그룹감각통합치료가 아동의 놀이와 또래 상호작용에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Group Sensory Integrative Intervention for Play Skill and Social Interaction)

  • 목적: 본 연구는 감각처리장애아동에서 그룹 감각통합치료의 적용 후에 놀이와 또래와의 상호작용에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위한 것이다. 연구방법: 실험대상은 B지역에 거주하는 3-7세의 감각통합장애가 있는 아동 3명이었다. 평가는 그룹 감각통합치료 프로그램 전과 후에 감각처리능력과 놀이 기술, 그리고 또래와의 상호작용으로 나누어 실시하였다. 모를 통해 감각처리능력의 Sensory Profile과 또래와의 상호작용의 사회성숙도 검사를 하였고, 관찰을 통해 놀이 기술의 The Test of Playfulness와 또래와의 상호작용의 Peer Social Interactions Rating Scale을 평가하였다. 그룹 감각통합치료 프로그램 회기 동안에는 Goal Attainment Scale를 통해 감각처리능력과 놀이 기술, 그리고 또래와의 상호작용을 평가하였다. 그룹 감각통합치료 프로그램은 촉각, 전정감각, 고유수용성감각을 위주로 하여 구성하였고, 4주간 총 12회기 실시되었다. 연구결과는 SPSS/WIN 버전10.0과 엑셀을 사용하여 통계분석 하였다. 결과: 그룹 감각통합치료 프로그램 적용 전과 후에 놀이기술과 또래와의 상호작용에서 통계적으로 유의한 차이는 보이지 않았다. 그룹 감각통합치료 프로그램 동안 평가한 GAS의 결과, 놀이기술과 감각처리에서 점차 향상된 모습을 보였다. 결론: 본 연구 결과는 그룹 감각통합치료 프로그램이 감각통합장애아동에서 놀이기술과 또래와의 상호작용에 긍정적인 영향을 미친다고 명확하게 결론짓기에는 한계가 있다. 그러나 대상의 수와 실험기간을 늘려 치료를 적용한다면, 더 긍정적인 결과가 나올 것으로 예상된다.

온라인대학에서 교수자의 사회적 촉진활동에 따른 교수자 사회적 실재감의 차이 및 이들의 관계가 학습만족도에 미치는 영향 (Differences in the social presence of instructor by instructor's social intervention and its effects on learning satisfaction in an online university)

  • 본 연구는 온라인 대학의 성인 학습자들이 지각한 교수자에 대한 사회적 실재감이 교수자의 사회적 촉진활동에 따라 어떻게 달라지며, 이것이 궁극적으로 학습만족도에 어떤 영향을 미치는지, 그리고 이와 관련된 학습자 변인은 무엇인지를 분석하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 2014학년도 2학기 국내 한 온라인대학 재학생 119명으로부터 수집된 인구학적 정보, 상호작용, 교수자에 대한 사회적 실재감 및 과목 전반에 대한 사회적 실재감, 학업만족도에 대한 자료를 분석에 활용하였다. 연구목적에 따른 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 교수자에 대한 사회적 실재감은 연령이 높은 집단에서, 자유게시판 활동에 참여한 집단에서 높았다. 둘째, 교수자의 사회적 촉진활동은 교수자에 대한 사회적 실재감을 높이는 데 기여했으나, 자유게시판 활동에 참여한 학습자들은 교수자의 개입이 없이도 교수자에 대한 사회적 실재감이 높았다. 셋째, 교수자의 사회적 촉진활동은 교수자에 대한 사회적 실재감과 유의미한 상관성을 보였으나 학습만족도에 대한 영향력은 교수자에 대한 사회적 실재감과 과목 전반에 대한 사회적 실재감에서만 나타났다. 본 연구를 통해 학습만족도를 높이기 위해서는 교수자의 사회적 촉진활동이 사회적 상호작용에 소극적인 학습자들에게 보다 체계적으로 제공되어야 한다는 점이 제안되었다.

사회극화놀이에서 교사개입이 유아의 사회극화놀이 수준, 사회적 기술 및 언어능력에 미치는 효과 (Effects of Teacher Intervention in Sociodramatic Play on Social Play Levels, Social Skills and Language Abilities of Young Children)

  • The subjects of this study on the effects of teacher intervention in sociodramatic plays were 54 five-year-old children from 2 public kindergartens in C city. Socioeconomic stasus and, aside from teacher interventions, educational procedures were the same for both the experimental group(28 subjects) and the control (26 subjects) groups in both schools. Instruments were the Social Play Rating Scale(Smilansky & Shefatya, 1990), Social Situations Measure(McGinnis & Goldstein, 1990), and Language Ability Test(Chang, 1981). Procedures included pretest, 14 weeks treatments and post-test. Data were analyzed by t-test. Results indicated significant differences in social play levels between the experimental and control groups, (b) including differences in such general social skills as emotional control and relationships with others. There were also differences in language ability, including such subordinates as language understanding and expressive abilities.

Effect of group integrated intervention program combined animal-assisted therapy and integrated elderly play therapy on live alone elderly

  • The purpose of this study is to identify the effects of a group integrated intervention program that simultaneously conducts cognitive activities, physical activities, emotional activities and social interactions by integrating animal-assisted therapy (AAT) and integrated elderly play therapy based on the cognitive functions and depression of the elderly who live alone. This study follows a pre-test post-test design with a nonequivalent control group, to verify the effectiveness of a group integrated intervention. It applies a group integrated intervention program to 20 elderly people who live alone, aged 65 and above (10 in the experimental group, 10 in the control group), once a week for 90 minutes across eight weeks. The study went through MMSE-K, TMT-A and GDSSF-A to assess cognitive functions and the level of depression. The group integrated intervention increased the cognitive functions of the experimental group and decreased levels of depression. Therefore, this study verified that a group integrated intervention program of AAT and integrated play therapy of the elderly, is an effective for increasing cognitive functions and decreasing depression levels of the elderly who live alone. Based on these findings, the study suggests that there is a need to continuously expand group integrated intervention programs and provide relevant political support.

사회적지지 중재가 미숙아 어머니의 정서와 모성역할 자신감에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Social Support Intervention on Mood and Maternal Confidence of Premature's Mothers.)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of social support intervention on mood and maternal confidence of premature's mothers. The social support intervention is known to induce improved mood state and provide information on caretaking so as to increase the maternal confidence in the mother of a premature. To systematically investigate its effect, this study employed a nonequivalent randomized post-repeated quasi-experimental design. The intervention was given individually to mothers of prematures five times spanning five weeks. The sample consisted of the 50 mothers (experimental 27, control 23) of a premature. The data were collected using the structured questionaires twice as post tests. Various instruments were used in this study. The POMS developed by Lee(1990) was used to measure the mothers' mood state, Mother and Baby Scales by Wolke et al (1987). The results are as follows: 1. For the hypothesis test to see the effect of the social support intervention, the mean of the experimental group and the control group was compared by means of t-test and the following results are obtained. Hypothesis I. "The mood state of mothers with social support intervention is more positive than that of the mothers without such intervention." was not statistically supported and thus discarded (t=.799, p=.429). However the mean scores were 49.68 and 51.38 for the experimantal and control group, respectively, indicating more positive mood for the experimental group. Hypothesis II. "The maternal confidence of mothers with social support intervention is higher than that of the mothers without the tervention." was statistically supported (t=3.667, p=.001). 2. The mean score of the mood state was highest before discharge (52.29), meaning most negative, declined to 49.68 shortly after the discharge, again increased a bit to 50.07 at four weeks after the discharge, and stabilized to 49.22 around six weeks after the discharge. On the other hand the mean score of the maternal confidence was continuously increased with time. In view of the above results, it is concluded that the social support intervention with a preprogrammed protocol has the definite positive effect on increasing the maternal confidence and positive effect on improving mother's mood state.

그룹감각통합치료가 감각통합장애아동의 또래 및 치료사와의 상호작용에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Group Sensory Integrative Intervention on the Sensory Integration Dysfunction Children's Social Interaction With Peer and Therapist)

  • 목적 : 본 연구에서는 그룹감각통합치료가 감각통합장애아동의 또래 및 치료사와의 상호작용에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 알아보고자 하였다. 연구 방법 : 연구대상은 만 3~5세의 학령전기 아동 3명으로, 실험기간은 2011년 9월에서 12월까지였다. 그룹감각통합 치료는 주1회, 회기 당 80분씩 총 15회기로 실시하였다. 또래 및 치료사와의 상호작용을 관찰하기 위해 사회적 상호작용 행동관찰 표를 사용하였다. 그룹감각통합치료 사전/사후의 상호작용 차이는 윌콕슨 순위검정(Wilcoxon matched-pair signed rank test)을 사용하여 분석하였다. 결과 : 그룹감각통합치료 프로그램을 실시하기 전보다 후에 또래 및 치료사와의 긍정적 상호작용은 증가하고 부정적 상호작용은 감소하였으나 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 없었다. 결론 : 본 연구의 결과는 그룹감각통합치료가 감각통합장애아동의 또래와 치료사와의 상호작용 향상에 긍정적인 영향을 미친다고 결론짓기에는 한계가 있다. 그러나 프로그램이 적용되는 동안 다른 아동들을 관찰하고 기존의 놀이에 참여하려는 행동이 늘어났다. 그리고 거부하기나 물건 던지기와 같은 부정적인 행동은 줄어드는 등 아동의 개별행동에는 긍정적인 변화가 있었다. 향후 연구기간, 연구대상자 선정의 고려 및 표준 데이터를 제시해 줄 수 있는 평가도구를 통해 그룹감각통합치료를 적용한다면 상호작용에 향상에 대한 명확한 결과를 볼 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

Relationship between Participation in the Elderly Job Project and Quality of Life: focused on the Social Capital Mediating Effect

  • This study investigates income support, labor opportunities, and social capital by the demographic characteristics of the elderly who participate in the elderly job project, and especially the relationship between social and quality of life. We want to provide empirical data on how the elderly vocational business ultimately affects the lives of the elderly through the intervention of social capital. The intervention effect of social capital is as follows. Satisfaction with the elderly job project has a great impact on the quality of life, trust, network, and social participation. In particular, trust in the quality of life of the elderly had a great influence on the quality of life and was indirectly effective. In addition, the intervention of social participation between social capital was known, and the elderly job project increased social participation to improve the quality of life of the elderly. Therefore, it can be evaluated that the elderly job project has an important positive effect on the quality of life of the elderly, and the social capital formed through the elderly job project plays a role in directly or indirectly improving the quality of life of the elderly.

영성 증진 중재가 암환자의 영성, 사회적 지지 및 투병정신에 미치는 효과 (Effects of Spirituality Promoting Intervention on Spirituality, Social Support and Fighting Spirit among the Cancer Patients)

  • Purpose: This study examined the effects of spirituality promoting intervention for the stomach and colon cancer patients. Method: A quasi- experimental design was used. Data collection was carried out from April 2004 to June, 2004 at a cancer center in Korea. The intervention included pray, meditation, group education and discussion for coping with cancer. The experimental group were received a 1-hour intervention per week for 6 weeks, while the control group received usual care. Data collection was done at pre and post intervention. The degree of spirituality was measured by the Korean version of WHOQOL-SRPB pilot test(WHO Quality of Life-Spirituality, Religiousness and Personal Beliefs pilot test) Module, and social support was measured using scores on a PRQ 85(Personal Resources Questionnaire). Fighting spirit was measured by the scores of MAC(Mental Adjustment to Cancer) scale. Results: The experimental group showed significant increase in the scores of social support and fighting spirit compared to those in the control group after the intervention. There were no significant changes in terms of the spirituality score compared to the baseline score in the experimental group and the control group. Conclusion: This intervention appeared to be effective in increasing social support and fighting spirit, which considered to be very helpful in cancer adjustment.

주간보호센터 중심의 재가 치매노인을 위한 프로그램의 개발 및 효과 검증 연구 (Development and Testing of Day Care Program for Demented Elders)

  • Purpose: The purpose of the study was to develop the day care program for the demented elders and to determine the effects of multiple activity therapies on the physical, emotional, cognitive, social function and physiological indicators of dementia elders in day care center. Method: A total of 13 elders with mild dementia in the data care center were participated. Manual and guideline of data care program was developed. Data care program was composed of movement/exercise, foot massage, music therapy, horticultural therapy, and art therapy. Data care program was performed by trained intervener for 32 weeks. Instruments were physical functioning such as hand grip strength., vital capacity, chiar stand test, sit and reach test, one leg standing, Berg' Balance scale, 6m Walk Velocity, stair climb, ADL, GDS-K, MMSE-K, Integrative Social Functioning Scale, cortisol, Ig A and Ig G. These were measured at the baseline, 16-week, and 32-week post-intervention by the trained nurses. Data were analyzed as Wilcoxon signed rank test. Results: For Hand grip, balance, and vital capacity, there was a significant difference between baseline and 16-week post-intervention(p<.05). For one leg standing, 6m velocity, there was a significant difference between 16-week post-intervention and 32-week post-intervention(p<.05). For Stair climb, there was a significant difference between baseline and 32-week post-intervention(p<.05). For depression and social functioning, there was no significant difference among baseline, 16-week, and 32-week post-intervention. For cognitive functioning, there was a significant difference between baseline and 32-week post intervention(p<.05). There was a significant difference of cortisol, and Ig G between baseline and 32-week post-intervention(p<.05). Conclusion: It would appear that physical fitness, functional performance, ADL, depression, social and cognitive functioning, and physiological indicator of community dwelling elders with dementia can be improved through day care program using multiple stimuli.

어린이집에서 실시된 정서조절 프로그램이 유아의 정서조절 능력 및 사회적 행동에 미치는 효과 (The Effect of an Emotion Regulation Training Program on the Emotion Regulation and Social Behavior of 5-year-olds)

  • The purpose of this study was to develop an intervention program for the improvement of the emotion regulation of 5-year-olds and to analyze the effects of this program on their emotion regulation and social behavior. The participants consisted of 56 5-year-olds from two day care center located in a metropolitan area of Korea. The experimental group (n=28) participated in the intervention program, and the comparative group (n=28) did not. This intervention program was developed to deal with peer relationships, and consists of activities designed to cover all domains of the Korean National Early Education Standard. The emotion regulation and social behavior were measured before and after the experiment. The data were analyzed making use of ANCOVA. Our results indicate that this program had the effect of improving the emotion regulation and social behavior on the part of 5-year-olds.
