In this study, the impact of organizational culture on the quality of social work services in hospitals were empirically analysed. A mailed questionnaire survey was conducted between February 19 and April 10, 2001. A sample of total 70 hospitals, including general hospitals with one social worker at least and single-department hospital with two social workers or more, were identified nationwide through the registry of Korean Association of Medical Social Workers and Korean Association of Hospitals. According to coping strategy and reacting pattern with the environmental changes, four types of organizational culture in each hospital, classified as group culture, developmental culture, hierarchial culture, and rational culture, were adopted for the independent variables. Three dimensional aspects of quality of social work service - structure, process, and outcome were selected as dependent variables in this study. Also the quality of social work service was distributed into provider-perceiving quality and consumer-perceiving quality The major findings were as following in summary; First, most social workers reported that the characteristic of culture in their hospitals are group culture the first, hierarchial culture the second, developmental culture the third, and rational culture finally in order of comparing the level of quality perceived between social worker's recognition. Second, service provider and consumer, The provider-perceiving quality showed less score than that of consumer, especially the lowest was the score of quality of outcome perceived by provider. Third, according to the types of organizational culture, there were significantly different levels of quality in total social work services, structure dimension and process dimension. The quality of outcome dimension did not show significant differences among the type of organizational culture. Finally, the most influential variables to the quality of social work service ice proved departmental form of social work unit, leader of social work unit, and developmental culture of hospital To assure quality services, accordingly, social work unit in hospital is required to be organized as a single unit, that means to be an independent department of which qualified social worker is supposed to control the unit. It is strongly recommended to develop leadership for the leaders of social work unit.

SCS(Social Curation Service)는 소셜 서비스를 인터넷 쇼핑몰과 결합하여 소비자의 선호 경향을 지능적으로 파악하여 판매와 소비에 도움을 주고자 하는 서비스이다. 이 논문은 SCS를 위한 시스템에서 사용자들의 소비 성향과 선호 경향을 파악하기 위한 여러 가지 알고리즘을 개발하고 분석한다. 개발한 알고리즘은 구현을 통해 효능을 검증한다.

Although online education service markets are growing fast, previous studies have been limited to the studies on media types or system qualities of online education. In order to provide timely implications for online education service providers to maintain and increase the number of users, other factors such as interactivity and community perspectives should be considered. In this study, social capital and service quality were adopted as antecedents of learning motivation. Also, service quality dimensions, as well as learning motivation, were chosen to examine its impact on intention to repurchase of online education services. Research findings show that structural and cognitive dimensions of social capital are proved as antecedents of relational capital; structural and relational social capital positively influence on learning motivation; tangibility positively makes impact on learning motivation; and intention to repurchase is positively influenced by responsiveness and learning motivation. Practical implications based on the research findings are presented.

최근 사회서비스의 문제해결을 위해 공공성 강화 논의가 대두되고 있다. 그 중요성도 부각되고 있으나 공공성의 의미와 중요성에 대한 논의는 충분하지 못하다. 이에 본 연구에서는 선행연구들에 나타난 사회서비스 공공성의 개념을 범주화하여 살펴보고, 이를 종합하여 사회서비스 공공성 개념을 재구조화함으로 향후 과제를 모색해 보고자 하였다. 사회서비스 공공성은 주체의 공공성, 과정의 공공성, 내용의 공공성 차원에서 여러 요소들이 유기적으로 결합된 개념으로 다양하게 이해될 수 있다. 이에 기존의 공공성 개념보다 확장되고 전체적인 관점에서 논의할 필요가 있다. 또한 공공성에 대한 경험적인 검증과 유형화 연구는 현재의 공공성을 이해하는데 유용한 방법이 될 수 있다. 나아가 사회서비스 공공성은 단순한 개념 정립보다 담론의 과정을 통해서 현실적인 의미를 구체화하는 것이 필요하다. 본 연구는 기존의 사회복지분야 선행연구들에서 나타난 사회서비스 공공성의 구성요소들을 재구조화하여 새로운 관점에서 정의하고자 하였으며, 앞으로의 연구방향성을 제시했다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

This study carried out a covariance-structural analysis to verify formed causations between general variables and the influences of Medical Social Work Service of officers and NCOs in Korean Community Military Hospitals. The subjects were 7 hospitals, 337 military hospital executives in rear area, and the results of the survey are as below. First, about empowerment level, culture in the organization turned out to be the primary direct influential factor, and personal, organizational, and functional character were influential factor. There was no indirect influential factor present. Second, in Medical Social Work Service, empowerment level was significant on direct effect. In case of personal character indirect effect was important. It showed that the significant influence factor that affects Medical Social Work Service in total effectiveness is personal character and empowerment level. It's productive to suggest the possibility of application of furnish the outcome as a basic data for Military Medical Social Work Service revitalization plan. On the basis of the result, we propose several suggestions for Military Medical Social Work Service as follow. First, to educate empowerment increase program of officers and NCOs in Military Hospital, specific system which allows entrust education to a certain civil education institution or KAMTSW(Korean Academy of Military Social Welfare) is required. Second, need to provide the medical social work service that matches with Military Hospital and distinct from usual hospital. Last, for specific study we expect various follow-up researches on the basis of this study, which can develop concrete empowerment model by inquiring research, would come out.

본 연구는 소셜 네트워크 서비스내 구성원들이 소셜 네트워크 서비스를 이용하면서 느끼는 동기요인이 행동의도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 규명하기 위한 것으로 실증분석을 통해 검증하고자 하였다. 특히 자기결정성 이론에 입각하여 소셜 네트워크 이용 동기요인을 구성원(follower) - 허브(hubs) 간 자기결정성 동기와 구성원(follower) - 구성원(follower) 간 자기결정성 동기롤 구분하였다. 또한 이러한 동기요인이 태도변수인 감정적인 애착에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 알아보고자 하였으며, 아울러 행동변수로 충성도와 정보공유의도에 어떠한 결과를 가져오는지 검증하고자 하였다. 실증분석 결과 본 연구에서 상정한 연구가설 모두가 통계적으로 유의한 영향관계가 있음이 밝혀졌다. 이러한 연구결과는 소셜 네트워크 서비스의 이용 동기-태도-행위의 인과관계 형성이 구성원들의 내면적인 심리적 욕구의 상태에 따라서도 작용될 수 있음을 보여주는 것으로 향후 이와 관련한 보다 정교한 연구의 기반이 될 것으로 예상된다.

2007년 바우처 사업 실시 등 사회서비스가 재정, 공급자, 서비스 등에서 다각적으로 확대되는 가운데 이 과정에서 도입된 선택과 경쟁을 중심으로 한 시장적 접근에 논란이 집중되고 있다. 하지만 이는 한편으로 공급자 중심에서 이용자 중심으로 이동을 의미하기도 하며 이것은 국제적으로 나타나는 흐름이기도 하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 다양한 사회서비스의 역사적 발전을 경험한 영국에서 나타났던 사회서비스 담론을 문헌 연구를 바탕으로 역사적 분석을 하였다. 이 분석에서 공급자 중심에서 이용자 중심으로 이동하는 사회서비스 담론의 흐름이 집합주의와 개인주의라는 또 다른 축으로 구분되고 있음이 나타났다. 사회서비스 담론을 가르는 이 두 개의 축은 우리나라 사회서비스 논의에 이론적인 기여를 할 수 있을 것이다.

It is true that the social welfare center influences on the community service. The recent change of social environment has influence on the configuration of space for the community social welfare center. The social welfare center fills the role of family welfare, domiciliary care, community welfare, education culture etc. Education culture magnified, and it is acting role as the community education culture center by various program including cultural desire according to the modern request to the whole local resident. In such sense, this study explore the conditions of spatial configuration for the education culture unit of social welfare center in small city. For this study, it was investigated the space role and service funtion, the service program, the usage characteristics, the service importance. In sum, the useful data were collected, analyzed, and colligated by case study. Case study and analysis contents about education culture unit of social welfare center present the basic design data for the space plan of suitable social welfare center in small city.

본 연구는 사회서비스 이용자를 대상으로 사회서비스 재구매 의사를 규명하기 위한 시도이다. 이를 위해 서비스의 만족도와 서비스 효과 요인을 중심으로 어떤 변인들이 사회서비스 재구매 의도에 영향을 미치는지를 분석하였다. 본 연구의 대상은 G광역시 지역사회서비스투자사업 지역개발형 사업(시/구)에 참여중인 이용자이다. 조사방법은 제공기관에 방문하여 서비스를 이용하는 대상자의 자기기입식 설문방식으로 이루어졌다. 설문지 회수는 607부였으며 최종분석에는 553부가 사용되었다. 조사기간은 2013년 9월 9일에서 9월 24일에 이루어졌다. 분석결과, 사회서비스 재구매 의도는 3.62점(5점만점), 서비스 만족도는 3.97점(5점만점), 서비스 효과는 4.11점(5점만점)으로 매우 높게 나타났다. 사회서비스 재구매 의도에 대한 회귀분석 결과, 서비스만족도 요인중 '서비스 접근성'(B=.100, p<.01)과 서비스 효과 요인중 '서비스를 받은 후 일상생활에 더욱 잘 적응한다'(B=.206, p<.001), '현재 서비스는 나와 우리가족에게 필요한 서비스이다'(B=.475, p<.001)가 서비스 재구매 의도에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 사회서비스 재구매 의도를 높일 수 있는 실천적 제언을 제시하였다.

본 연구는 중·고령자의 온라인 사회관계 서비스 활용도(PC, 모바일)와 삶의 만족도 간의 관계에서 사회적 지지의 매개효과를 검증하고자 한다. 이를 위해 한국정보화진흥원에서 수집한 '2017년도 디지털 정보격차 실태조사' 데이터를 활용하였으며, 만 55세 이상 중·고령자 2,300명 중 인터넷을 이용하는 1,488명을 최종 분석대상자로 선정하였다. 이후 구조방정식을 활용하여 온라인 사회관계 서비스 활용도와 삶의 만족도의 관계에서 사회적 지지의 매개효과를 검증하였다. 그 결과 모바일 기반 사회관계 서비스 활용 수준이 높을수록 사회적 지지와 삶의 만족도가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 또한 모바일 기반 사회관계 서비스 활용도와 삶의 만족도와의 관계에서 사회적 지지는 부분 매개 효과를 가지는 것으로 확인하였다. 그러나 PC 기반 사회관계 서비스 활용도는 사회적 지지와 삶의 만족도에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 본 연구의 결과는 중·고령자의 모바일 기반 사회관계 서비스 활용 교육과 사회적 지지 증진 교육과의 연계성을 높이거나 사회적 지지를 함께 활용하여 효과적인 삶의 만족도 증진시킬 수 있는 실천적 방안의 기초자료로 활용 가능하다. 또한 온라인 사회관계서비스 활용도를 하나로 측정했던 한계점을 극복하고, 모바일과 PC로 구분하여 실질적으로 효과가 높은 도구를 선별해내었다는 것에 연구의 의의를 가진다.
