial ship in the view point of the structural arrangement. It is restricted within narrow limits to reinforce wide panels and local structures of a passenger ship because of its interior design. Moreover, the allowable vibratory limits for a passenger ship are much lower than those of a commercial ship. In this study are introduced the procedure of the vibration analysis, the structural improvement method for prevention of vibration and the results of vibration measurement during exciter test and sea trials.

As social and cultural value has been changed, customers are demanding equipment innovation of passenger quarters to improve the satisfaction of their needs and the level of transfortation culture. To promote the convenience of passenger and abstract the facilities factor of passenger quarters design, this article analyzed and compared with the facilities factor of passenger quarters which have been operated in domestic and foreign country. While domestic passenger quarters is composed of seat, toilet and washroom, foreign passengers quarters consist of various factor such as familly room, infant room, business room, conversation room, and multipurpose room. Especially, foreign passenger quarters have provided passenger with diversity of attachment space, securing movement line for weak person, and arranging infant/child's space.

본 연구는 서울 수도권의 지하철 교통망에서 승객들의 흐름을 찾아 시각화 방법을 제안하고 주요 업무지역의 출퇴근 승객 흐름을 분석한다. 지하철 승객 흐름은 대용량 시공간 데이터로서 일반적인 통계적 분석으로는 그 흐름의 본질을 분석하기가 매우 어렵다. 그러나 승객의 흐름을 시공간상에 역동적으로 시각화하여 보여주면 직관적인 분석이 가능할 뿐만 아니라 통행흐름의 특성을 보다 효과적으로 파악할 수 있다. 지하철 승객들의 대용량 교통카드 트랜잭션 데이터베이스로부터 제안된 방법으로 승객 흐름을 찾아 지하철 교통망의 각 링크의 흐름을 다양한 방법으로 시각화하여 주요 업무지역에서의 통행 행태를 직관적으로 분석하였다. 그 결과로 서울의 중심업무지역들과 지하철 노선과의 연관성이 매우 높고, 세 주요 중심업무지역들의 하루 지하철 승객흐름 양상에 뚜렷한 차이가 있음을 확인할 수 있었다.

The Public Address and Passenger Information System of Rolling Stock should be able to perform automatic announcements in connection with TCMS(Train Control and Monitoring System), common announcements and emergency announcements for safe operation and the passengers. CCTV(Closed Circuit Television) System also should be able to watch passenger compartment for safety. Those equipments are very important thing for train service and safety. but the installation of equipment is restricted by space, weight, modulation. therefore, Passenger Information Intergrated System(PIIS) is required to consider economical efficiency, technical trend, expansion and space insufficiency. and system based on IP network has to be considered as new PIIS. so PIIS could meet economical efficiency and expansion. and it could go further and share network with TCMS and others.

year in Europe and Asia. Therefore the introduction of new ships continues at a great rate. There is a definite trend toward either large ships or smaller, more luxurious vessels in cruise industry. The day to design and build the large cruise vessel is coming to Korean shipyards, sooner or later. The most important thing to design large cruise vessel is to have a correct comprehension about the feature of cruise vessel, especially of the passenger accommodation area in cruise vessel. This paper is on the spatial features of the passenger accommodation area in cruise vessel. General arrangement drawings, deck plans and technical data of the newest large cruise ships are analysed to understand the spatial features and induce the direction of space planning of passenger accommodation area for the large cruise ship of tomorrow.

본 연구는 동적 시각화 방법을 토대로 서울 대도시권 지하철 통행흐름의 요일 간 변동성을 분석한다. 이를 위하여 본 연구에서는 수도권의 1주일치 교통카드 자료에서 요일별로 1분 간격으로 지하철 승객흐름을 추출한다. 지하철망상의 통행흐름의 시공간적 분포를 나타낼 수 있도록 동적 시각화 방법을 고안하여 지하철 승객의 시공간적 분포에 나타나는 요일 간 변동성을 직관적으로 분석한다. 그 결과로 주중과 주말 지하철 승객흐름의 시공간적 분포 패턴은 확연한 차이를 보인다. 주중과 주말에도 요일에 따라 다소 다른 양상을 보인다. 서울의 주요 중심업무지역들과 유흥지역들의 승객흐름에도 요일별 승객흐름 양상에 뚜렷한 차이가 있음을 확인할 수 있다. 이러한 분석결과는 도시계획과 교통계획의 토대가 될 뿐 만 아니라 도시 재해 재난이 발생할 경우 피해에 노출되는 인구규모를 파악하고 신속한 대피대책마련에 유용한 정보를 제공할 수 있다.
