본 연구에서는 퇴원한 정신분열병 환자와 가족에 대한 지역사회복지관에서의 단기가족교육 프로그램의 효과를 알아보기 위하여 전형적인 실험연구인 전-후 시험 통제집단설계를 이용하여 그 개입효과를 검증하였다. 본 연구의 결과, 지역사회복지관에서의 단기가족교육 프로그램이 정신분열병 환자 가족의 정신분열병에 대한 병적 지식, 가족의 정신분열병 환자에 대한 거부감과 불안 그리고 정신분열병 환자가 인지하는 가족의 정서적 지지에서 긍정적인 개입효과가 있는 것으로 검증되었다. 이러한 연구결과들을 볼 때, 지역사회복지관에서의 단기가족교육 프로그램이 정신분열병 환자의 치료와 재활 그리고 환자 가족의 안정에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 지역사회 자원으로서 적극 활용될 수 있을 것이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 전문 인력의 확보, 보다 다양한 프로그램 내용의 개발, 프로그램 종료 후의 가족모임에 대한 지원 등을 지속적인 연구와 함께 제안하였다.

This study aims to present suggestions on the causes and effects between internal marketing and customer-oriented trends of social welfare halls based on the issue that internal marketing should be activated based on previous studies on the relationship between internal marketing and customer-oriented trends. For this purpose, as a result of analysing the research hypothesis through a questionnaire, this study has meaning in that it supported the results of previous studies on internal marketing and customer-oriented trends as theoretical suggestions and analysed the relationship between internal marketing and customer-oriented trends. It was politically suggested and emphasized that internal marketing is needed in social welfare halls and to encourage social welfare workers to be customer-oriented, components of internal marketing should be established in an organic and systematic manner.

There are a few alternatives to support the ‘Saeng-hwal-ji-do-sa’(Home Improvement Extention Specialist:community welfare specialist) ‘Family Welfare Specialist’(Ga-jeong-bok-ji-sa) are recommended to inhance the family life. Saeng-hwal-gwa-hak(human ecology) which is anticipated to lead the social empowerment and social movement applies to the community welfare. 1. Education program and data of Saeng-hwal-gwa-hak are to be based to community information welfare. 2. Community level workshop is to be practiced. 3. Education program and counseling are to be served in advance and the cure level. So research must be followed as community level and the result of it ought to be flown community welfare policy and administration.

This study has focused on the transfer of infants and Toddlers-protecting responsibilities from families to infants and Toddlers education agencies due to an increase of a double-income family and nuclear family. It is because there is insufficient safe play space from the moment when infants and Toddlers return from infants and Toddlers education agencies to home due to a high crowding of housing and increase of vehicle, and there can be difficulties to take responsibilities of infants and Toddlers safety with a mere recognition and effort of parent. Thus, to suggest a safety education through mutual contact between the communities and agencies supporting parent role in a level of social welfare, its potential has been identified through a frequency analysis on 60 participants of experimental group who have trained a safety education and 60 participants of control group who have not trained a safety education. As a result of frequency analysis, the increase in safety condition in Korea, safety and development of infants and Toddlers, safety of play materials, and safety knowledge on general part of facility safety has detected and the practice of safety and safety consciousness has also identified to be more effective. The results of this study has shown a potential to verify its efficacy if it is verified through an elaborative model of safety education based on parents of young infants and Toddlers family.

본 연구는 지역아동센터에서 아동들에게 직접 서비스를 제공하는 핵심인력인 사회복지사의 사회적 지지가 직무만족에 미치는 영향을 분석하고자 하였다. 연구대상은 전라남도 소재의 지역아동센터에서 근무하는 사회복지사를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 240부를 분석자료로 활용하였다. 사회복지사의 인구통계학적 특성을 통제변수로 설정하여 사회적 지지가 직무만족에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과 사회적 지지가 직무만족에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 이는 사회복지사의 사회적 지지가 높을수록 사회복지사의 직무만족이 높다는 것을 의미한다. 분석결과를 바탕으로 사회복지사의 사회적 지지 향상 방안으로 첫째, 지역아동센터 사회복지사들의 업무 표준화와 전문교육의 지지 강화, 둘째, 우수지역아동센터의 가산점 부여, 셋째, 동료 및 지역사회간 네트워크 협력 체계 구축을 제언으로 한다.

대학교육에 봉사활동을 접목하려는 노력이 확대되고 있는 가운데 본 연구에서는 봉사학습(SERVICE-LEARNING)의 개념을 사회복지교육에 적용한 효과를 고찰하였다. 가족복지론 교과 수업과 봉사활동을 병행하면서 학생들의 개인적 성장요인으로서 자기효능감, 이타성, 사회적 책임의 변화를 양적연구로 분석하였고, 교과목 학습효과를 파악하기 위하여 질적연구방법으로 봉사활동 일지를 내용분석하였다. 분석결과, 봉사학습을 통해 학생들은 자기효능감, 이타성, 사회적 책임에서 자기효능감과 사회적 책임이 통계적으로 유의미한 수준으로 증가하였다. 또한 질적분석 결과, 가족문제에 대한 개입과정을 실제 적용해 보고, 가족복지이론에 대한 이해증진, 가족복지 전반에 대한 관심 증진, 클라이언트에 대한 인식의 변화 등의 효과가 있었다. 이러한 결과로 볼 때, 봉사학습은 전공교육에 다양하게 적용해서 학생들의 개인적 성장을 도모하며, 학습효과를 증진하는데 유용한 교육방법이 될 것이다.

본 연구의 목적은 제주지역 사회복지시설 종사자들이 업무 수행 과정에서 겪고 있는 요구 중에서 지식, 기술, 태도의 결핍과 관련된 교육요구를 밝히고, 다양한 형태의 교육활동을 전개하기 위한 교육체계의 수립 및 향후 교육과정 설계의 기초 자료를 제시하고자 함이다. 교육요구분석 결과, 사회복지시설 종사자에게 필요한 상위 10개의 교육과정을 살펴보면, 위기(응급)상황 대처기술의 요구가 가장 높았으며 클라이언트에 대한 이해와 실천(특성, 인권, 안전, 건강 등), 사례관리(심화), 상담기법(기본), 사례관리(기본), 상담기법(심화), 사회복지 프로그램 기획과 운영, 민원대응 및 감정노동 관리, 의사소통 능력향상(직원 간, 클라이언트 등), 사업성과(사업 계획, 실행, 관리 및 평가 등) 순으로 나타났다. 또한 제주지역 사회복지시설 종사자들은 직무전문교육의 필요성은 매우 높게 인식하고 있었으나, 도내 직무교육의 다양성과 체계적 훈련과정에 대한 만족도는 매우 낮게 나타났다. 사회복지종사자를 위한 체계적 교육훈련이 이루어지기 위해서는 직무교육의 질적 성장, 직무중심의 교육과정 확대, 전문성 있는 우수한 강사진의 확보 등 다양한 결과들이 도출되었다.

This study analysed the needs of the elderly in computer education, their preference and demands for computer education to enhance the quality of information welfare for the elderly, and presented a computer education model for higher quality information welfare for the elderly to maximize the effect of computer education. For this study, variables were selected from previous studies and by the researcher to present a computer education model for the elderly.

The objective of this study is to analyze the research articles on clinical social work practice effectiveness to build a scientific and scholaristic image of clinical social work practice. The data for analysis were the articles published in 13 professional journals including Korean J. of Social Welfare in the period of 1979 to 1999. The appearance rate of effectiveness studies was 1.28% with only 18 articles. Experimental studies consisted only 4 out of 18, and there were only 10 Quasi-experimental studies. Statistical errors were observed in most studies, so it is too early to call that the clinical social work practice is either effective or not effective. In order to see the comprehensive trends of the clinical social work practice, other clinical papers were also examined. The appearance rate was also as low as 8.75% (effectiveness studies included). While 18 articles were about the therapy model, other clinical papers were about generic practice models. However, those newly developed generic practice models had not yet been widely used nor tested for effectiveness. Thus, the followings were suggested: active research activities with solid methodology, team work with the field, theory and method development, education and re-education, and collaborative team work with other related fields. It was also pointed that the cross analysis of research papers by the publishing period, authors major and other background variables would be useful.

본 연구는 2014년 개발된 사회복지분야 국가직무능력표준(NCS)에 대한 교육요구분석을 통해 사회복지분야 직무별 직무능력요소의 상대적 중요도와 시급성을 분석하여 이를 기반으로 교육요구조사 및 교육과정 개발 필요성이 높은 직무능력요소를 도출하는 데 목적이 있다. 본 연구를 위해 공무원 583명, 민간종사자 644명 등 총 1,227명의 데이터를 활용하여 SPSS 18.0과 Microsoft Excel 2013을 활용하여 분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과, 공무원의 경우에는 사회복지개발 직무의 지역사회분석, 욕구조사, 지역사회자원구축, 지역사회 네트워크, 사회문제사정, 주민조직화, 복지계획수립의 6개 능력, 공공복지 직무의 복지특이민원관리, 자원발굴민간협력 2개 능력, 사회복지행정 직무의 사회복지조직재무관리, 복지계획수립 2개 능력 등 총 10개 능력이 능력개발 시급성이 높은 것으로 분석되었다. 본 연구 결과를 토대를 시사점을 제시하였다.
