Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) constitute an important part of current industrial economies. Information technologies can be useful strategic weapons for SMEs by enhancing their competitiveness. Categorized as one kind of cloud computing, SaaS is a computing resource and software sharing model which can be accessed via the Internet. Based on virtualization technology, SaaS is expected to improve the efficiency and quality of the IT service level in SMEs. This study attempts to identify the determinants of SaaS adoption intention among Korean SMEs. Through the lens of the theory of planned behavior, this study adopts technological, organizational, environmental factors to explore the determinants of cloud computing adoption intention. The research population is the SMEs that have been funded by the Korean government. Partial least square method was used for empirical analysis of 190 samples collected through on-line survey. The results show that the positive attitude is influenced by business process improvements. Vender support and top management support are positively associated with subjective norm. Vendor support, top management support can relieve perceived behavior control factors. Government support directly influences adoption intention of cloud computing. These findings can provide useful strategy for both SMEs and vendors of SaaS.

Blockchain is a distributed network in a decentralized P2P infrastructure. In this paper, we propose and implement a blockchain-based pet trade service DApp(Decentralized Application). In the existing trading services, there is no way to know the status of dogs in interpersonal transactions and an additional distribution cost has been incurred. As a solution to this problem, we introduce a blockchain technology for a pet trade service where users can check whether an individual pet is healthy or not by its registered biometric data in order to have an efficient and confident trade service. The registered users can purchase puppies or registering information for their dogs to sell through a pet trade service DApp. It is also possible to make a reliable trade by verifying whether the dog is actually the same one through an inscription information of a dog.

오늘날 소프트웨어가 중심이 죄는 의료기기의 폭발적 증가로 인해 의료용 소프트웨어는 의료 서비스의 경쟁력 확보를 위한 중요한 수단이 되고 있으며 의료 서비스의 품질이 의료기기뿐만 아니라 의료용 소프트웨어의 품질에 지대한 영향을 받게 되었다. 그러나 의료용 소프트웨어의 품질에 관한 국내의 관련 연구ㆍ개발이 아직 미흡한 실정이며 의료용 소프트웨어의 품질저하로 인한 의료 서비스의 질적 저하를 유발할 수 있는 문제점이 발생할 수 있다. 따라서, 의료기기의 발전과 아울러 의료용 소프트웨어의 품질 향상을 통해 의료 서비스의 질적 수준을 제고할 필요가 있다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 ISO/IEC 12119를 기반으로 의료용 소프트웨어를 시험하여 결과론 산출할 수 있는 시험모듈과 품질검사표를 개발하여 의료용 소프트웨어 시험에 적용할 수 있도록 하였다.

Recently, SaaS(Software as a Service) as a new type of information systems has become popular. Many information systems practitioners and academics, consequently, pay their attention to SaaS. However, there are very few empirical studies on SaaS success factors because of its short adoption history. This study, therefore, tries to identify a variety of success factors of its adoption and examines how these factors affect organizational performance using an exploratory approach. For this purpose, this study collects data from 132 Korean companies and analyzes the relationship between success factors and organizational performance. Our results are likely to help provide useful guidelines for the successful SaaS adoption.

본 논문에서는 응용 맞춤형 그래픽 분할 실행 라이브러리에 기반한 효율적인 온라인 소프트웨어 서비스에 대하여 소개한다. 그래픽 분할 실행을 이용한 소프트웨어 서비스는 클라이언트 렌더링을 통하여 3D 그래픽 소프트웨어와 같은 고사양의 소프트웨어를 서버 기반의 온라인 소프트웨어 서비스로 제공할 수 있다. 그래픽 분할 실행은 서버에서 소프트웨어가 실행될 때, 그래픽 관련된 작업은 클라이언트의 GPU를 이용하여 처리하고, 데이터 관련 작업은 서버의 CPU를 이용하여 처리하는 방식이다. 그래픽 분할 실행 소프트웨어 서비스의 성능을 향상시키기 위하여, 비동기 전송 채널을 추가하고, 최적화 된 소프트웨어 공통 모듈과 소프트웨어 맞춤형 모듈을 기존의 그래픽 분할 실행 엔진에 추가한다. 이를 위하여, 본 논문에서는 그래픽 관련 API와 메시지들을 분석하여 소프트웨어 맞춤형 모듈을 구현하고, 서버 사이드 캐싱 방법을 통하여 최적화된 소프트웨어 공통 모듈을 구현하는 방법에 대하여 기술한다. 마지막으로, 성능 비교 실험을 통하여 개선된 분할 실행 엔진이 더 나은 성능을 가짐을 보여준다.

대부분의 Web Service는 성능 개선을 위해 사용자 접속 로그를 생성하여 관리한다. 생성된 접속 로그를 통해 트래픽이 많이 발생하는 시간대와 어떤 Resource가 많이 사용되는지 확인할 수 있으며 로그 분석을 통해 Web Service의 성능 측정 및 개선하는데 이용된다. 하지만, 많은 공공부문 Web Service와 같이 일정 기간 동안에 접속량이 증가할 때, 처리 할 사용자 접속 로그 수 증가로 인해 Web Service의 성능이 저하된다. 이를 해결하기 위해, 시스템의 성능을 개선하거나 튜닝을 필요로 하지만 많은 비용이 발생하게 되며 일정한 시간이 지나면, 사용자의 접속이 줄어들게 되어 더 많은 비용이 발생한다. 본 논문에서는 사용자 접속 로그 처리의 성능을 개선을 통한 Web Service의 성능개선을 제안한다. 또한, 최근 대용량 데이터를 처리하기 위하여 많이 사용되고 있는 Redis를 활용하여 NoSQL을 일부 적용한 방법을 제안한다.

최근 무인이동체를 활용한 서비스 수요가 다양해지고 무인이동체 서비스 시장의 규모가 급격하게 증가하고 있다. 특히 산불 진압, 우편 배송, 시설 관리 등 공공임무 분야에서의 무인이동체 활용 서비스 요구도가 높아지고 있다. 이러한 요구도의 증가와 함께 무인이동체 기반의 다양한 임무 수행을 지원하기 위한 무인이동체 탑재용 임무소프트웨어 개발의 중요도가 갈수록 높아지고 있는 추세이다. 공통화 된 임무소프트웨어 개발을 위해서는 다양한 공공기관에서 공통적으로 필요한 임무 분석을 통해 재사용 가능한 기능들을 라이브러리로 개발하고, 이를 활용하여 무인이동체 관련 기업들이 쉽게 임무소프트웨어를 개발할 수 있도록 구조 설계가 이루어져야 한다. 본 논문에서는 공공임무용 무인이동체 전용 임무소프트웨어 연구 동향에 대해서 언급하고, 소프트웨어 개발을 위한 정형화된 임무소프트웨어의 구조 설계를 제안한다. 마지막으로, 임무소프트웨어와 데이터 플랫폼 간 데이터 전송 아키텍처를 제안한다.

Shortest Path Problems are among the most studied network flow optimization problems, with interesting applications in various fields. One such field is the route determination service, where various kinds of shortest path problems need to be solved in location-based service. Our research aim is to propose a route technique in real-time locationbased service (LBS) environments according to user’s route preferences such as shortest, fastest, easiest and so on. Turn costs modeling and computation are important procedures in route planning. There are major two kinds of cost parameters in route planning. One is static cost parameter which can be pre-computed such as distance and number of traffic-lane. The other is dynamic cost parameter which can be computed in run-time such as number of turns and risk of congestion. In this paper, we propose a new cost modeling method for turn costs which are traditionally attached to edges in a graph. Our proposed route determination technique also has an advantage that can provide service interoperability by implementing XML web service for the OpenLS route determination service specification. In addition to, describing the details of our shortest path algorithms, we present a location-based service system by using proposed routing algorithms.

국내 ASP(Application Service Provider) 산업은 지난 10년 동안 정부 주도하에 중소기업을 대상으로 급 성장하였다. 그러나 최근 ASP 서비스 업체의 지속적 적자 및 이용업체의 가입 정체 등으로 ASP 산업이 침체되고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 ASP 시장 규모 및 시장성장률의 BCG 매트릭스를 이용하여 핵심 서비스 군을 도출하고 이 서비스 군을 대상으로 집중 인터뷰(Focused Group Interview)를 통하여 핵심 성공 요소를 파악하여 ASP 산업의 활성화 방향과 차세대 ASP로 지칭되는 SaaS(Software as a Service)로의 발전방향을 모색하고자 한다.
