처방전달체계에 대한 사용자 만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인 (Factors Affecting Users' Satisfaction with Order Communicating System)

  • Objectives : To identify the factors affecting users' satisfaction with the Order Communicating System(OCS) and to highlight the factors important for the successful establishment of OCS. Methods : A Users Satisfaction survey was sent to 4,513 people, consisting of 1,503 doctors, 2,379 nurses, 255 pharmacists and 370 administrative workers in 16 hospitals which had introduced OCS. The response rate was 63.9%. Measurement of users' satisfaction was peformed with the instrument which was used in Doll's study. Some aspects of Doll's instrument were adjusted according to the aims of this study. The classifying sections of this survey included age, job and status classification, computer experience, OCS education, duration of daily OCS use, type of order entering, number of personnel in the Hospital Information System's department, cost of OCS, problem frequency, proportion of work managed by hand, OCS type, and Hospital establishment type. Results : There was a positive correlation between satisfaction level and managerial status throughout all job classifications. Irrespective of the importance of OCS education as a factor relating to users' satisfaction, the additional work load caused by OCS lowered users' satisfaction. Different factors affected users' satisfaction according to job and status classification. The composition of factors affecting the pharmacist and administrative worker satisfaction levels was simpler than that of the doctor and nurse levels. There were no statistically significant differences between the actual computer experience duration of daily OCS use and users' satisfaction with OCS. Conclusions : There was an understandable relationship between users' attitude to OCS and factors affecting users' satisfaction. The results of this study could be used as a basis for the successful expansion of the operation of OCS. But more detailed studies on users' satisfaction and further improvements of methodologies are required for the successful establishment of OCS.

임상간호사의 인성, 회복탄력성이 행복지수에 미치는 영향 (Influence of Clinical Nurses' Personality and Resilience on Happiness Index)

  • 본 연구는 간호사의 인성, 회복탄력성, 행복지수 간의 관계를 분석하고 일반적 특성과 인성, 회복탄력성 정도가 간호사의 행복지수에 미치는 영향을 조사하고자 실시되었다. 2019년 5월 1일부터 15일까지 P-광역시와 K-지역에 위치한 10개 병원의 임상 간호사 307명에게 자기보고 설문지를 배부하여 수집하였다. 자료 분석은 SPSS Statistics 24.0 프로그램을 사용하여 기술통계, t-test, ANOVA, 피어슨 상관관계, 다중회귀분석을 하였다. 연구결과 간호사의 인성정도는 3.67, 회복탄력성 3.28점, 행복지수 3.28점이었다. 일반적 특성에 따른 행복지수 정도는 실무경력이 높을수록, 근무형태, 여가활동에 따라 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있었으며, 행복지수는 인성과 회복탄력성간에 유의미한 상관관계를 보였다. 특히 행복지수에 유의한 영향을 미치는 변수는 실무경력 '1-5년 미만'(${\beta}=-.41$), '10년 이상'(${\beta}=-.39$) '5-10년 미만'(${\beta}=-.34$), 회복탄력성(${\beta}=.35$), 인성(${\beta}=.29$), 교대근무(${\beta}=.12$), 여가활동(${\beta}=.10$) 순이었고, 설명력은 41%였다. 결론적으로 간호사의 행복지수를 올리기 위해 간호사 경력관리 및 근무형태관리, 인성함량 교육, 회복탄력성 증진 프로그램과 여가활동을 즐길 수 있는 지원 정책이 요구된다.

코로나-19 팬데믹으로 인한 체육계열 대학생의 원격수업 학습경험 탐색 (Exploring the Online Learning Experience of College Students Majoring Physical Education in the COVID-19 Pandemic)

  • 이 연구는 코로나-19로 인한 대학 내 원격수업에 따른 체육계열 대학생의 교육경험과 인식을 확인하고자 수행되었다. 이러한 연구목적을 위해 체육계열 대학생 278명에게 온라인을 통해 원격수업 현황, 원격수업인식(선호도, 만족도)을 조사하였다. 분석방법으로는 SPSS 22.0과 R프로그램을 활용하여 빈도분석, 대응표본 t검증, ANOVA, 워드 클라우드 분석을 적용하였다. 상기한 연구과정을 통해 도출된 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 코로나-19로 인한 체육계열 원격수업 유형에서는 이론 및 실기수업 모두 동영상형이 가장 많이 활용되었다. 둘째, 원격수업 유형의 선호도에서는 이론 및 실기수업 모두 동영상형이 가장 높게 나타났으며, 다음은 강의장면 촬영형, 음성강의형 순으로 나타났다. 셋째, 체육계열 대학생들의 원격수업에 있어 이론수업과 실기수업에 대한 만족도 차이를 분석한 결과 수업유형에 따른 만족도 차이는 없었다. 서술형 응답을 통해 과제의 적절한 활용 여부는 만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인임을 확인하였다. 결과를 반영하여 체육계열 원격수업의 방향과 향후 연구 문제를 제안하였다.

사고와 아차사고 경험에 따른 원청과 협력업체 근로자 간 안전문화 인식 비교 (Comparison of Safety Culture Awareness between Client and Subcontractors' Employees according to the Experience of Accidents and Near Misses)

  • This study analyzes the impact that accidents and near misses have on clients' and contractors' awareness of safety culture. Due to the unique characteristic of employment structure in Korea, the occurrence of accidents differs by company size, which has relevant implications for the establishment of safety culture. Attention has been drawn to the importance of the management of accidents and near misses, with safety awareness acting as a core factor. A positive effect on the prevention of accidents could be achieved by noting the difference in safety awareness between clients and contractors and suggesting an associated suitable safety management system. In support of this study, a survey was distributed to workers in the automobile manufacturing industry (May-August 2020), and data from a total of 574 workers was collected and analyzed, including 399 clients' worksers and 175 contractors' workers. The questionnaire addressed participants' experiences of accidents and near misses as well as 50 items from the Nordic Occupational Safety Climate Questionnaire. Analysis of the responses was conducted using the methods of frequency analysis, Fisher's exact test, t-test, correlation analysis, and regression analysis. The results demonstrated that clients had more experiences with accidents and near misses compared to contractors. Additional differences between clients and contractors were noted in terms of the safety culture factors of learning, communication, and trust. A correlation was observed between the experience of accidents and safety justice management: for clients and contractors who experienced accidents, safety justice management was 9.4 times higher. Furthermore, clients' and contractors' awareness of employees' commitment to safety was determined to be 28.5 times higher in those who had experienced near misses This study concludes that, in order to improve accident prevention through the management of accidents and near misses, clients must focus on overseeing safety justice management and aspects of safety culture factors, while contractors must focus efforts on managing employees' commitment to safety. In further applications, this study could provide baseline data for health and safety activities in terms of the safety culture of clients and contractors. Further study on the establishment of safety culture as related to employment structure is proposed for future research.

우리나라 20대 소비자의 명품 및 명품모방품 소비행태에 관한 탐색적 연구 (An Exploratory Study on Korean 20's Consuming Behaviors in Luxuries and Imitations)

  • 최근의 조사에 의하면 명품을 구매하는 소비자가 늘고 있다. 특히 2,30대의 젊은 소비자들은 강한 명품소유 욕구를 가지고 있어 본 연구는 20대의 소비성향에 대하여 이론적 토대를 마련하고자 하였으며, 이들 소비자를 대표하는 대학생들을 대상으로 명품에 대한 인식과 구매경험, 주로 구매하는 품목, 월 용돈수준 등을 조사하였다. 아울러 명품모방품에 대해서도 구매경험과 주 구매품목, 구매이유를 살펴봄으로써 명품 브랜드의 마케팅 전략 수립에 있어서 시사점을 제시하고자 하였다. 사회심리학적 관점에서 볼 때, 소비자들은 사회비교추구성향을 보이는데, 특히 젊은 세대는 상대적으로 통제감이나 자기효능감이 강하지 못하므로 주변의 분위기에 휩쓸린 과시소비에 쉽게 빠져들 가능성이 높아 명품에 대한 관심이 높을 수 있다. 또한 실증 조사 결과, 우리나라 대학생은 명품을 품질이 우수하거나 세계적으로 유명한 브랜드로 인식하고 있었다. 특히 남학생은 품질이 우수한 브랜드를, 여학생은 세계적으로 유명한 브랜드를 명품브랜드의 특성으로 꼽아 통계적으로 유의한 성별 차이를 보이고 있었다. 아울러 대부분의 응답자들은 명품브랜드를 구입한 경험이 있는데, 월 용돈이 많을수록 구입경험도 많았다. 응답자들이 구입한 품목은 패션용품, 의류, 시계/보석, 화장품/향수 등의 순이었고, 성별 및 용돈수준별로도 주요 구입품목이 차이를 보이고 있었다. 명품모방품의 구입경험자는 많지 않았으며, 주로 구입한 품목은 패션용품이었고 구입이유로는 가격대비 품질 및 경제적인 이유를 가장 많이 들고 있었다. 비교적 높은 용돈수준의 응답자들이 명품모방품 구입경험이 높은 점은 흥미롭다. 여학생은 남학생에 비해서 명품 및 모방품의 구매의도가 높았다. 학년별 명품 및 명품모방품의 구매의도는 모두 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보이지 않았으나, 용돈에서는 흥미로운 점이 발견되었다. 즉, 명품의 구매의도는 용돈이 높을수록 증가하고 명품모방품의 경우는 그 반대였지만 특정 용돈수준에서는 높아서 비선형적(non-linear)인 트랜드를 보였다. 이는 명품모방품 구입경험 조사결과와도 맥락을 같이 한다. 하지만 이에 대한 정확한 해석을 위해서는 심층적인 후속 연구가 필요할 것이다. 본 연구는 명품의 마케팅전략 수립에 있어서 여러 가지 학문적, 실무적 시사점을 제공하고 있다.

정신과간호 실습에 대한 간호 학생들의 태도 조사연구 (A Study of the Attitudes of Nursing Students toward Their Clinical Affiliation in a Mental Hospital)

  • (Directed by Professor Hong, Shin Yong) Today, over seventy five Percent of the schools of nursing in Korea Provide a psychiatric experience in the basic curriculum. The psychiatric presents numerous major problems of adjustment to the student. The importance of positive attitudes toward the nursing care of psychiatric patients is recognized by the nursing profession. The purpose of this study was to determine the expressed attitudes of fifty-three nursing students toward their psychiatric affiliation. An attempt, also, was made to determine what implications these attitudes revealed relative to future program planning for students during the psychiatric nursing affiliation. A questionnaire, a Korean translation of the "psychiatric Nursing Attitude Questionnaire" by Milder Elizabeth Fletcher, was administered to fifty-three nursing students from three schools of nursing in Seoul, Who had completed a four-week psychiatric affiliation in a large mental hospital during Mar. 19, 1973 to May 19, 1973. The questionnaire of 100 statements was administered in the following way: (1) Part 1, Preconceptions. was. given in individual conferences with each subject, during the first few days of their affiliation, and again during the final week of the affiliation. The responses to Part Ⅰ were oral. (2) Part Ⅱ , Expectations, Part Ⅱ, Personal Relations, Part Ⅳ, Personal Feelings, and Part V , Attitudes and Activities of Patients were given to all of the subjects in a group meeting during the second week of the affiliation, and again. during the fourth week at the termination of the affiliation. Responses to Parts B, B, n, and f, wire written. Each of the 100 statements of the questionnaire was considered to be either Positive or Negative. A favorable response was assigned the Positive value of land an unfavorable response was assigned the Negative value of O. The coefficient of correlation was computed between the two sets of scores for the fifty-three nursing students., The mean score, the standard deviation, and the differences in the means on each of the five parts of the questionnaire were computed and the relationships calculated by a t-test. The results. of the study were as follows: 1. There was no significant correlation between the two sets of scores for the fifty-three nursing students during the four-week psychiatric affiliation. (r=573) 2. There was no significant difference in the mean scores between the first and final tests for any of the five parts of the questionnaire. 3. The Part.1, Preconceptions, data indicated nursing students enter the psychiatric affiliation with certain attitudes and preconceptions toward tile psychiatric affiliation which affect their psychiatric nursing experience, 4. The Part Ⅰ, Expectations, data indicated inappropriate expectations of students related to lack of experience, Lack of pre-psychiatric affiliation orientation, lack of social understanding, and feelings of insecurity. 5. The Part Ⅲ, Personal relations, data indicated some students have negative attitudes in personal relations with normal people in respect to psychological security and social responsibilities. 6. The Part Ⅳ, Personal feelings, data indicated nursing students have psychological insecurity & inappropriateness. 7. The Part Ⅴ, Attitudes and activities of patients, data indicated nursing students have negative attitudes of fear and frustration due to the psychotic behavior of certain patients in certain situations. 8. The data indicated preconceptions are predominate in unfavorable attitudes of students toward psychiatric nursing affiliation. Further researches indicated in the following areas: 1. Because of the limited number of students in this study, similar studies should be performed with larger groups for further validation of the results. 2. Because of the findings concerning the influence of the opinions of people in close contact with the students, similar studies of the attitudes of the staff in nursing schools, attitudes of graduate nurses and attitudes of the public should be done to determine weakness and strengths of present programs.

  • Today, over seventy five percent of nursing in Korea provide a psychiatric experience in the basic curriculum. The psychiatric affiliation presents numerous major problems of adjustment to the student. The Importance of positive attitude toward the nursing care of psychiatric patients is recognized by the nursing profession. I have fined out the unfavorable attitude of non collegiate nursing students toward psychiatric nursing affiliation by previous research. This study was undertaken in response to a felt need to explore the use of several devices which might yield information about attitudes toward psychiatric nursing as a basis for future planning of the program offered at a selected hospital. This study is designed to meet the following objectives; (1) In order to find out the expressed attitudes of fifty·three collegiate nursing students toward their psychiatric affiliation. (2) To compare responses given by selected group of collegiate and non collegiate nursing students to same questionnaire (3) To determine the relationship between the attitudes of nursing students toward psychiatric nursing and the type of instructions where experience was obtained. A questionnaire, a Korean translation of the "Psychiatric Nursing Attitude Questionnaire" by Moldered Elizabeth fletcher, was administered to fifty-three collegiate nursing students who had completed a four-week psychiatric affiliation in a S hospital psychiatric ward during May 7, 1973 to Dec. 16, 1973. - The questionnaire of 100 statements was administered in the following way; (1) Part Ⅰ, Preconceptions, was, given in individual conferences with each subject, during the first few days of their affiliation, and again during the final week of affiliation. The Part Ⅱ, Expectations, data indicated more appropriate expectations of collegiate nursing students related to pre psychiatric affiliation orientation and sufficient theory learning than non-collegiate nursing students. 5. The Part Ⅲ, Personal relations, data indicated some students have negative attitudes in personal relations with normal people in respect to psychological security and social responsibilities. 6. The Part Ⅳ, Personal feelings, data indicated nursing students have psychological insecurity & inappropriateness. 7. The Part V, Attitudes and activities of patients, data indicated collegiate nursing students have more positive attitudes to the psychotic behavior of certain situations due to sufficient theory learning. 8. The data indicated collegiate·nursing students have more positive attitude than non-collegiate nursing students. 5. 성인 정신지체인의 음주행위에 관한 연구 - 성, 연령, 고용유형을 중심으로- (Drinking Behaviors of Adult Mentally Retarded Persons -Variables associated with gender, age, and the pattern of employment-)

  • 본 연구는 활동이 가능한 만 18세 이상의 성인정신지체인을 대상으로 그들의 음주행위를 살펴보고, 성, 연령, 고용유형에 따른 음주행위의 차이, 음주행위 변인들간의 상관관계 등을 살펴보았다. 연구결과 성인정신지체인의 58.2%가 음주경험이 있다고 응답하였으며, 최초음주 평균연령은 22세, 음주평균연령은 26.357세, 그리고 1회 평균 음주량은 1.494잔으로 조사되었다. 음주빈도는 한 달에 한번 마신다가 39.2%로 가장 높게 나타났으며, 선호하는 술은 맥주가 54.2%로 가장 높았다. 성별에 따른 음주경험에서는 남성 64.2%, 여성 43.6%가 음주경험이 있다고 응답하였으며, 연령에 따른 음주행위의 유의미한 차이는 나타나지 않았다. 고용유형에서는 보호고용자의 음주행위가 78.6%로 가장 높게 나타났다. 유의미한 정적 상관관계를 보여준 음주변인들은 음주빈도와 음주량, 그리고 음주일수와 AUDIT, Family CAGE로 음주빈도가 잦을수록 음주량이 많아지며 자신이나 가족원에게 음주문제가 더 있다고 생각하였으며, 음주일수 역시 자신이나 가족원에게 음주문제가 더 있다고 생각하도록 하였다.

정신간호학 교육정도에 따른 정신질환에 대한 태도 요인 비교연구 -J간호전문대학생을 중심으로- (A comparison of Nursing Students따 Attitudes about Mental Illness According to their Year in College Pschiatric Nursing)

  • This descriptive-comparative study attempted to examine the differences according to the year in college of 288 junior college nursing students attitudes about mental illness. The instrument used for this study was the OㆍMㆍI (Opinion about Mental Illness) scale developed by Cohen and Struening. Data collection was done from the 27th to the 30th of September, 1988 by means of a questionnaire. Data were analyzed by computer, using the t-test and Analysis of Variance. The finding of this study are as follows : 1. Hypothesis I: “There will be a difference in attitudes toward mental illness according to the year in college 1"There will be a difference in the attitude about authoritarianism-according to the year in college" was rejected(F=.5675, P=.5676). 2 "There will be a difference in the attitude about benevolence-according to the year in college." was accepted(F=.5376, P=.5848). 3. "There will be a difference in the attitude about mental hygiene ideology-according to." was accepted (F=17.3497, P=.0000). 4. "There will be a difference in the attitude about social restrictiveness-according to" was rejected (F=1.7416, P=.1771), 5."There will be a difference in the attitude about interpersonal etiology-according to" was accepted (F=10.8597, P=.0000). 2. Hypothesis II : "There will bed difference in attitudes toward mental illness." according to whether or not the student have had clinical practice in the psychiatric ward. 1.There will be a difference in the attitudes about authoritarianism - according to "whether or not the student's have had clinical practice in the psychiatric ward was rejected(t=.59, p=.555). 2. "Whether they have had clinical practice at the psychiatric ward or not, There will be difference in the attitudes about benevolence." was rejected (t=1.34, p=.182). 3."Whether they have had clinical practice at the psychiatric ward or not, there will be difference of the mental hygiene ideology attitude." was accepted (t=2.72, p=.008). \circled4 “Whether they have had clinical practice at the psychiatric ward or not, there will be difference of the social restrictiveness - attitude." was rejected (t=-.59, p=.557). 5. "Whether they have had clinical practice at the psychiatric ward or not, there will be difference of to interpersonal etiology-attitude." was accepted(t=3.55, p=.001). In conclusion, it was found that the higher the year in College, the more positive the attitudes are about mental hygiene ideology and interpersonal etiology. This study suggests that more positive attifudes about psychiatric illness can be induced by a more effective educational experience. The main limitation of this study was that the sociocultural background of Korea is not considered in the OㆍMㆍI scale.

영재 교육 프로그램의 개발 : 반성과 비전 (Curriculum Development for the Gifted/Talented : Reflection and Vision)

  • 기본적으로 교육과정은 무엇을 어떻게 가르칠 것인지에 관한 일종의 합리적 의사결정의 산물이다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 영재 교육 프로그램 개발을 둘러싼 다섯 가지 관점들을 비교·논의하였고, 지금까지의 교육과정 개발에서 목격되고 있는 현실적 문제점들을 다섯 가지의 측면에서 비판하였다. 이를 바탕으로, 영재성 신장에 적합한 교육 프로그램 개발을 위해 필연적으로 고민해야 할 교육과정 쟁점들을 일곱 가지로 분석 ·논의하여 향후 교육과정개발의 기본 원리와 방향을 제시하고 있다.
