SVM을 이용한 위험모듈 예측 (An Estimation of Risky Module using SVM)

  • 안전-필수 분야에 사용되는 소프트웨어의 신뢰도(dependability)를 보장하기 위해 소프트웨어의 테스팅과 확인 및 검증활동이 매우 중요하다. 본 연구에서는 위험수준이 높은 소프트웨어 모듈을 소프트웨어 수명수기 초기에 예측하여, 테스팅과 확인 및 검증 활동에 대한 자원할당을 도울 수 있게 해준다. 다중 클래스 분류를 지원하는 SVM(Support Vector Machine)을 이용하여 소프트웨어 모듈의 잠재위험수준 을 예측한다 잠재위험수준이 상대적으로 높게 나온 모듈들에 대해 테스팅과 확인 및 검증을 집중적으로 실시함으로써 보다 효과적으로 소프트웨어의 품질을 향상시킬 수 있다. 또한, 원전의 계측제어계통에 사용되는 안전-필수 소프트웨어의 안전성 심사를 위한 대상 모듈을 샘플링할 때 활용할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

  • 무기체계에서의 소프트웨어에 대한 비중이 커짐에 따라, 소프트웨어 ILS(Integrated Logistics Support)에 대한 관심이 커지고 있다. 그러나 기존 무기체계에서 ILS 개발은 하드웨어 중심으로 적용하고 있어 소프트웨어에 그대로 적용하기 힘든 실정이다. 본 논문은 소프트웨어 ILS의 실무 적용 어려움이 무엇인지 원인을 파악하고 문제점을 분석하기 위해 국내/외 규정 및 사례들을 통해 현 실태를 파악하였다. 또한, 소프트웨어의 유지보수 특성을 고려하여 소프트웨어와 하드웨어 ILS의 차이점을 검토하고, 소프트웨어 ILS 요소개발 범위 설정을 통해 국내에 적용이 가능한 소프트웨어 ILS 개발방안을 제안하였다. 이는 소프트웨어 ILS 개발을 위한 구체적인 실무 적용방안을 수립하는 데 도움이 될 것으로 기대한다.

  • 본 논문에서는 인공지능의 무한한 발전 가능성을 유지하면서 공정성과 윤리적 책임을 유지하는 AI 규제에 대한 균형 잡힌 방안을 제시합니다. AI 시스템이 일상생활에 점점 더 통합됨에 따라, 특정 인구 집단에 대한 편견과 불이익을 방지하기 위한 규제 개발이 필수적입니다. 본 논문에서는 책임 있는 개발과 적용을 보장하기 위해 AI 애플리케이션의 규제 프레임워크와 사례 분석 연구를 진행합니다. 본 논문을 통하여 AI 규제에 대한 지속적인 논의를 이끌어내며, 혁신과 공정성 사이의 균형을 맞추는 정책을 수립을 제안합니다.

고객접점직원의 고객무례경험이 서비스 성과에 미치는 효과: 감정소진과 정서조절역량의 역할을 중심으로 (The Effect of Frontline Employees' Experienced Customer Incivility on Service Performance)

  • Purpose - The present study examines the effect of service employees' experienced customer incivility through their emotional exhaustion. We identified service employees' emotion regulation ability as a boundary condition (i.e., moderating variable) that decreased the positive relationship between service employees' experienced customer incivility and their emotional exhaustion. Furthermore, we also investigated the negative relationship between service employees' experienced customer incivility and their service performance via emotional exhaustion. Research design, data, and methodology - Drawing on AET (affective event theory) and COR (conservation of resources) theory, we developed three research hypotheses (i.e., mediation, moderation, and moderated mediation). Online panel survey data from 552 frontline employees at several service organizations (e.g., department stores, retail stores, hotels, restaurants, airlines, banking, insurance company, and etc) in South Korea were examined. To assess two types of validity (i.e., convergent and discriminant validity) and reliability of measurement model, we employed the CFA (confirmatory factor analysis) using M-plus 8.2 software. Internal consistency also was tested by Cronbach' α. In addition, we employed the SPSS PROCESS MACRO 2.16, which was recommended by Hayes (2013, 2015), to estimate mediation, moderation, and moderated mediation effects. Results - As predicted, the negative relationship between service employees' experienced customer incivility and their service performance was mediated by emotional exhaustion. Furthermore, service employees' emotion regulation ability also played a significant moderating role of the relationship between service employees' experienced customer incivility and emotional exhaustion, such that this relationship was less pronounced when service employees had a high level of their emotion regulation ability than when thir emotion regulation ability was low. Service employees' emotion regulation ability further moderated this mediation effect of service employees' experienced customer incivility on service performance through emotional exhaustion. These findings have theoretical implications for employees' experienced customer incivility and emotion regulation ability research and provide managerial implications for practitioners. Conclusions - This study empirically elaborated the previous model of service employees' experienced customer incivility and personal resource (e.g., emotion regulation ability) literature by presenting the findings that service employees' experienced customer incivility influences their service performance via emotional exhaustion and that emotion regulation ability effectively reduces this negative effect.

  • The ATO(Automatic Train Operation) System is used for train operation instead of dreivers. It is interfaced with TCMS(Train Control and Monitoring System) and ATC/TWC system in the train and wayside facilities. In this paper describes configuration of ATO, Specification of ATO hardware, construction of ATO software and the algorithm for automatic train speed regulation in the carborn ATO system. This paper is mainly concerned with the development of the ATO System. The ATO system is used for automatic or driverless operation of a train using various informations from TCMS, ATC, TWC. In this paper, the general architecture of the ATO system, implementation of ATO application software and the algorithm using servo-controller for automatic train speed controller.

  • In the recent trend of electric power supply market, a variable pressure operation supercritical once-through steam generator is highlighted as a thermal power plant for cycling load because of its superiority in load regulation. Almost all thermal power plants of the future are expected to be variable pressure operation supercritical once-through units. APESS(Advanced Plant Engineering & Simulation System) is a dynamic simulation software for power plant which is under being developed by Korea Heavy Industries & Construction Co., Ltd. This paper present the introduction of APESS and the result of simulation for variable pressure operation supercritical once-through steam generator.

  • It is general opinion that the future mobile multimedia networks will use different standards and a prospective solution to this problem will be software defined radio (SDR) techniques. SDR provides the flexibility to support multiple air interfaces and signal processing functions at the same time. Especially, digital signal processors and FPGAs are widely used for implementation of these adaptive and flexible functions of a baseband modem for SDR applications. Also, it is known that the modulation schemes of OCQPSK (Orthogonal Complex QPSK) and HPSK (Hybrid PSK) are used for IMT-2000 services of cdma2000 and WCDMA, respectively. Thus, in this paper, we design and implement an OCQPSK / HPSK modem using a DSP chip of Texas Instrument's TMS320C6701. One modulation scheme is operated by adaptive selection between the two schemes and 5 physical traffic channels differentiated by orthogonal codes are implemented in one DSP chip and each channel has 1Mbps data rates and 8Mcps chip rates.

  • We developed the portable blood analysis system, which can be measured pH of the blood. This system is composed to electronic circuit, mechanism, and system software. Electronic circuit is composed to the sensor, pre-amp part, temperature regulation part, fluid sensing part, A/D(analog to digital) conversion part, main and peripheral device processing part. And the mechanism is composed to the flow cell and the liquid flow part. The liquid flow part is consisted of blood and washing control system under the control of the 6-channel solenoid valve and syringe rump. The system software is composed to measurement program, calibration program, washing and diagnostic program. The program of each routine is designed as sequential process for an efficiency. And the portable pH analysis system used two-point calibration method using the two types of corrective liquid. As a result, we obtained the calibration curve and calculated the value of pH. For verifying the system, we confirmed the output voltage of the sensor, and estimated reappearance of system using the standard liquid.

3D electromagnetic design and electrical characteristics analysis of a 10-MW-class high-temperature superconducting synchronous generator for wind power

  • In this paper, the general electromagnetic design process of a 10-MW-class high-temperature superconducting (HTS) synchronous generator that is intended to be utilized for large scale offshore wind generator is discussed. This paper presents three-dimensional (3D) electromagnetic design proposal and electrical characteristic analysis results of a 10-MW-class HTS synchronous generator for wind power. For more detailed design by reducing the errors of a two-dimensional (2D) design owing to leakage flux in air-gap, we redesign and analyze the 2D conceptual electromagnetic design model of the HTS synchronous generator using 3D finite element analysis (FEA) software. Then electrical characteristics which include the no-load and full-load voltage of generator, harmonic contents of these two load conditions, voltage regulation and losses of generator are analyzed by commercial 3D FEA software.

  • 모바일 광고 기술(AD Tech)분야에서 기계학습은 사용자별 CTR(Click Through Ratio) 예측[1]에 국한되어 왔으며 2016 년도부터 시행된 GDPR(General Data Protection Regulation)[2] 정책으로 인하여 AD Tech 관련 사업자의 사용자 개인정보 접근이 제한되어왔다. 그 결과 Feature Data 에 기반한 사용자 타겟팅 및 Ad Tech 산업에서 기계 학습 기술을 적용하는데 현실적 어려움을 가져왔다. 본 논문에서는 기존 연구와 현실적 한계를 극복하기 위하여 사용자가 아닌 매체별 클릭 분포를 예측하는 Hawkes Process 에 기반한 생성모델을 제안하고 그 가능성을 살펴본다.
