장애인 가구원의 취업여부가 가족관계만족도에 미치는 영향: 자산수준과 우울감의 매개효과 검증 (The Effect of Employment Status of People with Disabilities on Family Relationship Satisfaction: Focusing on Mediating Effects of Asset and Depression)

  • 본 연구는 한국복지패널조사의 11차년도(2016) 자료를 사용하여 장애인 가구원의 가족관계만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인들의 영향력과 관련성을 살펴보고 또, 요인들 간의 경로를 파악하고자 경로분석을 통해 분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과에 의하면, 장애인 가구원의 취업여부는 자산수준, 우울감, 가족관계만족도에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 그리고 자산수준은 우울감과 가족관계만족도에 직접적인 영향을 미치고 우울감 또한 가족관계만족도에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 다음으로 취업여부와 우울감 사이에서 자산수준의 완전 매개효과가 나타났으며, 자산수준과 가족관계만족도 사이에서 우울감의 부분 매개효과가, 그리고 취업여부와 가족관계만족도 간의 관계에서 자산수준과 우울감의 다중 부분매개효과가 검증되었다. 본 연구는 장애인의 저하된 가족관계만족도를 향상시기 위해서 Sherraden 교수의 자산효과이론을 재조명하였으며, 무엇보다도 본 연구는 성인 장애인 가구원을 대상으로 하는 차별화된 저축 프로그램 등 자산형성 프로그램를 설계하는 데 기초자료를 제시하였다는 데에 의의가 있다.

시설아동의 사회적 능력에 관한 변인 연구: 정서지능과 학교생활만족도를 중심으로 (Factors related to Institutional Children's Social Competence)

  • This study examined effects of emotional intelligence and satisfaction of school life on the social competence of institutional children. Data were collected from institutional children of 300 10-12 year old and questionnaire measures were employed. Data were analyzed by t-test, pearson's correlation and multiple regression analyses. Relationships were found between emotional intelligence and social competence as well as satisfaction of school life and social competence. Components of emotional intelligence and satisfaction of school life that predicted social competence were emotional facilitation of thinking and personal relationship between friends. Degree of personal relationship between friends was the most powerful predictor of institutional children's social competence.

도시지역 노인의 생활만족 결정요인에 관한 연구 (A Study on Determinants of Life Satisfaction of the Urban Elderly People)

  • The purpose of this descriptive survey study was to examine the following items. 1) Score distribution of life satisfaction. powerlessness. perceived health status and self-esteem 2) Demographic characteristics and the affection of socioeconomic characterictics to life satisfaction. powerlessness. perceived health status and self-esteem 3) Correlationship between life satisfaction. powerlessness. perceived health status and self-esteem 4) Determining the factors affecting life satisfaction The subjects were 167 urban elderly people. Data were collected from May to July in 1998 using the questionaires. The data were analyzed by mean. ANOVA. Pearson correlation coefficient and stepwise multiple regression with SPSS win 7.5 program. The results were as follows : 1) The degree of life satisfaction and powerlessness were relatively low with the mean score of 42.4 and 39.79 respectively. and perceived health status and self-esteem were relatively high with the mean score of 3.15 out of 5 and 27.3 respectively. 2) There were no significant differences between demographic characteristics and life satisfaction. Education(F=2.91. p=0.02), previous employment(F=2.23. p=0.03) and marital status(F=3.85. p=0.04) showed significant differences in the relationship between demographic characteristics and powerlessness. Sex(F=6.40. p=0.0l). education(F=3.30. p=0.0l). marital status(F=7.13. p=0.008) and kinds of living togather(F=3.69. p=0.003) showed significant differences in the relationship between demographic characteristics and perceived health status. There were no significant differences between demographic characeristics and self-esteem. 3) Monthly allowance(F=3.68. p=0.007). participation in social activity(F=5.90. p=0.000) and number of social activities(F=5.27. p=0.000) showed significant differences in the relationship between socioeconomic characteristics and life satisfaction. Monthly allowance(F=3.13. p=0.01) and number of social activities(F=2.7. p=0.02) showed significant differences in the relationship between socioeconomic characteristics and powerlessness. There were no significant differences between socioeconomic characteristics and perceived health status. Montly allowance(F=4.82. p=0.001). particpation in social activity(F=2.90. p=0.02) and number of social activities(F=3.79. p=0.003) showed significant differences m the relationship between socioeconomic characteristics and self-esteem. 4) Powerlessness showed negative correltionship with perceived health staus(r=-0.295. p<0.001). self-esteem(r=-0.463. p<0.001) and life satisfaction(r=-0.514. p<0.001). Perceived health status showed positive correltionship with self-esteem(r=0.312. p<0.001) and life satisfaction (r=0.377. p<0.001). Self-esteem showed positive correlationship with life satisfaction(r=0.652. p(<0.001). 5) The predicting variances for life satisfaction m elderly people were self-esteem. powerlessness. participation in social activity and perceived health status. The most influencing factor among the variances was the self-esteem$(42.5\%)$ and powerlessness was the second. Both of self-esteem and powerlessness accounted for $48.2\%$ in life satisfaction. The addition of participation of social activity and perceived health status accounted for $52.9\%$ in life satisfaction.

초기 청소년의 사회적 관계, 자아존중감, 삶의 만족, 학교생활적응 간의 관계 분석 (Analysis of the Structural Relationship between Social Relationships, Self Esteem, Life Satisfaction, and School Adjustment in Early Adolescents)

  • The main purpose of this study was to analysis of the structural relationship between early adolescents' social relationships, self esteem, life satisfaction, and school adjustment. Data harvested from the Korean Youth Panel Survey 2010 was analyzed by means of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results indicate that the model is appropriate in terms of goodness of fit and significant path based on the validation procedure. According to the model, the social relationships have some degree of influence upon self esteem which then goes on to have a subsequent effect on life satisfaction; which in turn have a further influence on school adjustment. Social relationships also have a direct influence on life satisfaction, school adjustment, and self esteem has a direct influence on school adjustment. The paper concludes with an outline of the implications of the present study for future studies on this subject.

사회적기업 조직구성원의 심리적 자본이 직무만족 및 조직몰입에 미치는 영향 (The Impact of Psychological Capital on Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment Among Employees of Social Enterprises)

  • 본 연구는 사회적기업의 성과향상을 위해서 사회적기업 조직구성원의 심리적 자본과 직무만족, 그리고 조직몰입에 대한 체계적인 연구가 필요한 것에 대한 문제인식에 따라 사회적기업 조직구성원의 심리적 자본과 직무만족, 그리고 조직몰입에 대한 이론적 분석을 통하여 심리적 자본이 직무만족과 조직몰입에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 규명하고자 하였다. 사회적기업의 성공적 경영을 위한 사회적기업 조직구성원의 심리적 자본과 직무만족, 그리고 조직몰입에 대한 중요성을 제시하고자 하는데 본 연구의 목적을 두었다. 부산 울산 지역에 소재하고 있는 사회적기업 79개 기관에서 근무하고 있는 조직구성원들 대상으로 자료를 수집하여 실증분석을 실시한 결과, 사회적기업 조직구성원의 심리적 자본은 직무 만족과 조직몰입에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 조직구성원의 직무만족도 조직몰입에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 심리적 자본이 조직몰입에 영향을 미치는데 있어서 직무만족의 매개효과에 대한 검증을 실시한 결과 조직구성원의 심리적 자본이 조직 몰입에 영향을 미치는 있어서 직무만족이 부분적으로 매개효과를 가지는 것으로 나타나 사회적기업 조직구성원의 직무만족과 조직몰입도의 향상을 위해서는 조직구성원의 심리적 자본이 중요한 기능을 하고 있음을 제시하고 있다.

A Study on the Effect of SNS Characteristics of Restaurant Franchise on the Customer Decision and Redelivery Intention

  • This study is conducted to analyze how Social Media characteristics of restaurant franchise affect customer decision making and redelivery intention and find out how to do Social Media marketing which is getting important. Through this study, we will understand the direction of Social Media management. In this study, we had 220 users to respond questionnaires who looked up about restaurant franchise through Social Media. In the previous research, we classified the Social Media characteristics about the restaurant franchise into the fields of liveliness, agreement, reliability, communication, accuracy, and entertainment. In order to verify the hypothesis, we conducted single regression analysis and multiple regression analysis and verified the relationship between variables. First, we found that Social Media characteristics of restaurant franchise has a positive relationship with favorability. Second, Social Media characteristics of restaurant franchise has a positive relationship with satisfaction. Third, favorability has a positive effect on satisfaction. Fourth, favorability has a positive effect on the intention of re-inquiry and redeliver. Fifth, satisfaction has a positive effect on the revisit and intention to redirect. As a result of the study, we found that restaurant franchise will gain trust of customers if they take into account the characteristics of Social Media of restaurant franchise and conduct customized marketing according to the head office of restaurant franchise and perform continuous feedback and management in order to improve customer's favorability and loyalty.

임상간호사의 감정노동과 직무만족 간의 관계에서 사회적 지지의 조절효과 (The Moderating Effects of Social Support between Emotional Labor and Job Satisfaction in Clinical Nurses)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the moderating effects of social support between emotional labor and job satisfaction in clinical nurses. Methods: Participants were 311 clinical nurses and data were collected from July 11th to 18th, 2014. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient and hierarchical multiple regression with SPSS 21.0. Results: The job satisfaction indicated a significant relationship to surface-acting (r=-.191, p=.001), deep-acting (r=.179, p=.002) and social support (r=.342, p<.001) respectively. Emotional labor significantly affected job satisfaction (F=11.592, p<.001), and explained 5.4% of the variance in job satisfaction. The social support acted as a moderator on the relationship between emotional labor and job satisfaction at significant level (F=11.416, p<.001). Conclusion: The results of this study suggest that it is important to develop social support promoting and stress relief program for clinical nurses to improve job satisfaction.

A Study on Influence of Physical Preparation for Later Life on Social Relationship after Retirement: Focusing on Moderating Effect of Leisure Life

  • Purpose - This study is to verify the mediating effect of voluntariness in retirement and the moderating effects of leisure life to examine which parts of later life preparations have influence on the retired life. Research design, data, and methodology - In this study, the 6th Korean Retirement and Income Study was conducted on 5,254 members of households with householders over the age of 50. To examine the relationship between later life preparation and retired life, this study used personal data based on the serial number of the household members. Results - First, physical preparation for later life had a positive influence on retired life satisfaction among retirement satisfaction. People showed higher retired life satisfaction. Secondly, physical preparation for later life had a positive influence on satisfaction over relationship after retirement among retirement satisfaction. People showed higher satisfaction over relationship after retirement when they were more physically prepared for later life. Conclusions - In particular, leisure life had a mediating effect for the influence of physical preparation for later life on the retired life. Also, leisure life and physical preparation for later life showed a close influencing relationship. People showed active leisure life and higher retired life satisfaction when they were more physically prepared for later life.

사회적기업 근로자의 직무불안, 직무만족, 고객과의 관계가 재직 의도에 미치는 영향 (Assessing the Impacts of Job insecurity, Job satisfaction and Relationship with customers on Intention of Retention of Employees in Social Enterprises)

  • 사회적기업은 사회적 미션에도 불구하고, 급변하는 글로벌 환경에서 경제적 성과 목표에도 응해야 한다. 이러한 상황은 인적자원관리 전략이 중요한 역할을 지님을 의미한다. 특히 경쟁력있는 효율성을 유지하기 위한 과제는 근로자 이직을 낮추는데 달려 있다. 본 연구는 사회적기업 근로자를 대상으로 재직 의도에 영향을 끼치는 직무불안, 직무만족, 고객과의 관계의 영향력을 검증하고자 한다. 조사 대상은 서울 경기 지역의 36곳의 사회적기업 여성 근로자 271명으로 삼았고, 이항로짓회귀분석(Binominal Logistic regression)을 적용하였다. 연구결과, 사회적기업 근로자의 재직 의도는 상당히 긍정적인 수준으로 높게 나타났다. 하지만 사회적기업 근로자의 직무불안정성은 재직 의도에 부정적인 영향을 끼치는 반면 직무만족과 고객와의 관계는 재직 의도에 긍정적인 요인으로 밝혀졌다. 결론적으로 사회적기업의 지속가능성을 위한 근로자의 근속 유지를 위해서는 인적자원 관리가 중요한 역할을 할 수 있음을 밝히고 직무 환경 개선을 위한 관리적 함의를 도출하였다.

의사집단의 전문직 사회화 과정과 사회적 지위 만족도, 경제적 보상 만족도 그리고 주관적 계층인식과의 관련성 (Job Satisfaction, Subjective Class Identification and Associated Factors of Professional Socialization in Korean Physicians)

  • Objectives : The aim of this study was to determine the relationship between the core properties of professional socialization and social status satisfaction, economic reward satisfaction, and subjective class identification. Methods : Medical knowledge and skill, autonomy, and professional value factors were used as essential properties of professional socialization to determine the association with job satisfaction and subjective class identification. The authors used a self-administered questionnaire survey and collected nationwide data between July and August 2003, with 211 responses used for final analysis. Results : 'Age' and 'trust and respect' were positively associated with social status satisfaction, and 'occupation' was negatively associated. 'Income' and 'trust and respect' were positively related to economic reward satisfaction, and 'practicing for oneself', and 'a sense of duty and attendance' were negatively related. 'Practicing for oneself', 'not believing explanations', and 'a sense of duty and attendance' had a positive relationship with subjective class identification. 'Income', 'knowledge system', 'medical mistakes', 'treating like goods', 'meaning and joy', and 'trust and respect' had a negative relationship. Conclusions : The core property variables of professional socialization had a different relationship with social status satisfaction, economic reward satisfaction and subjective class identification. In particular, many core property variables were associated with subjective class identification positively or negatively. The development of professional socialization would help promote job satisfaction and subjective class identification.
