패키지SW의 서비스품질과 제품품질이 사용자만족과 구전 및 재사용의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Influence of Service Quality and Product Quality of Package Software on User Satisfaction, Word-of-Mouth Intention and Reuse Intention)

  • Recently, improving service quality for customer satisfaction is one of the most important issues and the task for the growth of company. Furthermore, plenty studies are going on progress to develop service quality in IT industry. There have been so many researches of product quality on package software but yet the service quality of package software has been rarely studied before. Thus, the purpose of this study is to formulate a scheme on how to enhance the competitivity of package software company by analyzing the impacts of these two factors on the customer satisfaction, Word-of-Mouth intention and the reuse intention. The study models have been designed and the hypotheses have been made through the examination of the precedent literature about package software product and service quality. A questionnaire survey was performed to collect information, and the unit of analysis was a person who used package software. This study used the statistical technique such as regression analysis. This study may be utilized as basic data for building marketing strategies when package software companies offer service to customers.

  • Currently, Programmable Logic Contorller(PLC) uses Real Time Operation System(RTOS) as basic OS. RTOS executes defined results as to defined time. General features of RTOS emphasize the priority in each task, high-speed process of external interrupt, task scheduling, synchronization in task, the limitation of memory capacity. For safety critical placement, PLC software needs Verification and Validation(V&V). For example, nuclear power plant. In this paper, PLC RTOS is verified by formal methods. Particularly, formal method V&V uses verification tool called 'STATEMATE', and shows the results.

  • In this study, an interactive programming method for robot in electronic part assembly task is proposed. Many of industrial robots are still taught and programmed by a teach pendant. The robot is guided by a human operator to the desired application locations. These motions are recorded and are later edited, within the robotic language using in the robot controller, and play back repetitively to perform robot task. This conventional teaching method is time-consuming and somewhat dangerous. In the proposed method, the operator teaches the desired locations on the image acquired through CCD camera mounted on the robot hand. The robotic language program is automatically generated and downloaded to the robot controller. This teaching process is implemented through an off-line programming software. The OLP is developed for an robotic assembly system used in this study. In order to transform the location on image coordinates into robot coordinates, a calibration process is established. The proposed teaching method is implemented and evaluated on an assembly system for soldering electronic parts on a circuit board. A six-axis articulated robot executes assembly task according to the off-line teaching in the system.

CompGenX: GenVoca와 XML 기반의 컴포넌트 코드 생성 시스템 (CompGenX: Component Code Generation System based on GenVoca and XML)

  • 소프트웨어 생산 라인은. 소프트웨어 자산에 존재하는 일반적인 컴포넌트를 구체화하고 미리 정의된 아키텍처를 기반으로 조립함으로써, 고품질의 응용 프로그램을 빠르게 개발할 수 있도록 해 주는 것을 목적으로 한다. 본 논문에서는, 소프트웨어 생산 라인 구축을 지원하기 위하여 GenVoco 아키텍처와 XML/XSLT 기술을 이용한 컴포넌트 코드 자동 생성 기법과, 이를 기반으로 한 컴포넌트 코드 생성 시스템인 CompGenX(Component Generator using XML)를 제안한다. CompGenX은 컴포넌트 코드 생성 시에 컴포넌트의 재구성성을 지원함으로써 재사용자가 컴포넌트 재사용 시 자신의 목적에 맞는 컴포넌트의 소스 코드를 자동으로 생성할 수 있게 해 준다. 이를 위한 컴포넌트 개발 과정은 크게 컴포넌트 패밀리 구축 과정과 컴포넌트 재사용 과정으로 나누어진다. CompGenX는 컴포넌트 패밀리 구축 과정을 위하여, 도메인 분석을 위한 특성 모델 작성 도구, 도메인 설계를 위한 도메인 아키텍처 정의 도구를 제공한다. 또한 코드 자동 생성에 필요한 구성 지식 명세서와 코드 템플릿 작성 도구를 제공한다. 컴포넌트 재사용 과정을 위해서 CompGenX는, 컴포넌트 패밀리 검색 도구, 컴포넌트 커스터마이징 도구 및 컴포넌트 코드 생성기 등을 제공한다. 본 논문의 컴포넌트 코드 자동 생성 기법과 생성 시스템은 컴포넌트 기반 소프트웨어 생산 라인 구축을 위한 기반 기술로서 적용될 수 있다.

  • In this paper described is the software developed to calculate the physical properties of arbitrary section shape. The software consists of arbitrary section display module(ASDM) and section property calculation module(SPCM). ASDM defines and displays the shape of arbitrary section and SPCM calculates its properties such as area, centroid, moment of inertia, torsional constant, etc.. In many cases, calculation of section properties is not easy because user has to define the vertex coordinates which are difficult to do so in the case of arbitrary section. In the developed software, however, since user is asked to define only points of central lines and thickness of arbitrary section, the calculattion task of arbitrary section is very effective.

Object-Oriented Field Information Management Program Developed for Precision Agriculture

  • This study was conducted to develop software which provides automatic site-specific field data acquisition, data processing, data mapping and management for precision agriculture. The developed software supports acquisition and processing of both digital and analog data streams. The architecture was object-oriented and each component in the architecture was developed as a separate class. In precision agriculture research, the laborious task of manual ground-truth data collection will be avoided using the developed software. In addition, gathering high-density data eliminates the need for interpolation of values for un-sampled areas. This software shows good potential for expansion and compatibility for variable-rate-application (VRA). The FIM (Field Information Management) computer program provides the user with an easy-to-follow process for field information management for precision agriculture.

Hardware Implementation on the Weight Calculation of Iterative Algorithm for CT Image Reconstruction

  • The weight calculation in an iterative algorithm is the most computationally costly task in computed tomography image reconstruction. In this letter, a fast algorithm to speed up the weight calculation is proposed. The classic square pixel rotation approximate calculation method for computing the weights in the iterative algorithm is first analyzed and then improved by replacing the square pixel model with a circular pixel model and the square rotation approximation with a segmentation method of a circular area. Software simulation and hardware implementation results show that our proposed scheme can not only improve the definition of the reconstructed image but also accelerate the reconstruction.

  • Industrial ventilation is a crucial engineering measure to protect workers from hazardous airborne contaminants. Designing a ventilation system is not an easy task. To solve this problem, many U. S. computer programs and softwares have been developed. In Korea, asoftware, called as VPMC, was developed by Korea Industrial Safety Corporation. But VPMC could not stand alone since it can be used to design not a hood, but a ventilation system. In this research, therefore, a preprocessing software was developed. It can be used to design general ventilation system, canopy hood, open surface tank hood. The program was written in Microsoft Visual Basic. In near future, this software will be incorporated into a total package software which can be used to design a whole ventilation system.

  • Wireless sensor networks are subject to highly heterogeneous system requirements in terms of their functionality and performance due to their broad application areas. Though the heterogeneity hinders the opportunity of developing a single universal platform for sensor networks, efforts to provide uniform, inter-operable and scalable ones for sensor networks are still essential for the growth of the industry as well as their technological advance. As a part of our work to develop such a robust platform, this paper presents the software architecture for sensor nodes with focus on our sensor node operating system and its configuration methodology. Addressing principle issues in its design space which includes programming, execution, task scheduling and software layer models, our architecture is highly reconfigurable with respect to system resources and functional requirements and also highly efficient in supporting multi-threading under small system resources.

  • 교환 소프트웨어의 규모가 커짐에 따라 이를 컴파일하고 관리하는 데에 많은 시간과 노력이 소요되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 네트워크 화일 시스템상에서 이동통신교환기 소프트웨어의 컴파일을 관리하는 시스템을 구현하고 그 구성 및 기능에 대해 기술하였다. 제안된 컴파일 관리 시스템은 네트워크 화일 시스템으로 구성된 각 시스템에 컴파일 작업을 균등하게 배분하여 분산적으로 수행하게 하고, 컴파일을 수행하는 시스템 및 컴파일 관리자와 소프트웨어 개발자간의 작업 흐름을 원활하게 관리함으로써 전체 컴파일 작업에 소요되는 시간을 크게 감소시켰다.
