  • In this busy world actually stress is continuously grow up in research and monitoring social websites. The social interaction is a process by which people act and react in relation with each other like play, fight, dance we can find social interactions. In this we find social structure means maintain the relationships among peoples and group of peoples. Its a limit and depends on its behavior. Because relationships established on expectations of every one involve depending on social network. There is lot of difference between emotional pain and physical pain. When you feel stress on physical body we all feel with tensions, stress on physical consequences, physical effects on our health. When we work on social network websites, developments or any research related information retrieving etc. our brain is going into stress. Actually by social network interactions like watching movies, online shopping, online marketing, online business here we observe sentiment analysis of movie reviews and feedback of customers either positive/negative. In movies there we can observe peoples reaction with each other it depends on actions in film like fights, dances, dialogues, content. Here we can analysis of stress on brain different actions of movie reviews. All these movie review analysis and stress on brain can calculated by machine learning techniques. Actually in target oriented business, the persons who are working in marketing always their brain in stress condition their emotional conditions are different at different times. In this paper how does brain deal with stress management. In software industries when developers are work at home, connected with clients in online work they gone under stress. And their emotional levels and stress levels always changes regarding work communication. In this paper we represent emotional intelligence with stress based analysis using machine learning techniques in social networks. It is ability of the person to be aware on your own emotions or feeling as well as feelings or emotions of the others use this awareness to manage self and your relationships. social interactions is not only about you its about every one can interacting and their expectations too. It about maintaining performance. Performance is sociological understanding how people can interact and a key to know analysis of social interactions. It is always to maintain successful interactions and inline expectations. That is to satisfy the audience. So people careful to control all of these and maintain impression management.

학제연구의 패턴과 지원 정책에 대한 기대 분석 (Patterns of Interdisciplinary Research Collaboration and Policy Expectations for the Patterns)

  • Interdisciplinary research collaboration(IRC), reflected in 3,184 response of 1997 survey in Korea, is very common. IRC within same disciplines is 60%, and IRC with other disciplines is 40%. IRC with Humanities and Social Science is 11%. Policy expectations for interdisciplinary collaboration are very different depending on disciplines. The difference between disciplines and fields such as Natural Science, Life Science and Engineering is quite noticeable. Policies for interdisciplinary research collaboration are recommended to reflect the different tendencies between disciplines, at least between fields.

보건소 방문 어르신 대상 사회적 인지론 적용한 영양교육의 효과 (Effects of an Intervention of Nutrition Education Program based on Social Cognitive Theory for the Elderly Visiting Public Health Center in Jinhae-Province)

  • The aim of this study was to evaluate the effects of a nutrition education program for the elderly at a public health center located in Jinhae city. The one group pretest and posttest design was conducted using self-administered questionnaire survey. Nutrition education lessons based on social cognitive theory (2 hours/lesson, 3 times) were provided to 27 female elderly(${\geq}65$ yrs) for a month. After the nutrition education, number of exercise increased and preference for sweetness decreased significantly (p<0.05). The outcome expectations, the knowledge of nutrition (p<0.001), and behavioral capability (p<0.05) score were significantly increased. There were significant increases in all nutrient intake. NAR was increased significantly in protein, calcium and vitamin C (p<0.01), dietary fiber, iron, zinc, thiamin, niacin and folic acid (p<0.001), and riboflavin (p<0.05). INQ was increased significantly in thiamin, vitamin B6 and niacin (p<0.05), and dietary fiber (p<0.01). The score of nutrition education satisfaction was high (4.52). The results of this study suggested that the nutritional education program based on social cognitive theory had a positive effect on dietary behavior changes, and nutrition intake status among female elderly even after short-term intervention.

대학생의 자기효능감과 결과기대가 진로 탐색에 미치는 영향 (The Influence of College Students' Self-Efficacy and Outcome Expectations on Career Exploration)

  • 본 연구는 대학생의 진로탐색의도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 실증적으로 분석하기 위해 이루어졌다. 실증 분석을 위한 연구모형은 사회인지진로모형(SCCT)을 기반으로 대학생의 특성을 반영하여 도출하였다. 자기효능감과 결과기대를 독립변수로 채택하였다. 이에 대한 선행 변수로 성취경험, 언어적 격려, 대리학습, 긍정적 정서를 채택하였다. 실증분석은 대학생을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 획득한 217부 바탕으로 이루어졌다. 구조방정식으로 검정한 결과는 다음과 같다. 성취경험, 대리학습, 긍정적 정서는 자기효능감에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 또한 언어적 격려와 긍정적 정서는 결과기대에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 반면, 언어적 격려는 자기 효능감에 유의한 영향 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났고, 성취경험과 대리학습은 결과기대에 유의한 영향 관계가 검정되지 않았다. 자기효능감과 결과기대 모두 진로 탐색의도에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 영향 관계에 있어서는 결과기대가 자기효능감보다 강한 것으로 분석되었다. 이러한 실증 분석 결과를 바탕으로 본 연구가 가지는 학술적 및 실무적 시사점을 제시했다.

  • In the advent of ubiquitous information technology (u-IT) as a new emerging horizon of information society, inflated expectations regarding u-IT are growing very fast and higher than those made in the past, which would perhaps result in serious bust after boom and incur tremendous amount of social costs. This paper thus investigates a dynamic mechanism underlying the coevolution between information technology and society by applying systems thinking, particularly, with a focus on the typical phenomenon, 'hype curve' which shows how new technologies initially grow too fast for their own good, crashing from a peak of inflated expectations into a trough of disillusionment before stabilizing on a plateau of productivity. Three basic questions are explored to answer by investigating the mechanisms underlying the 'boom-bust' phenomenon: First, why hype curve appears in the process of technology and society coevolution. Second, how to enhance the stabilization level. Third, when is the right time for the policy intervention.

이용자의 충족에 따른 소셜미디어 시장 내 경쟁관계에 관한 연구 (A Study on Social Media Market Competition based on User Gratification)

  • 소셜미디어 시장의 다매체 환경으로의 변화는 이용자가 요구하는 선호요인의 충족에 따라 소셜미디어를 선택할 수 있게 되었고, 각 소셜미디어 간 경쟁을 유발시키고 있다. 따라서, 본 연구는 이용자의 충족이라는 측면에서 소셜미디어 시장의 다매체 환경을 고려한 소셜미디어 간의 경쟁에 주된 관심을 두었다. 이를 확인하기 위해 한정된 자원에서의 미디어간 경쟁관계를 파악하기 위해 널리 이용된 적소이론을 이용하여 경쟁관계를 확인하였다. 연구결과에 따르면 (1) 페이스북과 카카오톡이 이용자의 기대를 가장 많이 충족시키고, (2) 페이스북과 카카오톡이 선두그룹으로 경쟁하고 있고, 블로그, 유튜브와 트위터가 이들을 추격하고 있으며, (3) 카카오톡이 이용자가 기대하는 다양한 기대를 가장 많이 충족시키는 것을 확인하였다. 이 연구결과는 소셜미디어가 시장에서의 경쟁력을 확보하기 위해서는 모바일 환경에서의 편리성, 즉시성을 제공하고, 이용자가 보다 쉽게 네트워크를 활용할 수 있도록 하는 서비스 개선이 필요하다는 점을 시사한다.

맞벌이 부부의 부모역할 공평성 가치관 및 아버지의 양육수행유능감과 양육수행 (A Study on Fair Parental Role Model of Dual Earner Couples, their Expectation for Parental Nursing Capability and Real Nursing Practices)

  • This study aims to explore the variable factors by which fathers affect nursing practices. for this study 544 married couples were interviewed, which resulted in the following conclusions. First, wives have higher fairness than husbands in sharing their parental roles. Second, in some couples, there was a difference seen in the expectations of each parents nursing capability, but rarely were differences in real nursing practices actually observed. Third, all couples interviewed showed some disparity between their expectations of parental nursing capability and their real nursing practices, where the expectations for nursing capability were higher than the real nursing practices. Fourth, higher expectations for nursing capabilities from fathers result in them having better parental roles. Fifth, there is no correlation between parental nursing practices and social demographic variables. Lastly, the impacts on the parental nursing practices are ranked by relative importance as parental nursing capability, the wife's expectation for parental nursing capability and so on.

미국기업의 CSR 활동에 애널리스트가 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (The Impact of Analyst Expectations and Coverage on CSR Engagement of U.S. Firms)

  • Despite the numerous advantages that CSR engagement can potentially offer, top managers may not always be willing to invest in CSR as they are expected to meet expectations of external constituents in the short run. Given that financial analysts' expectations are important short-term performance targets that top managers are motivated to meet, this study examines how performance relative to earnings forecasts issued by analysts affect top managers' decisions about CSR engagement. Using a sample of publicly listed U.S. firms from 2000 to 2016, we find that top managers are more likely to reduce discretionary expenditure on CSR activities as performance falls below analyst forecasts to improve financial performance in the following fiscal year. As performance exceeds analyst forecasts, top managers are motivated to reduce CSR investments in order to meet higher expectations of analysts. As financial analysts closely monitor the firms that they follow in order to publish investment advice to market participants, we find that analyst coverage weakens top managers' incentive to reduce CSR engagement. Overall, this research sheds meaningful insight into the contextual background in which the top managers are situated in when they make decisions on CSR engagement.

Nutrition knowledge, outcome expectations, self-efficacy, and eating behaviors by calcium intake level in Korean female college students

  • BACKGROUND/OBJECTIVES: Calcium is important but deficient in diets of young adult women. This study aimed to examine if cognitive factors and eating behaviors differ according to calcium intake based on the Social Cognitive Theory. SUBJECTS/METHODS: Subjects were female college students in Seoul, Korea. Three hundred students completed the questionnaire regarding calcium intake, nutrition knowledge, outcome expectations, self-efficacy and eating behaviors. Data on 240 students were analyzed using t-test or ${\chi}^2$-test. Subjects were categorized into two groups, high calcium intake (HC, ${\geq}650mg/day$) and low calcium intake (LC, < 650 mg/day), according to recommended intakes of calcium for women aged 19-29 years. RESULTS: The LC group constituted 77.9% of total subjects. Nutrition knowledge was not different according to calcium intake. Three out of 12 outcome expectations items were significantly different between the HC and LC groups. Subjects in the HC group agreed more strongly with the practical benefits of consuming calcium-rich foods, including 'taste' (P < 0.01) and 'going well with other snacks' (P < 0.05), compared to those in the LC group. Negative expectations of 'indigestion' were stronger in the LC group than HC group (P < 0.001). Among self-efficacy items, perceived ability of 'eating dairy foods for snacks' (P < 0.001), 'eating dairy foods every day' (P < 0.01), and 'eating calcium-rich side dishes at meals' (P < 0.05) differed significantly between the HC and LC groups. Eating behaviors including more frequent consumption of dairy foods, fruits or fruit juice (P < 0.001), anchovy, seaweeds, green vegetables, protein-rich foods (P < 0.05), and less frequent consumption of sweets or soft drinks (P < 0.01) were significantly related to calcium intake. CONCLUSIONS: This study found that outcome expectations, self-efficacy in consuming calcium-rich foods, and eating behaviors are important in explaining calcium intake. Nutrition education needs to address practical benefits, reduce negative expectations of calcium-rich foods, increase self-efficacy, and modify eating behaviors contributing to calcium intake.

Moderating Effect of Internet Activity on Privacy Attitude and Expectations of the fourth Industrial Revolution

  • 본 연구에서는 소비자들의 개인정보보호태도와 인터넷 활동성이 4차 산업혁명 전망에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고, 나아가 개인정보보호태도와 4차 산업혁명 전망의 관계에서 인터넷 활동성의 조절효과를 탐색하였다. 연구데이터는 정보통신정책연구원에서 제공하는 2018년 한국미디어패널조사 자료를 이용하였다. 연구결과, 소비자들의 개인정보보호에 대한 우려는 4차 산업혁명 전망에 부정적이었으며, 높은 인터넷 활동성은 4차 산업혁명 전망에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 그리고 개인정보보호에 대한 우려가 4차 산업혁명 전망에 부정적인 영향을 미치지만 활발한 인터넷 활동성은 이를 완화시키거나 긍정적으로 전환시키는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 4차 산업혁명에 당면한 경제구조 속에서 보다 적극적인 대응을 위한 기초자료로 기여할 것이다.
