In this paper, we proposed a dictionary extension and a ternary decomposition technique to improve the effectiveness of Khmer word segmentation. Most word segmentation approaches depend on a dictionary. However, the dictionary being used is not fully reliable and cannot cover all the words of the Khmer language. This causes an issue of unknown words or out-of-vocabulary words. Our approach is to extend the original dictionary to be more reliable with new words. In addition, we use ternary decomposition for the segmentation process. In this research, we also introduced the invisible space of the Khmer Unicode (char\u200B) in order to segment our training corpus. With our segmentation algorithm, based on ternary decomposition and invisible space, we can extract new words from our training text and then input the new words into the dictionary. We used an extended wordlist and a segmentation algorithm regardless of the invisible space to test an unannotated text. Our results remarkably outperformed other approaches. We have achieved 88.8%, 91.8% and 90.6% rates of precision, recall and F-measurement.

세계 각국의 위성임무를 수행하는 기관들은 지구상의 지리적인 제약에 구애받지 않고 자신들의 위성과 언제든지 데이터를 송 수신할 수 있는 기능을 확보하고자 많은 노력을 기울였다. 이런 시대적인 희망사항은 위성과 지상과의 프로토콜 국제 표준을 권고하는 CCSDS(Consultative Committee for Space Data System)에서 Space Link Extension 통신프로토콜 표준을 제정함으로써 Cross Support라는 개념으로 글로벌한 협력환경을 구축할 수 있게 되었다. 이렇게 구축된 Cross Support 환경은 교신할 수 없는 자신들의 위성에 교신을 필요로 할 때 그 위치의 위성과 교신할 수 있는 리소스를 가진 기관이 대신 미션에 대한 송 수신을 하고 지상망을 통하여 데이터를 전달하는 글로벌한 시스템을 이루고 있다. 현재 NASA를 비롯한 유럽의 ESA에서 이미 SLE 서비스가 이슈화되어 개발되었고, 많은 사례가 보고되고 있다. 해외 개발 사례로 현재 NASA와 ESA를 비롯한 해외 우주기관들이 개발한 SLE-SM(Service Management)를 들 수 있다. 이에 항우연에서도 위성운용에 유용하게 사용될 것으로 판단하여, 본 연구에서는 CCSDS에서 제공하는 SLE 서비스에 대한 개념과 해외 구축사례를 기술하였다.

Observing that every Tychonoff space X has a weakly Lindel$\ddot{o}$f extension ${\kappa}X$ and the minimal basically diconneted cover ${\Lambda}{\kappa}X$ of ${\kappa}X$ is weakly Lindel$\ddot{o}$f, we first show that ${\Lambda}_{{\kappa}X}:{\Lambda}{\kappa}X{\rightarrow}{\kappa}X$ is a $z^{\sharp}$-irreducible map and that ${\Lambda}{\beta}X={\beta}{\Lambda}{\kappa}X$. And we show that ${\kappa}{\Lambda}X={\Lambda}{\kappa}X$ if and only if ${\Lambda}^{\kappa}_X:{\kappa}{\Lambda}X{\rightarrow}{\kappa}X$ is an onto map and ${\beta}{\Lambda}X={\Lambda}{\beta}X$.

We prove a central limit theorem for the negatively associated random variables in a Hilbert space and extend this result to the linear process generated by negatively associated random variables in a Hilbert space. Our result implies an extension of the central limit theorem for the linear process in a real space under negative association to a simplest case of infinite dimensional Hilbert space.

Remodeling of apartment houses has been increasing recently and residents have chosen to extend the balcony along with the legalization of balcony extension in apartment houses. Balcony extension provides residents more space, however, it has been investigated that balcony extension increases construction cost, heating and cooling cost and decreases sound insulation performance. Therefore, this study focuses on developing a decision making index for residents in remodeling required apartment houses. The suggested methodology involves surveying actual residents, survey analysis by AHP and decision model development using logistic regression analysis.

The purpose of this study is to identify ways of remodeling from the traditional hanok to the modern local governmental facility in 1910s. Analysing architectural drawings in the National Archives of Korea, 58 hanok remodeling cases of 52 facilities were verified like the provincial office, county office, county court from 1907 to 1910s. Using hanok as the local governmental building, exterior walls were all changed to the scaled-wooden wall like one of western-wooden building in 1910s and the western-style entrance was set. Change of the plan caused by remodeling interior walls had an intention of the centralized closed plan. Remodeled semi-outer corridor using the space of the eave became changed to the inner corridor with expansion of space. Expansion of hanok for spatial demand was in three ways. First was the expansion towards the eave space, second was direct extension from hanok, and last was the use of external corridor to the new building. Using the eave space was simple but had limitation of space, it was planed with other expansion ways. The way of direct extension was usually used than the one with the corridor, because it was more economical way.

본 연구는 고객들이 가장 선호적인 커피 브랜드인 스타벅스를 대상으로 효율적 사무공간 서비스를 통하여 브랜드 확장을 위한 새로운 비즈니스 모델을 제안하는 것에 목적이 있다. 직장인의 업무 중 원거리로 출장이 잦으면 일반적인 호텔에서 지내는 것보다 업무를 보기 편리한 사무 최적화한 공간이 더욱 효율적이다. 회의실, 프레젠테이션 공간, 사무용품 등을 누구나 쉽게 사용할 수 있고, 자신이 원하는 장소에서 개인적인 업무를 처리할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 취침 공간을 마련하여 원하는 만큼 머무를 수 있는 스타벅스 커피 브랜드 확장으로서 새로운 개념의 '커피스텔(coffeestel)'을 제안한다. 본 연구를 통해 공유 서비스, 공유 공간 등 효율적인 사무 공간 활용 방법을 전달하고자 하며, 하나의 브랜드가 패션 브랜드 외에 다양한 브랜드로 확장할 수 있기를 기대한다.

최근 이슈가 되고 있는 '빅 데이터'의 사회적 잠재성을 정부의 대국민 서비스와 연계지어, 정부의 행정서비스 혁신에 빅데이터의 사상이 기여할 수 있는 구체적 방안을 모색하였다. 특히 주민 생활공간과 정부 업무공간의 이원화가 초래한 정부 행정서비스의 본원적 한계를 행정 프로세스의 외부 확장을 통해 극복할 수 있는 방안을 제시하였다. 또한 이로부터 제기될 수밖에 없는 선결과제, 즉 주민 공간의 각종 사물데이터를 어떻게 행정 데이터 영역에 편입할 것인가에 대한 논의를 포함하였다. 이로써 행정서비스 영역에 대한 빅데이터 기반 조성이 신고와 신청에 의존하던 수동적 행정서비스를 선제적으로 바꿔내는데 어떤 역할을 할 수 있는지에 대한 시사점을 제시하였다.

The purpose of this paper is to establish the common fixed point theorem in the intuitionistic fuzzy metric space in which it is a little revised in Park [11]. Our research are an extension of Jungck's common fixed point theorem [8] in the intuitionistic fuzzy metric space.

The object of this paper is to introduce the notion of compatible mapping of type(${\alpha}$) in intuitionistic fuzzy metric space, and to establish common fixed point theorem for five mappings in intuitionistic fuzzy metric space. Our research are an extension for the results of [1] and [7].
