이종의 통계정보를 이용한 품사 부착 기법 (Part-Of-Speech Tagging using multiple sources of statistical data)

  • 통계적 방식의 품사부착 문제는 보통 N-그램과 같을 단일 통계정보를 활용하지만 단순한 통계 정보라는 원천적인 한계가 있어 많은 오류가 발생한다. 따라서 다양한 정보를 활용하는 것이 정확도를 높일 가능성이 있다는 데는 이론의 여지가 없다. 그러나 다른 종류의 통계 자료는 배타적 자료가 아닌 한 상충되는 정보를 가질 수밖에 없으므로 이러한 정보들로부터 어떻게 종합적인 결론을 내는가가 문제이다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 상이한 통계정보를 통합하는 방법으로 언어 모델의 구성에서 활용된 바 있는 최대엔트로피 모델의 한국어 품사 부착에의 사용 가능성을 제시한다. 여기서는 이종의 통계정보로서 N그램과, 트리거 쌍을 사용하게 된다. 이러한 트리거 쌍 통계정보를 N그램과 함께 최대엔트로피 모델링을 했을 경우 퍼플렉시티가 어떻게 변화하는지에 대한 실험결과를 관찰하게 될 것이다. 트리거 쌍은 또한 다양하게 문맥사이즈를 변화할 수 있으며, N그램의 확률 모델도 다양하기 때문에 여러 종류의 실험을 통한 많은 향상을 예상 할 수 있다. 본 실험에서는 단일 모델 사용시 94.9 %의 정확도를 가진 3-그램 모델에 트리거 쌍을 최대 엔트로피 방식으로 추가한 견우 95.6% 의 정확도를 보여 0.7% 포인트의 정확도 향상을 기록하였다. 따라서 향후 다양한 정보원을 개발하여 최대엔트로피 방식으로 통합할 경우 지속적인 정확도 향상을 가져 올 수 있는 가능성을 보여준다고 할 수 있다.

어머니의 자녀 감독지식과 근원에 관한 연구 (Variables Associated with Maternal Monitoring of Child's Whereabouts and Daily Activities)

  • This study of variables associated with maternal monitoring of child's whereabouts and daily activities was conducted with 1500 children (8 and 13 years of age) and their mothers. They responded to questionnaires on monitoring knowledge, sources of maternal information (maternal solicitation and/or child disclosure), and demographic variables. Data were analyzed by Pearson's r, ANOVA, and regression analysis. Mothers' knowledge of her child's activities and whereabouts and the sources of her knowledge were associated with mothers' higher level of education. Child's age was related to mother's knowledge and maternal solicitation. Maternal solicitation and child's age were highly predictive of mothers' knowledge of her child's whereabouts and activities. Results of this study may have applications for parental supervision and child rearing attitudes.

서울시 초등양호교사의 구강보건 인식도에 관한 조사연구 (A Study on the Oral Health Knowledge and Attitude of Elementary School Nursing Teachers in Seoul)

  • Nursing teachers at elementary schools in Seoul were surveyed to determine their sources of information about oral health and their knowledge and attitudes about dental diseases and disease prevention. Questionaires were completed by 305 school nursing teachers. The questionaire included 8 items: demographic characteristics of the study population, sources of oral health information, reasons for maintaining good oral hygiene, ranking of methods of caries prevention in children, knowledge about fluorides, percieved effectiveness of fluorides for children, knowledge about periodontal disease, and the role of school nursing teachers in promoting oral health. Major findings are as follows: 1. The most frequently cited sources of information about dental health were continuing education courses(69.8%). 2. Most respondents had old concepts about the reasons for maintaining good oral hygiene. 3. Elementary school nursing teachers' knowledge about fluorides and preventive methods of caries and periodontal disease was found to be incomplete and sometimes inaccurate. 4. Respondents were likely to agree to accept roles that promote oral health except the supervising of fluoride mouthrinsing. Thus, it was considered that cooperation of all school members is necessary for improving oral health status by following fluoride mouthrinsing

웹 기반 중국인물정보원의 현황 조사와 분석 연구 (A Status Investigation and Analysis of the Chinese Web-Based Biographical Information Sources)

  • 본 연구는 웹 기반 중국인물정보원의 현황조사와 분석을 목적으로 중국과 대만 및 일본과 미국의 웹기반 중국인물정보원의 현황을 조사하고, 중국의 CNKI(China National Knowledge Infrastructure) 정보원데이터베이스 중 주제사전 영역의 하나인 '성씨(姓氏)'와 인물전기(人物傳記) 영역과 미국의 CBDB(China Biographical Database Project)의 '중국역대인물전기데이타베이스(중국역대인물전기자료고(中國歷代人物傳記資料庫))'를 비교 분석하였다. 나아가 웹 기반 중국인물정보원의 현황조사와 분석 결과에 따른 문제점을 살피고 효율적인 관리와 활용을 위하여 중국과 한국의 바람직한 방향을 제안하였다.

주부의 영양지식과 식습관에 관한 연구-서울을 중심으로- (Nutrition knowledge and food habits of housewives)

  • The completely answered questionnaires were analyzed for the nutrition knowledge, food habits, value orientation, and the sources of nutrition information of housewives of 20's to 40's. The subjects had a high level of perceived knowledge, that is the knowledge that each subject believed she hadm but the accuracy of the knowledge was only 51.6%. The mean nutrition knowledge score was 6.63 out of possible 15 points, and food habit score was 5.31 out of 10 points. Most of the subjects belonged to "Good" to "Fair" food habit group, which is considered to be relatively good. With increasing age and decreasing level of education, the percent of perceived knowledge and accuracy, and nutricion knowledge score were getting lower. However, the food habit score was getting higher with increasing age. This suggests that food habit was dependent more upon the length of married life than the nutrition knowledge in housewives. The corelation between nutrition knowledge score and food habit score was low. The economic area was the most concerned area of the subjects, followed by health and social. The scores of utrition knowledge and food abits of the subjects who ranked the health the highest were not different from those of economic and social. TV, radio, newspapers, and magazines were the most important sources of nutrition information.

A Comparative Study on Tenant Firms in Beijing Tsinghua University Science Park and Shenzhen Research Institute of Tsinghua University

  • This paper aims to explore the institutional difference between Tsinghua University Science Park (TusPark) in Beijing, and business incubator of Research Institute of Tsinghua University in Shenzhen (RITS), and to examine how the difference leads to different new product performance for tenants. In doing so, we use survey methodology to investigate the innovation sources, university linkages, and innovation outputs of tenants in TusPark and RITS. We found that tenants in RITS reply more on "market-driven" knowledge sources for innovation: including knowledge from customers, suppliers, and competitors. The empirical findings suggest that the technology support provided by RITS and the high dependency on "market-driven" knowledge sources jointly contribute to the better new product performance for tenants in RITS.

어머니의 감독(monitoring) 및 감독방법이 청소년의 외현화.내면화 행동에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Maternal Monitoring and Information Sources of Maternal Knowledge on Externalizing and Internalizing Behaviors of Adolescents)

  • The effects of material monitoring and information sources of maternal knowledge on externalizing and internalizing behaviors of adolescents were examined with a sample of 323 ninth-grade middle school students(163 boys and 160 girls) and their mothers. Data were collected using questionnaires regarding maternal monitoring, information sources of maternal knowledge, and externalizing and internalizing behaviors of adolescents. The major findings were that 1) unemployed mothers showed more monitoring than employed mothers; 2) mothers perceived that girls showed more self-disclosure and were more controlled by them than boys; 3) girls showed more internalizing behavior than boys; 4) the more adolescents were monitored by their mothers, the less internalizing behavior they showed; 5) the more maternal solicitation was used, the more externalizing behavior girls showed; 6) adolescents showed the least externalizing behavior when maternal monitoring was highly perceived by both mothers and adolescents. And perception of maternal monitoring by adolescents themselves plays an important role in showing less externalizing behavior.

대중매체가 영양지식과 식행동에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Media on Nutritional Knowledge and Dietary Behavior)

  • This study was designed to investigate the main sources of food and nutrition, utilization, reliance, nutritional knowledge and dietary behavior. The results are as follows. 1. The main sources of food and nutritional information are television and radio, newspaper and popular magazines in that order. 2. The first topic is a guiding principle in the dietary life of adult disease prevention. 3. The percentage of the perceived nutritional knowledge of respondents using the newspaper and popular magazines is higher than for the respondents using the television and radio, but the accuracy of the nutritional knowledge was not significant. Per the results, the nutritional education of people through the mass media is very reasonable, Therefore, it is necessary to develop a nutritional education program and implement the program using the most practical mlethod to deliver the information.

논문정보를 활용한 첨단 금속재료기술 혁신원천의 동태적 특성 분석 (A Journal-Article-Based Study on the Dynamic Characteristics of Innovation Sources of Advanced Metals Technology)

  • The purpose of this paper is to analyze the dynamic characteristics of innovation sources such as scientific knowledges, processing technologies and user's needs in advanced metals technology. The journal articles data of four advanced materials are analyzed; amorphous metals, superplastic materials, shape memory alloys and aluminum-lithium alloy. Some regularities are found from the analysis of the four materials. The innovation proceeds through close interactions among the innovation sources. As the innovation proceeds, the relative importance of each source changes: scientific knowledge initiates the innovation and becomes the most important source in the first phase, then the processing technologies increase importance in the second phase, and then scientific knowledge, again, becomes the leading factor of innovation. Scientific knowledge and processing technology take turns leading the innovation. The impacts of users' needs to the innovation increase more and more as innovation proceeds. The results of analysis imply to the policy makers that emphasis of policy, and therefore the allocation of sources for innovation, should vary along the phases in the life cycle of advanced metals technology.

천연염색 제품의 시장세분화 및 세분시장의 매체 이용 행동과 정보탐색 행동 (Natural Dyed Products Market Segmentation and Usage of Media and Information Sources among the Segments)

  • The purposes of this study were 1) to divide consumers into segments according to their consumption attitude and subjective knowledge about natural dyed products 2) to develop a profile for each segment with respect to the media types, the preferred media programs, the information sources, the lifestyle activities and the demographics. Data(n = 213) was collected using questionnaires via the internet. By cluster analysis of the consumers' attitude and their subjective knowledge about natural dyed products, four groups were identified 1) the loyal consumption group (20.1%), 2) the conditional/reluctant consumption group(36.6%), 3) the negative/reluctant consumption group(24.2%) and 4) the non purchasers(19.1%). Several characteristics of these four groups were then compared by ANOVA and chi-square statistics. The results indicated that the consumption attitude and subjective knowledge could be the criteria for segmenting the consumers and that the segmented groups had unique consumer characteristics. Implications of this study were discussed.
