최근 친밀도와 신뢰도 같은 사용자들의 사회적 관계와 모바일 통신 네트워크를 동시에 고려한 모바일 소셜 네트워크가 차세대 이동통신 네트워크 모델로 큰 관심을 받고 있다. 본 논문에서는 사회적 관계 중 신뢰도 정보를 기반으로 하는 협력통신 네트워크를 고려한다. 완벽한 신뢰도 정보를 고려했던 기존 연구들과 다르게 송신단에서 불완전한 신뢰도 정보 기반 정보 처리율 최대화 협력 통신 기법을 제안한다. 본 논문에서는 먼저 불완전한 신뢰도 정보를 확률적인 분포로 모델링하고, 신뢰도의 확률 분포를 이용하여 아웃티지 확률을 유도한다. 마지막으로 송신단에서 아웃티지 확률과 정보 전송율을 동시에 고려한 정보 처리율을 최대화하는 전송 기법을 제안한다. 시뮬레이션 결과를 통해 정보 처리율 관점에서 기존 기법들과의 비교를 통해서 제안한 협력통신 기법의 우수성을 증명한다.

본 연구는 2018평창동계올림픽에 대한 스키동호인들의 기대감, 조직신뢰, 협력의사의 관계를 규명하기 위해 강원도 W, F리조트를 이용하는 동호인을 모집단으로 선정하여 목적적 표집방법으로 341명을 표집한 후 SPSS/WIN VERSION 18.0 프로그램을 이용하여 분석을 실시하였다. 이러한 연구목적과 방법을 통한 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 기대감과 조직신뢰 모든 변인들 간에 정적(+)상관관계가 있고, 기대감의 하위요인인 경제/산업, 사회/문화요인은 조직신뢰에 부분적으로 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 기대감과 협력의사 모든 변인들 간에 정적(+)상관관계가 있고, 기대감의 하위요인인 사회/문화요인은 협력의사에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 조직신뢰와 협력의사 모든 변인들 간에 정적(+)상관관계가 있고, 조직신뢰의 하위요인인 믿음요인은 협력의사에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다.

본 연구는 광주광역시 사회적경제를 대상으로 사회적자본이 협력적거버넌스에 미치는 영향에 관한 실증연구를 실시하였으며, 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 사회적자본 요인이 협력적거버넌스에 공통적으로 영향을 미치는 요소는 신뢰임을 알 수 있었다. 둘째, 협력적거버넌스 요인별 사회적자본 세부 요소들의 상대적 영향력의 크기를 순서대로 파악하기 위한 위계적 회귀분석 결과 차이가 있음을 알 수 있었다. '공동의사결정'에 있어 '규범'과 '참여'는 영향을 끼치지 않았지만, '네트워크'(4.843), '신뢰'(3.855)는 순으로 영향을 끼치고 있는 것으로 밝혀졌으며, '거버넌스운영'에 있어 '규범'과 '참여'는 영향을 끼치지 않았지만, '신뢰'(3.130)와 '네트워크'(2.936)순으로, '공동사업수행'에 있어 '규범'과 '네트워크'는 영향을 끼치지 않았지만, '신뢰'(2.647)와 '참여'(4.423) 순으로, '파트너십구축'에 있어 '규범'과 '참여'는 영향을 끼치지 않았지만, '네트워크'(4.153)와 '신뢰'(2.244) 순으로 영향을 끼치고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 특히 '공동사업 수행'에 있어서 '참여'는 중요한 요인임을 알 수 있었다.

Based on social welfare maximum theory, the optimal scale of power plants entering generation power market being is researched. A static non-cooperative game model for short-term optimization of power plants with different cost is presented. And the equilibrium solutions and the total social welfare are obtained. According to principle of maximum social welfare selection, the optimization model is solved, optimal number of power plants entering the market is determined. The optimization results can not only increase the customer surplus and improve power production efficiency, but also sustain normal profits of power plants and scale economy of power production, and the waste of resource can also be avoided. At last, case results show that the proposed model is efficient.

This study started with two questions. The first question is 'Why does organic agriculture want to be linked with cooperative?' The second is 'What is the characteristics of the mutual relationship between organic agriculture and cooperative?', especially in Wonju. Up to now, there have been various kinds of discussion about cooperation between organic agricultural campaign and cooperative in Wonju. But there are few concrete data showing what role cooperative plays in the cyclical process of production-distribution-consumption of organic agriculture. Thus, we conducted a survey applying the Delphi technique to the 35 organic agricultural specialists active in Wonju. First, small-scale family farm producers established a social economic cooperative network in around 2003 to perform 'the activities of innovators' through forming an organization. Producers moved from the stage in which they were supported one-sidedly by consumers to the stage where they could 'lead' cooperation. Each farm organization built a vertical integration, and horizontal cooperative systems with other farm organizations. But, practical cooperative activities have remained in the doldrums. They tend to show trends deviating from the principles of organic agriculture and cooperative. Second, the relationship between producers and consumers in Wonju can be described as 'producer-consumer cooperative type'. In Wonju, the producers' organization is not a sub-contractor which simply deliver organic agricultural products to producers' cooperative, but is an equal subject which creates its own value chain. The cooperative (cooperative organization) leads distribution and consumption of organic agricultural products and mutual communication. But, the closeness between producers and consumers has got loosened. And, it is problematic that the proportion of local food consumption in Wonju is very low. There is a very strong tendency to ride the central distribution system of producers' cooperative coalition. Consequently, it is necessary for producers' cooperatives in Wonju to run a local food distribution system based on the 'cooperative system among cooperatives'.

2015년부터 보건복지부는 지역자활센터 법인 형태를 사회적협동조합으로 전환하여 지역자활센터의 자활근로사업 위주 사업에 다양성 및 자율성을 부여하고, 자활사업 대상자 확대 및 근로빈곤층의 일자리 창출에 기여하고자 지역자활센터 유형다변화 시범사업을 시작하였다. 본 연구는 지역자활센터 유형다변화 사업이 점차 확대되는 상황에서 지역자활센터의 사회적협동조합의 전환과정과 변화 분석을 통해 긍정적인 요소를 강화하고 부정적인 요소는 제거하는데 도움이 되는 정책적 제언을 하고자 하였다. 분석 결과, 지역자활센터가 시범사업 참여, 즉 사회적협동조합으로의 전환은 지역자활센터의 주도적인 변화라기보다 조직의 지속 가능성을 모색하는 하나의 선택이었다. 그리고 이사회와 조합원 구성에서 생산자나 소비자의 참여는 저조하였고, 사회적협동조합으로의 전환은 종사자의 적극성과 책임성의 증가라는 긍정적 효과를 보였다. 또한 사회적협동조합 지역자활센터에 대한 운영비 활용의 자율성 확대로 매출 증가를 위한 적극적인 영업 활동과 전문성 제고의 결과를 낳았다. 사회적협동조합 설립 후 지역자활센터의 가장 큰 변화는 지역사회 내에서 자활사업의 인지도 향상과 지역사회 협력의 증가였다. 지역사회 네트워크를 통해서 지역자활센터가 새로운 사업에 참여하고 지자체의 우선 지원사업 대상이 되는 기회가 확대되었다. 그렇지만 사회적경제 조직이 활성화되지 않은 지역에서는 큰 변화가 없는 한계도 있었다. 지역자활센터의 사회적협동조합으로의 전환은 긍정적인 요소도 있지만 자활사업 참여자의 감소와 근로능력이 저하되는 상황을 고려한 유형다변화 사업의 방향과 내용 설계에 대한 고민이 필요하다.

본 논문은 학습자들이 언제 어디서나 상호작용이 가능하고 실시간 피드백이 가능한 협동학습을 지원하는 시스템을 구현하였다. 구현된 앱을 스마트폰에 설치함으로써 사이트에 접속할 필요 없이 사용자가 글을 올리면 즉시 볼 수 있고 그것에 대한 피드백을 실시간으로 할수 있는 소셜네트워크 서비스 시스템이다. 개발된 소셜네트워크 서비스 프로그램은 학습자의 과제해결을 위해 실시간 소통의 매개체로 사용하였으며, 실시간 상호작용과 피드백으로 인한 학업성취도와 학습 흥미도를 높일 수 있다. 또한 축적된 자료를 바탕으로 교수자가 학습자의 수준을 세밀하게 파악하여 학습자에게 실제적 도움을 줄 수 있다.

With the increasing pressure of international competition, urban agglomeration cooperation and innovation had become an important means of regional economic development. This study analyzed the spatial characteristics of the Urban Cooperative Innovation Network in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, found out the dynamic evolution law of innovation, provided suggestions for policy management departments, and effectively planned the industrial layout. According to the data of the State Intellectual Property Office of China, this study researched invention patents from 2005 to 2019. This paper constructed the urban cooperative innovation network, and took 11 cities in the bay area as the research objects, and used social network analysis to study the spatial structure and dynamic evolution of the urban innovation network. Every indicator reflected the urban cooperative innovation, but they all showed a certain decline in 2008-2010. And it is inferred that the innovation network space of each city will be "obvious fist advantages, significant spillover effect and weakening role of Hong Kong and Macao". This paper divided urban cooperative innovation of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area into three stages. Summing up the characteristics of each stage is helpful to recognize the changes of urban cooperative innovation and to do a good job in industrial layout planning.

According to the 2012 social blue book released by the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, China's urban population reached 50% in 2011. With the migration from marriage and new household registration, many urban collective assets have been formed in cities. Due to the unclear property rights and the emptiness of the main body, the distribution of collective assets mostly depends on the village cadres. The central government is preparing relevant laws and regulations to fill this legal gap, while the scheme of restructuring is decided by the villagers' vote, the local government coordinate the land acquisition and management. With the process of urbanization, a large number of second-generation of demolition studied abroad, which has attracted worldwide attention. In addition to the huge amount of compensation, due to the continuous rising of the land price, the value of the collective property and enterprises on the land also keep rising, the management agency of these assets is named village economic cooperative. This paper seeks to analyze the current status and future direction of these wealthy organizations, propose solutions to some existing problems.

문화유산기관들은 인류의 문화적 경험과 표현의 산물들을 기반으로 기관 및 지역을 넘어서는 협력망을 구성하여, 사회 구성원들에게 문화를 향유할 수 있는 사회적 환경을 조성해야 한다. 도서관이 소장한 문헌자원, 박물관이 소장한 유물 자원, 미술관이 소장한 예술품 자원, 기록관이 소장한 기록 자원의 통합적 관리를 통한 다양한 문화정보서비스의 창출이 필요하다. 본 연구는 도서관, 박물관, 미술관 및 기록관 등 문화유산기관의 협력 배경이 되는 관련법과 고려사항을 제시하고, 도서관, 박물관, 미술관 협력망과 통합형으로 북미 유럽 사례를 소개하였다. 이러한 사례 분석을 토대로 정책/제도적 측면, 기술적 측면 및 인적 측면의 문화유산기관 협력 방안을 제시하였다.
